I seem to be having some issues with accessing my live feeds tonight. But I wanted to let you know that Jason did NOT use the veto.
Dominique and Jessica remain on the block.
It's still Dominique who should be going home Thursday.
I'm Jackie and I watch TV. I'm not proud. Bookmark the blog now as your source for live feed reports from inside the 'Big Brother' house! Come, join in on the fun ...

BB19: Live Feeds into Monday Morning - July 17
![]() |
| In with the In Crowd? Not really, but ... |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Eventual Evictions:
- Similar to the daytime, not all that much went on during the overnight hours.
- Dominique almost might as well be gone.
- She was apparently in bed early and I didn't see her hanging out with anyone.
- She sure was (trash) talked about enough to be present in thoughts!
- Alex told Josh that he wasn't the target in the beginning. It wasn't until he took the Golden Apple in the comp and yelled at a girl that he became one.
- She said he isn't a target now.
- And, he isn't.
- But that doesn't mean he's really in with the In Crowd.
- They plan to use him.
- Josh and Ramses told Alex they trust Paul.
- Silly boys. Oh, not for saying it. That's probably smart right now. But hopefully they don't really trust Paul any further than Ramses can throw Paul.
- Ramses told Alex that Dominique's been acting sketchy towards him all week and he's pretty sure she was the other vote to keep him.
- Alex said that she doesn't think the vote was Dominique's and she put her up because of other things.
- They agreed that Dominique has been sketchy and is a smart player.
- I say, she's obviously not as smart a player as Paul!
- If this continues, Paul will be taking candy from babies and the babies will ask their mothers to get them more candy for him to take.
- Elena and Jason are pretty sure Kevin was the hinky vote.
- But will any repercussions occur? I don't think so. At least, not right now.
- Mark and Elena tried to talk Jason into not using the veto as they know Mark will go on the block (as a pawn).
- But we all know Jason will do whatever Alex wants him to do with the veto.
- She hasn't told Jason who will go up, but she has told him to save Jessica.
- Whether he uses it or not, it will be Dominique going home this week.

BB19: Live Feeds into Sunday Evening - July 16
![]() |
| Jessica has Alex's cat ears |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Bored Bores:
- One thing I forgot to mention in my last feeds report -- Alex told Paul they need to keep an eye on Kevin because, after all, when he's not in the BB house, he's a thug. She said she likes him, but they need to be aware of him.
- Paul at first defended Kevin, then agreed to keep his eyes open.
- Today, after the dust from the kerfuffle settled, was uneventful.
- Oh, little stuff here and there, but ... YAWN!
- Matt and Raven talked about how it might be best if Christmas leaves the house sooner rather than later. It's not a great environment for healing and it might end up being detrimental to their own games, especially if they need to depend on her to win a PoV comp or such.
- Alex and Jason both said that Jessica lied to them about Raven. They've decided that Josh and Jessica are psychopaths.
- Say what?
- Then they talked about how they'd like it if Josh won HoH because he'd put Raven and Matt on the block.
- These hamsters are all over the place!
- Christmas is still wanting to clarity the Dominque situation.
- Mark told her not to poke the bear.
- Mark is still hoping Jason won't use the PoV because he knows he'll be on the block with Dominique.
- Dominique talked to Jessica. She mentioned God a lot and said he talks to her.
- She claims she heard "Paul, Paul, Paul."
- Oh my.
- Was it followed by: "Snake, Tempter, Infiltrator"?
- I figured out part of why Dominique comes across to me as condescending in these talks. She smiles all the time while being upset, serious and not in smiling kind of situations. I find that kind of odd, kind of creepy and definitely condescending as if she's talking to a small child.
- Paul told Alex that Jason needs to use the PoV -- Mark has been talking to Dominique a lot, plus will campaign to vote out Jessica instead of Dominique.
- He advised Alex not to tell Jason the planned renom.
- Dominique talked to us about Paul disrespecting her "father" - God and taking over all of the others.
- Hey, if any of them had bothered watching last year's show, he was the person who really deserved to win. If they're just using him now, fine. If they fall for him, he will deserve to win again.
- Boring little critters today in the house ...

BB19: HoH Finish, Nominations Show Blog Party - July 16
It seems like so long ago! After all, the live feeds already have Power of Veto done and over with. As tonight's show airs, I'll be live-blogging and updating this entry -- refresh the page to get the latest. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!
And, just to let you know ... I will have a live feeds report up late tonight. Not a heck of a lot happening in there today.
Let's start off with a recap for a change!
Okay, the HoH comp is on. Jessica knows she'll go on the block if she doesn't win this one. Paul tells us that Cody left him some ammunition in the form of targets that will protect him after his protection is gone. Also known as Dominique, in particular and Mark to a lesser extent.
It's pretty much a typical wall comp, perhaps not as rough as some. Josh is out first. Mark is second down. These endurance comps are hard for larger people.
Back to Paul asking/telling Kevin to vote Ramses to cause chaos.
Back to the wall. Raven goes down. They don't mention she has stitches in her foot. Ramses out. Kevin down. Matt out.
Dominique tells us she needs to protect her team and stay up longer than Jessica. Whoops ... Jessica down! Dominique drops.
Alex suggests deals. No go from Jason or Elena ... right away.
Jason tells us he has to stay up until after Elena falls. He's not worried about his ally Alex winning. The three remaining -- Jason, Elena and Alex -- agree none of the three will go on the block. Jason drops, thinking Elena would drop after him. She deals safety with Alex, then drops. Alex is the new HoH!
Alex wants to not step on toes and get someone good out this week. Paul, of course, has been covering his bases and getting close with her this past week. Jessica wants to unify the floaters to get out the rest of the house.
Jason talks to Jessica about taking out either Matt or Dominique.
Alex tells Kevin and Jason she will be putting Jessica on the block. Jason isn't thrilled -- they can use Jessica as an ally. Alex says she HAS to be on the block, backdoor someone else if needed. She's thinking the others would be happy because of the Jessica nom, but she'll convince the house that one of the hamsters is actually a rat.
Paul knows that Alex is likely to nominate someone from his side of the house. He goes to Alex and tells her that Mark and Dominique are sketchy. Then he tells Mark and Dom that Cody told him the two people working with him (Cody) are Mark and Dominique. Paul's out to create chaos.
Alex talks to Elena because she had made a deal to keep her people safe. Elena is not okay with Mark being on the block!
Paul continues to work the Dominique/Mark agenda on Alex. Paul would prefer Dominique out over Mark.
Time for a humorous Kevin/Ramses segment.
Jessica and Jason get to take off their frog costumes. Into a bit on Raven's health issues. Christmas returns from the hospital -- ten broken bones, four dislocated and needed tendon surgery. Jason feels horrible. She won't get full mobility back. Very sad.
Mark tells Alex he doesn't want to go on the block. She tells us that although Paul wanted Dominique out, she still wants to go after the showmances.
Dominique goes to Alex and tells her she thinks there's an undercurrent targeting her or Mark. Alex thinks that Dom is referring to Elena. Alex thinks it's a red flag that Dom is throwing her own people under the bus.
Nominations ceremony time.
Alex nominates Jessica, then Dominique. Jessica, no connection. Dominque, set up red flags in our talk.
Alex tells us she wants herself and Paul in the final two.
Off Topic: That Was the Week It Was - July 16, 2017
Good
morning! Since it's a SUNDAY morning, this is my weekly off television
topic post taking a look at the week gone by in both words and
photographs I've taken along the way. This weekly post is done year in,
year out. Big Brother, the main draw for so many of you, only
lasts about three months -- although sometimes it seems to be a
lifetime. If you're here solely for the BB posts, please feel free to
skip this post. You can find my latest BB19 posts by using this link.
Some random notes on this past week:

This one is on East 4th Street at the corner of Watchung Avenue by the police station. I don't think it's finished as the other sides only have the green base paint. I'll watch it to see if more is added than this side. The adjacent town of North Plainfield has shrink-wrapped art on their boxes. I prefer Plainfield's efforts, using actual artists to paint them. We have a lot of talent here in Plainfield and these are great!
More on this bunny a bit later in the post.
Summer sounds at the Plainfield Train Station. While I don't care for the regular bums who hang out at the station day and night, this guy really improves the atmosphere there. I've also seen him there playing a trumpet. Sometimes a few others join him with guitars. Nah, neither he nor they would ever win a talent contest, but it's always good to see and hear him at the station playing away.
Some random notes on this past week:
- Yesterday morning at 6:27am, the dude upstairs turned on his stereo. No, not full blast. But it has to be up pretty loud for me to hear it in my apartment. Well, at least the beat. I hear and feel the bass. Then, at 7:05am, the neighbor's landscapers started making all kinds of blower and mower noise. Now, I was already awake, but it's a Saturday morning. Don't normal people sleep in a bit?
- I'll admit I'm not a normal person, mind you. But I don't make all kinds of racket that can annoy others!
- When I came home from work last night, the cylinder on the front building door lock was sideways. Because of that, the key wouldn't work in the lock, just spinning and spinning. I took my back door key which fits in that lock but won't unlock it and turned the cylinder back to its proper position. I then unlocked the door with the right key and entered. Someone was in the hallway and asked how I got the door open. Okay, landlord, you can pay me what you would have paid the locksmith to come fix it.
- As I expected, I returned to chaos and disaster after my staycation from work. I don't want to talk about it. It's bad mojo, I tell you!
- I'm ready for autumn. I'm tired of being sweaty while just existing. Inside my apartment, I'm fine due to air conditioning, my new tower fan and all. But they make me go out in the world just about daily. Gah.
- It's hard to believe it's been 50 years since the Newark and Detroit riots (1967). I was living in Saratoga County in New York at that time. They made the national news. I didn't know that, within the same time period, there was a Plainfield riot -- that didn't make national news at the time. But it was quite the incident here and still affects the city to this day. But Plainfield has made tremendous strides ahead during the last several years. Let's all keep on working together!
