BB21: Live Feeds into Wednesday - August 7

It's good to see her laughing.

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Jumpin' Jacks:
  • The plan is still to vote out Jack over Jackson on Thursday.
  • That said, rumors of the plan have hit Jack.
  • The Jacks both say they won't campaign against each other although they both seem to still be bristling over their kerfuffle the other day.
  • Jack plans on "blowing up" Kat's game in his speech on Thursday.
  • Um. Okay. But they pretty much know most of what she's been doing anyway.
  • I don't see how he thinks it will help him any.
  • But he's more known for his sexual escapades rather than his brains.
  • Cliff, Kat, Jess and Nicole are onto Tommy and Christie. No, not onto the fact that they actually knew each other before the show. No, not onto the fact they're working closely together. What they're onto is the fact that both are playing both sides. They're onto fake tears.
  • After saying that a girl like Nicole would never have the chance to talk to a guy like him -- say WHAT -- Jack nestled into the hammock last night with Nicole and acted oh-so-interested in her, her life and talked a lot about himself as well.
  • Now, I'm sure Jack thinks he's "all that." He isn't. Nicole probably doesn't talk to guys like him often because she's not into scummy arrogant nasty boys!
  • Of course, though she didn't argue with him, she saw through the whole act and reported back to her buddies.
  • She also talked of a run-in with Christie in which Christie referred to "your side versus my side." Nicole said that she felt she had NO side -- she was an outsider shunned by them. I'm glad she's speaking up.
  • However, there are two sides now and, unfortunately/fortunately some cracks in each.
  • Fortunately, due to Sam's instigation, the Six have fractured. Tommy and Christie seem to be the most solid with each other; the rest are all distrusting.
  • Unfortunately, I see some problems ahead for the Jess, Kat, Cliff and Nicole group as well. First, we know Kat has a final two deal with Holly. (I actually think Holly would honor that more quickly than her sex kitten Jackson.) Then there's Cliff. We saw him before deal for his own safety rather than making a big move and securing the support of others. Then we get to Jess. While she did fantastic this week and will be getting a Jack out, I think she's more forgiving than some and perhaps a bit more gullible. Last but not least, we have Nicole. I think she's very onto the politics of the house, but she hasn't won any comps. She needs to win something and secure her spot.
  • Throughout all of this, Nick is the true floater these days -- going from one group to another within the six and out of the six. He's telling Jackson that he will be voting for him to stay which is in the Jess Etc. group's plan. But it's not because of their plan. I think he wants Jack out of the way as a competitor in the game as well as a competitor for Analyse.
  • But then we're getting more flirting of Nick to Tommy. What's up with that?
  • We're still standing at the plan to get rid of Jack tomorrow. And, they're still acting like Jackson is the target even though Jack's picked up on some buzz that he's the target.
  • It doesn't matter to me.
  • Either can go and I'll be happy.

Will he float if the power shifts?

Hopefully she started a trend in the house

Get away from Nicole, Jack!

They're onto Tommy lately. Good.

BB21: Live Feeds into Tuesday - August 6

In between slimings

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Falling Jacks:
  • Jess should be beating out Cliff in the popularity ratings. At least she had the cojones to follow through on nominating the Jacks.
  • True, she won the veto and Cliff didn't. However there are things he could have done and didn't. He buckled.
  • As far as the veto punishments go -- I mentioned Tommy's is a bit similar to when Paul had to run around being a secret agent. Paul was funnier. Tommy just straps these puny-sounding air horns to his wrists and goes from room to room. I would have expected more drama from him.
  • We don't get to really see what's going on with Jack and Jackson's punishments. Jack has to clean up a mess from visiting aliens as they spread their alien dust about. Jackson gets slimed while fighting an alien. Both happen during blocked feeds and we just see the aftermath.
  • The target is still Jack out this week.
  • They still are working on convincing the others that Jackson is the target.
  • Of course, anything can happen between now and Thursday.
  • But we can rest assured that either Jack or Jackson will go home this week. Well, to jury anyway. Away from us. That's all that matters.
  • According to what Cliff told Jess, when Jackson handed him his slimed jacket, it weighed about 30 pounds. Jackson has two different jackets for the role and must wash and change out each time slimed.
  • Tommy's punishment has him going at various speeds -- sound, light, smell.
  • Interesting … in his Cliff's Notes last night, Cliff mentioned how his job must be gone by now and he'll need to figure out the COBRA stuff after he gets home. Hmm. I though he would have arranged a long-term leave somehow rather than risk his job. That's why the show usually gets younger people with little to lose job-wise. Plus, he should have checked into things. It's not like you have a ton of time to decide on COBRA and you end up paying for the time you missed after your health insurance stopped. I know these things.
  • Although the Cliff's Angels plan is to let all think that Jackson's the target, Cliff went ahead and told Jackson that he'll be voting Jack out.
  • Sigh.
  • On the other hand, they're seeing how close Tommy, Christie and Jack really are.
  • While Christie seems to have many still snowed, Tommy's running from one side to the other isn't going unnoticed.
  • All in all, it was rather uneventful other than the punishments which, for the most part, we didn't see.
  • I don't expect much out of today either.
  • But that's okay -- a Jack or a Jackson, most likely the former, will be out this week!
Next after the Jacks, I say!

A normal night at home

Yet she gets all spiffed up for the live show

Thank you, Jess.

BB21: Live Feeds Bulletin - Veto Ceremony - Aug. 5

Well. well. well. The veto meeting was today. blocked to the live feeds. Instead of rabid hamsters, we got cute puppies available for adoption.

So, did Jess pull a Cliff?

Nope. Jackson and Jack remain on the block. Woot!

BB21: HoH Comp/Nominations Show Blog Party - August 4

Since BB has gotten into the awful habit of only starting the HoH comp on the live show and then blocking the action from the live feeds … we will see the completion of the comp tonight. Nope, wasn't even an endurance comp. I can only think they think their Sunday audience numbers will improve due to the suspense of it all. Yeah, right.

Although live feed watchers know the result and even the result of the PoV comp, I request NO SPOILERS in this show post. Spoilers from the live feeds will be removed. I get complaints from "show only" watchers when spoilers are in comments of the show posts. Thank you.

I'll be live-blogging and updating this post with the major events as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh this page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!

Previously on has to work its way up to the start of the HoH. I'll tap my foot until that happens.

Kat is happy to still be in the house but is a bit upset that they almost flipped and voted her out. Jackson is worried he will be targeted. He wants Jack to notice that Christie and Tommy might not be all that trustworthy. He tells Jack that Holly and Kat were teamed up against him. Jack now trusts Tommy and Christie more than the trusts Jackson.

Jackson tells Tommy that Kat and Holly know each other. Tommy thinks now that all three -- Jackson, Holly and Kat knew each other before. He thinks they need to get Kat out NOW (this is before the live eviction). Tommy goes to Christie and Jack about flipping the vote to keep Sam. Tommy is the instigator as he goes around. Analyse is even suspicious. Why would they be keeping Sam when Sam hasn't a clue they're keeping him.

Holly heard Tommy running around. She wants to air things out. Tommy tells Holly that Jackson is going around saying that Kat and Holly know each other. Holly is steaming! The Six gathers in the Boat Room and Holly confronts Jackson. Cliff and the others are eavesdropping. Lots of "you know each other" accusations -- thrown by Christie and Tommy, the two who actually know each other best. Jackson stomps out, Jack slams the door. Kat denies knowing either Holly or Jackson and is upset. Jack is insistent that they do. Now they're all saying Jackson is a snake. It's working its way almost to a brouhaha.

Jess feels clueless to help her buddy Kat. (No, they didn't know each other before.) Jackson thinks he got burned by Jack. He thinks Jack is picking Christie over him. Christie doesn't want Kat to go. The consensus is that the six is over. More screaming. More yelling. Christie is campaigning for Kat to stay and saying Kat wants Jackson out. As they get closer to the live show time, it's switched back to Kat staying but the Six have split.

A half-hour into the show and we haven't even gotten to the HoH comp start yet! Finally … they study the ads and then get called to go to their booths. True or False.

Camp Expo
1. Jackson out
2/ Analyse, Cliff out
3. Tommy, Nick out
4. Christie out.
5. Jack out.
6. Nicole out.
7. Kat out.

JESS WINS HOH!

Jackson is not happy. Jack is not happy. Tommy overacts his own response.

Nicole, Jess, Kat and Cliff happy dance in the storage room. With the major alliance showing all kinds of cracks, it's time for them (Cliff's Angels) to step their game up.

Holly talks to Kat, her promise to her preceded her relationship with Jackson. Kat thinks Jackson is the dumbest one in the house and she doesn't like him but knows the entire house might want him out. So, she can be loyal to her ride and die Holly.

Now the four are dancing in the HoH room. Kat tells us she's ready to be loyal to this group. They think that perhaps Jack and Jackson go on the block with Jack being the target. However, they want the others to think Jackson's the target.

Time for the Nominations Ceremony. Jess first nominates Jackson, then Jack. She says it's because she hasn't been in on things happening in the house and think have come to light -- they seem to be a common denominator. Jack cries to us because he betrayed his friend. Oh, boo-hoo.

BB21: Live Feeds into Sunday Afternoon - August 4

Playing games

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Alien Anteaters:
  • Not only did Jess win the veto yesterday, but it was one of the prize/punishment comps.
  • Kat won a trip to Hawaii. Nick won $5,000.
  • Then there are the punishments -- Tommy has to wear a very dorky red conehead outfit and run around the house into each room saying things like "I'm traveling at the speed of _____." The blank is things like light, sound, smell. It's reminiscent to that punishment Paul had when he was a private eye (whatever) going into each room.
  • Jackson and Jack each got some kind of visitor punishments. I believe those will be similar to the "visits" we've seen before and might not be on the live feeds.
  • Jack had a visit from Allen the Angry Alien and ended up having to vacuum all the space dust mess.
  • At this point, since Jess has all the power -- I hope she won't take one down no matter who says what to her.
  • Christie's power is a done deal. It's the last week to use it and, since she can't decide the replacement nomination (it's the veto holder's decision), no use giving it to Jess because Jess is already the one deciding anyway.
  • Does that make sense?
  • Right now the eviction plan is still Jack but making Jack and his cohorts believe Jackson is the target.
  • I do find it a bit annoying that Jess is a bit blind to all that Jackson does.
  • But, for me, as long as she doesn't allow anyone to sway her to save one and do a renom, either one going is fine with me.
  • People seem to be questioning about how to vote for the field trip. Vote people you don't like. Sure, one will get a week of safety, but two will receive bad things -- a nomination and a punishment. There's no way to say who will get what.
