The show has started here on the East Coast. I'll be updating this entry throughout the show as it airs. Forgive any typos or misspellings, I'm human!
Cool Zoetawny graphic, eh? So far there has been a recap and Amber is crying. Dustin tells Kail she's apawn and he has more than four people supporting him. Nick is pretty sure he's going to go. I wish they'd get off the recapping! Nick is talking to Dick and Eric about the nomination and Zach interrupted. Amber is crying. She denies knowing he would be put on the block. Sniffle, sniffle, wah, wah. Daniele admits to him that she knew, but couldn't figure out how to tell him. He's mad. But at least she was honest. Now it's to the confrontation with Dustin. It's toned down and they didn't show the cussing he did. Dick confronts Jen about his idea that she forced Jameka to use the veto. She's holding her own. Daniele is talking to Eric when Jen comes in and says nasty things about Daniele's father. Daniele is very uncomfortable with that. They showed Nick shaving his own hair, but Dustin did it! I know he did. Tea scene! Notice Amber just stands there all through it. They're doing the nominee thoughts from the Diary Room. Amber cries. Nick is trying to go for the Trust Card. He thinks he may be able to garner enough votes as he talks to Amber. I can't believe they don't show Dustin curring Nick's hair, but show him cutting Eric's! I have SCREEN CAPS! Why would they edit that out? America's Player is a dissapointment to Eric -- America voted for Kail to go. He wants Nick out and knows the house does, too. We've put him in a spot. He's doing his best and does his Pros of Kail Leaving Talk to the LNC. Dick and Daniele seem to be hedging on the take Nick out vote. It's into the living room. They did indeed all say HI, Babe to Julie as Jameka suggested. Julie didn't even notice. Julie asked Jen about the glass of tea. She said "whatever." She's not surprised at anything. Jameka doesn't know why God chose her to be in the house. More pre-vote DR talks. Very odd -- Jameka said she wanted to keep Kail because she keeps the dishes all in place. What a reason! Dustin is doing his HOH talk with Julie -- he has some regrets about the position Jameka is in, but will be happy to go to Barbados with his girlfriend. Girlfriend, eh? He says Dic goes a bit too far, but he took all of the heat off of him this week. The vote is coming soon -- Kail pleads her case -- appreciates friendships and looks forward to more good times? Nick says he knows the votes are set in stone already, and that he's smitten with Daniele. Aw. The votes are-- Jen votes to evict Nick. Zach votes to evict Kail. Jameka votes to evict Nick. Commercial break. Eric's turn. He tells us he started again on Kail and he does want Kail and Jen out of the house. Jessica votes to evict Nick. Amber votes to evict Nick... holds back tears. Dick votes to evict Nick, regrettably. Daniele votes to evict Nick looking very uncomfortable. Julie is revealing the vote -- apparently BB talked Kail out of the BB house. By a vote of 6 to 2, Nick is voted out. Amber cries. Daniele consoles her. Wow, the volume went low for Julie's interview. She's asking him about the spare vote he was blamed for. Eric is shown admitting it and the America's Player twist. He shows the mustarding. Nick thinks it's funny. The goodbye messages are on... nice so far. Amber cries. Daniele tells him how much he means to her. Ohh... a shot of twisted cat clocks on pedestals in the backyard. It seems it could be an endurance comp! Time for the live HOH comp -- to the backyard! "Time's Up" -- each HG has to climb onto a clock pendulum and sit there. Fall off and you're eliminated. The pendulums are being raised. The pendulums are moving back and forth. Eric's next America's Player assignment Which houseguest should Eric get nominated. It's a night of surprises, Julie says. Another one is coming up. Now they have to hang like bats upside down -- they do have some kind of strap to help them. They have fake crows above them pooping what looks like soap suds. Once the feeds return, I'll be posting reports when folks drop out or, if nothing occurs, I'll post a report on the hour to let you know.

I'm beginning to start to like Jen a little! (shhh don't tell anyone) She goes toe to toe with ED, I love their chemistry together. Call me crazy.
I can't wait for Amber to get out of the house and realize how much America thinks she is a piece of white trash. She think's she's America's favorite (like Janelle)!!! She is so annoying and a piece of trash!!!!

Jen is selfish and deserves all that Dick points at her. Amber deserves it too. She's a horrible liar and whines more than a 2 year old does. I can't wait til they get rid of Amber!!!
Jen deserves to lose. What is Vanna thinking letting her take care of her children? Anyone who has a conversation with her knows there is nothing going on up there.

Nick did cut his own hair; Dustin cleaned it up for him at the end since it's pretty hard to give yourself a decent mohawk. Eric apparently asked Dustin to do his entire haircut.
It's not like Dustin made Nick do it, or they dummied it up with special effects or anything.
Remember 9/11...one of the HG's had a missing family member and they didn't tell them until after the face. I'm not so sure they'd tell Nick at this point.
I don't think Jen was rude to Daniele. She just had a horrible confrontation with Daniele's father and I think she was trying to reach out to Dani by letting her she sympathizes with her. Jen just isn't very good at communicating.
I still don't know how I feel about Jen, but I do know that she doesn't deserve the verbal abuse Dick pours on her. Nobody deserves that!

Pickles - Unless he lost a loved one, no. He's also not from the city area. When 9/11 happened, it was a huge decision and they finally told Monica she lost a cousin.

ORKMommy: I didn't know that they didn't tell when 9/11 happened as this was the only BB season I was not able to watch (was away for the summer without a TV.
The girlfriend comment confused me too - I think he said that the other night as well. I guess he's the man in the relationship?
As Jackie said, they did tell her but it was a huge decision and it wasn't right away.
I was hoping Kail took the DOR but it doesn't look like it...
Grossssssss. Amber literally hanging on to Nick's LEG while sobbing I love you (when we know she was all for backdooring him). THen when Eric is talking to Jess in bed in the HOH room, Amber is totally buried snuggling up to his back. I watched this unfold on ShooToo last night and at first AMber just had her hand on his thigh and was tracing a little line with her finger (ewwww).
Then she went for full on body press...twice producers yelled at her for compromising her microphone. The second time they did she kind of came to some conscious awareness and said "Sorry Eric, I'm kind of in snuggle mode, do you mind?" I admire his self control, to totally not get up and puke on her. She's just BEYOND. I think she's the biggest ass in the house, and that's saying a lot.
It's the first season I read what happens in the live feeds, it's really enjoyable. I wonder why they decided to not show us that Dick suspects there is something wrong with Eric. If America knew maybe it would impact how people vote (like, listen when Eric tells them "let's vote for Nick").
about the "girlfriend" thing, my guess is that it's how he calls his best friend who is a girl.
Orkmommy -- I thought of that 9/11 incident too -- nothing was worse than that!
America really screwed this up--just for the reasons that Jessica stated Kail should leave is EXACTLY why she should stay. I'd want to take her to the final 3 to guarantee myself a win. Nick is ten times more dangerous!
America put Eric in a bad spot and made a very poor choice.

I bet some will go in 30 minutes and a few will be able to stay for an hour. It is tough to hang for long upside down, though Daniele was holding herself at a 90 degree angle which, if everyone does that off and on, will help them last longer. I did notice that Jen was completely extended, had even let go of hanging on with either hand, had both arms over her head, touching the mat below. She looks like she has really strong legs, but it can be all about where the center of gravity is. Hope she wises up. Eric looked like he was hell bent on getting HOH too. Go Jen or Eric!
Ok, Nancy speaks for me once again-- I'd agree with either Jen or Amber.
That game looks great. That is the only reason to have the Live Feeds... to watch and hear the craziness and deal-making when they're facing an all-nighter. I think Jen, Eric and Zach will go through hell before dropping.

Jen may be vapid-- but she's been the most forthright person in the house. Everyone one else has been two faced and downright nasty.
If any of you watch the live feeds to see what REALLY goes on in the house, you'll have a much different opinion of Jen. I give her credit for putting up with so much verbal abuse from Dick and his cohorts.
Well, why would Dick care who voted for Kail.. Nick got voted out and that's who he and Daniele voted for, so would he really care much to try to puzzle out who the few straggloing votes were?
I'd love to see Amber out of there. I swear if she's in the final two I'll shoot the TV. I HATE it when it ends up with bad, undeserving people in the end cu they didn't get them out early. Vote out the weak ones NOW and let the REAL game be played in those final 4 weeks. THAT will bring back the BB show we love.

I really don't think we damaged Eric by voting for Kail. He can easily blame the vote on Daniele or Amber. They both love Nick so much, who's to say they didn't change their mind at the last second?
Dick will try to find out who the second vote was because he's Dick. He can't stand when something happens that he didn't orchestrate. There was supposed to be one vote for Kail (Zach's) and there was two. He's gonna have to try to figure it out! Personally, I hope they blame Daniele.

shhhhh = please don't tell anyone, but i'm really starting to like Jen - she really stands up to Dick very well, in the best way possible, just staying calm & not letting him get to her - who else in the house could do that ?? and she doesn't go crying & whining to everyone else !! i think if Jen & Dick really have an alliance going, it would have to be the best one ever in BB history !!

I think Dick and Daniele made a huge mistake in voting out Nick this week. They're an even bigger target now, and I wouldn't mind seeing Dick leave after his over-the-top behavior this week. Whether it was real or staged, I still find it offensive.

I don't get the live feeds. Is the competition shown over the feeds real time? Or, will we hear who won after the comp is over?
I don't want to see Jen win. I saw how she was the first time she had HOH and I haven't forgotten. Same for Kail. I wouldn't be able to take Jameka's holier-than-thou attitude if she won. Lord help us all if Amber wins. Zach winning wouldn't be good. I don't think Jessica wants to win it. She's VERY comfortable staying under the radar. Dustin doesn't qualify (thank goodness). I really don't think Daniele would handle the position very well. So, if Evel Dick or Eric win, I'd be very happy. As I said before, they're the two smartest people in the house. Half my votes tonight will be to get robot Jen out and the other half to get fairyland Kail out. Both of them are too stupid to realize that Amber, Jessica, Dustin and Jameka are just using them to get out who they want and then they will be gone, too. Jen and Kail are following along like puppies. I can't wait for them to go. Then Amber and Jameka can go quickly afterwards followed by Dustin and Jessica, (who is not even playing the game).
It was Amber who told Dustin to "backdoor" Nick in the first place, so what's she sobbing about--what a strange girl!! Last night someone said she looks just like a koala bear, so true, a sad little depressed koala bear.

About BB9... I'm delighted with the response from all you guys! Just for the record, I can cook great Mexican and Italian, and anything vegetarian. With all that time on my hands, I'll probably clean at night. And then I'll sneak into bed with... you!

I'm rooting for JEN! Heck maybe even Zach, basically I'd like to see Amber on the block, it's time for new people to be placed on the block, although I get the feeling last two dangling will be Jen and Dick, therefore both of them may either have to make a deal, I wouldn't want Jen to pull a Jennifer ( I believe that was her name ) who winked to camera after making an agreement with Kaysor.

Jen had worn glove during first HOH comp. I expected for sure she'd wear it tonight, HG had anticipated an endurance HOH comp. I'm actually surprised none of the other HG's didn't wear theirs, I believe both Dani and Kail have been shown to have gloves, I believe Kail has worn hers prior.
Doesn't anyone remember Dustin wearing the shirt on Sunday night's show that said "define girlfriend?" I'm guessing that when Dustin says girlfriend, he is referring to his significant other which is most likely a guy since he is gay.
Sorry, but I hope Jen wins. These people are just AWFUL to her. Dick is an abusive bully!
AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!! I CANNOT believe they voted Nick out and left Kail in. I wasn't done looking at him yet. That said, America has to get busy and have Eric get Amber nominated for eviction this week. She has to be the single most annoying person EVER to be on this show and that's saying something.
