'Big Brother 7: All Stars' - Clarifying A Few Things...

A report touching more on tonight's show as well as the live feeds since the show will be posted a bit later tonight.

I notice many people are asking what about the Prom King/Queen. There was only one winner - a King OR a Queen. Janelle won for the Queen.

The way Julie worded it was that the winner would "have a step up in the HOH competition." That leads me to believe that had she been eligible to compete, Janelle would have advanced a step or two in the HOH comp (without having to answer a question). But, since she couldn't compete as the recent HOH, she got a bouquet.

As for POV - In past double eviction weeks they have had them. I would think the POV comp perhaps tomorrow, POV Ceremony on Saturday.

Good for George!! I was rooting for him tonight to beat Danielle. I am so glad that he won and I'm glad he put James up! Let's hope he doesn't win the POV! And, if Erica wins it, do you think that Boogie will use his "power" to save Erica and put up 2 different people?
Keep up the great work, Jackie!

Ooops, I meant to say If Erica DOESN'T win the POV... in the above comment.

Well, I knew Jani was HOH,when I voted, and so did Julie...I still don't think it is fair...I want my fifty cents back...lol

Does boogie keep the coup, or is there a new one this week? wouldn't he save James and nominate 2 differenet people--Howie and Janelle maybe?

If Boogie used the veto this week, he'd be crazy... he better save it for himself when (and I mean when) he goes up on the block. I know there aren't many more evictions to go but that would just be stupid to use it before he knows whether he'll be nominated or not. Let's face it, if James could win all but one POV last year, Janie can win another HOH.

Then Boogie...beware! Here's hoping she wins HOH again... just to keep the show interesting (and because I still like her). meb

I think everyone left is a loser except for Georgie.

I read once that this show is a microcosm of society at large and if that's the case, America is in pretty bad shape. Keep looking up to the sky everyone!

I find Will superbly entertaining and am rooting for him for the win--just just behind Georgie, of course!

George is decent and humane, unlike everybody else. The only other decent and humane one was Kaysar. It surprises me still that these two gentlemen would want to live with such trashy people in the first place. Oh yeah, money money money! Money sure makes the world go around!

Have I said lately how much I dislike Mike and Danielle? I do. They are connyving SOBs. They're just mean people. They're going to try to influence Chicken George.

They want to get to him and threaten him in to realizing they vote for the winner and if he doesn't do as they say, he will never get the votes if he's in the F2. They want him to backdoor Janelle if one of them get the POV. They'll take James off the block and coherce CG to putting up Janelle.

These people are just plain mean. They want Janelle out. Any way they can get her out. It's too bad Janelle trusts these people. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Whey didn't they use the gullible question????? This would have flagged something to Janelle. Dang it all!!

Also, Mike has already hinted he had a power. He didn't say he had it, but he has said what if there was a way out of this, what if Chilltown had the power. It's all hints. I thought he wasn't suppose to say anything.

Okay BB, you have to put in another twist....PLEASE!!

I'm so happy that George won! I'm not sure how much it really matters though since Mike has the coup d'etat power.

Question - Since this is a double eviction week, does George then nominate more people on Sunday after the results of these two nominees are tallied? and does Mikes have the power over the next three nomination ceremonies or the next three weeks?

Okay, I will be so embarrassed if I missed something but what happened to "Most Gullible"? I was so hoping to see Jannelle roll that info around in her brain. Did they keep that one out or did I flake out there?

Anon 11:07 - They will have another HOH competition. George loses his HOH on Sunday night. I'm guessing they will also have a POV prior to the eviction then the HOH comp.

Can't wait to see what's gonna happen on Sunday night. meb

I agree that it is unlikely Mike will use the Coup d'Etat power this week (unless he or Will go up in place of either Erika or James if someone exercises the veto).

However, I think there is also a good chance he won't use it next week either . Unbeknownst to anyone besides Mike, are worry-free the next two eliminations. Mike will not try hard for the next HoH knowing he has the Coup power (and will never goes for the HoH). Thus, no matter who is the next HoH come Sunday, as long as others are nominated (i.e. not Mike or will) and those nominations stay, Mike will have no incentive to use the Coup power? It would only risk alienating jury votes; others have done the dirty work and they are still looking good ... they'll be in the final 6 with everyone else mad at one another, but not them.

Assuming Janelle and Howie are able to stay off the block this 'week', I personally hope they win the HoH and next veto (one wins one and one the other), so even if Mike uses the Coup power next 'week', he will not be able to nominate either.

If the nominations stay and the Coup is NOT used, Will and Mike have even more power than I first believed.

One one hand they vote out James (presumably solidifying their status with Janelle and Howie).

OR

On the other hand they can vote out Erika (solidifying the LoD).

Either way, no matter what the nominations are for the next elimination on Thursday, because of the Coup power, they will go to the final 6.

However, they can also 'sell' either scenario to either side.

By voting out James, they can still win over Danielle by bringing Erika into the alliance.

By voting out Erika, they can still win over Janelle/Howie by promising to get rid of James next.

They are golden for the coming weeks with almost ZERO risk.

Although I still like Janelle, I'm now rooting for Will to win it all.

Jackie, for the life of me, I can't seem to find the results for all of the Prom title votes we did. As bad as the dying alone question was... and it was bad... I'd like to know who was voted with that title. Who could be mistaken for furniture? Do you know if they'll ever tell us??

Thanks

I can't understand this at all. Why, oh why does America love Janelle and Will??? Don't get me wrong, they are good looking, smart and funny, but they are just as devious as the rest of the house!! I can't understand this love affair between America and Janelle. Is it just because she is beautiful?? She is definitely using that to her advantage and there is nothing wrong with that. I just wish she wasn't so evil. I just want to see some caring in her. She even went against the wishes of her own alliance and that was the downfall of it. It was the reason James turned on his own team (although he would have done so sooner or later). Go Danille and Georgie!!!!!!!
