So, there I was heading to the train station to go off for my blood draw and ... what is that up there? Yes! Yes! It looks like ... the return of ...
Alas, I had to go to the track on the other side away from Roofus, but he moved and started grooming himself. It's him! I had to zoom more than usual, so the photos aren't the best. Today was the kind of day I see him there -- chilly but with sunshine on the building probably making it the purrfect napping spot.

Whoo Hoo. Good old Rufus. That cat is pretty amazing.
Welcome back from the bloodsuckers Jackie. I hope all went well.
Oh yeah, BTW - I'm first, I'm first!
Yeah!!! Roofus!! :)
That put a smile on this old face!
Our very own survivor, Roofus, made it through the long hot summer safely! He looks healthy and content. Thanks so much Jackie, for going out of your way to get some pix for us "worriers". It made my day to see them and know Roofus is still around.
Glad to see a new photo of our dear old Roofus.
How sweet that he groomed himself for his photo shoot! LOL
Thanks Jackie!
Okay, I think this calls for a moment of silence - I found all 33 pumpkins! It only took me 2 days, LOL.
I don't think I found the pumpkin game you guys have been playing. Can someone put the link here?
Margo
Here is the game Margo

Ive just stopped home for aquick bite of lunch. I want to stay and play with you guys.....maybe I should get a job!! LOL
I am soooo glad Roofus is still around. Thank You Jackie. I have this visual of you walking around the train station and looking up at the tops of the buildings...glad you didn't trip over anything!
I haven't had a chance to try any of the new games, but still can't get to the car game ;[
As for Trick-or Treat candy I buy Peanut Butter cups. I don't like them so I won't be tempted but the grandkids love them. We only have a few kids so I just put a bowl on the porch and let the little ones help themselves. Then I go to my daughter's and hand out candy while they are gone Trick-or-treating. With there being no school here and Halloween on a Friday there seems to be alot more parties going on. We are also suppose to have rain so that might cut down on the number of children out.
Oops! My 15 mins. of free time is over...gotta get back to the school. Will check in later.
Nana-
Try this link.

You should see a little yellow car and a blue control box. The box says PLAY with an arrow in a circle. Click on the arrow and it should take you to the game.
Good Luck
Thanks Rbennie for the pumpkin link.
Margo
Where oh where is the 33rd pumpkin?? lol
Aha!!! Got that slippery little sucker! :)
ROOFUS!!! I am so happy Jackie. I too was worried we may never see him again! He's just as gorgeous as he was before.
I'm so glad I sent you guys this pumpkin game. rbennie... I truly gave you a moment of silence and then I ROTFLMBO... especially since I got 33 in 4 tries... na na na na na na!
By the way, I actually ended up having to work today. Started out slow and then they gave me stuff to do... how dare them! I could not get back to the blog.
Later.
So glad that we fially have a sighting of Roofus!!! Yippee! Thank you Jackie!
I am on the beach at Panama City Beach FL for one night. On to Biloxi MS for 2 nights. Ahhhhhh!
Thanks Margo...I finally got into the car game. It took me 12 tries but I parked my car in 25.8 secs!! Good thing I wasn
't really driving.
I got to work the "autopsy room" at the school's party! With blindfolds on and sound effects about half the kids started screaming or crying and left. It was pretty funny....is that evil?? After everyone was done we let them all see what the body parts really were(oatmeal, rice, carrots, apple pie, jello).
I think I have time for a quick nap before I leave for line dancing. :-)
An extremely modest man was in the hospital for a series of tests, the last of which had left his bodily systems extremely upset. Upon making several false alarm trips to the bathroom, he decided the latest episode was another false trip and stayed put. He suddenly filled his bed with diarrhea and was embarrassed beyond his ability to remain rational.
In a complete loss of composure he jumped out of bed, gathered up the bed sheets, and threw them out the hospital window.
A drunk was walking by the hospital when the sheets landed on him. He started yelling, cursing, and swinging his arms violently trying to get the unknown things off, and ended up with the soiled sheets in a tangled pile at his feet.
As the drunk stood there, unsteady on his feet, staring down at the sheets, a hospital security guard, (barely containing his laughter), and who had watched the whole incident, walked up and asked, 'What the heck is going on here?'
The drunk, still staring down, replied: 'I think I just beat the shit out of a ghost.'
Happy Halloween!!!!
Another joke:
A friend sent this to me.
A Woman's Prayer:
Before I lay me down to sleep,
I pray for a man who's not a creep,
One who's handsome, smart and strong,
One who loves to listen long,
One who thinks before he speaks,
One who'll call, not wait for weeks.
I pray he's gainfully employed,
When I spend his cash, won't be annoyed.
Pulls out my chair and opens my door,
Massages my back and begs to do more.
Oh! Send me a man who'll make love to my mind,
Knows what to answer to 'how big is my behind?'
I pray that this man will love me to no end,
And always be my very best friend.
A Man's Prayer:
I pray for a deaf-mute gymnast nymphomaniac with huge boobs who owns a bar on a golf course, and loves to send me fishing and drinking.
This doesn't rhyme and I don't give a crap. The end.
Loved your Halloween joke, Meb!
Yea! Roofus is back.
Good jokes! But I can't get the pumpkin game to open. Are any of you on a Mac? Can't figure out what the problem is. I'd ask my husband, but then I'd hear that all I know how to do is play solitaire & blog! He says he has to tell me the same things over & over again about the computer. One of these days he'll figure out that I just don't care. I don't want to take up brain space when I can just ask him! LOL
There's our Survivor boy, Rufus! YES!!!! Now all is good. :)
Thanks, Jackie, for finding him again for us.
OK, I have to admit I peeked in on the Survivor post even though it's two hours until the show starts here. Can't wait to see the look on Ace's face when he's booted.
Later~
Zoe, I peeked, too... ssshhh. :)
I will just pretend to be surprised when it airs on the West Coast. But I cannot WAIT to see our friend Ace take this one between the eyes. lol
I am enjoying having Survivor back on, but I still have not found anyone that I really love and want to get behind for the big "W". Is it just me??
no dla... it's not just you. I am liking Sugar more and more, but I have to root for my Marcus. I felt a little bad for Dan tonight, he was so gullible.
jennasmom... you're too funny. I'm with you, I don't care how it works, just show me what to do when I ask. When you try to open it, what happens?
delee... you don't have to rub it in. We were in the 30's this morning and didn't get much warmer than in the 50's and I'm in NC. We should be a lot warmer.
joyn...so typical of a man's thinking. LOL
My wv is splatu
Oh this warms my little heart. I know we all have a special affection for Roofus. Good to know he's still around and taking care of business!
meb - When I try to open the Pumpkin Game it says:
"There was one error opening the page. For more information, choose Activity from the Window menu."
When I do that it shows:
"http://www.angel9oh7.com/fls/flash/flashhallo11.swfNot Found"
My WV is griev -- I'm grieving cuz I can't open the Pumpkin Game!
YES!!!! Yeehaw!! Good old Roofus! I am so glad He's a Survivor.....even if my pool guy Dan talked himself out of the game...
