Good evening! I hope everyone is doing well! Tonight's show should be a lot of filler and the first part of the three-part final HOH comp. Now, I know in real life that part two has already played out. However, since this is a show post and followed by many without live feeds, it's a NO SPOILERS ZONE. Until it shows on the show, please don't talk about it in the comments! If you wish to comment on live feeds, my most recent post is at this link right here.
We're down to the final three not only on the show, but in our blog pool as well. I was out long ago with Christian ... just when I was getting to like him! Here's the latest from the esteemed Blog Pool Lifeguard SueGee:
Derek Frazier - Glenn Allen, Jean from Tampa, Luckysmom, MikesGirl
Xavier Prather - Aya Marie, Donna NY, Ed in Ohio, Petals
JURY: Britini D'Angelo, Derek Xiao, Sarah Beth Steagall, Claire Rehfuss, Alyssa Lopez, Tiffany Mitchell, Hannah Chaddha, Kyland Young
I'll be live blogging, updating this entry with the major happenings as they air on the show here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!
The show is running a couple of minutes late here. But, since it's followed by the Tony Awards tonight, it won't be too late.
They're touting it as "Part One of the Season Finale." 8:05PM here and we have lift-off! Julie does the intro in a black slacks suit. I will have to check again to see if it's the one she wore before. We have them pre-Kyland going in the Previously On segment. Nope, different outfit.
Xavier's lawyer lie, but what was the secret who got him to the final three? He posed as a bartender from the start. Derek is guessing he's a lawyer. Xavier says no showmances for him this summer. Made a final two with Derek F on Day One. Then he goes into all of his alliances. Cookout most important. Mission important as representation matters. He says he was the glue that kept the Cookout together. He threw comps through the start. He did want one HOH just to show he's capable. He knew all wanted Brent out.
But all did not go his way. He was nominated via the roulette wheel. He was nominated by himself even for winning a veto. (He actually knew he was safe every time.) He talks of accepting Kyland's final two. He wanted his biggest threat for the win out -- Tiffany. So, he had to convince Kyland to nominate her, then Hannah. Then at the final four, he won HOH and veto. He considered Kyland his biggest threat, so he had to go. He convinced Derek to vote him out. He made a promise to his brother before the brother passed that he would make sure to take care of his nephew.
Now Azah's story, hopefully not as long! She has seen every season, was ready to be the comp beast Alpha female ... then realized she couldn't. She had to go under the radar, relationship with her team Jokers, then the Cookout (where many were bigger targets than her). She came out squeaky clean in the Kyland-Xavier-Tiffany bloodbath. Low profile building personal relationships with all. She played an honest game and was honest with others even if it caused friction.
Joy in the final six because they set an example. She was not a target within the Cookout but won HOH when she needed it. Lied to Hannah (and feels bad about it) but targeting her was what she needed to do for her own game. Never saw the block until the final four. She wants to win to buy a new house for her parents.
Derek's turn. Of course, his father is mentioned. Has not won a comp but he will tell us how he dominated the game. He will go by Big D. Wants to represent Black, gay and big men. His social game will be his forte. Used charm and personality to build connections on Day One. Love at first sight with Frenchie, final two deals with him and Xavier. Then a final two with Kyland. He wanted the big competitors on his side. His best friend in the game is Azah.
He didn't win the most (NONE) competitions. Didn't need to as he was always good with the person who did win. He formed the Cookout -- he says. He put it together and lies to others so they don't guess. Pardon me ... I just threw up a bit in my mouth while typing his accomplishments.
Ahem. He couldn't work with Tiffany and almost quit the Cookout. In the end he stayed and the Cookout made the final six. He says it was his decision to evict Kyland (although we know that was Xavier). Perfect social game, deserves the win over anybody in the house. Gag me now people.
Finally time for Part One of the HOH comp!
It's an ocean theme -- Bouncy Boat Bash. They are on "boats" in an ocean setting with waves expected. It's reminiscent of the surfboard one a few seasons back. It's raining and becomes a Sharknado! Other fish are flying at them, too.
Derek out first -- 19 minutes. The only surprise is he lasted that long!
Azah slipped, 26 minutes.
XAVIER WINS FINAL HOH PART ONE!

ReplyDeleteI hope they give Delusional Derek a chance to narrate his season, lol
ReplyDeleteLol Monty
ReplyDeleteRight, Jon? I need a good laugh 😂
DeleteThanks everyone for the well wishes
ReplyDeleteI kind of half want Derek in final two only to hear him tell everyone how he was the mastermind lol
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie and Vincent! Thank you again, Jackie for this blog.
ReplyDeleteHi Jon, monty, and CherryPie.
CherryPie, are you feeling better?
Hey Jackie and everyone
ReplyDeleteI don't know how Derrick or Azah can prove why they belong there.
ReplyDeleteHi Nickel, and Cheryl !!
ReplyDeleteJon..I agree.I can't wait to hear him try to explain why he should win the game...lol..especially if he is against X
ReplyDeleteI really can’t wait to hear his spin on things lol
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised Derek hasn't taken credit for creating the Big Brother show himself!
ReplyDeleteLol Jackie with the gooooooaaaaaalllll lol
ReplyDeleteHi Penny and Cheryl
ReplyDeleteDid Azah really think that she won that HOH on her own, give me a break, Xavier gave her that win.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone!!!
ReplyDeleteNo one drink or eat anything during his segment unless you have someone in the room to administer the heimlich maneuver lol
ReplyDeleteLol Jon 😂😂😂
DeleteHi Anon and Judi !!!
ReplyDeleteThe most lol
ReplyDeleteHi Jon!
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl and Judi!
ReplyDeleteBig D doesn't think highly of himself, does he??? LOL
I just can’t 😂
ReplyDeleteomg...I can't even with this guy
ReplyDeleteMonty stop I’m gonna pp lol
ReplyDeleteJon 😂😂😂
DeleteHey Judi
ReplyDeleteThat was so enjoyable lol
ReplyDeleteBest segment of the night, LOL
ReplyDeleteLet’s see if he tries to cut a deal with Xavier on the first comp lol
ReplyDeleteHi Monty and Penny! Big D really is delusional… Seriously delusional
ReplyDeleteI’m saying less the two minutes
ReplyDeleteHe needs the win to pay for therapy when he comes out of the house.
ReplyDeleteI honestly don’t think he is ever not going to believe he was the mastermind of everything lol
ReplyDeleteXavier's reasoning was spot on. Azah's was also good but not necessarily to the game play level of Xavier. Derek was ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteX with the zing..bwahahahahah
ReplyDeleteJackie..I don't think D is getting the great edit anymore...lol
ReplyDeleteI will give props that he hung for 19 minutes lol
ReplyDeleteCome on Azah. She's the only female left, so I'm rooting for her. X played the best game, though.
ReplyDeleteX looks he’s ridden some mechanical bulls in his life
ReplyDeleteHow in the world is she hanging on to that boat? It has to be slippery??
ReplyDeleteFor real, Jon
ReplyDeleteI think Xavier could hang on until next season lol
ReplyDeleteIs voting still on for Favorite Houseguest?
ReplyDeleteYes, Penny but you can only vote one time a day.
ReplyDeleteYes, Penny 97979
ReplyDeleteNooooooooo!
ReplyDeleteI don't like the text voting
ReplyDeleteGood job Azah
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jackie!
ReplyDeleteAzah can probably beat Big D.
I think my nieces could beat Derek lol
ReplyDeleteJon, stop 😂
DeletePenny, anyone could beat him
ReplyDeleteI want him to see that he's really not that important.
ReplyDeleteI don't either, Jackie.
ReplyDeleteI just hate Derek thinks he so has this in the bag either way and he actually does and will go to final two.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the company tonight and especially to Jackie for the coolest place to hang out. Have a great week everyone!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie!!!! Everyone have a great rest of the night and safe week and see everyone on Wednesday !!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jackie.
ReplyDeleteSee you all Wednesday.
Oh Ky's entrance will be great! LOL
He's still going to be really bitter.
I any other obese men or women applied, they would probably not pass the physical for the show. I'm larger these days and KNOW I couldn't do the comps. They are made for younger and more physically fit. I am not fat shaming. He ONLY got on due to his father and got a good guy edit for the same reason. He shouldn't be on the show and definitely not the final three.
ReplyDeleteThanks as always Jackie! You are so appreciated for what you do.
ReplyDeleteGoodnight all until WEdnesday
Totally agree Jackie and I really did want to like him being a calorically challenged person myself lol but he just got softball edit and no way could he without name could have passed the process.
ReplyDeleteThank you for coming by!
ReplyDeleteCouldn't join you all for the show tonight, but it was fun reading the blog and all the comments.
ReplyDeleteAnybody wonder if BB has "fed" Big D so much BS to say in Diary that he actually started believing it? Doesn't really matter because he's that delusional now. I'm just glad Tiffany had the opportunity to fill the Jury in on how the Cookout was originated... so they won't "buy" Big D's BS on Finale night.
When he had a chance to read all the online comments, he'll be expecting to see total adoration... shocker. Placing bets he'll be angry and whining about his outstanding gameplay not being recognized. @@ (Difficult to write that without spraying the keyboard.)
Love Jackie's comment about Big D using any winnings to pay for all the therapy he will need to process the truth of it all. Is there any way that Big D and Azah could collaborate and dump X? its probably too late for that.
