Tonight the three couples voted in the bottom, er... well, three... will have to "dance for their lives" solo. One male and one female will go home.This entry will be updated with important results as the show airs here, so check back for the couple voted off! Remember, it's not a couple, per se. If one member of a couple dances well enough in the solo, he or she will go on.
Dominic and Sabra are bottom three. Ashlee and Ricky are also bottom three. The final three is rounded out with Faina and Cedric.
Going home are: Ashlee and... Ricky.

It was sad but not surprising to me that Ricky and Ashlee were sent home tonight. Besides being awkward as a couple, I didn't think their soloes were very exciting either. I was happy to see Pasha and Jessie stay because as I said before, I loved their waltz.
I liked Ashlee a lot, but I agree joy n., they really didn't do well in their solo's therefore no suprise they are going home.
There is such good talent this year I believe that each time one of them goes home it will be a disappointment.
I wasn't surprised that they both went home either, and their solo's were iffy. I didn't quite understand what Ashlee was trying to do with hers??? I thought Ricky was a great dancer with so much potential, but he just did not bring it in the solo...
Im liking quite a few of them, but I think I like Lacey's style and spunk the best...so far. :)
In a way,I was surprised to see Ricky go,but all of the guys did a good job in the solos but guess his was the least exciting. I think he is a great dancer and hope he does well with his career. I felt so for Cedric,he wants this soooo bad and am glad he stayed,although I'm not as enamoured of Raina as the rest.
Too bad that the luck of the draw matched two so badly from the get go. It would have worked out better if Cedric had gotten Ashlee and Ricky had Raina. And I agree,Joy,I LOVED that waltz and I,too,like Lacey,she's spunky!
There I go with a brain fart again...lol...of course I meant Faina,NOT Raina....duh! I get so confused watching all these shows sometimes I don't know which end is up!

I agree with all of you... Not surprising, but sad in a way. If the couples had been matched differently, the results may have been different, but what can they do?? Just part of life, and they were both gracious as they exited.
It appears that this will be a really great season, as the dancers are so talented.
Did anyone else think that the end of Benji's dance was weird?? He was doing such a great job, I just didn't get why he had to rip off his pants??? I found it quite bizarre... And I actually rolled my eyes!! lol
Interestingly, on the top of your blog there is an announcement that says the black Donnelys are back, starting July 13... maybe they are showing reruns of the one and only season? Or are they doing what the others shows have done...showing it to try to give it s second life.

I like the ding dong that i am was out weed eating w/ my dad's cool D.R. Trimmer (you know like you see on the tv ads..) and i not only cut the cable line..i kill'd the wire too..its not pritty..so yeah i'm w/out cable right now..(sniff sniff) that's why i had to drag my soap box in and whine like a 2 yr old..

I know most nights TV is boring, I may actually watch the Daytime Emmy's tonight. One hour out of 3 most nights not good.
I watched SYTYCD 1st time this season on Weds, there are some awesome dancers. Hopefully will learn the names soon. Who is Benji's sister? Saw that but lost the name.

I think Trump/Rosie/Martha should do a reality show, now that would be entertainment. Remember I said it first (copyrights or whatever it is)...IMAO.
If I NEVER see Trump/Rosie on TV again,I will live a happy life.There is enough discord in this world not to have to have those two bozos bring it into your home! I think Rosei should just stay home and raise her kids...after she's rich,don't ya know(as she said almost every day on The View)!
