Sigh. Ian fell to the mist. He put Danielle on the block in Shane's place. A full report later today ...

Any bets on what kind of cheap dollar store crafts they will give them this year to tape the BBAD episode that won't be 'live'?

Tie dye, ceramics, clay?

This is how I see it...

Ian has been a super fan for years and has studied the game. He's taking this very seriously and wants to win but he doesn't want it to be a gimme, which it would be if he wins against Jenn, Shane or Danielle. If he goes up against a strong player like Dan in the final two and beats him then he will have really accomplished something.

Dan has already won once and there's only one former coach on the jury. If you look at who the jury is I think it's fair to assume Ian would have the win over Dan. I don't think anyone there is going to give another $500K to Dan, not to mention that everyone in the jury has been double crossed by him and they're the types to hold a grudge.

I think a final two of Ian & Dan will guarantee Ian the win for 1) his social game, 2) his strategic game and 3) the fact that he's never played or won before.

I hope your right ORKMommy!

ORKMommy ...that assumes the final 2 is Dan and Ian. How will the jury vote if it's Dan and someone else. i think Dan will do his best to get ian out of the house at the next opporturnity.

Dan only wins (for sure) against Dani, which Os why he will take her if HR gets to decide.

I agree with most have said, Dan wins against anyone but Ian. Shane would have an outside chance on his comp record, but Dan can out mist him/out talk him to the jury. JMO

I like your thinking Orkmommy. I hope you are right.

I do think Ian has played a hard and fair game. He made moves when he had to. I just hope he stays ahead of Dan's plan and does not get booted next. Something tells me Ian will fight hard from now until the end.

WV: DrMover, could this be Dr Will talking?

Dan & Ian are clearly the 2 best players IMO and either would be deserving of the win.

I'm still a Dan fan but having the "he's won before" tag will definitely be a handicap that he may not be able to overcome especially if he's up against Ian.

I believe the best chance for Dan to win again is to cut Ian (I know it's cruel...but really it's a 'dog eat dog' game) Ian's best chance is to do whatever is necessary for him to get to the F2. If he does he's probably a lock to win.

As for Dani I think she is playing both Dan & Shane and will eventually stick with which ever one will advance & benefit her the most.

Lastly, To Sharon & Monty I concur whole heartedly with both of your recent comments regarding Dan & swearing on the bible etc.

Yeah, ease up on Dan. And don't give up on Ian yet. That would be underestimating both of them. They are the most deserving and that pair would provide a much better ending for a BB season.

Orkmommy... I agree with you and would love to see Dan and Ian in the final two... and I hope they both get there, but Dan is trying to get Ian out for the very reason he knows, or at least thinks, Ian would win if he was F2 with him. Ian on the other hand, as you said, would love the D/I F2. I am so hoping that Ian can save himself and get there. I do wish Jenn would tell Ian that she has a final 2 with Dan... just so he knows Dan is F2 with everybody in the house.

Go Ian!

OK if I got this right Shane just told Dan one of the 3 of us (D,D,S) has to win HOH.

Aahh news flash Shane; if you all evict Jenn as planned and Ian can't play, then one of you WILL win HOH!!

Ed, you just made my day!! LMAO!!!!
I would LOVE to havve seen Dan's expression. @@

Who wants to win when it's a slam dunk? (Well, I know there are some who prefer that.) However, I prefer an "evenly" matched final, with two people who were active participants in the game, who either won comps or used strategy to achieve goals.

That's Ian and Dan. I see Ian winning it all, because:
1) The jury will see themselves all having been burned by Dan, and
2) Dan has won before, and they won't want to give him another 500K, and
3) They may see Ian as a more worthy victor.

I would cheer either one, I've always liked Dan, but Ian has so totally grown on me this season!!!

Shane is cute and a nice guy, but is not the brightest bulb in the box. Thanks for the laugh, Ed!!

ORKMommy,

To me what you're saying isn't plausible at all because Dan is going to get rid of Ian next, and if Ian is thinking in anyway of what you're saying he is delusional, how on earth can he be sure that he can pick a player that he will DEFINITELY go up against, Dan more than likely with take Shane or Danielle, If Ian had any sense he should get away from that "I want to beat a strong player nonsense, as far as I am concern he just handed the $500K to Dan, Danielle or Shane

Thanks, Ed and I'm lmao at your last post. When I get into my BB burnout, I look forward to pure wit on here and that was it. :))

Well, I have a feeling that Ian just sealed his fate in the house. There's no doubt that he's going up next week. His only hope is going to be winning the veto. Especially if Dan wins HOH.

monty924 said...

Ian would be going up next week not matter who won HOH. Jenn, Shane, Dani, Dan... everyone of them will put him up. He knows he was to win at this point and my money is on Ian winning the F4 veto.

IAN FOR THE WIN

Billy
There's no doubt Ian is going up if even Dan doesn't win HoH Dan is and has been running this game for the longest, as I see it Ian doesn't deserve to win. If he's been such a super fan for 10 years he didn't learn anything, anyone with any sense knows that you get rid of the strongest play but no Ian wants to take the strongest player to the end so some kind of stupid ACCOMPLISHMENT.

I would love to see Dan and Ian make it to the final two. Hopefully Ian would win. I wouldn't mind if Dan won though. Worse case scenario is a Shane Dani final.

Ed in Ohio said...

Dan has been 'running' things for quite some time now. He should have been the first coach out (pre-reset) but is the last coach still in. No doubt his 'mist' has & is working.

The only way I see Ian making it to the end is to win the next veto and then win the final comp as well. I don't believe anyone left will take him to the F2, he's gonna' have to get there on his own!

Anonymous said...

I think you guys here are giving Ian way too much credit." if he wins veto and if he wins the next comp" Please give me a break, these hamsters have been as far as I am concern some of the dumbest to ever play the game.

Gotta give props to Jenn for spending all that time doing prep and cooking... but didn't eat (that I saw).
Had one of her shakes and headed outside to work out.
