Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Wednesday Night Into Thursday - Aug. 15-16

Wil this be his last day in the house?

It's countdown to eviction time in the house. But, more importantly ... what have those lovable (cough) hamsters been up to? Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Friend or Foe:
  • Ian's incredible BB memory took us through a journey of past seasons. As he retold the comps, I remembered. But I could never just sit there and ramble off the stuff like him even though I've been doing write-ups for so many seasons.
  • Joe told Frank that if he (Joe) wins HoH, he (Frank) is 100% safe.
  • He also said Ian would be safe. (Yay!)
  • Er, not that I'm worried about Joe ever winning a comp, just sayin' ...
  • Frank told Joe that he thinks Ian is a great kid, nothing he would have said in the first few weeks.
  • Yay. I'm enjoying Ian the most this year. He's different and refreshing, plus he's such a fan of the show.
  • Wil told Britney there are two pawns up on the block.
  • No, Wil. One pawn, one target and you're the target.
  • No, Britney didn't say that. I did.
  • A lot of the evening, Jenn and Wil segregated themselves from everyone else.
  • Not a great move if you're trying to save your butt in the house!
  • Jenn trashtalked Britney a lot to Wil.
  • But Wil really tried to convince Britney he'd like to work with her (Britney).
  • Not that it will do any good because he'll be leaving tonight.
  • Meanwhile, Joe joined in on the card games and discussions with others.
  • He also ate a huge gob of mayonnaise.
  • BB won't allow the Have Nots to shower in the HoH room anymore. About time as they were taking hot showers up there, not cold.
  • Jenn did try to shmooze a bit with Frank and Boogie. She is still way under the radar, but very expendable.
  • Frank is a bit worried that if Ian wins HoH, he'll put him (Frank) on the block because of his date with Ashley.
  • @@
  • If Ian did that, it would have nothing to do with Ashley, I say!
  • Wil did campaign for votes, but didn't get commitments.
  • Britney, Danielle and Ashley decided they'd Nair Ian's armpits.
  • Oh noes! Poor kid! He had a bad reaction to the chemicals and spent the rest of the night in pain.
  • It was so bad that the medic saw him.
  • He went to bed with ice packs under his armpits.
  • Boogie and Dan once again talked about their best chance of winning would be to be together in the final two.
  • They said there are people in the house who really "need" the money and that would affect the vote if they were in with any of the newbies.
  • Britney and Danielle think Shane needs to go. Oh my, Danielle. They realize he has deals with just about everyone.
  • They seriously think tonight will be a double eviction.
  • I don't.
  • We all know the BB promo machine. If there was a double eviction tonight, they would be hyping it all week.

Big Brother 14: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Aug. 15

BB12 Blogo 3

ZING! It's just about time for the show to start! Come one, come all ... bring your drinks and snacks, we'll supply the comfy chairs! As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with major happenings. However, the real party is down in the comments area. See you there!

Finally, some action -- PoV Player picks - Frank - Jenn, Joe - HG Choice - Ashley (who's hurting), Wil - Boogie. Heh. Ian will host the comp.

The Zingbot has arrived! Ashley's smile is the only thing about her that's bright. Shane -- Zing's 5 year old niece called, wants pink tank top back. Brit gave her money to the charity, the Brigade. Joe - oldest man of the house, sorry Boogie ... didn't see you there. Ian, chemical engineering student, little chemistry with the ladies. Frank, Orphan Annie would 'preesh if you stopped using her hair. Danielle -- Shane will give you a special gift after the season, a restraining order!

Veto comp time. Stations with pipes, Zingcubator. Bring Baby Zingbot to life, build a pipeline, transfer an orb through it. Frank wins the Power of Veto and Zing Baby comes out.

Wil wants Frank to backdoor Dan and make a big move. He gathers his troops (Ashley and Jenn) to visit Frank. Ian plays the good little spy for the Quack Pack. But Boogie gives Frank the same advice as Ian -- too soon to backdoor Dan.

Veto meeting ...he follows Boogie's advice. He does not use the veto. Wil and Joe are both still on the block.

Jeff Schroeder (of Jeff and Jordan) will appear on Thursday's live show.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Tuesday Night to Wednesday Afternoon - Aug. 14-15

The big date

It's kind of sad that the biggest news in the last 24 hours has been a juvenile make-out session. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of We Made Out on Camera!:
  • Yep, the big Frank/Ashley HoH room date went down.
  • They spent most of the time talking game.
  • Actually, Ashley kind of threw her buddy Wil under the bus -- told Frank she didn't like what he's been turning into, "the mean gay guy."
  • Frank tried telling her that he thinks that Ian was quite upset that she was going on the "date" with him.
  • She doesn't think so.
  • Since they had to (as Frank said) wait for the cheesecake to harden, they made out.
  • Ugh.
  • Joe, although told by Boogie that he'll be safe this week, is campaigning for votes ... yet not coming across as desperate as we've seen before.
  • Danielle says she's had a terrible week -- she's been "villainized" by the Janelle boot and the Zingbot said mean things to her.
  • Poor pitiful Danielle.
  • Heh.
  • The HoH room fish are dying ... as they do every year. What's up with that?
  • I liked the year they had the tarantulas.
  • Today is Day 40 in the house. Ian is thrilled to still be there -- he never expected to last so long.
  • That said, he should last longer. His name was tossed around in the beginning for eviction and isn't really mentioned in any immediate dream plans of those who would be HoH ... if they could win a comp.
  • Wil told Ashley she needs to get Frank out if he (Wil) leaves this week.
  • Ashley told Wil that Frank is playing Boogie's game, not his own.
  • Lots of exercise, whining about how hot it is, small talk, talk about previous seasons, talk about Have Nots eating soon, etc.
  • Yawn.
  • I'll be happy to see a bit of drama with the new HoH and eviction tomorrow night.
  • Stop on back at 8:00 PM ET for the blog party while we watch the show!
  • And, as always ... if you're so inclined, and you like the BB live feed updates, there is a Paypal donation link on the sidebar. :-)

Eek! See, Ian ... NOT the girl for you!

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Tuesday - Aug. 14

Hammock campaigning

I'll be happy when Thursday comes and the real activity starts up again. This week it was three days of action, four of doldrums. Here's what happened through the day and into the evening inside that Big Brother House of Waning Wannabees:
  • Ashley wanted to braid Frank's hair but he didn't want to show his receding hairline (covered by the mop now).
  • I didn't get a screen cap of it, but YES ... his hairline is very receded.
  • Wil, Joe and Jenn wouldn't be surprised if Ashley floated to the final two.
  • Wil is telling the others that Frank was too scared to make a big move and get Dan out this week.
  • He thinks if Dan was taken out, everyone else would have a fair chance to win.
  • @@
  • Of course, Wil is pretty sure that he's going home and isn't a happy camper!
  • Boogie doesn't live with his young son or his "baby's momma."
  • Britney and Ashley rebelled against photo day in the house, making faces.
  • They are "so over it."
  • They think a Pandora's box is coming.
  • They think a double eviction and fast forward is coming.
  • Heck, they might even think Christmas is coming.
  • They are bored.
  • Ashley wants her first "big girl apartment." She can pay the rent on mine if she wants to know what it's like.
  • Joe got reprimanded by BB for tasting things not allowed as a Have Not.
  • About time.
  • They should also talk to him about licking his fingers and sticking them in the food others will be eating.
  • Dan and Frank talked about how to eventually get rid of Britney and Shane.
  • Then Britney and Shane talked about their final four deal with Dan and Danielle and how Ian doesn't know about that.
  • Joe campaigned, telling Britney and Shane that he would target Ashley if he won HoH.
  • Like Joe could win a comp! Bwahahaha! That cracks me up!
  • Ashley (who used to say Ian creeped her out) said that Ian is spending too many hours of the day with Britney.
  • So she's going on a "date" with Frank tonight.
  • It's not that Ian didn't propose a pool date with her to get back in her good graces.
  • Ian said that all the girls will forget him after they leave the house.
  • That's about it. They're grasping at straws for entertainment in the house. Comp time can't come too soon.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Monday Night into Tuesday - Aug. 13-14

Sleaze-Boog

A yawn a minute, here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Villains and Vamps:
  • Danielle said they (BB) told her it's okay to sleep on the floor of the Have Not room instead of the whacked-out beds ... as long as they don't go to bed before BBAD comes on.
  • Ian likes that Joe is a Have Not as now he can decide what he wants to eat rather than have Joe decide.
  • I understand that totally. While his cooking skills are good, I wouldn't want someone else deciding every day what I was going to eat.
  • We won't even mention the not washing his hands after using the bathroom or dipping into the food with his fingers after licking them.
  • Ew.
  • Did you realize that Frank has never cast a vote for eviction? He's been either on the block or HoH for every vote.
  • Boogie has an ear infection which is getting treated by the BB doc.
  • He's actually more frustrated than anything else as he can barely hear out of the ear.
  • At least he's not saying his pain scale is 9 out of 10.
  • Boogie and Dan talked about earning each other's trust.
  • Boogie thinks Shane is more of an asset to them (Killtown) than is Dan. He also pointed out that Britney never made a big move in the game, always the blood was on another's hands.
  • Every time they talk about the Zingbot passing out in the yard, the feeds get blocked.
  • Ashley told Britney that Wil is expecting to go home.
  • Danielle think Shane got jealous because Wil chose her for photos with him.
  • @@
  • Britney really wants another alliance name rather than Quack Pack. She says it's embarrassing.
  • Shane told Joe that if he (Shane) wins HoH this week, he'll target Ashley and Joe will remain safe.
  • Wil thinks he has Jenn and Ashley's vote and knows he'd need three more to stay. Well, that ain't gonna be easy!
  • Wil thinks he's going to be evicted because "they don't want any real competitors in the end."
  • @@
  • Jenn told the others she lives in Bed-Stuy in NYC. Oh my. The last BB hamster from Bed-Stuy was Monica of IT'S AWNN! fame.
  • I see her as more of a Lower East Side or Williamsburg hipster type, myself.
  • That's about it. It still looks like it's Wil going home Thursday, subject to change (of course).

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Monday Daytime/PoV Meeting - Aug. 13

Frank sometimes cooks!

What is it? Day 38 maybe? I've lost track. Sometimes I need the show to remind me of these pesky details. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Nefarious Ne'er-do-wells:
  • Frank told Boogie about Wil's backdoor Dan proposal.
  • As I thought he would, Boogie nixed it. He thinks it's too soon to make that move.
  • I know that Boogie has ulterior motives regarding all of this. He's talked to Dan that if either of them is up against a newbie, especially one who has won comps (IE: Frank), neither would stand a chance to win as they've both won a season before.
  • While Boogie doesn't trust Dan, he'd rather go against Dan in the final two over pretty much anyone but a floater. He thinks his chances are better.
  • But will he say that to Frank?
  • Nuh-uh! No way! If Boogie can't win, he wants Frank to win. His bromance with Frank might even allow for him to be in a final two with him.
  • Boogie is worried because Frank told Ian of the backdoor plan Wil proposed.
  • He's scared Ian will tell Britney.
  • Heh. Of course. Britney and Ian are a lot tighter than Ian and New Wave Chilltown.
  • Frank was really wanting to backdoor Dan.
  • Boogie was really not wanting him to do so.
  • Guess who won that battle?
  • Boogie, of course.
  • Frank doubts Ashey's pain. She claims it's 9 out of 10 on the pain scale, yet seems to get around fine most of the time.
  • I don't doubt that she has pain. But I do think that sometimes when it's feeling a bit better, she plays it up for attention, sympathy, drugs ... whatever.
  • I've had major surgeries. 9 out of 10 on the pain scale is heavy duty, go to the hospital type pain.
  • The ant problem continues in the kitchen ... every year, same thing.
  • Well, a shocker. The PoV ceremony (blocked feeds) resulted in the nominations remaining the same -- Wil and Joe.
  • Told you Boogie would win that battle.
  • Britney told Ian they need to let Dan know how close he came to being backdoored.
  • Dan claims he knows what he's doing and won the game once.
  • Frank is still telling Joe that he'll be safe this week.
  • Right now, that's the truth.
  • However, it's still a few days. Sometimes things change.
  • Meanwhile Dan asked Ian exactly what was said to him about the backdoor plan. While he rebuffed Britney, he thanked Ian.
  • BB took their ball and net for the pool.
  • Probably because they abused it.
  • So they created Salsa Ball -- two small plastic bins, lemons and apples. The goal is to toss the apple/lemons into the bin while the opposing player blocks it.
  • Yawn.
  • Heh. Jenn asked Joe where he gets sea salt. He told her to Google "exotic salts" online to find a retailer. Britney said, "You can get sea salt at Marshalls."
  • I get my sea salt from Marshalls, too!

Britney is looking fluffy

Grr. Joe takes communal food with nasty fingers

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Sunday into Monday - Aug. 12-13

Wil he stay or go?

Although it's been mainly quiet in the house (what with Frank holding the PoV and the thought that the nominations will remain the same), there have been a few developments. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Screamining Mimis:
  • Shane told Boogie that Ashley will vote for Wil to stay.
  • Boogie told Danielle that she looked very nice and, though she didn't get a talk with Julie on Thursday, she looked nice then and had a lot of close-ups.
  • What's he up to?
  • Ashley, Jenn and Wil have been solidifying their alliance.
  • Maybe they should call it Floaters Get a Boat?
  • They're still thinking a double eviction will be going down this week.
  • I personally don't think so or it would be being hyped on commercials.
  • Shane is still worried that Frank will backdoor him.
  • Because he's so all important and all, y'see.
  • Britney and Ian are really bonding together.
  • No, not like THAT! Minds out of the gutter, please!
  • They decided if they could do it, they would throw HoH to Dan.
  • Let him get his hands dirty!
  • Ashley and Wil talked to Frank. They want him to make a big move, backdoor Dan, then they would work with him at getting rid of the other three -- Danielle, Shane and Britney.
  • Now, who would be a better and stronger team? Hmm ... methinks DDSB working with Frank and Boogie until they can't work together anymore.
  • Dan is a bit worried about what Ian would do if it came down to Frank/Boogie against them.
  • Britney isn't as worried.
  • Britney told her crew that Ashley and Wil had been in the HoH with Frank for a LONG time.
  • After Ashley and Wil left HoH, Ian went up for damage control and guessed that they wanted to work with them.
  • Ian told Frank he wouldn't trust Wil and was surprised by Ashley.
  • Ian reiterated that Wil or Joe need to go this week.
  • Frank told Ian that if they got rid of Dan, they (Boogie, Frank, Shane, Britney and Ian) could still work together. The only one who would be really upset would be Danielle.
  • Ian tried telling Frank that Dan isn't a big threat. "Maybe not to you, but to me he is," replied Frank.
  • He does have a point there.
  • Meanwhile ... Jenn, Ashley and Wil are jumping all around the storage room with new hope. They think Frank will go for the backdoor and their BB lives will be peachy-keen once again.
  • Frank ended up telling Ian that he's leaning towards not using the PoV this week, sending either Joe or Wil home.
  • Ian reported his Frank talk to Britney.
  • She was surprised that Frank doesn't trust Dan.
  • Oh, come on now! Britney, wake up!
  • Right now, I think the nominations will remain the same. I know Boogie wants a safe move this week, bigger moves later on.
  • What Boogie wants, Boogie will probably get.
  • The PoV Meeting will be later today.

Big Brother 14: Nominations Show Blog Party - Aug. 12

BB12 Blogo 3

Although I'm starting up the party on time, the show is delayed here in the NYC area due to golf. As I have no desire to watch golf, I don't really know when it ended. I'm a bit ticked as now I'll have to record Falling Skies which I had wanted to watch live. Grr.

Anyway ... as the show airs here, I'll update this entry with major happenings. The real action will be in the comments area and everyone is welcome to pitch in with your thoughts. I do ask that people try to be civil, though. Thank you!

8:12 PM ET - Good, 60 Minutes is ending.

Have Not comp -- two teams, lemons and limes. It's one of those comps like milking in the cow outfits we've seen before. They have to soak up the juice and squeeze it out (via the farmer). The limes win! Britney, Shane, Joe, Danielle are the Have Nots. They got candy canes and cod in addition to slop.

Nominations time -- key order is: Britney, Danielle, Shane, Ashley, Jenn, Ian, Dan, Boogie. Joe and Wil are on the block. Joe voted to evict him while Wil fibbed to him last week.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Into Sunday Daytime - Aug. 12

Strategy talk in storage

I realize I've been quiet. But I believe that we're in for a long stretch of doldrums in the BB14 house. With Frank being both HoH and PoV holder, this whole week should be predictable. Wil and Joe are on the block. One will go home. Wil is the target, don't think that will change. Joe will probably go next week unless he wins HoH. Oh, well.

Here's the latest non-news from inside that Big Brother House of Bored Boys and Girls:
  • Britney still doesn't trust Boogie. (Say it ain't so!)
  • She pointed out that if Frank decides to blindside Shane, all they can come up with are four votes. Frank would be the tiebreaker.
  • Shane is indeed worried about it because he almost blindsided Frank until the powers that be decided to throw his HoH week away.
  • While talking to Frank and Boogie, Ian said that either could go ... or best scenario, a double eviction and both could go.
  • Joe is in his suck up mode.
  • Like regular Joe isn't annoying enough.
  • The fish breaks (for when they cut the feeds) have been rampant. Sheesh, BB ... we already know what happened in season 8. You don't need to block the feeds when Ian talks about it!
  • Jenn told Wil she didn't think the nominations were going to change, but if they did it would be Shane up.
  • She has no "insider" information from Boogie or Frank.
  • Boogie and Frank talked about possibly keeping Wil so he would go after Shane, Britney, Danielle or Dan.
  • I'd say he'd probably go after Frank and Boogie if he could.
  • They played charades, a thrill a minute.
  • Today hasn't been much other than messing with the coffeemaker, lounging in the pool.
  • Yawn.

Playing charades

Off Topic: That Was the Week It Was - August 12, 2012

Good Sunday morning to y'all! No, I'm not from the South. However it's better than welcoming youse guys, right? As it is Sunday morning, it's time for my weekly off television topic reflection on the week gone by in both words and photographs I've taken along the way. If you're searching for Big Brother content, use this link to pull up those posts. Otherwise, sit back with a cup of coffee and visit my world for just a bit.

First, I realize I sound like a whiner ... but I'm so tired of this summer. We've had one heat wave after another and the humidity level is horrible even on the "nicer" days. I heard they're predicting a very snowy winter. To be honest, I think I'll like that better as long as I don't fall on ice.

My own life has become super mundane as of late. I work, I sweat, I eat, I watch BB live feeds and write up reports, I spoil Vincent the Cat. That's about it. With it so hot and me hating to sweat so much, I haven't really been going anywhere that I haven't had to go.

I have made a new friend at the bus stop near the train station. Now, tell me ... why would I (of all people) attract a 25-year-old goth/industrial music type with black fingernails? No, I'm NOT a cougar. It's not that kind of friendship! He's a smart kid, yet unemployed. When he told me I was "lucky" to have worked so long for the same company, I told him it wasn't luck at all. It was a lot of hard work and dedication, sometimes when I didn't feel like working hard or being dedicated. But I had to do it anyway. Perhaps the only luck involved was picking a company which has lasted and done well over the years back when I was about 22 or so.

Anyway, onto the photos. Clicking on an image will open it in a new window, clicking again will make it larger. Closing out that window will land you right back here where you left off.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds PoV Bulletin - Aug. 11

After nearly two hours of blocked feeds for the comp, they're back.

Boogie looks miserable. He must have done poorly. Most are wearing scrubs from "Zingbot Labs."

And, the big news ... Frank won. Boogie and Frank say they now can be bums and relax until Thursday.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Saturday Daytime - Aug. 11

9:50 PM ET, the Zingbot arrived.
I hate the Zingbot.

Yes, Jenn is still in the house

Just to warn you ... today's been a heck of a lot of nothing going on in the house. Usually, by this time the Power of Veto comp has already played out. It hasn't even started yet. I'm thinking it might be a morph type comp played at night. The hamsters don't seem to know when it's going to be either. Anyhow, here's what's happened today in that Big Brother House of Impatient Imps:
  • Boogie, the first up as per usual this season, thought it might be a night comp first thing in the morning as they weren't on lockdown.
  • Ashley was also an early riser. She told Boogie she was feeling a bit better.
  • Boogie told her she needs to win some comps or people might think she's just coasting or needs to leave.
  • They eventually did get lockdowned inside a bit after 10am their time.
  • Boogie and Frank think they can get Ian to go after Dan, Danielle, Shane or Ian if he wins.
  • Too bad he's solid with the Quack Pack, huh?
  • The veto picks were: Boogie, Jenn and Ashley. They will play with Frank, Wil, Joe and Shane (veto ticket).
  • Frank and Boogie told Ian that the target this week is Wil.
  • Hmm ... Dan said that Renny won't talk to anyone from their season, no one at all. They've even tried to contact her through her son's Facebook page. Not what I expected from her, I'll say.
  • Dan has kept in touch with his BB nemesis Jerry -- even invited him to his wedding.
  • It sounds like Ian got his wish to host a comp -- the PoV.
  • Joe is playing the "I cook" card to stay.
  • What other card does he have? The Joker, maybe.
  • Ashley thinks she's a lost soul living in California.
  • Nah, I think she just might fit in some places. She would be definitely a lost soul in Camden, NJ.
  • As they were all sitting around bored for the comp ... who shows up?
  • Why, it's that nasty evil Zingbot who I never can understand.
  • Cut the feeds, the PoV comp must finally be on.

Slop for breakfast

What is Shane checking out?

Too much fish!

It's still a thrill just to be there for Ian

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Into Saturday Morning - Aug. 11

A clean face is a happy face. Um. Well.

So, the nominations are in (Joe and Wil) and the Spiritard is out. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Not So Smooth Moves:
  • If the Have Nots have to have cod and candy canes, BB got them decent ones -- many flavors with the candy canes including root beer and blueberry and expensive cod.
  • Wil and Shane think that Ashley hasn't been honest about whatever is going on with her back. She claims that she's getting cortisone shots.
  • Wil and Shane note that cortisone shots are used on joints, not muscles.
  • They're right.
  • They both agree she looks very sick and is in a lot of pain.
  • I agree. I'm wondering why they're allowing her to stay in the house. Or, why she even wants to be in there in that much pain?
  • Britney and Dan talked about possibly keeping Wil this week as he would go after Frank and Boogie.
  • Joe couldn't effectively go after anyone unless they're already in filet form.
  • Neither Dan or Britney trust Wil, but they do know he's very angry with the tag team of Frank and Boogie.
  • Even though they told him he's their "pawn."
  • Although they are indeed targeting him.
  • Ashley told Wil that if he wins the PoV and doesn't use it on himself, he'll surely go home.
  • So, I guess she's thinking clearly enough!
  • Even if he believes he's the pawn (which he isn't), he hopefully won't Marcellas on us.
  • Frank and Boogie think that Wil is being fake with them every time he talks to them.
  • Yep, he is.
  • Frank still doesn't like the idea of not getting Dan out for a few weeks.
  • Boogie thinks it would be better if Jenn or Ian won HoH and did that dirty deed.
  • I don't think Ian would go after Dan unless few were left in the house.
  • And, I'm not sure Jenn can win anything.
  • Frank got to take the Spiritard off at midnight. He got to keep the pom-poms.
  • Shane told Britney he thinks Ashley is playing the sympathy card so she won't be nominated, won't have to be in comps, etc.
  • Danielle told Wil that she thought she was now being viewed as the "bad girl who took Janelle out."
  • Wil thinks that Frank is probably getting a "good guy" edit on the shows.
  • Adding to the list of stuff Danielle claims -- she also used to be an alcoholic.
  • @@
  • Of course, anyone who seriously "used to be an alcoholic" usually refers to themselves as a recovering alcoholic and abstains from drinking totally. Danielle imbibes whenever she can.
  • She can't this week as she's a Have Not.
  • Danielle told Dan that Wil told her that he (Dan) is dangerous -- in his own season, he stabbed everyone in the back.
  • "You're not going to stab me in the back, are you?"
  • "Of course not."
  • They're all asleep as I post this.

Big Brother 14: Nominations Bulletin - Aug. 10

As expected, Frank/Boogie nominated Joe and Wil. It's actually Wil who's the target.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Friday Daytime - Aug. 10

Dysfunctional family

Joe is toeing various colors on the kitchen floor, Boogie is dressed like a weirdo, Ian is rocking and Wil is contemplating his navel ... or something. Just another morning in the BB14 house. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Sugar Highs:
  • Frank doesn't trust Wil.
  • It's even. Wil doesn't trust Frank.
  • Joe worked on Frank to get Wil out.
  • Joe, of course, is scrambling. He knows that he fits in with nobody.
  • Joe told Frank he knows he (Joe) won't win. He just wants to make it to jury.
  • Ashley can barely move due to her back pain.
  • More drugs, please!
  • Britney talked to Frank and Boogie -- told them she's okay with getting Joe out this week, but Wil needs to go next week!
  • She claims Wil is very intuitive, smart and people gravitate to him. He might not have won comps yet, but has potential.
  • Joe has no real potential.
  • Britney said (and it's been mentioned before, just can't remember if I mentioned it) that Janelle apparently knew more than she did about the coaches. Janelle cut a deal before the show that if she went into the game, her baby could join her in the jury house.
  • Frank doesn't really want to put Wil up this week. He feels he owes Wil.
  • Frank would really like to put Dan up, but Boogie nixed that -- said it's way too early.
  • Neither Frank nor Boogie want Dan in the final two. They know he'd be too dangerous to compete against either of them.
  • After Frank and Boogie talked to Wil and he wouldn't make any promises to them, they decided they'd like him out this week.
  • The feeds were blocked for the Have Not comp.
  • Apparently: two teams, they had to grab a color to join a team.
  • Ian said he saw what color Joe grabbed and went for the other one.
  • The kid makes me chuckle.
  • Joe, Britney, Shane, Danielle are the Have Nots.
  • Ashley didn't play due to her back.
  • Everyone is talking about how poorly Joe treated the girls in the comp -- screaming at them and barking out orders.
  • They also said he was a poor sport, throwing things and fussing after losing.
  • They got candy canes and cod.
  • Joe felt a bit better seeing the cod.
  • Wil went to talk to Frank alone and said the wrong words -- he didn't want to talk to him in front of Boogie.
  • Wil ended up agreeing he could go up "as a pawn" and not be upset with Frank.
  • Meanwhile, Boogie was wheeling and dealing with Joe telling him that if he goes on the block, be cool and calm, he wouldn't be the target.
  • Okay, sounds to me like Wil and Joe will be on the block later tonight.
  • Then, as per the standard waffling, it would be whomever acts up the most heading out the door.
  • Well, unless Joe wins veto, that is.
  • BWAHAHAHAHA!
  • Nominations later tonight!
