'Big Brother 9' Live Feeds Since the Nominations

jackie's tv blog, Big Brother, BB9

Zoetawny made this for the blog yesterday, but I didn't read the email before all the show wonkiness started. But it definitely fits even though at the moment, we know James is running the house! I love this one!

So, what's been happening in the Big Brother House of Arrogant Strutting?

Here's what's gone down since James nominated Ryan and Sheila:
  • Although the nominations ceremony was blocked to the feeds, we found out from talk that Natalie's key was the first one pulled from the box. That was nice of James.
  • Ryan and Sheila talked about being on the block (and how it sucks) and the fact they know James wants the nominations to remain the same, no one backdoored.
  • They both think they got screwed. (Just victims of circumstance? I think not!)
  • Chelsia thinks America didn't like Alex because he was quiet and they wouldn't have voted him back in. (But they did!)
  • Ryan told Matt and Adam that James said that Sheila is the strongest person in the house (influence, game-wise, not physically).
  • Sharon and Natalie don't think anyone will ever vote for Ryan to win because of Jen. No one wants her to have the money.
  • James had joked that Jen was in the mystery box, but then admitted he didn't know who America chose.
  • It's kind of quiet after last night's big endurance comp. The nominees knew they'd be going on the block -- James told Ryan and worked things out for the future (he thinks). I didn't see him really talk to Sheila, but she knew it.

I still say Nat has heart,
she has other problems but
she has heart!
Matt you should be kissing her
feet!!

Debbie - I agree, Nat has a huge heart, she also strikes me of someone who rarely holds grudges, unlike so many people today. Natalie's downfall is attempting to please everyone, while fearfully hiding behind a mask, yet she probably has many hidden strengths.

i agree with you both, nat is good person. of all of her strengths, though, i think common sense is the one that escaped her.

I think all that banter between Natalie and James during the endurance comp was just James' way of getting off the disco ball and getting HOH...period. He never had any intentions of putting up Matt (and he could care less about Natalie).

When he was talking with Julie, he knew it was Sheila who was doing the wheeling and dealing and caused his eviction. Of course it was Ryan who backdoored him... so it was a no brainer when he went back into the house who he would put up if he got HOH.

His promise to Natalie was classic IMO, since again, he got her to give up giving him HOH, and never even considered nominating the two of them in the first place.

Now... not to say how he'll play it later in the game. He hasn't forgotten that they ALL voted to evict him (except his honey).

I still want them all gone, but hope it's Ryan first. Then Sheila wouldn't have too many people to go to to work her venom. Chelsia, Sharon and Josh wouldn't listen to her and that would only leave Natalie, who changes her opinion with the wind. Matt certainly wouldn't listen to Sheila and Adam is also his own man when it comes to her.

Things are beginning to get interesting.

meb, I agree with your thoughts on who James planned to put up and how the agreement with Nat was useless. It did make Nat feel and to feel she came aware from the endurance with something...but it also highlighted the fact that she is linked to Matt. Everyone knew it, but still.... One thing interesting last night was Natalie saying to someone (Sheila or Sharon, I forget) that she was so excited about making the deal that at first she forgot to include herself in it. She just asked for Matt's safety. She laughed at forgetting and was glad it was corrected. Sue

Zoetawny, fantastic graphic!

Every one of those dorks are going to go crazy at next week's HOH comp (including She-witch if she is still there) hoping they have the "power" to rule supreme.
