The show is beginning here on the East Coast. Tonight's show is the clips show with "exciting unseen before footage." You know how that goes. Any real action here will be in the comments section! Please feel free to join in with your thoughts while having fun with friends. Late tonight (or early tomorrow) my show review will be posted on TV Squad.

Hello all--
A few weeks ago on Survivor I asked people to send healing thoughts to a baby squirrel I was taking care of who was really sick. A few of you asked last week for an update. Thank you so much for caring! I wrote up a blog post with pics and even a little movie for you to see... best update on the babies that I could post. Go here to see it, and thank you for your thoughts, wishes and prayers!

Hi, Jackie. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. Did you see the picture of Abigail?
AK, I am not able to watch tonight, unless someone has that link to it... hubby is watching football on one TV adn my stepson and my sister are watching a movie on disc on the other. SOB!!! I hate watching online!!!!!!!
Gosh, Sydney, I have no idea.
Justin TV?
I went to the Survivor link but couldn't see a way to watch it on line.
Surely there are more than three of us here. Where are the West Coasters who watch on the computer?
Guess it's every man (or woman) for themselves when it comes to mangoes.
An observation - they're in a place with large poisonous spiders and snakes. But at least twice, possibly three times, Russell has stuck his arms into dark places that he didn't first look into or poke around in with a stick, to get the idol. That could lead one to believe that he knew it was safe, that he knew the idol was there. Is anyone else suspicious?
Joy, it looks that way. Have y.
Joy, it looks that way. Have you ever known it to be shown where a tribe member is greedy and does not share food?
Sorry for the repeat. I have a new kitten and she is playing havoc with my computer.
Tankering service? That means pump trucks... sump pumps. Not an "oil company" a servuce company for refineries. They sump up the bottom of tanks, oil spills, etc.
Becky _ Congratulations on Abigail ... aine Southern belle name for her, too.
Sydney I am on the west coast and when I watch it its on www.justtv.com thats where i go hope that link works for you.
Thanks, Jackie. Our male cats are always named after presidents. I figured a little girl kitty deserved a first lady name. I didn't use the Buren, but the Van Kitty-Kat instead. She is sleeping in my lap right now. Thrilled to death to be a "house cat" and is even happy when we crate her.
A FINE Southern belle name. Rented fingers.
Silk _ Others have done a bit of the same things as Russell. In listening to his strategy for finding the idols, he makes a good case. He's persistent, too. I, for one, believe he's doing it on his own.
Becky, I don't know about that food thing. Don't remember it ever happening.
Russell got rid of the chickens? Didn't know that either.
Dave annoys me. He thinks he knows what he's doing but he doesn't. Has he made any good decisions at all? Can't figure out why anyone listens to him.
Silk, I have to admit, I keep wondering how Russell finds those idols so easily and quickly without a single clue except for the last one. The only other explanation is that the rest of these castaways are just plain stupid when it comes to looking for them.
Shambo's story about her bro and sis is very sad. But she was telling the story. Laura didn't intrude.
Others have done a bit of the same things as Russell. In listening to his strategy for finding the idols, he makes a good case. He's persistent, too. I, for one, believe he's doing it on his own.
I believe he is doing it on his on too. Others have hoarded food? Sabotaged their own tribe?
Shambo is the touchiest person I can remember on Survivor. And she is parenoid.
Becky - I was referring to reaching in tree stumps and under rocks looking for the idol, not his chaos plans.
I think Russell has studied the game. And he made the correct deduction that it had to be near a landmark.
I just can't believe he has managed to manipulate those people as much as he has. The rest of the tribe is lazy. They would rather nap that look, sun rather than try to advance.
I don't know why they listen to Dave either. He has misled them more than once.
I still believe that Shambo is being used by Foa Foa.
And Shambo really wants to be the female version of Rambo.
Oh, Jackie, I apologize. I thought you meant the hoarding and other things these people have done.
He also pays attention to detail. Five people saw the same picture. He paid attention to the contents, size, etc. They saw a rock. Period.
Catch you guys Sunday. I am off to finish watching Criminal Minds. I tape it now that friends have turned me on to Modern Family. That is one of the best comdeys in years.
Guess I will wake up the baby and put her in her crate. She is stretched out on her back in my lap. Talk about feeling safe.
Jackie, how did Vincent enjoy his first Thanksgiving in his new Forever Home?
Thanks mamaroos and all-- I got to sneak a peek between football commercials and it looks like a season recap? If so, I don't feel so bad...
Russell will win. He will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will he will!!!!!
When does big brother start again???
Happy Black Friday Everyone!
Jackie, I read your TV Squad post and have to say that even for a recap show, you made it a really interesting read.
I made a comment there and will repeat part of it here.
I watched the tape of the show later and have to say this. I do detest Russell, but... I now have to admit that he's one hell of a player. Ol' Russ plays with their heads. He played that chicken thing out so well. With one turn of the latch on that chicken cage, he had to create mucho chaos. Not only does he deflate Erik's chicken net victory nirvana, but he creates enough of a "sweating the small stuff" distraction with everyone else that he can sit back and just giggle over his next plotted step. He's convinced me.
As I said on TV Squad, (and it kills me) Russell deserves to win Survivor this season.
Now I need some mouthwash.
CBS would be nuts to NOT show us the followup on that chicken fiasco. They'd better!
In the eye of the hurricane on Black Friday, hi all y'all!
(Think: the store that sponsors yesterday's parade, but West Coast)
Is it possible I'm actually rooting for Russell? Oy!
