The TMZ gals were Philiminated last week and aren't a part of the blog pool. I don't believe any of us shed any tears about them leaving.
Are you ready to race?
Teams are headed to Buenos Aires, Argentina. They have to find the church where Pope Francis was baptized. A few of the teams are working together using strangers' phones to find the information. This is as they wait at the airport. Tanner and Josh are NOT working with Justin and Diana. They don't trust them and think they're a strong team they need to beat.
At the right church, they have to wait and will get admitted in the order of arrival. Stunningly gorgeous church!
Justin and Diana get there first. Detour -- Cartenaros or Fletero -- loading and carting cardboard or transporting a statue. Most are choosing cartenaros because, as one person put it, it's finite. But there are only eight openings for that. Jazmine and Danielle can't do the recycling cardboard. A few other teams are already doing the statue -- they have to put it back together once delivered.
Justin and Diana are maintaining their lead and are the first done. They gave their cart to Jazmine and Danielle. Logan and Chris are second.
Roadblock - Must learn a Tilted Tango. Oh my. It's a tango done on the wall. "Who wants to get sideways?" They are suspended with rappel wires.
Justin and Diana are headed to the Pit Stop after Diana nailed the tango. Justin is a bit loud in his exuberance which is ticking off the other teams some. Logan and Chris are on their tails. The alpha male team is not doing so well at the tango. Ah, they made it through.

Ed, I have friends vacationing this week on the beach. The rental company told them they should return to Ohio, but they're riding it out. Non-refundable... that would be my luck

We have mandatory water reductions and since we let the lawn die last year, we are down 2/3 from the base year of 2013. My husband was a professional gardener and letting the lawn died was hard!

I watched last week's episode on demand but didn't pick up on why the others dislike the Green Team. Anyone know why?
I grew up in Illinois and was scared to death of the thunder & lightening. As an adult I love to see it flash across the flat prairie!! It is very rare here in northern CA so I miss it!

SueGee, I can't imagine just letting my lawn die. However, my husband hates cutting the lawn, so he wouldn't mind doing so. LOL
Monty - I think it's because they know they're superfans and he's on the vocal side.
Here we have the nor'easter coming through now with wind and rain, then Joaquin edges with wind and rain from Sunday to Tuesday. Already some flooding and we still have four days of rain ahead.
Lightening isn't my biggest fear, but I'm not crazy about it either. I lived through what today would be classified as an F5 tornado when I was five years old. Storms have always scared me to death since then. Especially the wind.

Lighting only scares me when I'm on the golf course...which seems to happen quite often. It's the wind I worry about the most.
Did anyone ever say why everyone dislikes the green team?
We had a tree fall over into the house when I was around 5 or so. Not sure if it was wind, lightening or a combination. I'm just glad I wasn't home!!
I don't find Justin obnoxious, just really overly excited. He's loud, but he doesn't annoy me as much as the Texans because they complain all the time.
I heard that, Ed. If I'm outside, I'm terrified of it. We got caught walking up the National Mall in DC during a storm with wicked lightening back in the 90's and I didn't think we'd ever get back to the car soon enough.

Speaking of BB, LOL. Spencer and McCrae's interviews are going up on Youtube. They posted Johnny Mac, Steve and Austin's so far. I've watched them all. Didn't learn anything new but they're all pretty good interviews. You can search it: On The Block with Spencer and... it should bring up their channel. I like their podcasts because they're actually past players.
