Thanks for the review, Jackie. I taped TAR, but with a delay in the start because of football, I didn't get to see the ending due to the late start. Great ending to the first show. I hope they replay it, so I can see the outcome.
In my previous post,I said it was Jason I wasn't too keen on,but it was Nathan. Sorry,it's so hard to keep them all straight right out of the box. I really dislike squabbling couples and if they are anything like Jonathan and Victoria,I will be rooting for them to go quickly. And these two seem to push each other's buttons. I couldn't believe Jennifer was just strolling along in the very beginning, when they were losing ground as others flew by them and she'd only walk! Not until he started screaming at her,did she scream back and then take off running. Yikes,is that how they deal with each other all the time? They can go next fo me!
And,I disagree with somebody over on TVS that said they need to throw in new gimmicks and shake it up. No,no.no! It works,as it is,and they just need to leave it alone. I also think the "keep on racing" will take place instaed of the non-elims....JMO! Also, loved your poll,Jackie! I voted for looking at Phil.....LOL!
I don't think Ari and Stella were the WORST team, but I can't say that I'm not glad that they are gone!
As for the ministers, the father/daughter team, and the son/grandpa team - they will turn out to be well liked, but I just don't see them having enough "game".
The two girl teams are both going to be annoying, but I think I'll like Miami better than LA. I'm used to the culture because of where I live, so their agressiveness won't bother me.
I like the hippie couple but I don't think they are motivated enough. Look what happened with the taxi's in Ireland!!!
The blond couple can go next week.
I'm picking Lorena and Jason (the couple that's been together for 3 years) to win it all. They are not my favorites, but I think that they have enough of what it takes. They had a little fight towards the end, but it wasn't THAT bad...
Just in case anyone's interesterd, I just read on PEOPLE.com that during an interview with TVGuide, com, Sabrina Bryan of DWTS has admitted that she is indeed in love with Mark Ballas. Her exact quote is, "I absolutely love and adore him." She was looking forward to their first "official" date this past weekend.
She's pretty young. I wonder how that will work out.
Jackie, On the CBS website at the end of their recap they summarize what was the roadblock, detour, etc. They have listed "speed Bump" and "u-turn". Do you know what these are?

Great write up over on TV Squad,Jackie!

This has nothing to do with anything, but I just saw some guy walk by with a T-shirt that said:
"I'm with Stupid"...then the arrow pointed straight up at him. LOL.
Does it come off as funny in the telling as I thought it was when I saw it?
