In the house, the biggest happening was that after Dustin told Zach not to trust the Donatos (Dick and Daniele) and tried to swing him to vote to evict Kail, Zach ran to Dick and Daniele and told them all about it.
Dick approached Dustin in the bathroom and lit into him about there aren't two sides, he knows he's been saying not to trust the Donatos, he (Dustin) chose greed over his alliance and on and on. Dustin looked terrified, but stared right back at Dick and all but said, "So...?" Unfortunately, I was too late on the trigger to record the Dick confrontation, but I got the aftermath where the rocket scientists figured out they don't have Zach on their side.
Not that there's two sides, mind you. Yeah, right!
In other news from the Big Brother House of Fools:
- Now Dick decides he's always hated Dustin. (Um, wasn't Dustin his confidant just a few days ago?)
- Dustin told Amber that Joe was heavy into drugs.
- Amber thinks Eric is trying to pit her and Jessica against each other.
- Dustin told Amber she needs to keep her emotions in check and under control. (Like that will ever happen!)
- Amber is so mad at Eric about repeating her personal information (which she told on the Internet) that if not for swearing on her daughter's life, she would vote for him to leave. Amber told Dustin all about Dick telling her what Eric was saying about her.

Hi Jackie, I just read your article at TV Squad. Glad you're finally getting paid to do some of this!
This is the first BB that I don't know who to root for! I liked EvelDick, but I think he's just awful to women. I don't know how he got away with pouring tea over Jen's head -- that's assault!
Anyway, thanx for your insights,
Susan from MA
Thank You Jackie, You deserve a huge bonus! Hopefully one day you can write Scoops/ Spoilers for CBS soaps for us! You provide great accounts.

Since there was no physical contact between Dick and any other being, then it is not assault. Unless we are now filing these charges for yard furniture...lol! To assault one, there must be physical contact between people w/out consent from the other. If ice tea over the head is assault, then I've been assaulted every time I go to Sea World and Shamu splashes water on the crowd. I better file those charges now. :)
assault is when one person strikes out at another in anger - Dick was angry & he struck out at Jen - If he threw a heavy pot at her, or dropped a brick on her head, it would be the same thing: assault - just because the weapon wasn't heavy, doesn't mean it wasn't a weapon - the whales at sea world aren't splashing you in anger, plus you know before you go in there, that you might get splashed - no comparison
Jen handled it well, & didn't seem to think it was a big deal, which makes me suspicious about an alliance :)
Go Cubs !!
Would everyone just get over the tea thing already. Geez. It's like really old. If it doesn't seem to bother Jen all that much...She didn't even wash it off...Why does it bother you?
Plus I'm tired of hearing about it every other comment.
Anon@8:37--I completely agree with you. That pouring of iced tea wasn't assault. It was stupid and childish, but assault--no way! I seriously doubt that any DA in the country would be willing to prosecute it.
It's assault if you can be arrested for it....It's assault. At least legally.
So how did Dick find out what Amber told Eric about her "personal" stuff? As far as I saw he confided it to Jess and warned her to never repeat it. Did Jess leak it or did Eric go and tell someone else when I was sleeping?
Dang, Jackie how do you do it!?!
"Assault" does not require physical contact (that's "battery".). Assault is any action that alarms the recipient and causes him/her to fear for their physical safety. Jen was not alarmed or fearful. Therefore it is not assault.
On the other hand, ED's verbal attacks clearly alarm and cause fear. His hot tub attack on Eric, for example, was clearly assault. There is a clear threat of physical harm.
I wonder how often ED has attacked his daughter in like fashion. I wonder what awful things he has said to her and called her in a rage.
Silk, OH. PLEEEEEZE!!!!!!
So BB is guilty of assault making them pour that stuff on themselves. If they had been in the pool or the hot tub and he spalshed her, is that assault too? I don't think ice tea is on the list of lethal weapons. The whole assault thing is ridiculous. Jen didn't and doesn't care, why is everyone else so worried about it?

That's a really ridiculous statement. You go to Sea World with the expectation of perhaps getting wet, I don't think you go into the BB house thinking someone will dump their drink on you for not responding to nonstop verbal abuse.

More stupidity from anonymous. Smart thinking on remaining anonymous. You wouldn't want it to get out how lame you are.
Silk - How do you know Jen was not fearful? She contained her emotions during that attack just like she contains them all other times. She told someone not long after the tea incident that she wanted to switch bedrooms because she was afraid of Dick.
Mack - I agree wholeheartedly!! When BB made them pour the stuff on their heads nobody was afraid for their physical safety. Anon should definitely stay Anon!!

Actually, going to into the BB house you must "expect the unexpected". Having watched all the seasons, I would expect anything. It is a game of being trapped with many people, tempers are bound to flare and have in many prior seasons.
