Big Brother 17: Live Feeds into Monday Morning - July 20

Everybody but Audrey

It's not looking good for Audrey although she's not technically on the block ... yet. Here's the latest from the overnight happenings inside that Big Brother House of Bad Boy Bands:
  • Claiming anti-mob mentality and niceness, the whole house held a meeting in the HoH room ... except Audrey.
  • Clay said how the game is supposed to be fun and they should all like each other.
  • Um. No. It's Big Brother, Clay. Venom and backstabbing are expected.
  • Unfortunately, clueless dudes in showmances aren't unexpected. I'm looking at you, Clay and Shelli.
  • One thing the meeting did was give the opportunity for the invisible gamers to become a bit more noticeable and fit in with the power players ... for a bit.
  • I saw more of Becky and Jackie through Sunday night than I have all season.
  • Audrey was completely out of the spotlight from before the meeting against her.
  • It looks like there's no way she can save herself.
  • In a way, that's okay with me. Jason will stay and I kind of like him in the game. It's good for the rest of the house because it (temporarily) brings them all together for a common goal.
  • But it's bad because watching her instigate weird rumors, tell lies, tell worse lies when getting caught telling lies and then playing the martyr is good for the feeds watching. If they all like each other and hold hands while singing Cumbaya, that's some real boring feeds watching!
  • Audrey, conspicuously absent from games of charades, watching the Whackstreet performance and more, was supposedly in the Diary Room for over two hours.
  • Then she went to bed, er ... dentist chair.
  • James and Jason talked about the "what if" they were HoH -- Steve and Austin would go up.
  • WHY IS NO ONE REALIZING THAT THE TWINS NEED TO GO BEFORE THEY HAVE TWO SOLID SOLID PEOPLE IN AN ALLIANCE?!?!?
  • Jason knows the twins will both play soon. He should realize that time dictates a move being made.
  • A few tried to be nice to Audrey (Jason, Vanessa and James), giving her a bit of a pep talk about how much she has going for her in life.
  • They didn't tell her how little she has going for her in the house, though.
  • As per the norm, Jason and Steve remained the last up.
  • Jason spends the time smoking and pondering, then left Steve alone.
  • Steve did his usual talk out strategy thoughts in a rambling fashion. He really wants James out -- much of it to do with a necklace, I think. I'm not sure what that's all about. I must have missed something. I do, of course, work a full time job atop the BB blogging, so it's quite possible I may have missed something.
  • Steve also thinks Audrey is not coming after him. Yet he knows she's a goner this week.
  • Steve thinks James is probably the most popular with the show fans.
  • I don't think so.
  • For me, I like James okay. But there are more than a few rather interesting people with different strategies this year. My heart-tug favorite is Steve. But I do like Jason, James, Johnny Mac. I'm really not too keen on the women.
  • Steve thinks he should stick with Austin and Liz.
  • Hmm.
  • Steve and Jason think they are both targeted a bit due to their personalities.
  • Jason is concerned that he's Plan B if Plan A didn't work out. Well, yeah. He's right.
  • Yet Jason and Steve don't have an alliance. They really should get together more on strategy instead of just liking each other in late night talks because they're the only ones who are awake.
  • Jason told Steve he needs to stop popping up everywhere like he's afraid to be left out of things. It reminds him of Andy.
  • (Well, Andy did win. Hmm.)
  • But he has a point.
  • After they broke up and headed to bed, Jason mumbled something about not knowing why he's helping "the kid."

Whackstreet again

Now she's around a lot

Jason should be safe this week

He wants James out

Now she's around, too

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds into Sunday Evening - July 19

Such a bad liar

Now, this was a good day in the Big Brother House. No, not necessarily for the hamsters. I'm talking us. I love a good kerfuffle! Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Dastardly Deceptions:
  • The day of turmoil started out quietly enough.
  • Steve talked to us while alone in the yard. He said his targets are Audrey, Meg, James and Becky. He also said that if he wins HoH, he might have to put John up to cover their alliance.
  • Well, John is used to that, I would think.
  • But, I haven't personally witnessed a huge alliance between Steve and John. Did I miss it?
  • John and Jason talked about the differences between the twins.
  • I'm really not seeing why people aren't seeing they need to target them. Of course, their "side" has been in power.
  • Clay sucked up to Johnny Mac, telling him how much they enjoyed how he played the game.
  • What? By being their permanent pawn?
  • Sheesh.
  • The day soon deteriorated ... for Audrey, at least.
  • It started out with Clay talking to her about how she alienates others and then WHAM.
  • No, no fisticuffs.
  • Audrey's so many lies and betrayals have caught up to her once again.
  • Shelli and Vanessa had just been talking about how paranoid Audrey has been.
  • What's that saying? It's not paranoia when everybody's out to get you?
  • Heh.
  • But it's her own fault.
  • People are expected to lie in the house. But you can't go around deliberately planting seeds throughout and not expect someone to confront you about it.
  • Vanessa confronted Audrey.
  • Audrey tried to switch to a Steve ouster conversation.
  • Shouting ensued.
  • A shot rang out! The maid screamed!
  • Er, well. I made up that last bit.
  • The whole afternoon was Clay, Vanessa and Shelli exposing Audrey's lies to her.
  • And, Audrey denying they ever happened.
  • In another case, this might be construed as bullying. But, in this case, Audrey has brought the whole house down on herself.
  • "Why are people saying I said these things?"
  • Because you did say them, Audrey!
  • Audrey's pretty much sealed the deal that Vanessa will save Jason with the veto and she will go on the block with Johnny Mac.
  • Even Jason is in better graces with the HoH crew than is Audrey.
  • Audrey cried.
  • Audrey went around telling everybody not in the HoH alliance about the alliance.
  • "You can't undo what's been done," she said.
  • "But you can make it even worse," I say.
  • Vanessa is trying to convince James that he needs to distance himself a bit from Audrey. James is totally onboard with a backdoor Audrey plan when he found out that Audrey has betrayed his own trust.
  • James is now a lot more in with the in crowd.
  • As Audrey is much more out with them.
  • The photo booth opened up. The Whackstreet Boys had to get in on it.
  • Audrey told Vanessa she still wants to work with her.
  • Bwahahahaha!
  • As if!
  • Johnny Mac warned Shelli that Vanessa is a very emotional player and might end up being a liability.
  • Shelli did not run back to Vanessa to tell her.
  • See, that's the sort of thing that has done Audrey in.
  • Vanessa feels betrayed on a personal level by Audrey because she thinks Audrey exploited the LGBT card with her.
  • Jackie told Jason, Steve and Becky that Audrey told her the big argument with Jeff was staged so they could backdoor him instead of her (Audrey).
  • That's actually a truth. But Jackie isn't sure it's truth.
  • And on it goes into the night ...

Big Brother 17: Nominations and Battle of the Block Show Blog Party - July 19

Big Brother 11 Blog Logo photo BB-09-smJackieMA28497852-0002.gif

Good evening! Ready for a blog party?

As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with the major happenings. Refresh the page to get the latest. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Let's get this party started!

Recap and Girl Power in the house. Liz tells us they (the twins) only have to get through two more evictions to both play in the house. Austin is suspicious of the two hinky votes to keep Jeff. Liz tells Diary Room that she voted that way because she never made a connection with James.

Jason thinks he's alone in the game and they'll just keep throwing him on the block -- if he ends up going home, no one will care. He tells Audrey of the twins. Duh. She would be the only one in the world who wouldn't know.

HoH Room reveal. Shelli got photos of her dog. Her letter is from her dog. @@ Johnny Mac reads clues into Liz's letter from her mother.

They do the musical they actually did last week.

The HoH crew -- Austin, Vanessa, Clay, Lizia and Shelli -- talk about possible nominations. Jason, Audrey, Jackie and Becky are brought up as possibles. They think Audrey would have to be backdoored. Shelli isn't keen on that because, if Audrey doesn't go, it would look suspicious that both she and Vanessa kept her safe.

Jackie tries to buddy up with Austin and remove herself from being related to the ghost of Jeff. Austin hopes to make her a personal ally. She talks to Shelli. She tells her that Austin said Liz might put her up as a pawn. Not cool, Austin, says Shelli. Austin and Shelli both told Jackie she's safe from going home this week.

Shelli warns Vanessa that Austin has a big mouth.

Shelli has the nerve to tell us that if Liz remains HoH this week, Austin will run HoH. Pot, Clay, Kettle.

Clay asks Johnny Mac to pawn with Jason.

Audrey campaigns to Shelli to get Jason on the block and out of the house.

Nominations today. Liz nominates James and Jackie. No connection with them. Shelli nominates Jason and Johnny Mac. Her pool of people is small. Has been told Jason would come after her.

Liz tells Jackie she's not her target and will be safe.

Jason talks to Shelli. She tells him that the lies told about him that he would go after them came from Audrey. "I am all alone in a house full of serpents." She tells him she doesn't want to go home -- dethrone her.

The twins swap out.

Audrey thinks Jason is blaming her for his being on the block. Oops. She lies to Shelli. Not a good move.

Battle of the Block time! Grunge band theme. Alice is tied in chains, they must unlock the padlock and bring her to Nirvana. The location of the four keys reference Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam and such.

John did not throw it. Nonetheless, Jackie and James won the BotB. Liz is dethroned.

Jason, John and Liz have to form a boys band.

As a side note: There was a lot of action and kerfuffle in the house today. My live feeds report will be up in a few hours!

Off Topic: That Was the Week It Was - July 19, 2015

I hope everyone is having a fine Sunday morning! Since it is indeed Sunday (and even still morning), welcome to my weekly off television topic reflection on the past week in both words and photos I've taken along the way. If you're looking for the latest Big Brother postings, they can be found via this link right here. The show and live feeds only last three months while this off topic weekly post is year 'round. You are free to skip over it if you wish!

It's really hot, hazy and humid here this weekend although we had a few beautiful dry and reasonable temperature days during the week. Once again, my windows are closed and the air conditioning is on. It was nice while it lasted! Today we're back to heat advisories and air quality warnings. I believe I'll stay in all day.

I saw my downstairs neighbor for the first time since the Screaming Child Thumping Family neighbors moved downstairs next to him. He says they're horrible. I knew that. I doubt their lease will be renewed in February. He also complained to me that they raised his rent $40 more a month. Hmm. I didn't tell him mine only went up $5 again. I think they want him out, too. I find it disturbing that he told me he had a kitchen fire due to leaving food cooking on the stove -- a grease fire that destroyed his cabinets over the oven and damaged the wall. I didn't know about that. He doesn't have renter's insurance (which we're supposed to have) and the landlord is suing him for $3,000 in damages. He also keeps sneaking in dogs against the No Pets rules; I have special grandfathering for Vincent. To be honest, if he's getting that careless (he's had a stroke, heart issues and more and yet likes his alcohol a bit), I'd rather he move.  His case worker is working on finding him a new place. Mind you, he's a few years younger than I am and hasn't worked in the ten years or more that I've known him!

That said, I myself have set off the smoke/carbon monoxide detector in my apartment while cooking. But there was never any fire! It's just a touchy alarm! And, I've never set off the main building fire alarm! The only thing I ever leave cooking while I'm not in the apartment is my slow cooker on low. They're made for that kind of thing and I make sure nothing is near it on the counter. I do have renter's insurance but have no desire to use it.

Onto this week's photos -- clicking on an image will give you a larger version.

Islamic Center at night

When I arrived at the Plainfield Train Station very late on Monday night, I saw the Islamic Center on North Avenue was all lighted up and folks were coming and going. Ramadan ended on Friday with Eid al-Fitr -- thus breaking the month-long fast from sun up to sundown for Muslims.

Plainfield Train Station busker?

I didn't see any obvious place to leave tips, so he might not be a busker. Plus, the Plainfield Train Station is not a good place to earn tip money. Yet, there he was, playing his keyboard and he was actually pretty decent. It was kind of refreshing to get off the train to peaceful organ music and not walk through a crowd of drunken bums using the outlets to charge their phones.

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Overnight into Sunday - July 19

Will he stay off the block?

Despite last night's PoV comp, won by Vanessa, and the uncertainty it brings about, there was some fun overnight in the BB17 house. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Dancers and Pranksters:
  • After everybody cleaned off the paint from the PoV comp, they were summoned to the HoH room.
  • It's Have Nots again after a week's respite!
  • Jackie, Becky, John and Audrey are the unlucky ones -- none of them have been Have Nots before.
  • They get gravy with their slop, lucky devils!
  • As a punishment from the BotB comp -- John, Jason and Liz have to do song and dance routines (while wearing white) as a bad 90s boy band.
  • And, yes, they're so bad.
  • But it's funny.
  • Much better than watching Shelli cry.
  • Audrey thinks Vanessa won't use the veto and the nominations will remain the same.
  • Of course, that goes with her hope that Jason goes home.
  • Jason thinks that Vanessa will do whatever Shelli wants her to do with it.
  • Of course, he's thinking he'll be saved and Audrey will go on the block.
  • Meanwhile, Vanessa definitely wants to use the veto to save Jason.
  • Now we just have to see if Shelli has the guts to put Audrey up.
  • Jason thinks the only "ally" he has in the house is Meg and, if he were voting between himself and Johnny Mac, he himself would vote to keep Johnny Mac.
  • Confuse you with that one?
  • No?
  • I'll have to try harder.
  • Audrey thinks that, if Vanessa does use the veto, the replacement nominee will be Steve.
  • Gosh, I hope not!
  • I personally would prefer Jackie going, but she's safe from nomination this week due to winning the BotB.
  • If I were in the house, I'd probably move to get either Audrey or Lizia out. With the latter because it's two for the price of one and that much closer to a win for me.
  • As the night waned on, James and Audrey pulled pranks with James in the trash bag in the storage room.
  • First, Audrey called in Lizia and felt she had to tell her that James had such a crush on her. Thankfully, Lizia reacted with "Oh, he's so adorable," not "That ugly little creep! I hate him!"
  • Then he made his trash bag move! She spilled her drink and everything.
  • Then he got Steve really good while Austin was in there.
  • Jackie didn't fall for it as well as the others. She didn't get close to the bag and he accidentally moved.
  • Remember kids ... trash bags are not play toys! James could suffocate!

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Saturday, PoV - July 17

Meg with fruit

Here's the latest from today inside that Big Brother House of Froot Loops:
  • Clay is pushing a Jason Off the Block, Audrey Up Movement.
  • Shelli cries.
  • And cries some more.
  • Sheesh. If she didn't want to win HOH and have the responsibility, why didn't she throw it?
  • Audrey wants Jason out. Still.
  • Audrey cried.
  • Austin did not cry. At least, not that I witnessed.
  • Chelli is a bit leery of Austin, but don't think it's time for him to go. Yet.
  • Shelli cried some more.
  • After a feeds block, they had to get into white costumes for some sort of punishment from the Battle of the Block.
  • BB doesn't allow them to have white clothes.
  • They're contradicting themselves!
  • Shelli cried some more. She and Clay (Chelli) talked about how "pissed" Vanessa is.
  • Hmm.
  • They said Shelli has to do what's best for her game.
  • Hmm.
  • Ah, it's because Shelli apparently agreed to Clay's wish of putting Audrey as a backdoor.
  • Commence waffling now.
  • "If you don't do it, I'll do it next week," says Clay ... as if he actually wins anything ever.
  • Playing for veto are Lizia, John and Jason along with Meg, Vanessa and James. Steve is hosting.
  • Before the feeds were cut for the PoV comp, Shelli was still waffling over the Audrey backdoor. She called it a "mob mentality" going after Audrey.
  • Shouldn't that be good for her own game? As in no one other than Audrey would be upset?
  • Finally, the feeds are back after the comp.
  • Vanessa won the Power of Veto! And, it was messy. It sounds like the blowing up bombs and get paint all over you redone.

Lizia, actually Julia right now

Are we boring you, Austin?

Waiting on a comp

I think it's Johnny Mac

Cleaning up after PoV comp

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Overnight into Saturday - July 18

Oh my, Audrey

So, after the Battle of the Block was done and over with, Shelli remains HoH and Jason/Johnny Mac remain on the block. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Talk Talk:
  • I'm not sure if Johnny Mac threw it or not -- Clay told him to, Shelli told him he could play to win.
  • I don't think Shelli wanted to be in the position of power again.
  • She hates deciding things.
  • Plus, she has Clay telling her to do things which are Clay's things he wants to do, not necessarily what she wants.
  • Gee, if Clay wants to be HoH, why doesn't he win it? Win something. Make himself useful instead of ornamental!
  • Audrey cried. She's sure she's in danger.
  • I guess it must be time for her to plant more seeds of insecurity!
  • Clay told her not to worry, she's safe.
  • I'm so happy he's HoH again this week! He's my hero!
  • Gag.
  • Shelli herself (remember Shelli? the actual HoH?) told Vanessa that she trusts Johnny Mac and tried to convince her to do the same.
  • There was a very brief power outage there. Not sure what that was all about. But it made them panic for a moment!
  • Clay keeps pushing Shelli to backdoor Audrey.
  • Wait.
  • Isn't he the one who's been reassuring Audrey that she's safe?
  • The two mysterious hinky votes speculation saga continues.
  • Audrey cries some more.
  • Jason, demanding HoH talk time, pretty much kicked Audrey out of the HoH room so he could plead his case.
  • His personal targets are Audrey, Steve and Austin.
  • He thinks he needs to come off the block instead of Johnny Mac because he's in more danger of going home.
  • Well, yeah. That was the original plan!
  • (That he would go home and Johnny Mac would remain in the house.)
  • He also made a case for getting Lizia out before the twin enters to play -- an additional person would make it to the jury.
  • Shelli was receptive to the Jason pleadings. She told him she would put someone who's more likely to go home next to him if he remains on the block.
  • Now, who could that be?
  • Audrey started planting anti-Austin seeds with Shelli.
  • Hmm.

Rabid Steve?

Making Austin jealous?

Gonna have to scramble

SO TIRED OF CLAY BEING THERE!

Becky who?

Who's that new dude?

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Battle of the Block Bulletin - July 17

Jackie and James won the Battle of the Block. Liz is dethroned. Shelli (or, Chelli) remains the HoH with John and Jason on the block.

It was very messy. Jackie threw up. It was smelly, too.

There ya go.

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Friday Daytime, Nominations - July 17

James is in the bag

Here's today's happenings from inside that Big Brother House of Not Chelli All Week AGAIN:
  • Audrey wants Jason out.
  • Audrey and James get along well. She is giving him advice.
  • Um.
  • I'm not sure how great any BB advice from her is.
  • She suggested he could hide in a trash bag and eavesdrop.
  • He fits, but hasn't put it in practice.
  • The nomination thoughts, arguments for and against, suggestions and such kept up practically until time for Nominations!
  • Oy. What an indecisive bunch of HoH crowd -- Chelli, Liztin and somehow, Vanessa.
  • Clay, "How about putting Johnny Mac up and asking him to throw it again?"
  • How many times can they do that to the guy?!?!?!
  • They basically want either Jason (1) out or James (2).
  • A Backdoor Becky plan was made and discarded.
  • Whatever happens, Meg would be a replacement nominee if someone used the PoV.
  • I'm glad they figured that out before they even decided who would be on the block!
  • Sigh. Johnny Mac agrees to be up as a pawn and throw it again. If nothing else, they guy will hold the record for pawning and throwing and (hopefully) saving himself by winning the PoV!
  • In the end, Shelli nominated John and Jason while Liz nominated Jackie and James.
  • All J names, you notice. And, of course, two J names are gone already -- Jace and Jeff.
  • I call discrimination!
  • That said, out of the bunch, I'd have no objections if JACKIE went. Out of the four, she'd be my choice for the boot. I don't like having a non-BB fan playing in the house using my name.
  • So there.
  • Shelli told John he doesn't have to throw it -- he can compete.
  • Audrey continues to trashtalk about Jason (her personal target) despite the fact that they had supposedly mended fences.
  • She's also on a trashtalk Steve kick.
  • She needs to stop that.
  • John told Shelli that both Steve and Audrey separately approached him for final two deals.
  • Audrey seems to be trying to make others look bad because she's probably once again paranoid that she's a target.
  • We've seen that before.
  • Audrey cried to Shelli because she thinks Jason and John will win and Liz will put her up.
  • Lizia is Julia until Monday.
  • As I post this, they're doing the Battle of the Block and the live feeds are blocked.
  • When I know, you'll know.

Why? Is the sun too bright inside?

Pawn again? Throw again?

Not Shelli's best look

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Overnight into Friday - July 17

Just a wee bit possessive

Shelli and Liz weren't really people I wanted to win the dual HOHship. It means more of Chelli hanging all over each other and now, Liztin. Here's the latest late night happenings from inside that Big Brother House of BOB Needs to be Evicted:
  • The stress must be getting to Jason. I see developing acne on his cheeks.
  • He should be stressed. It's very likely he'll be on the block once again.
  • The four votes to keep Jeff has 'em all in a tizzy. They expected two votes -- John and Jackie.
  • But who are the other two?!?!?!
  • "Someone lied to me!," screamed Vanessa.
  • Audrey is a definite suspect.
  • Steve is a suspect.
  • Becky is a suspect.
  • Liz is NOT a suspect.
  • I have to laugh how they all assume there's an America's Player.
  • They're so worried about that that they're building their whole game around it and it doesn't exist!
  • Sure, down the line I wouldn't put it past Allison Grodner to replay that old hand. But, as of now, there is no America's Players you silly hamsters!
  • Steve is throwing his game into play -- between his hinky vote stirring things up and his innocent lost act with Shelli, he's workin' it.
  • Of course, Liz and Austin might be his stumbling block.
  • They're thinking that people who haven't been Have Nots before should do it this week.
  • Vanessa is pretty sure Steve was one of the hinky votes. But Steve is working his way into Shelli's good graces. So that might not matter.
  • They whined about needing more food ... and, but of course, alcohol.
  • Oh, wait! Now Vanessa is sure it wasn't Steve with the vote! It was Becky! (Of course, that still accounts for three votes, not four. D'oh.)
  • But Audrey is sure it was Steve!
  • Now, this is the first week that Audrey has not been the hinky vote. Every week, they're sure she's doing it.
  • And on the Big Vote Debate went ...
  • No way will Liz tell. No way will Steve tell. It shall remain one of the great mysteries of all time.
  • Meg's name has been thrown in with the suspects, as well.
  • Heh. Good going Steve and Liz (although they most certainly did not conspire).
  • Vanessa, who admits to being a gambler to them, said Becky has to be the hinky vote. She also says that Johnny Mac has no strategy.
  • Wrong on both counts.
  • Even Clay has picked up that John knows when to talk and when to remain quiet. Nothing ever gets back to anyone about stuff Johnny Mac has said.
  • But I still neither like nor respect Clay myself.
  • In the HoH room reveal, Shelli got a letter from her dog.
  • I have no words.
  • But, apparently her dog has words.
  • At this point, it's very unsure who will be going on the block.
  • It is clear that Audrey is NOT a target once again.
  • It's looking rather dismal for Jason.
  • Meg, Jackie and Becky are on the peripheral of the group, too.
  • I guess we'll see.

HoH Room "excitement"

Safe for another week?

As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with the major happenings. Refresh the page to get the latest. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Let's get this party started!

Julie wonders if Jeff can talk himself to safety. Heh. Jeff says he won't go down without a fight and commences his battle to stay in. Jason is ticked that Audrey isn't on the block. James thinks Jeff is the target, not him. (He doesn't tell Jeff that.) Clay and Jason think James is more trustworthy; Meg is in a quandary. Jeff cries to Shelli. Onto Jackie now. He's talking to one after another (in editing).

Uh-oh. An "emerging love triangle." The twins are trying to match. Liz tells Julie that Jeff must go home. Austin thinks he has a great relationship with both twins, but is especially close with Liz. (Yes, the twins are common knowledge with the hamsters, but both can't actually play in the house until after the fifth eviction.) Meanwhile, Jeff tries to campaign and flirt with Liz. Austin catches them under covers and gets all testosterone-y. The editing of the show so far is leaning towards Jeff staying. I personally think he will go. The vote should be after the commercial break.

The pleas to stay:
James -- Sorry me and you, Jeff. Love all of you, smile. Please vote to keep me.
Jeff -- Did not see it coming, love you all. Vote for you only. At the end of the day.
GAH. ATEOTD!

The votes to evict:
Jackie - James
Austin - Jeff
John - James
Meg - Jeff
Onto commercial ...
Clay - Jeff
Shelli - Jeff
Steve - James
Liz - James
Jason - Jeff
Becky - Jeff
Audrey - Jeff

By a vote of 7 to 4, Jeff is evicted.

Whoa, Julie says Jackie is a floater! Heh.

HoH Comp time. Going back in time -- 90s week, set of 1994 music video 'Bustin' Moves.' They'll watch dance "videos" -- the videos are live dancers -- and be asked true or false questions.

James, Jason, Clay and Steve out.
Meg and Austin out.

Liz and Shelli are the only ones to get the third question right. They're the new HoH duo.

Julie fills time asking questions.

She tells us the 90s will continue all week, but no BB Takeover in so many words. It seems they misjudged the timing on the live show tonight. The dancers came out twice and the hamsters answered the questions from Julie.

Big Brother 17: Live Feeds Overnight into Thursday - July 16

I liked him better before I knew him

Ah, it's the dawn of eviction day in the hamster house today. That always brings new life to the live feeds! Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Not So Jazzy Jeff:
  • Austin told James he should campaign more as Jeff is definitely campaigning.
  • James claims he doesn't want to throw Jeff under the bus, but he's heard Jeff has been doing that to him.
  • Initially, James and Jeff were close buddies.
  • But it's hard to stay friends when you're both nominated for eviction.
  • BB gave them more alcohol.
  • It always gets me that the amount of alcohol given is so little compared to the number of people in the house. I can't see why they get so excited.
  • Meg, Jason, Audrey and Shelli decided to put on a musical sketch.
  • Ack. Now I'll have nightmares about Frankie!
  • Jeff told Jackie that if he stays, he'll go after Vanessa.
  • Well, duh. That should go without saying. And, that's also Vanessa's fear and why she so wants him to go at this point.
  • Steve made a two week safety deal with James in exchange for his vote to save him.
  • Rumors about Audrey being America's Player continue to run rampant through the house.
  • Why do they think someone MUST be America's Player every darn season? More often than not, no one is America's Player.
  • And, certainly not a group of America's Players ... that's been going around the house, too.
  • Silly paranoid hamsters.
  • Jeff apparently is in no fear that Jackie will run back to Austin and Vanessa to tell them all the trashtalking he's doing about them.
  • Perhaps he should worry.
  • Jackie isn't in his corner.
  • But he thinks she is.
  • She was at one time. But she needs to look out for her own game.
  • And, he's not in her plans if he's out with the in crowd.
  • Meg told Chelli that she actually trusts Jeff more on a personal level than she does James, but knows he's going to go.
  • In other words, she'll probably do a sheeple vote even though she personally would keep Jeff.
  • Austin is worrying that Clay might have switched and may be on Jeff's side now. Before, Clay was reporting every wrong move Jeff made to him. Now, not so much.
  • Hmm.
  • Oh noes ... say it ain't so. Jeff outright CRIED to Shelli. Like tears and all.
  • @@
  • Now, that's pulling out all the cards.
  • I doubt it will save his butt, though.
  • We'll see tonight!

At least he can't pick shoulder pimples

It makes him taller!

Jeff/Jackie talk time

Shades of Frankie. Ew.
