I just find it rally hard to believe that Molly is totally faking it right now. I mean, they aren't professional actors -- I can understand Shayne or whomever maybe could find this easier, but if it were me, I don't care what I signed, I could not act that well if I'd been seeing Jason for 6 weeks. Molly's sister had a baby a few wks ago. Jason was with Molly at the hospital. It wasn't a "public" outing, so it was permitted by ABC. A nurse leaked it.
I have give credit where credit is due, and so far, every rumor is true. Up to this point, The only fibbers are the ones on camera.

I feel like I've just watched Joaquin do a Letterman interview. Is it real or is it a put on? I agree there was some naturalness to it, Sydney. If they had emailed back and forth, maybe she didn't know for sure if he was really going to go through with breaking up with Melissa...after all, she misread him before. So maybe she thought she knew, but wasn't sure if she was going to get slammed again.

They are the best kitties, though I love my pound kitty Emma. We were crushed when we lost Clooney last year. I was so happy when my Mom called me and said OK call the breeder, I want another cat. I never thought she would get past it.
Elliot came to visit my house a couple of weeks ago, and he just laid in my lap like a baby. We love him-- Emma not so much.
Aaah, but Jackie's got a certain atmosphere she's created by editing out some of the harsher comments and that's why it's fun to be here. It's not like the other boards -- one reason so many like it here.
Life it brutal at times, I don't want to come here for anything but entertainment and camaraderie. I can go to other sites for that kind of thing, and I don't, lol.

Couple of thoughts I had as I was trying to wind down & go to sleep last night...
Melissa should have kept the ring & sold it on eBay then either taken a long vacation or donated the money to charity!
Wonder if Melissa's dad & brother would be willing to be on TV now in order to kick Jason's behind? They could do another special & call it "The Bachelor - Cage Match".
Wonder if Molly's parents are proud of her now? She made a complete fool of herself when she was locking lips with him right after he dumped his fiance on national TV.
Wonder what Ty will think of all this when he's older. You know this stuff will hang around on the internet forever and ever. I don't think he's setting the best example for that little boy.
So all the spoilers turned out to be true. What a disappointment Jason turned out to be. It was absolutely inexcusable the way Melissa was treated last night. Although I thought Molly's surprise was pretty convincing, the one glaring error that I thought she made was never asking about Melissa. Wouldn't anyone with any decency at least ask if Melissa was okay? Since the spoilers have all been true so far, I also believe that Jason wanted to choose Molly from the beginning, but was "convinced" to do things this way for ratings. What other possible reason could there be to do something like that to someone on live tv?
I guess I would only like to figure out what really happened... if all of this was planned in advance and who knew what. You do sign your life away on these contracts, and in the moment, the producers may have suggested a scenario that seemed something to go with and then

As far as I'm concerned if none of this was scripted than that makes him a bigger sleaze!! If it was his idea to break it off with Melissa on camera and at a minimum of 2 weeks after he knew he "loved" Molly than he has no class and I pity his family! Nana, On the Jimmy Kimmel Show last night, Jason said "All parties agreed to appear on ATR 1 or else the breakup wouldn't have been done on TV." He said he would have preferred to not do it there. I have a feeling, tho, that Melissa may not have agreed if she'd known how heavily edited it would be. I've heard that she said a lot more that we didn't get to hear.

They also have two interviews.
One with Chris Harrison saying he expects a retraction and an apology from US Weekly in regards to an article stating that the whole shebang was "fabricated" by the show's producers.
Another has Trista Sutter and Andy Baldwin slamming Jason.
Well, I am glad this is over. I much prefer Big Brother and Survivor to the Bachelor franchise. Seems like alot of hurt and embarrassment for the girls, and for what? A rose? Count me out!

Two last notes on this subject. From RTVW:
Mike Fleiss says Jason wasn't contractually bound to break up with Melissa on the air. He never asked not to. As for viewers of the show who threatened to stop watching the show because of the finale, Fleiss seemed to stop just short of saying "Good riddance" to them.
Jillian Harris wasn't Fleiss' first choice for Bachelorette. She was his third option. Molly had been seriously considering doing it until she became Jason's choice. Melissa was asked and didn't want to.
THanks Joy -- I read Fliess's interview and I don't know that I believe him. He said nothing was in the contract but there are all kinds of ways they could have set him up to do that. What remians is no matter what, Jason didn't say NO WAY, forget it, if he thought it was wrong.
And I totally felt from the Women Tell All show when there was all this fake applause for Jillian, and Chris kept saying how popular she was, and then virtually announced she'd be the next bachelorette, that they must have chosen her because Molly had said no.
