After a very explosive show, whatever could those hamsters be up to while running in their wheels in that Big Brother House of Societal Misfit Toys?
Here's the skinny for you:
- BB held the HG in an indoor lockdown while they did something in the backyard.
- Jessica told Eric that she had told Zach she wouldn't put him on the block.
- Zach told Dick that "they" would be voting him (Dick) out no matter what. He suggested a smear campaign making up things about Dustin. (C'mon, Zach ... don't stick your own neck out when you're safe for the moment!)
- Imitating the BB recorded voice which says things like, "Houseguests, you are not allowed to talk about your Diary Room sessions with other houseguests," Dick said, "Amber, please cry like a little #&%@&"
- Jameka plopped herself down with Evel Dick and Daniele prompting him to make a few choice remarks about religion and calling her a hypocrite.
- Jameka reacted in almost a Dick-like manner. So much for all of the religion being a true driving force. Scary!
- I won't use the language used by either Dick or Jameka here.
- Dustin called Dick a "white trash washed-up deadbeat dad." Amber told Dick he should commit suicide. (I actually think that's closer to her mind than Dick's -- she seems to be the one with the real instability problems more than him despite his tactics.)
- Jen said the DR seemed to want her to vote for Eric to stay. (Obviously she did what she wanted to do as she voted to evict him.)
- Dick says that if he's leaving, he's going to go out with a bang.
- Daniele said that the DR told her to expect another twist this week. (We really should be about ready for a double eviction, but what else could happen?)
- Eric made more incest remarks about Daniele and Dick, this time with Amber chiming in.
- Zach thinks he's almost invisible in the game -- Julie has only asked him one question ever and that was about the streaking incident.
- Dick, Daniele, and Zach think they need to swing Jessica to their side but she's taken in by Eric.
- Dustin told Zach that "they" are going to the sequester house one by one each week.
- Eric told Jessica she should put Dustin on the block. They both laughed, but I can't help but think that was America's Player's choice this week -- Dustin.
- Dick is sure he's going home this week.

Well, there just was some talk between Jess and Eric in the HOH room -- led by Eric-- re: putting up Dustin, though I think she thinks he's joking, so it must be the AP vote. Eric will probably not pursue this one wholeheartedly... if he's smart.
Unfortunately, Eric apparently didn't learn a thing from the last 72 hous and was talking trash with renewed vigor all last night. I know, after all that stress it's almost a law of physics that he'd swing back in that direction even higher, especially when the mood is so celebratory with the whole LNC (who are all trashing at new levels as well). But I hoped he'd have been humbled a tad and played smarter going forward.
IMHO, anyone who is trapped in an environment dealing with Dick's constant aggression and mind games would react under presure much like these folks are after 40 days... religious or not. Even the nicest person forced to be around that relentlesness -- let alone the target of it -- would lose their sh*t. I'm amazed when folks say Dick's just honest or is a little loud but at least tells it like it is, I wonder if they've really witnessed his behavior day in and out on the feeds.
In an earlier post, someone said that Amber's mom had called CBS and wanted Amber pulled from the show to put her on suicide watch. I think she called to get her yanked in hopes of shutting Amber up. I am a server and I can tell you right now more people remember you than you remember them. Amber is going to have to find herself a new career because not many people will want her to serve them after this.
You were right the scene between Jameka and Dick was ugly. Real ugly. The thing that I find fascinating is how people react when they think they are in power.
Also I wish someone at CBS would stop Eric talking about Dick and Dani having sex. It's uncalled for.
I can't wait for these people to get out of the house and realize exactly what most of America thinks about them and their trashy behavior. All of their trashy behavior.

I would actually prefer someone to tell me straight to my face, whether it be yelling or not. I've been hurt too many times, by people who have smiled to my face & then ripped me apart behind my back. I think the HG's just don't like being faced with some of their issues that Dick throws in their face. If it wasn't true, you would let it roll off your back & move on (like Jen), but when it is true, you tend to let it become a problem & it festers. Dick's language may be hard for some, but not for me, but I don't think he has taken it to any levels of incest & bringing "personal real-life issues" out of his back pocket to use against a person. Dick is rough around the edges, but he is free with his thoughts. Eric on the other hand is the most vulgar person to be cast on this show.
I really can't wait to see how these HG's react when they realize what America really thinks of them. As for AP? BB picked a gem of a guy to represent their show & us. My only hope is to make his job in the house as awful as it is for me to watch him.
Anon 7:11 You are right. If I saw that Amber was my server, I would ask management for someone else, or leave the restraunt. I would be afraid that something would set her off, and I would choose not to be a part of it.
It's the 212 degrees theory. Dick's stategy was to stir the pot throughout the game. It's now at boiling point (212 degrees), and all of the houseguests are boiling over. It's going to be pretty ugly until the heat (ED) leaves and the pot simmers down.

Last year, I rooted for Jani and I loved Will. He was hysterical. but this year, I don't really see anyone in that house, that I can get behind one hundred percent.
I think I'm gonna start rooting for Zack by default. At least, until he wins HOH and turns into an utter ass like all the rest of them have.
Also, I forgot to say that my heart goes out to all of the families of the miners in Utah. May your loved ones be found alive and unharmed. Our prayers go out to you and them.
This show may get boring if ED is voted out. Eric & Dustin need to go.

I voted for Eric to get Dick nominated. He needs to be gone. Some people might want to call him brutally honest, but lets call him what he is, a bully. He's constantly going off on somebody. He calls people out and then screams over their voices to the point where they can't get a word in to defend themselves. If you accuse someone of doing something, shut up and let them explain themselves - that's the best way to expose the liars. I was glad to see Dustin use his brain and vote Kail out. If Eric would have gone home, Dick would have run roughshod over that household all the way to the finals, and frankly, I'd rather see Jen win than him.

I am a Christian and it saddens me to see the comments and the jibes these people are getting. I have always believed "Forgiven but Not Perfect" and also everyone is loved by God, and we have no business pointing fingers at the way a person prays or reacts to life.
For BB to use some of these private moments and interject them with with editing that is cruel....well ....sad to me.
I think the LNC is far worse than D&D because Dick is open and the LNC are weak....

Qusetion- Am I right in that none of the people involved in the POV contest can be put on the block if some one is taken off - or only the person that wins POV???
In the past I sort of remember that all the POV participates were safe and that is why they now draw. If they were not safe then the people on the block would always pick their alliance people to save them from being a replacement.
Also where there is double eviction- is there a quick POV contest or just 2 people put up and a vote taken eimmediately??

Only the person that wins POV is safe.
They draw names now so that it is the luck of the draw, and they may or may not get one of their alliance to play in the POV competition. Even if they picked someone from their alliance, they aren't assured they'd be removed from the block if that person won POV.
Also where there is double eviction week, the HG don't know it until the HOH is held after the eviction of the first HG, then the new HOH is asked to nominate 2 people on the spot! I think that's how it works.
Jackie: help me out here...when do they vote to evict one of the second set on the block??? I forget how it works too.
Maybe I should leave the answers to these questions up to you. Nah... I'm too pushy.

Although it's broadcast on CBS, if production owed management feels a HG after having been previously reevaluated on site by house called Physician, thereby HG prescribed any type mood altering/ stabilizer medications with no apparent results, hence continue exhibiting an emotionally unstable demeanor appearance, however reflecting unwarranted suggestive comments which could or could not be a result of an adverse effect from prescribed meds amongst HG in question, management may have to reconsider various options as a legal precaution. Wouldn't HG's question if Dick is yet another twist, perhaps an actor provided, I'm certain this generally isn't how he's perceived amongst outside world. Sorry, Sheree. I'm against the Nerd Herd, too. I find Dick's behavior (as much as I wish he'd shut up sometimes) to be much less objectionable than that of the Nerd Herd. I'd rather someone be nasty to my face, when I can defend myself. All the secrets, whispers, lies and backstabbing--to say nothing of the NH's arrogance--just makes me sick.

Second...in my (possibly warped) fantasy when Jameka or Amber or anyone goes off on Dick in his own style, I'd like it if Dick would just smile and/or laugh at them. Now I know that would never happen because Dick has no control like that and I also suspect I'll take flack for my fantasy but...I kind of like imagining reactions opposite of those that would really happen.
LOL...at this point I don't have any kind of favorite, just various degrees of dislike for each HG. And yes, I'll continue to watch but even if I got smart and stopped watching I'd still read Jackie and you guys...that's my real addiction now!!

Several things were interesting last night. The "christian" Jameka and her remarks, Dustin standing in the backyard yelling inside at Dick instead of facing him in the kitchen, and Eric and is potty mouth and incest remarks. I really wanted him gone. Cannot wait till the five of them have to start booting each other out.

Deanna, I have to agree with you. I would much rather have someone talk directly to me about what I may be doing wrong or what they don't like about what I am doing. I too have been burned by people smiling at me and going behind my back to find the right spot in which to dig the dagger. ED is free with his feelings, is he honest? Well, he honestly doesn't hold his tongue does he honestly know his own feelings? He has been touching issues in the HGs that they don't realize are issues inside themselves (what is the phrase? "'Doth protest too much?")
I don't understand this bit about Eric mentioning incest with Danielle and Dick. Is he trying to play headgames with them or did he actually hear or see something?

The reason Dick continues on the way he does is because other people have taught him that his behavior is acceptable by not telling him to STFU when he goes into his misogynistic tirades and his rageaholic rants towards people who don't fall in line and do what he wants/think how he thinks etc. There's nothing admirable about that type of person at all. No one likes an asshole, plain and simple and that guy is an asshole. Honesty is refreshing, blatant hostility and abuse is blatant hostility and abuse and nothing more. This is a guy who was estranged from his daughter for years. Obviously there's a big problem there. No doubt he spoke to HER the way he speaks to others and she put an end to it which makes her ok in my book, however she seems blind to his abuse in the house and allows it to go on like it's normal. Perhaps it's normal for her...
I never said I was pro Nerd Herd...I just said I want DICK out of the house because I think he sucks. And I stand by that opinon regardless of how I feel about the other house guests. Personally I'd like to see Zack win or maybe Jessica or Jen...but that doesn't make me a nerd herd fan...just a sick of Dick fan. Just thought I'd clarify that.
Oh and I agree with anon 11:18...it's funny to see how everyone's opinion changes from day to day depending on the happenings (with a few exceptions of course) There are a few that stick by Dick or by Eric or whomever and I respect the right of others to have their favorites...as I stated before it would be boring if we all had the same opinion and liked and disliked the same people.

Well it doesn't take a rhodes scholar to figure that one out, anonymous. Dick is resigned to going but you can bet he's not happy about it.
I don't get why everyone's call that group the Nerd Herd. They're not nerds at all. Nerds are shy and retiring, intelligent, and typically goody-two-shoes. That group is none of the above.
I also don't understand why everyone is surprised by Jameka having a potty mouth along with all the other houseguests. Isn't it common knowledge that people who claim to be overly Christian are anything but?
All my votes were to get Dustin up on the block, if only to make slimy, sleazy Eric try to explain that one away. Sydney, please tell me you're not blaming the nerd herd's bad behavior on Dick! Your 7:10AM comment shocked even me! And "religious or not", Jameka, Amber and Kail have all shown their biases and predgidicial (sp) thinking, yet they believe they are the "good" people. I certainly don't think Dick is a saint, but neither is anyone else in that house and none have needed Dick to accomplish that! This is (to me) undeniably the worst cast in the history of BB and I have this nagging feeling the producers are involved this season in ways that are changing the "natural" flow of things only to keep the ratings from taking a dive. This may well be my last season of BB. That said, the LEAST amount of backstabbing has come from Dick, and although I realize that backstabbing is "part of the game", I simply can't stomach rooting for a group of people who obviously condone Eric's disgusting incest remarks and his plan (used or not) to slam Amber's confidence in him if it suits his needs, nor the hipocrasy of "religious" people who take God's name in vain every chance they get (and any other swear word) without any help from Dick. I wiil back Dick to the end (good strategy or not) because everything he does, is out in the open and he does NOT use GOD as if he has special privleges due him and he doesn't spew the made-up garbage about incest about anyone like that slimeball Eric keeps on doing. By the way, I truly hope Eric gets his scummy ass kicked by Dick after the show is over when ED hears what he said. AND why isn't that repeated little disgusting conversation shown in clips ON THE SHOW? Maybe because the PRODUCERS would have to show the nation what a F--KED-UP job they did in choosing demented Eric to be "THEIR" American Player? Whew! I really needed to vent! This was not all directed at you, Sydney. It just sounded like that one remark was blaming everyone else's bad behavior on Dick and I thought that was totally unfair. The rest came out as I typed along. Man, this comments a long one even fo me!

If you don't understand how Dick is so horrible then you're not watching the same show as I am. They all have had horrible, horrible moments except for Jessica and Zach and Jen as far as I can tell. That environment BREEDS bad behavior because there is nothing to do except BE with other people day in and day out. That's what the show is all about and it really is an intersting (and disturbing) group of people to watch try and make it through the days with each other. But to say you don't see horrible behavior from Dick but that Eric calling someone's mom a bitch is JUST WRONG, makes me think that some blinders are on that need to be removed. Of course calling someone's mother a bitch is wrong, but Dick has had many such shining moments of saying hateful, horrible things and to deny it is being hypocritical.
I'm thinking that all the houseguests could benefit from some sessions with Dr. Phil right now. They definitely could use some group work.

Joy i definitely agree. I can't take any more of erics disgusting comments, jameeka and amber using GOD, and Dustins cocky overconfident bitchy attitude. And when Dick leaves i just know that its going to get worse with all of them turning on each other. I know that Dick is pretty much as good as gone next week, and I probably won't continue to watch after that. Dick is my man, the only honest, straightforward, free thinking one in that house! I'm not saying that I dont understand why people dont like him because i do, but his behavior is so much better than all of the backstabbing that everyone else is taking part in.

I thought last nights show was fantastic. I loved the look on D&D's face. Priceless.
What I find funny is the Dick keeps saying how he hasnt lied to anyone but yet he hasnt been truthful either. He was the one gunning for Nick to go home. He is the one who started all of that, not Eric. He thought he was the one who was the second vote. If Dick didnt start the smear campaigne of Nick, that he would still be there.
Dick is very abbrasive. If he doesnt like what you have to say, he will manipulate the conversation until it makes him look like an angel. No wonder his daughter didnt speak to him for years.

My skin would crawl if I were Jessica, so sure she doesn't get near his MO for dating or even hanging out with on the outside. So , she is really game playing big time and using him to get to the end, no contest she wins, if they are the last 2. She is the one to watch!

Here is how I feel about the whole Amber anti-Jew stuff. I'm a Jew, and I was very offended by what she said. To the point where I almost stopped watching the show. However, I feel that Amber has the right to say whatever she wants or feels. I do not think she should be told to stop or thrown off the show. Freedom of speech is one of the most important freedoms this country has. To start banning speech is a slippery slope. I may be offended by what someone says, but I will fight to the death for their right to say it. However, people have to realize there are consequences to their actions. If you say something, you may have to face angry people who think what you said was wrong. Amber told Eric a secret on National TV and the Internet, and expected it never to come out. That's just stupid. She said what she said about Jews, but whispered because she didn't want anyone to hear. That again is stupid. Because I was offended is no one's fault but mine, and I have the choice to turn off the show and not watch again. I still don't like Amber, but I decided to continue watching the show. Again, my choice. I want the rights to say and think what I want, and I give that right to everyone else... whether I like what they say or not.

Neal, great post and I wholeheartedly agree. I don't think you can truly censor people like that anyway. You can suggest they keep their prejudices to themselves, but I think after a certain point, people cannot help but be who and what they are and this will result in them saying what they think and feel. And it's in our power to feel or not feel offended by these lutzes. I think women would be more apt to take exception to Dick's abusive and bullying tactics towards women. I'm not Jewish but I found Amber's rant about Jewish people offensive but probably not as offensive as you did Neil. My point being that we react according to how what they are saying relates to each of us on a personal level. They are all free to say whatever they want and we are free to think they're all baffoons of the highest order.
I think that Weasel Boy just won't try very hard. After all, he really doesn't care what we think about him, or that he's supposedly playing for us. CBS appears to have dropped the whole "flatter someone" challenge when America chose Dick.
I'm thrilled that America went with Dustin for this one!
I'll be unhappy when Dick is gone, and I'll probably stop watching; it would be interesting to see, though, how hateful it gets when these worms turn!

I watched After Dark last night/this morning and Jameka shocked me. She is such an ugly person inside and Amber as well. They were trying to get Dick going and of course he did but not to the extent of appearing as upset as them. They had the shakey voices and were just insane looking, especially Amber. Dick says what he feels out loud and calls people out, not in a good way always but at least you know what you get with him. The others (Eric, Dustin, Jameka and Amber)are mean spirited and shallow. They should be called the evil ones.
I hate to admit that I am still a fan of Eric and am liking Jessica more. She seems to have a great strategy - although I think it may be an accident rather than strategic thinking. Ultimately she has remained true to her alliance. I don't like the way Eric has trashed other players but he is no where near as bad as Dick and he didn't actually tell Amber's secrets - she spilled more herself.

1) He had a conversation with Jen about her sexuality. She said that she doesn't enjoy it because she can't let go in her mind and he was all concerned. Then he got mad at her and called her a "dead f__k" and a "cold fish" and several other names.
2) He threw Kail's religion in her face on several occasions.
3) He tried to convince Amber to vote Eric out after she swore on her daughters life by saying that he believes her God would forgive her for breaking that vow.
He uses whatever he has in his arsenal to get others to do what he wants. When they go against him, he pouts and throws a temper tantrum! He's a big bully. I just hope none of the HG's brought their milk money because he may try to take it from them!
With that said...they all use what they have against each other. That's basically what this game is about and they're all playing it in their own horribly bad way.
I think some anonymous posters need to step away from the computer and the TV and go live their lives if they're getting so worked up over a TV show. Sheesh.

Susie Q... Eric didn't call Dick's mom a Bitch, it was religious Jameka who did. Eric said that he was afraid to walk in on Dick & Daniele having sex in sequester.
IMO, Dick never really attacked peoples outside lives, but the people and their actions in the BB house. Yet, last night, Jameka and Amber went after Daniele(which is fine)& his mother. He in turn went after Jameka being man-less & Amber's mothering abilities. I'm not saying Dick is a saint (but who is?) but he doesn't seem to make such low blows of taking the game talk outside of the realms of the house & its actions. And like I have always said, Jameka is playing the "religious card" just like Kail didn't. I also read that Jameka is a counselor...Yikes! How would that session go? "Your mutha&Daughta Your mutha&daughta" (with a weird maniacal smile on her face). If she is trained with how to deal with people, why on earth was she following D&D last night in an attempt to bait Dick into a confrontation? I think her patients should ask for a refund.
Lastly, power is a funny & fleeting thing in this house & I can't wait for it to shift against Dustin, Amber, Eric & Jameka. (their smug sense of superiousness is gagging me)Like Totally!
I agree with Dick and many of you about Jameka. She is a hypocrit.
It is one thing to carry your faith, but she did it to an extreme and threw it in everyone's faces, but when put in a tight situation she does what she has condemned the others.
Dick may be a bully and uses intimidating tactics, he is still the most upfront and entertaining to watch. I hope he does not do too much damage that he cannot recover.

If I were HOH I definitely would not put both Donatos up for eviction.
The 3 players guaranteed to play for POV are HOH and the 2 nominated for eviction.
I would do everything in my power to keep Dick and Daniele from having a free walk into the POV competition.

The reason I enjoyed the LNC rescuing Eric is because D&D were so positive they had control of the game.

Although I found last night's results very nice I don't really care who goes and stays at this point.

I would like to say that I'm not pro Nerd Herd at all. Right now, I'm very anti-Dick (and I sooo wanted to like him). I'd like to see Dick & Dani go so the Nerd Herd can implode. It is different to throw something in ones face that you two have discussed in the house. It is another to go behind someones back and threaten to others that you have a secret from their past that you could "pull out of your pocket" when needed. Dick is far from perfect, but if he is going to use anything against anyone, it will be ammo that, that person gave & he does it to your face. Never once has Dick found out a dark secret & swore not to tell then turned & threatened to use it behind someones back.

Let me start off by apologizing, because this is going to be long.
I really don't have any favorites in the LNC or the outcast bunch. I have, however, had it with listening to Dick's rages. I don't find him to be brutally honest, I just find him to be brutal. He has ruined any chance he had of winning, so just let him go this week and put me out of my misery.
Amber is straight up psycho. Eric has a filthy mouth. Zach is a waste of slop. Jenbot is the strangest person I've ever seen - she's either brilliant at keeping in her emotions, or she just doesn't have any. Jessica is the ultimate floater. Daniele could have gone far in the game, but she let her dad speak for her. Dustin impressed me last night by shaking up the vote - after all it is a game and he's trying to win. He needs to distance himself from Amber.
Now on to Jameka. My take on Jameka is that she truly is a very religious person, but, of course, she is also human. Being a Christian does not mean you are perfect and always behave in a perfect manner. If you truly believe Christians never curse, get angry, fight, cheat, lie, etc., you don't know any.

Dick DID attack Jen's outside life when he called her a cold fish and the rest. He also made comments about Kail's husband (something along the lines of beating her into submission if I remember correctly). You have a right to your opinion and I love to hear it. I also liked Dick at the beginning and wanted him to do well. I enjoyed his strategy of being upfront and calling people out. But now I think he is actually just abusive. It is great to tell the truth and say what people don't want to hear, even be manipulative but and it is another to yell, intimidate and be cruel. He is truly abusive and offensive. I agree with the post that says Daniell's failure to see it as a problem is the best proof of what she must have gone through her whole life.

Orkmommy... I have never claimed that Dick isn't as bad as the rest. I just enjoy the way he plays the game. He is upfront, he speaks his mind & he is who he is. Others in the house pretend to be something they are NOT and lie, sneak & backstab. Dick may have said a few things that are questionable here & there (like I said, we all aren't perfect), but he says it to their face & the person has the oppurtunity to defend themselves. Eric on the other hand, and Amber chimed in last night, said disgustingly fowl things last night on "after dark", but it wasn't to his face, so he could have the chance to respond.
Eric is a weasly wimp IMO. He acted like he would have "jumped in" last night if he knew what was going between Amber, Jameka & Dick in the kitchen. He knew what was going on, because Dustin kept hoping up & peeking through the slider door & then would go back to the hot tub where eric was. Plus, if he is going to talk trash like the incest stuff, he oughta be man enough to say it to Dick's face. He is NOT my AP :)
I watched Sho2 last night, and Jameka and Amber are FOS. Hey-- the truth hurts! At 10:39 BB time Dick no longer existed in Jameka's opinion. That didn't stop her from talking about the indicdent.
Then Amber goes outside and talked about the incident and starts crying. STFU Amber!
It was ugly, but I couldn't help but laugh through the whole thing. The show is going to boring when Dick leaves. Eric and Dustin are on the power trip now. Those LNC 5 are really like the Nerd Herd-- aka Terd Herd.
Zach has gained knowledge and makes sense when he talks since he's been a bunny. He's not stupid. He and Dick's strategy talk was interesting. Zach seems to think he can get to Jessica, but Jessica has always thought he was "creepy."

I think Amber is horrible, to tell anyone to commit suicide is awful. It's a numbers game... which means only way Zach or Jen have the possiblity of making it to the end is if one of the LNC goes..which would mean that they would have to turn on themselves before getting rid of D/D... doesn't seem like that will happen. Eric/ Dustin know about the numbers thats how they got the others to flip back to voting out Kail. Boring Boring Boring until they have to turn on themselves. Even they realized Eric with all his "alleged faults" gave them the numbers. D/D, Jen Zach were sunk once Nick was gone.

I think that once Dick is gone the LNC will turn on themselves because Dick won't be there to instigate. Eric/Amber will fight...Dustin/Amber will fight...Jameka/Eric will fight, whatever. That will leave the door open for Jen & Zach to sit back with their popcorn and watch the fireworks.

1) My head is still spinning from seeing orkmommy slam Dick and defend Jen when she was so adamantly reversed in that opinion the first few weeks.

Hey Joy N-- I think everyone's accountable for their actions. Hey, we all cited after the first week that this group was boring and all getting along too well. IMHO, Dick first brought color or we thought, game, even heart... but he quickly ramped up to be a relentless, often unpleasant FORCE which has had the general effect of wearing everyone down over time, even if they weren't a direct target. When he turns his focus on a new person, I was saying I think the cumulative effect is making people react far worse than they normally might.
Jess and Zach are the last two to escape his crosshairs. We'll see how they deal if it happens to them this week. I think Jen's ability to NOT succumb is both remarkable and unfathomable.
I'd like to comment about the posting that Neal left. I agree wholeheartedly with everything stated, but there is one more element that needs to be considered - CBS is giving this bigot a platform. How is this any different than the incident involving Imus. CBS can not protect itself or their viewers from the statements of a bigot, but to ignore those statements is as reprehensible as the statements themselves.

To the above commenter who brought up Imus. Imus was a media professional. Amber is a Reality TV contestant, her 15 seconds should have expired weeks ago. Big Difference.
Plus, CBS is deliberately distancing themselves from her Anti-Semitic remarks by choosing not to air them in primetime. However, it seems like somewhat of a cover-up to me. When the British version of BB had someone spouting racist stuff it seemed more highly publicized.
BTW, someone should explain to Amber that the idea of philanthropy and giving to the poor is a tradition of Judaism. It's "Tzedakah" in Hebrew. (I'm trying to reconnect with my Jewish faith these days)

I'm sorry for your loss, BB UK had so many problems if anyone watched UK housemates they'd know Dicks antics are really sooo very minor, yeah race is a big problem but after an incident that happened in April the last thing cbs needs is a mental case i'm not naming anyone % anyway to many lawsuits when someone goes nuts and nobody noticed until after the fact is all i'm gonna say.

I guess for me, IMO, it boils down to the fact if Dick were in front of these people when these thoughts crossed his mind, he would say it to their face. Where Dustin & Eric are only able to say it behind their backs. I just appreciate someone who says whatever they need to (whether it may be good or deranged), rather than someone who does it behind my back. IMO Dick would say those things to their face if the moment arose and it was on his mind. It is the quiet sneaky ones that you have to look out for in this world and worry about getting you when your not looking. With Dick, what you see is what you get.

Couldn't have said it better, myself.!!! As for the scumbags in the hot tub, (such brave boys from a distance) they are not only rats, but lower-than-lowlife,chicken-shit weasel-hearted slimes. There, now I feel better! They have totally confirmed my opinion of them.

I just watched the UTUBE video of Amber, Dustin and Eric all discussing the incest issue joyfully. All three will rot in hell, along with Jameka, who is a Christian only when it suits her to be one. You can catch it (if you haven't seen it) thru Hampsterwatch. These are three sick people.
Not only did Amber's anti-semetic remarks get on CNN, they were on AOL this a.m. when I signed on. Now when you make AOL news... well need I say more. I'm disturbed by her comments, but obviously its the way she was raised, so there ya go.

meb- I had just watched the utube videos and I guess I can get carried away at times, but I've never seen other seasons where such unnecessary made-up garbage has been spewed. For someone who jokingly (the first time and, more seriously the second time) would throw such a teerible accusation at two people in the name of the game just sickens me. As you and any sensible person would know, you just don't throw words like incest around behind peoples backs. He would never dare to say it in front of Dick. It takes a very small man to do what he has done. And for Dustin and Amaber to join in on this sick conversation so willingly again, behind Dick's back is horrible. I just don't understand how anyone can think that kind of unfounded filthy accusation is "part of any game." Incest is in NO way whatever a joking matter. If Dick doesn't kick butt after the show is over and he and Daniele (and their family and friends)hear those perverted peoples accusations and innuendos, I think they have a great case for slander against them, and GOD knows, they have plenty of witnesses.
Joy~ Just to clarify that's not how I think it will happen but how I think it Should happen. I'm not a psychic like Amber I really don't know what's going to happen in the international house of waffling. I guess we'll find out soon enough though.
I don't understand how saying hateful things to someone's face is better than saying it behind someone's back. They're both terrible but if you say it behind someone's back, then hopefully it won't get back to them and hurt their feelings unnecessarily.
See, I like to gossip myself and sometimes when I gossip I say things that aren't nice about people but somewhere in my heart I don't want to hurt their feelings so I vent to someone else and not to that person if I don't have to. I think the person who feels the need to tell you to your face EVERYTHING means to hurt you...that's the intention. When you gossip behind someone's back it's just all in good fun.
I'm from the south where it's cool to talk behind someone's back so I get a free pass.

Trust me when I say I'm no Eric defender but what I understood him to say on ShoToo last night was something like "What is Dick like a plant or something, like a paid actor, I half expect to see him and Danielle having sex".
I interpret that to mean that Eric was speculating that Dick is so off the wall that he's getting paid to act like that for the ratings and that he isn't even really Danielle's dad. OMG, I just defended Eric, I gotta go take a shower, cuz eeuuwww!
imho - go to utube through hampsterwatch and listen to what he really said.

in April the last thing cbs needs is a mental case i'm not naming anyone % anyway to many lawsuits when someone goes nuts and nobody noticed until after the fact is all i'm gonna say.

imho - That is purely speculation on Eric's part. Plus he made the statment about incest on two different occasions. What you're saying you heard was NOT mentioned the first time. I think he's disgusting. MO
