'Big Brother 8' - Live Feeds Late Night/Overnight into Tuesday 8/14

Jackie's TV Blog, BB8, Big Brother 8

Shhh... sleeping hamsters!

For once, they're actually all in bed by 3 AM their time!

That's the secret. You fill them with food and give them music and the world is a good place all over again.

Here are the late night happenings from that Big Brother House of Discrepancies:
  • Although Zach has made a promise with Jessica to vote out Evel Dick, that doesn't stop him from getting closer to Daniele. They talked about going to the final two together.
  • Jen thinks that Daniele will cling to Zach if her father goes home because "she has to have a guy."
  • Jameka said she got her birthday song.
  • There was more than one mention of a "Brian" who sang well.
  • When Dustin talked to Jen, she told him that she had already promised to vote for Evel Dick to go no matter who went up against him.
  • Eric's anatomy was seen by Jessica and Jameka in the shower. Apparently he's a victim of shrinkage.
  • Amber thinks that Dustin and Eric are jealous of her, Jameka, and Jessica.
  • Amber told Dustin and Jameka that if she wins HOH next week, she would nominate Zach and Jen because Zach was going after Jameka. (Say what?)
  • Amber has had lice in the past, no one else has.
  • All went to bed a bit early for them. Jessica is sleeping with the lights on in the HOH. For a while the camera operator seemed bored as he was zooming in and out on her face.

Let's hope that Jen & Zach don't stick to their promises and vote out Dustin.

It is hard to believe that Amber thinks people are jealous of her. This is not the first time she has mentioned the green-eyed monster and it makes me think she is even more delusional than I orignally thought.

I agree tb, Jen and Zach have to vote Dustin out or his arrogance will overtake the house and he will become even more annoying.

Anonymous said...

I wonder if Jen and Zach realize they can do that and that it might work. I imagine that they probably think that there's no chance.
Poor Amber, everytime I think it's the craziest thing she has said, she tops it with another.
The funniest things I have seen so far have been Jen saying "Hi,it's Jen" in her farewell videos (like they can't see her) and Amber excusing her burp during her prayer. I miss Dr. Will.

Lucy said...

Anonymous @7:21, I agree those were funny moments. This season we can use a whole lot more of those.

Anonymous said...

Well Lucy, I hope Jen & Zach realize that if they vote out ED instead that the Nerd Herd will be going after them and Danielle. The Nerd Herd needs to be broken up.

If Eric was smart he would hint that he is voting for Dustin to Z/Jen. He must feel it in his bones that America will tell him to vote Dustin. But is must be the utmost secrecy or a last minute hint before he opens the envelope, because after he opens he must not tell! That way he can cover his hinky vote and earn brownie points with them.

Anonymous said...

I still want Dick to leave. He treated people really bad and BB should have punished him for it.

Amber is officially a psycho. She needs help to deal with her self-image and her anti-semitism. I wish she was on the block. Maybe next time!

Anonymous said...

I think Jen is absolutely right about Daniele making nice with Zach (if ED goes), because she "has to have a guy."

Glad to see Jen have insight into Daniele's personality. It bothers me when Daniele talks to Jen like they could be in an alliance, and then rolls her eyes when Jen leaves the room.

I'm hoping for a double-elimination week. There are quite a few hamsters that I would be happy never to see again.

Im so hoping Jen Zach,Eric and Daniele vote out Dustin..he needs to be gone.If Dick leaves the whole show will tank IMO

this is the worst season ever, and if they have another All Stars they cant pick one person from this mess

Does Eric have to do what America asks of him, or can he do his own thing? I wasn't sure. If he can do his own thing, I think he should since they made him give Jessica the silent treatment. Those kind of tasks are going to get him out of the house.

Lucy said...

Trisha, this information from realitynewsonline.com should clear things up for you:

CBS said, “Once Eric is given his America's player task, he must make a meaningful [effort] to complete the task.” However, he is not told how to do it. As CBS told me, “His methods of campaigning or completing the task are his own.” So, for example, when he was told to vandalize somebody’s belongings, he was presumably not told to use mustard on a shirt – that was his own idea.
Since I thought these were suggestions given by America, with a cash prize for everything he accomplished, I figured Eric could choose to vote differently from America if it was to his advantage. For example, we have seen how his two votes that were different from the majority have been causing Eric problems this week. I figured he would have been smart to vote with the house, forsaking one of his tasks for a better shot at the big prize at the end.

But CBS dispelled that notion for me, simply saying, “Eric's eviction vote is always America's vote.” So in other words, he does not have a choice. We are not advising Eric on what he should do, we are telling him what he must do in terms of voting. He can tell America how he wants us to vote, but once we give him his orders, he’s stuck with ‘em.

Hope this helps.

Anonymous said...

In Eric's mind, he didn't cast those two "stray" votes, America did. He thinks he is not lying to anyone.

I think once he opens the next envelope to see who he must evict, it will be very clear that people are unhappy with his ways. I would hope this has dawned on him already with having to try to put dustin up and giving Jessica the silent treatment (allegedly), but I don't think so.

I am looking forward to seeing Thursdays show to see how this pans out.

tbc - I don't think Eric is insightful enough to realize that America is messing with HIM. I think he'll simply think that America is against the remaining LNC members (Dustin, Jessica, Amber, Jameka). If he's smart, he'll grab Jessica and run to the dark side as fast as he can! Somehow I don't think he'll figure that out either...

Anonymous said...

As someone else said, Dustin is the lesser of the two Evils (pun intended) so PLEASE...vote to have Eric vote to evict Dick.

He is loathsome, dispicable, foul, depraved and I can't think of enough words to describe his behavior. I can't stand him!

Please get rid of him this time. Hope for Eric or Dustin out next eviction, but please, lets get Dick now while he's up there on the block.

Anonymous said...

ork - I think Eric's ego will get in the way of his belief that America doesn't like him. Oh well. I had hoped maybe he would be that insightful, but you may be right.

I really don't care who leaves this week....same as I felt last week. This is such a terrible group of people. Will it stop me from watching this train wreck??? Absolutely not. LOL

Well, I've joined the Waffle House. I'm almost rooting for Dick to stay this week. I still don't like his bullying ways, but when it comes to him or Dustin, I prefer Dick. Like so many have said before, at least Dick doesn't go behind everyone's backs to talk about them like Dustin does. I remember a clip (either on the broadcast show or on YouTube!) where Dustin was in the hot tub with Eric and Dick went inside. Dustin waited until the sliding door was almost closed and yelled "Loser, deadbeat dad". That really got to me because he waited until the door was almost closed before he said it. It was such a high-school cowardly thing to do! He's such a pansy!

Anonymous said...

Good point Anon 10:28, technically Eric has never cast a vote in the game. I think he has more options with the other tasks, as to how far he chooses to go and how much effort he makes. But there is no choice on the vote, he's never asked for his vote, it's automatically our vote. I'd think with the nomination vote for Dustin he's got to think we'd vote for him to go too. He should start laying some groung work for his vote to go that way. I hope so, and I hope they swing enough to get Dustin out. I've been a Dick & Daniele fan since the beginning, and Zach and Jen have won me over to a degree, I hope they stay with D&D. I can't stand the remaining LNC. Dustin, Amber and Jameka can be the next for me to go. Hypocrits to the "jenth" degree. I can't stand people that claim to be Christains and use it to excuse themselves. They said things as bad and worse as Dick, worse because they do it behind people's backs. At least Dick does it to your face. And Dick went over the top this week to save Daniele. Jessica doesn't bother me much, and I'd like Eric to stay around just to keep us in the mix.

Anonymous said...

I am voting for Eric to evict Dustin. I like ED dispite his aggressiveness and Dustin is such a coward and a liar. He totally doesn't deserve to be there any longer.

Anonymous said...

PLEASE let them pull this off. I CAN'T wait to see the look on Dustin's face if (when) he's asked to leave. Only draw back is being subjected to the Amber melt down.

A lot of people keep asking about Eric and if he has to do what we say, so here is what I found:

ERIC 101

"Does Eric have to do what America tells him?"

The short answer is yes he does.

According to CBS he has no say in the votes at all. Whoever America votes to evict is recorded as Eric's vote whether he likes it or not.

For all other tasks, again according to CBS, he is required to attempt it. And "required" is the word they use. But that is still kind of fuzzy. How he attempts it is entirely up to him. He can try hard to accomplish it or he can give it a half-hearted effort if he really does not want to accomplish it. If he doesn't accomplish it he gets no credit for it. He get's paid $10,000.00 for every 5 tasks he accomplishes.

There you have it!

I think that the producers are trying too hard this year. They are trying to force drama where there isn't, and aren't naturally letting things play out the way the would. It's more "scripted" (not by the cast, but by the producers), and less reality. It's frustrating me.

I think Eric would have played this game A LOT differently had it not been for AP (I want to go on record that I thought it was a bad idea the first time I heard about it, and it's been bad all season. The producers have really messed up this twist.)

I think the "unresolved issues" twist was also stupid. I think Daniele would have had a completely different game if it wasn't for that. It is interesting at times to see D&D communicate and work together, but at this point I'm sick of both of them. Daniele is a little whiny brat, and I can see what a bully Dick is (Isn't that was Daniele said in the beginning of the season why she didn't talk to him) and I can see why Daniele wouldn't want him in her life.

The "twist" definitely hurt Carol and Joe (not that either would have lasted too long anyway), but it made their early exits seem a little hollow to me, like they deserved a fighting chance.

I say next year, the producers spend more time trying to pick the right players, create interesting games, and less time with these stupid twists and forcing drama where there isn't any.

Also, take away all these luxuries they have. It makes them lazy. Go back to the way it was in season 2.

I only saw one of the conversations between Jen and Daniele. So what I noticed may only apply to that one and not any others they had. Daniele was talking fast, saying things like we should be together girlfriend, we make a good team and got off to a bad start. Let's change that and "I will have your back". But watching Jen during that talk was fun to do. She didn't give anything away. She aswered "yes, good idea' or something like that but that could actually have been to D saying she would have Jen's back....which Jen would agree that would be a good idea. After paying attention to what Jen didn't say, instead of what Daniele was saying, I am not sure what if anything Jen agreed to. D seemed to think she was in charge and having a meeting with an underling. I agree Daniele will hook up with someone if her dad leaves, maybe it will be Jen or one of the women instead of a guy, but she does seem to need to be in a team while Jen has proved she can play alone and change as the game needs it. Thanks for posting about Eric's votes. I have never thought he was an actual houseguest. I remember how the twins were, if they made it so far, then they could play as houseguests, but not up until that time. I think it must be the same with Eric. He isn't an equal of the others and is both handicapped by his tasks and favored by the knowledge. If he isn't out soon, BB will have to do something to make it an equal playing field into the last few shows. He doesn't have a vote and is getting paid on a different scale than the others. He is an employee of the producers instead of a contestant. I think if he stays much longer, BB will begin to make it difficult for him not to be discovered Sue

I dont have the live feeds so I only go by what is on here and what I see on the show. I want Dick to go home. I donot like his stragetgy of bullying people and calling everyone nasty names. That really isnt part of the game, that is Dick thinking he is above anyone else. Any man that calls a woman the "C" word is no man in my book - he is scum. I find him repulsive. I use to be a fan but not anymore, he crossed the line of playing the game and showing what kind of person he really is.

GO HOME ED!!!!

I was never a fan of the AP either, I know a lot of us through the years said America should have a vote, but when they choose someone who most people don't care for, it's a flop. I don't even know what his "strategy" is other than to complete every task given to him-- which now he's up 20,000.

I want to see Dustin gone. His arrogance is bigger than him. And apparently he had quite the smug look on his face when he went up on the block. I don't think anyone should feel safe on the block.

Anonymous said...

I think one of the major faults of the show is that it has become way too predictable. The houseguests know what to expect because they have all studied the game. The producers follow the same format year after year. The little twists are not enough to change things up. The unresolved issues didn't invlove enough people to make the impact the producers were probably looking for or expecting.
The thing about Dick is that nobody has played the game like him before. He publicly exposes people's secrets and strategies. I personally think he is a jerk but I would like to see him remain in the game for now. Dustin needs to go. Amber is not emotionally stable enough to be in this game. The producers made a huge mistake with her.

I'm with honeybehr (1:01PM) Dick is contemptable and I want him gone. I hate hearing him attack the HG's and I hate hearing all his defenders defend him. This season will greatly improve for me once he is gone and Jen, Danielle, and Jessica (IMO the smartest of the remaining HG's) can really get their game on and smoke the others.

I saw a utube this morning where Dick screamed at Dustin to come up with a single justification as to why he called Dani a skank. OK, how about Dustin gets on that right after Dick justifies why it was OK to call Jameka a c**t about 50 times! Dick's absurd lies and hypocrisy are endless. Its like Chinese Water Torture, somebody please make it stop!

well said plaidchick..Dustin must go...I hope AP votes him out and that Daniele Zach and Jen see they can change the game

Deanna said...

Jen thinking that Daniele has to "have a man" had me laughing. That girl went into the house in hopes of attracting the males (most likely a chilltown idea) & now is bothered by the fact that not one of them wanted to be around her. Jealously is what is really bothering that girl.

After reading comments from lots of other sights & seeing the way that America is voting, I can definitely see that most of America is rooting for D&D. Why Eric has not realized this & jumped ship yet from the "Terd Herd" is beyond me. If he really was smart he would get the clue that his group is awful. I'm just hoping that we get the America's Choice of a phone call, cause I seriously doubt that Amber, Jameka, Eric or Dustin would get it. I think Daniele,Jess,Dick,Zack or Jen may win that prize.

Anonymous said...

Yea you're right Deanna, Americans who watch reality TV do seem to favor bullies: Dick, Simon Cowell, the Hell's Kitchen Guy, the guy who won Project Runway last season (Jeffrey), Boogie, etc. I guess me and a few others on this blog are the exception to that rule.

Deanna said...

IMHO... I have to ask, if you "hate" hearing people defend Dick why on earth have you come to a sight to read opinions? I come here with the understanding that I won't agree with everyone, but I do enjoy reading what others think. As for Dick wanting Dustin to justify & apologize for the "skank" remark, in all fairness, Dick realizes he blows up big, and tried to apologize to Jameka later, but she wouldn't listen to him. As for him calling her a C***, that came after she called his minister mother & daughter B******. I felt he was justified in calling her the names. She was doing it too, but somehow she is excused from the equation???

Neal... I agree with the whole twist thing. If BB really wanted to make it a fair & interesting show, they would have made each person in the house have an enemy in there. Then each person would have had a fighting chance to align with others.

Also, Jameka saying she doesn't know what a C*** is, is laughable. But she does does know what a "Shlong"(sic?) is & says something in reference to Eric's. The girl is a liar & hypocrite.

I think that America SHOULD have a vote, but they should do it like on Dancing With The Stars where America gets a percentage and the HG's get a percentage. Then they should tell the HG's how America voted.

If they did it this way, I'd love to see Dustin's reaction when he finds out that America voted him out! And when "we" get to vote Amber out, that would be priceless!

Deanna said...

IMHO... Nope, I like people who are real & say it like it is. I've said it before, to my face it may hurt, but behind my back it would hurt much more & would be more decietful. Smiles to my face while the knife turns in my back?? No thank you!! They are bullies because they speak the truth outloud?

Deanna said...

Orkmommy... I love that idea!! The HG's would be aware that one vote would come from the majority of America. So they probably would be more inclined to mind their p's & q's in the house. Brilliant Idea! You should seriously write that in. :)

Did anyone see Amber wash her hands after picking in Jamekas feet last night? That grossed me out because I saw Amber put her fingers in her mouth and then she was eating after touching Jams feet but I never saw her go wash her hands. I think Amber is just a gross person.

If America chooses for Eric to evict Dustin, it will be to Eric's advantage if Jen and Zach both vote to evict Dick as they've said they would. This way, we still lose Dick (woohoo)and Eric can blame the Dustin vote on Jen or Zach. I really don't see any plus side to being America's Player - yeah, he's getting some money out of it, but America's choices are going to forfeit him any chance of winning.

I'm sure when CBS thought up this "brilliant" idea, they never thought that America would use it to screw with "America's Player". Think again CBS.

To answer your question Deanna I guess I come for two reasons 1)Jackie's writing skills and 2)to hopefully find at least a couple of other people in the world that feel misogyny is not an acceptable "strategy".

I doubt open abhorence of Kaysar's religion would have been tolerated. I doubt using the N word in reference to Marcellas would have been tolerated. But open season on women hating seems to not only be tolerated, it appears to be venerated this year on this show. As a women I take grave issue with that and can only express astonishment that more women don't feel the same. Do you really think Dick's use of the C word 50 times against Jameka was any less offensive than if someone uses the N word? Race is worthy of respect and decorum but women are not? Both words are used to have the same effect : the utter dismissal of the targets worth.

And as for what Jameka said: 99% of what has been said to Dick has been from a person in a defensive position. Dick started on Jameka, not the other way around. Who cares if she was at the table, that gives him the right to verbally abuse her? These people can't win. If they try to move freely thru the house or stand up to Dick then they were "asking for it". If they try to stay away from him by being in the HOH room then they are "weasely cowards".

Early on when Dick circled and harassed Jen like a hungry jackal while the other HG's merely looked on, or Nick screamed at her to STFU 20 times as she dared to defend herself people applauded. People said she deserved it for "crying at her photo and having her name on her clothes". I'm left with the sad impression that misogyny is not limited to the male gender.

And while BB is just a game and who gives a rat's ass who wins these other issues of misogyny, racism, and religious defamation are not. And I think that's why people feel so strongly, and post so strongly, and look so hard for kindred spirits.

Don't forget the first season, america did all the voting so there was no excitement in the house - no scheming, no friction, it was out of their hands. BORING. This single vote is cool, and messing with Eric is fun, but much more involvemnet from us would mess it up too much.

Anyone who calls your mother and daughter a b%$*# should be prepared to be called something in return. No sympathy for Jameka there.

If they vote out D & D and friends imagine how BORING watching the turd herd would be. Give me sequester house footage instead!

Deanna - that Amber picture is classic. LOVE it! Thanks for using it.

Deanna said...

IMHO... I just don't understand how someone can be so defensive and upset by watching a show that locks people into a small environment in the hopes that explosions will happen. This show encourages the HG's to verbally attack eachother, or what would they have? Beer Pong? I'm not saying I condone random acts of attacking ones character, but in this game it goes with the territory. People shouldn't watch the show or go on it if they don't fair well with these type of circumstances. At least on 'Survivor' you can take a walk & clear your head, in the BB house it is no better than a jail, where violence escalates.

I was glad to see Jameka & Amber stand up to Dick and give him back what he was giving to them, it's what they should all do. But for them to go outside and cry to everyone else that he attacked them is a joke. It was clear and obvious by the way she followed him around all day that she was trying to provoke him. Provoking him is fine, and I think he respects someone who has the guts to do it, but to act like the victim once it was over is ridiculous...

I was in a couple relationships when I was younger that were physically & mentally abusive and I know what it means to be attacked. If these HG's were truly in fear of their lives or mentally distraught over Dick's words, they wouldn't be there or he would of been kicked off. I just think the whole "Dick bashing" is being blown out of proportion. Each HG has their own MO, and they ALL are in the same boat. IMO...

Anonymous said...

I beg to differ, it was Jameka who was following Dick around that night. She went outside and sat between D & D. They went in to fix someting to eat and she followed and plopped down in the kitchen with him. She wanted to get into it with him, no one was forcing her to follow him around. She got what she wanted.

If we think Amber cries a lot now wait until she finds out that America hates her and her antisemitism and what an uproar she has caused. I hope Julie tells her about it right when she gets evicted so we can all see her reaction on national teelvision!!

Anonymous said...

Well deannathed&d etc

I guess I'm watching the show for the wrong reasons. I didn't know it was the "hope that explosions will happen show".

I thought seasons past have been more along the lines of watching people compete in physical and mental challenges, form alliances, form strategies, have fun, look pretty in their swimsuits, make us laugh and just generally get us thru the TV viewing desert of summer. I didn't realize it was designed to be a blood sport. My mistake.

You know,I was one of the ones that was VERY upset when ED poured the tea on Jen's head, but then,Jen seemed to have no problem with it,shrugged it off and just went on about her business. After that,I figured she would have run to the DR or called the producers down around his head if SHE had felt attacked or in any danger. So on that account,I have lightened up.But,let me say,I abhor most of the language he has used towards Jen and Kail. I understand his use of verbal abuse in the house, and I've found out,it's even encouraged
in this game. I also think that the Producers have either warned him or encouraged him at this. If it was over THEIR line,I think he would have been gone a long time ago. I also hate the kind of things ERic has said and his kind of "behind your back" kind of game play almost seems more offensive to me,if only because of the way he uses it. I don't understand a mind like that and it is scary to me. And it pains me to hear either of them compared to Dr. Will...I NEVER heard him use the kind of tactics they've used, even behind other's backs. AND he never demeaned women, other than to call them stupid. Sure,Booger called them a lot of bad names, but I don't consider him in Will's league either.

Most all of them have really, really vulgar mouths on them!I have to say that Jen and Kail are the two that really haven't gotten down and dirty and rolled in the mud with the rest of them. Jess and Dani and Zach are not near as bad as the rest, but Eric,Dustin,ED,Amber and Jameka should all have their mouths washed out with lye soap. The other puzzling thing, then you will see them all sitting around in the backyard, just having as normal a conversation as usual. It's almost as if it's all an act?!?!

Anonymous said...

Amazing how many pick on Dick as the horrible one in the house and really want him gone. Amber is a racist and said it out loud (behind Eric's back). Yet little is mentioned about that. Eric has accused D & D of incest. Jameka and her holier than thou attitude turned to her interpretion of the Bible when it suits her.

If you do not care for what you are seeing do not watch, use your free-will not to tune in or read the blog. Tired of it.

I also say leave out the twists next season and just let the show play out. Oh maybe have an America's Choice vote for something or other. Who cares if contestants have studied the show so much? It still is a show of differing personalities trying to exist together (or not).

I guess him teaming up with Amber makes sense, no one likes her either!!

Go get em Dick, still hoping...

Still feel that "Anybodybutacurrenthouseguest" is the best choice to win. Next on my list would be Jen (after she forfeits the remaining $250K in a POV competition) since she is not in it for the money...

IMHO - thought your comments were very eloquent.

Obviously the producers are hyping the confrontations on the BB web site. I would love to be a fly on the wall at Julie Chen's home when she discusses this season with her husband. Unfortunately she is riding this train wreck to the end.

To all the houseguests I would recommend: "If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague."

Anon 3:37... Blood has spilled? Hmmmmm.... I think I'm watching a different show. Explosions have happened since season two when America stopped voting & it was up to the HG's. People don't tune in because they think its going to be bathing suits & fun games, they tune in to see the backstabbing, lies & mental breakdowns. If those things didn't happen then we ALL would have only watched one season and then moved on. Sadly, we all love to watch these reality shows for conflict (yes me too), or otherwise we could just open a window, look out into the street & people watch. Producers cast diverse people to stir the pots & to see what happens. Plain & Simple... I view each person in this house as guilty as the next, I just prefer Dick's "Out there" attitude about it.

So, I'm sitting at work daydreaming (it's almost time to go home) and my brain played out the justifications Amber will make to friends and family when she gets home and sees the recorded shows. They go something like this...

Anti-Jewish remarks - "OMG, I can't believe they took it that way. I didn't mean it like that!"

Naked internet pictures - "I can't believe some pervert put those on the internet. Can't a girl get a little privacy. Oh well, maybe Hugh Hefner will see them and ask me to do a Playboy cover!"

Crying all the time - "I didn't cry that much. They blew it out of proportion!"

America hating her - "They edited me so badly. I'm really a good person! Why do they all hate me? (insert crying here)"

Anyone care to add some more?

If Dick goes home. The "show must go on", but boy will it stink! I like Danielle, but initially thought she would have Janelle's spunk. Too bad, so sad. Dick knew how he was going to play the game when he walked in the house and was loaded for it. All of this blah, blah, blah about being mean to women and being mean and saying all of these horrible things. Watch a soap opera if you think this stuff is bad! Stop going to the movies if you think BB is bad for letting Dick rant and rave. Who cares, I would ignore him and walk out of the room if I didn't want to listen. They are obviously intrigued by him! They hang around him enough! Sorry, no "victims" in this house! I am a woman and it doesn't bother me. I would go back at him like a wild cat if I had a reason! These people don't hate each other they are bored, and want to win money!!! It is a freaking reality game show that has been on 8 times now! YES, they have exploited themselves wearing little, teeny bikinis, making us laugh, but they have also fought like hell in just about every show! If I was locked up in a house for that long I would even be fighting with my own family! ha And, I am tight with them! It is not so hard to comprehend why and how they created the show!? People crack under pressure.People learn things about themselves. People make life long friends. They also win money!!!! So, enjoy, pick and choose and lose the "boo hoos"about Dick! It is a game, and I hope he has HIS game on...Dustin, go home!!!!!!!!

Maybe some of those lice crept into her ears and affected her brain. That would explain a lot. Now she thinks Zach wants Jameka? That girl has so many demons.

Poor Eric. Shrinkage too. Maybe that's where his perverted fascination with incest comes from.

Thank you anon 5:48. I hope you don't mond but I'm going to second your comment. Very well said.

I'm sure the entire show will be over if Dick is evicted. Please don't let this happen America! J/k

Perhaps the reason people say mean things about Dick behind Dick's back (trailer trash loser deadbeat DAD) is that they have seen him go completely apeshit with no provocation so they're afraid what'll happen if they confront him head on. I'd say those people are just being smart, self-preserving, if you will.

Hey Jackie

who are you going to vote to evict?

Lesa said...

I have a question, if she has lice why are they allowing her to stay in the house? Or did she have lice before entering?

Jackie S. said...

Lesa - I'd love to see Dustin go -- that would shake Amber up and she'd cry! Plus I'd like to see his shock. But I'm equal opportunity stir things up -- last week I loved to see Dick in shock over Eric staying.

As for the lice, she doesn't have them now. She was asking if anyone else ever had them.

I love BB precisely because of the holy hell the houseguests conjure up each season. It IS a reality show. As others have stated, what else would you expect having strangers from all walks of life locked up together for months at a time trying to figure out how to outsmart everyone else so they alone can take home the big $$$$. BB does encourage the rants and raves because the more ranting, screaming and plotting, the better the ratings.

We help provide those ratings and you can bet the producers have some underling in their office checking out these blogs every day to get an idea of what we love and hate about each season.

We all have our favorites to root for and favorites to hiss at. Each of us is different and each of us have our own take on the events and actions of those in the house. Most of us enjoy reading everyone's opinions whether we agree with them or not. And most of us don't (or try hard not to) take anything personally. But some of you seem to be trying to evoke a response not much differently than some of the players do.

If watching this show upsets you so much, stop watching it. Or if others opinions bother you so much, stop posting here. Like Jackie says, be nice. She means all of us.

Guess I'm an odd duck, I don't watch BB for the fights and I don't slow down on the freeway to gawk at car accidents.

Of course there have been conflicts of one sort or another on every season, but never to this degree. And for me between that and the "flatness" of most of the personalities I give this season a failing grade.

Maybe I'm just spoiled, I thought seasons 6 and 7 were the best ever. In comparison this season pales and annoys. I keep watching because I really think once Dick is gone the others will step out of the shadows and really compete.

Right now Jen is in stealth mode, Danielle is really working the various factions, Jessica is doing alot of thinking, Zach is actually coming up with some really good ideas and Eric really, really wants to play this game. I just don't think he will be able to get out from under the burden of AP or his own mouth. Jameka, Amber and Dustin do not appear to me to have any viable plans or strategies so I don't see them going the distance except on coat tails.

I say get rid of the schoolyard bully and lets see what the rest of the kids are capable of!

And for those of you who keep telling the anti-Dick people to stop watching or stop posting Bite Me!

Don't put words in my mouth. I said if you don't like another person's faves or least faves (whoever they are) then don't blog. That's anti-anybody! If it's so upsetting that you tend to get in an attack mode, go to a different blog.

YES YES YES anybodybutdick I agree so much!! This isnt the Twilight Zone afterall!!!

I feel that everyone is entitled to their opinions. Dont censor the blog, it's one of the few places where we can openly express our differing opinions without resulting to physical violence.

If you dont like someone else's fave you shouldnt be afraid to say so and they shouldnt be afraid to tell you you're wrong

There's enough censorship in America already

HEY GUYS -- First off, I'm not telling anyone to go away from here. ALL opinions on the houseguests are welcome in this blog. What I don't like and sometimes have to delete are comments which are solely bickering on the part of commenters -- personal spats over favorites and such.

Once again, ALL opinions on the houseguests are welcome. It doesn't bother me (the person who writes the entries) if you don't share my opinions.

But this back and forth in the comments really has to stop. I don't want to remove comments, but I will if it stops a flame war going on in them. If you don't agree with someone and can't post respectfully or tactfully in a reply to them, perhaps it's best to just state why you like or don't like a houseguest and carry on actual conversations with other commenters you feel more comfortable talking (writing) to.

Sigh.

Say what you will but i think ED should go home cos he doesn't know how to play the game. BB is all about deceit/lies/backdooring. What fun is it if no one lies or has a gameplan. Also, didn't he want Nick gone the moment he started getting close to Danielle? Did he need Eric to convince him, he was just pissed cos he got played. He uses his "honesty" as a form of intimidation

I'm totally with Jameka on the b***h thing, that's the only way to hurt him and push his buttons just like he used her religion against her. I wonder if he would have insulted a muslim in the same way, we may not be comfortable with Jameka's religious intensity or her interpretation of it but u still have to respect it.

Just my two cents. Personally, i can hardly stand anyone in the house right now, where did they find these people.
