I hope everyone weathered the stormy weather which took a run through the country! Here, it wasn't so bad. We went from a balmy day to a temperature drop of 20 degrees within an hour and fast-moving thunderstorms with high winds. No snow, though. Today is more seasonable with crisp air and clear skies. But it would be a good day to cozy up to the fireplace... if I had one.I see the Lexus commercials are back for the season. In what world do these people live? How do I get in on this? Is Santa giving these expensive cars? Am I on his naughty list and just not getting one as a gift or what?

- Reality TV Calendar takes an extensive look at past all-women teams on The Amazing Race and boldly declares an all-women team will make the final three this season. Well, duh. Obviously, since there are two all-women teams left in the four, at least one will make the three! The question is which one? Or both? No spoilers are in the article, but it's an interesting trek back.
- Reality News Online interviewed Candice (The Survivor Exile Island Queen) and also transcribed her The Early Show appearance. Interesting, but I still won't really miss her on the island.

Even here in Arizona we had the sudden shift of about 20 degrees, but it's still nothing compared to your shifts as our highs are still in the 60's and are looking for low 70's the better part of next week.

Jackie, I am good in Central PA, lots of wind but no flakes!!!! Cool, but hey it is the 2nd of DEC! High here on Friday was 66, go figure. Was out partying with my "kids" from noon till 1030P and I am still alive, I think. Ask me in the morn. IMAO May all be warm and safe!!! Later all.
hi Jackie - we're here in northern WI, not a drop of snow on the ground, but south of us, in IL they got slammed with 12" in some places - we've got temps in the high teens during the day, so the imaginary fireplace works for me, too !!
Yul is the only player left that i would like to see win, and even Ozzie is growing on me. the "good" guys always end up in this quandry, tho - keep the jerk that everyone hates, so you can win against him in the end, or get rid of him, cause everyone hates him !! they are playing for a million bucks after all, this is not a popularity contest
In Houston it went from a wonderful 70 degrees down to 29 degrees by nightfall. That's a major drop... I just moved there and thought it never got that kind of cold in TEXAS... but it's such a big state, it probably covers a few time zones and well as climates!
Barb, I'm shocked you're didn't get any snow! I'm in Chicago visiting my little old parents and it's frigid, with most of the 12+ inches of snow still on the ground 2 days later. Happily this stuff happens right when I'm convinced global warming has taken over, and give a little hope.
Ozzy seems to be quasi under the radar right now by virtue of Yul having found the idol, which is an interesting turn. And with Yul making noise to Becky herself that he would not take her to final 2, maybe she'd end up voting him out. O may BE in that final two slot... hmmmm!
Read both Candace articles, very enlightening. Even if you don't believe everythiing she says, she was really looking at all her options before the mutiny and why she badmouthed Jonathan to Adam when she first got back to Raro... worth the read, as I think it will give a more global view to the next eps we watch coming up IMO
