The Amazing Race 19 Blog Party - 11/13/2011
The show is starting on time here on the East Coast in a few minutes. Once it starts, I'll update this post with the major happenings. But the real fun is in the comments; please pipe in with your thoughts! See you there!

They cut 60 Minutes short, think I will Faint! I think I know why too!
Why delee?
There was something about how Congress can use insider knowledge to buy stocks and Pelosi was to be interviewed! So someone did some quick talking to can the story! Read about it I think in the Washington Post or NYTimes this morning.
Copenhagen... Wow! Ford Focus... that's what I drive. :)
Wonder if they will go to Legoland in Denmark?
Hey, everyone. I hope we have more people here tonight.
Delee, the story was covered on our station. The story started on time here.
60 Minutes started here at 730p E but then AR started at 8p E. Never has happened before!
How did they fall behind, I missed it!
Marcus and Amani went with the original flight scheduled by TAR instead of looking for quicker options like all the other teams.
If you saw other contestants trying to get better tickets, wouldn't you at least try instead of assuming you'd all be on the same flight.
Oh well... let's see how far behind they are.
BTW... thanks Delee... I'll bet you're right about 60 minutes.;
hi guys
i didnt watch 60 min. what do they do at the end of the hour now?
Phil loves to have a dancing part each year!
No idea Petals as I usually do not watch it...they cut the part I wanted to see!
Okay, let's name things that you would do if you knew -- or planned to apply to be on Amazing Race...
1. If you don't know how to drive a stick shift, learn.
2. Practice eating strange foods -- and being able to keep them down.
3. Practoce, practice, practice reading clues all the way through and being aware of signs at stop offs (leaving all your money if told to).
4. Figure out how you can pack your bag so you can utilize your clothes in more than one way. Toss what you can after you have worn it, especially toward the end of the race.
5. Buy a fanny pack and wear it! Do NOT take it off unless you are in the water. Better yet, buy one that is water proof.
Any more suggestions?
4.
Ernie's is rocking the dance!
Bunnies YEA!
Cute task with the rabbits!
Good list, think I might need dance lessons beforehand! Train for all the running!
Armani and Marcus can't seem to do anything right today. Feel bad for them.
Two good suggestions, Delee. Especially training -- not only to run, but to climb, but to rapell. On, and being able to hold your breath under water.
Petals, where is your sweetie, Joe?
Come on, someone do the BUNNIES!
Joe was home earlier...then he was going shopping. Hmm...he is prolly lurking in the loft here. LOL
I like Zack, but his father is a PIA.
Whoops, I no longer care for my team! They u-turned my favorites.
How cute is that? Great jumping Mr Bunny!
I love the rabbit agility race.
Anyone ever really churned butter...oh my achy arms! Hard to do.
My team 1st again, but I am worried about karma, next week!
hope no one hurts the bunnies...
I want one of those bunnies. My neice has several floppy-eareds, and they are box trained and everything.
omg, that is adorable!!!!!!
Wish I had known about bunny agility. I could have trained Wobbles! Haha!
Those rabbits are SO cute!
I just don't think I'd leave anywhere until I had asked someone how to get to the next place.
is Zack the cute shaggy kid?
I'm cheering on my blog pool Marcus and Amani -- they just might make it!
But I'm loving that my personal favorites -- Bill and Cathi -- continue to do so well. Fantastic!
I agree Meb, unless you are an expert at reading maps, that would be a thing to do!
hi folks,
Sorry. Got home late.
those bunnies are like little Mogwai!
Did you get my stuff??
I have not had a team this year that I rooted for to go. Less drama with heated disagreement! Just minor spats!
LOL, Petals.
Have you been naughty or nice?
hon, LOOK!!!
i cant get over the cuteness
the bunnycam, adorable, those little furry butts
I've been super nice & you know it. Did you at least smell it?
That is surprising, thought they would be last, not the Zac and Lawerence!
Nite all, off to Next Iron Chef!
It's nice when my least favorite team gets the boot! I liked Zac okay, but Laurence is one overbearing dude.
g'nite. gotta go walk with the dead!
Great!! My two favorite teams are still in there. Marcus and Amani and Bill and Cathi. Haven't watched it yet, but just had to peek at the elimination spoiler. Bill and Cathi are surely surprising me and I LOVE it!
See everyone on Wednesday night. :)
