BB19: Live Feeds Friday into Saturday, Nominations - Sept. 1-2

Hey, gals! Look! Eligible bachelors!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Conspiracy Theories:
  • No, I didn't post last night. I meant to. Really. But a nap on the couch turned into a night's rest.
  • The nominations went down as I said they would.
  • Alex and Jason are nominated by Christmas.
  • Like Matt and Raven before them, they've been told it's a backdoor Kevin plan.
  • Hmm.
  • The anti-Kevin talk throughout all of the others was prevalent. He smells. He picks his butt. He's annoying. And on and on.
  • The Tree of Temptation lit up and, once again, no one took an apple. This was its third and final appearance. Only the first showing had Mark taking the chance. I think it can officially be deemed a flop.
  • Christmas's real target is Jason.
  • Not Kevin.
  • She thinks Alex might even be a bit relieved if Jason goes -- she (Alex) won't have to carry the weight for Jason's actions.
  • Of course, those actions mainly consist of being friends with Kevin.
  • Both Alex and Jason seem to truly believe they're just pawns.
  • Christmas told Raven that one or the other (Alex or Jason) will go this week.
  • Poor Raven is pining. Her life is totally Mattless.
  • Paul and Christmas are still trying to carry the ruse that they aren't working together.
  • Meanwhile, Paul is working with Raven, mostly talking about Alex and Jason.
  • She's totally buying what he's selling.
  • Christmas is also taking Raven a bit under her wing.
  • She's totally buying what Christmas is selling, too.
  • Little does Raven know that the pecking order has her out at number five.
  • It's Alex and Jason (whichever order can be done), then Raven ... leaving a final four of Christmas, Paul, Josh and Kevin.
  • That's what they want.
  • They have Kevin in there because they're sure he'll lose the comps at the end.
  • In my wildest dreams, I have Kevin going on a winning streak and sweeping it all in the end.
  • Alas, I think they just might be right. Kevin, albeit very entertaining and one of the few interesting things about this season, does seem to totally suck at comps.
  • But Kevin isn't totally unobservant! After the nominations revealed Alex and Jason, Kevin tried to tell Jason that one of them would probably go. He (Kevin) is sure they're not just putting up two pawns -- one is a target.
  • Now Jason is a bit worried.
  • I'm thinking he's going to treat the veto as life or death.
  • Now, if he (or Alex) wins it ... it will likely be Kevin put on the block.
  • Will they keep with the idea that either Jason or Alex have to go this week? Or will Kevin be in real danger?
  • Hmm.
  • Paul tries to allay Jason's fears by saying he thinks that he (Paul) is going to get backdoored.
  • Due to his "not working with" Christmas, he thinks that might be a plausible thought to placate Jason.
  • Hmm.
  • Alex, on the other hand, is a bit cocky and doesn't seem to be worried at all.
  • Little does she know, but others have noticed how untouchable Alex thinks she is.
  • She just might be touchable if Jason works to save himself.
  • Paul and Christmas are getting a bit ahead of themselves thinking the noms will remain the same. The plan is that Christmas will take the heat if it's a tiebreaker and vote out Jason. Then Paul will take Alex under his wing because Christmas wants him out -- he'll convince Alex to throw the HoH to him.
  • Oh my.
  • Kevin apparently tried to eat a minute before midnight and got called to the Diary Room because of it.
  • He then feasted down. Two weeks of being a Have Not have done him in.
  • Is this season almost over?

Mean girls unite

Pretty relaxed for being on the block

If he doesn't win veto, he's a goner

Is his game afoot?

Hey, gals! look! Eligible bachelors! Run, run as fast as you can.... lol

I don't believe Kevin has ever actually tried to win any comps. I can't even remember him ever saying in a DR session "I have to win xxx". For the most part he's been content to stay in the background and try to be nice to everyone.

I also have dreams of Kevin going on a winning streak. It makes me sad how they treat him. I so hope Alex is the one to go this week. Thanks for the updates Jackie.

In a perfect world, Kevin wins veto and saves jason

David said...

Well, my dream for this week would be for this season to be over already. lol Since that is not going to happen, I hope Kevin wins Veto and takes Jason off the block. That saves both Kevin and Jason. It also forces Christmas to put up either Raven, Josh or Paul. Paul would be the obvious choice for anyone with a brain who actually wants to win, but it would be on her death bed and could croak at any second Raven.

The hero of this season would be whoever can get Paul out and would deserve the win. Since I don't think that is going to happen, they are all playing for second place at this point.

Another lost opportunity to backdoor Paul. *smh*

Glad you got some rest Jackie. I can't hardly watch the show anymore so I just check for your blogs; but sleep is much more important!

I think (hope) the double eviction this week will grab up someone out of their eviction order list. One can always hope for a little shake-up!

I thought I would never say this, but I prefer Josh over Alex. I even prefer Josh over Raven. And if it were up to me it would be Josh and Kevin in the final two. Can't believe I just wrote thus. ☺

If Jason would think in a clear mind, he would realize putting him and Alex up IS EXACTLY the move he in putting up Raven and Matt! I hope he and Kevin play for POV and win it! Alex can go home! OR BACK DOOR PAUL! Smiling....

I really hate it when Kevin fines out what Jason said about Kevin's wife. He is going to be really pissed and hurt at the same time. Christmas has got to put up Paul and get him out. She would be the one that can do it. I know it's all a game, but surely the all mighty wants Paul to win. WAIT! Isn't Paul the "all mighty". I'm so confused in this so called game.

Petals said...

LOL Zoe.

I think Jason knows exactly what is happening, he just can't believe it. And that he feels he MUST take Alex off if he wins VETO? That is seriously flawed thinking. That is one seriously subservient man. *smh*
(irony is that he thinks the people in his small town will be angry if he removed himself instead of his "ride or die" chick)

Will not, can not, refuse to watch feeds today - too much good tennis. That evil BB house will ruin my Saturday!
Have a good one, everyone! ♥

Ok assuming Jason or Alex goes this week goes the other Raven then Paul josh Christmas plan is Kevin. I think Paul plan on cutting josh loose then, the only physical threat left. As much shit as they have talked on Kevin. I don't think Paul is as worried @ Kevin in the end. Since he has blamed so much of his doing on Kevin, can he sweep jury too. If it is him and Kevin in the end he still wins the only vote Kevin get is Cody. Mark and Elena got it figured out and will cont sharing with others but they will give to Paul for game play and future, cuz they don't know how badly Paul is hated this season. If Paul keeps Kevin to three and takes Christmas then Kevin not eligible for americas fav, that will blow up his head cuz then guaranteed Cody fav player.

More heat on CBS & BB

POV players are Christmas, Jason, Alex, Paul, Raven, and Kevin. Josh is the only one not playing in POV

Judi Sweeney said...

Thanks for sharing uncartie! They should have talked more about Paul encouraging all that bullying at his command.... and encouraging Josh get get violent with Cody! They at least mentioned the bullying!

David said...

When you have Andy Heron saying you suck, you know it has to be pretty bad. LOL I just remember the way Derrick ignored Paul and looked pretty much disgusted to be in there when hosting that comp.

Judi Sweeney said...

So true David! Pretty bad! I still can't get over Matt actually thinking he was playing the BB game AND giving up his play all in the name of Raven!!! When did he actually think he was playing and of course he thinks we all love Raven AND she is going to get AFP! Seriously!?!

Petals said...

This just in: Craven's and her family's Go Fund Me accounts are rumored to have been suspended. Not sure if it's true, but I sure hope it is!

Also - Jason told Alex and Paul that if he wins veto, he will use it to save Alex. I did hear that with my own ears (and threw up a little, in my mouth..) So, there that is. He is truly allowing himself to be evicted.

Judi Sweeney said...

I hope that's true about the ON-Going Go-Fund account Petals! Ultimate using of people's good hearts!

I hope Jason isn't that stupid and just trying to fool Alex and Paul into thinking they don't have to fight so hard for the POV

Jason and Kevin remain my two favorite people in there so if he does win the Veto and takes Alex down.... FACE PALM @@

Would Jason be THAT stupid?

Nickelpeed said...

I am wondering if CBS had a hand in encouraging Paul or Christmas to put up Jason and Alex. The uproar over some of Jason's remarks about rape; and Alex's mean girl remarks have fans in an uproar. The article UncArtie gave us is just one of the articles that have been printed about Jason's remarks. Twitter had also erupted, not just about Jason, but the rest of this cast in the house.

What concerns me is this, should he lose his job and livelihood over this? People say a lot of things in the moment. I know it did hurt Kevin's family; and shocked Jason's family. Holly received some pretty horrible twitter remarks, which forced her to make the account private. I bet Jason is going to get a huge attitude adjustment at the end of this BB. I just don't know about losing a job over what is said under clearly stressful situations.

I'm just thinking, after the uproar that won't stop, production could have had a hand in saying Jason needed to be a target.

Jason saying he'd use a veto on Alex just confirms my suspicions. BB19 is for one reason, so Paul wins.

monty924 said...

Yes, tbc. I think he would be!! @@

Penny, they don't care. That's my opinion on all of it. The houseguests say what they say and that's on them to deal with afterwards. It's happened many times before this year and it will likely happen again.

Having said that, I hate it that folks in there lose their jobs and have their reputations outside of the house/game ruined because they make some stupid joke or comment and the world out here explodes over it, but it is what it is. I've heard men that I've worked with or were friends with for my entire adult life, or rather when I was a younger adult, say the same things or worse but nobody was filming the or running to media outlets to rat them out and spread it. They weren't bad people or even consider doing anything like their crude jokes, but they said it.

It basically is what it is and the hamsters will deal with it when the get out. Good thing they have counseling for them before they hit the outside world again. jmo

David said...

I bet Jeff is glad he took that job and doesn't have to interview any of this cast. Dodged a big bullet with that move. I wonder what any of the actual fans of BB in there (are there any left but Paul?) would think when Jeff is not there to greet them and they have to interview themselves. They would probably think it is strange and wonder why unless production tells them why.

Anonymous said...

Incredible!!

monty924 said...

True David, but Jeff would have had fun with them. I can see the dollar store gifts he would have bought for them, LOL!

uncartie said...

I agree with Monty. Jason has no idea what he's doing.

Nickel,I have zero sympathy for Jason as to the possible consequences of his remarks. His wife shouldn't be blamed either, but her posting the lame defense that it was taken out of context didn't help either . The heat of the moment isn't a valid excuse. There were plenty of other ways he could have chosen to bash Kevin without bringing his wife and kids into it.

I've heard people say that he doesn't understand that everything is shown online that people watch 24/7,etc. Well he understood well enough to wear his "WhistleNut" logo non-stop to try to promote himself.

This is easily the worst season ever.

Nickelpeed said...

I don't disagree with you uncartie, it is the worst season ever; however, should they really lose their livelihood over a stupid reality tv show? People say things all the time they shouldn't say. I've seen people lose their jobs over sexist and racist remarks. They should lose the job, it's real life; however, this is a completely different situation. Maybe these people think, since they're under a bubble, they should be excused. I don't know, but I would think ANYONE going in to a situation like this would bite their tongue. They never do.

monty924 said...

Exactly, Penny!

I agree that this is turning into the worst season for me as well. I still believe Paul is the only one working it for the win, but the others think they are too. I'll be glad when it's over, but I won't stop watching it. I only watch the feeds after the big events of the week like HOH and POV, but I don't tune in on a regular basis. I just feel like it's the same old rinse and repeat every day, every week in there. So predictable. S16 was predictable with Derrick and Frankie, but it wasn't as ugly as this season in there or out here. I've enjoyed tonight's convo because nobody is trying to convince the other that they are right or wrong. Just our own opinions on it all. :)))

Still my favorite summertime pleasure and it's just a show on TV.

Why would Jason take Alex off the block and risk elimination when he has a growing family at home? That's just ridiculous. I get why Matt did it, he's single and in love. But come on Jason, don't be that stupid!

Anon, because they've convinced him that Kevin is the real target. Jason should be smart enough by now to know that isn't true. Kevin warned him yesterday that he and Alex were not both pawns... one of them will go home.

lemonjello said...

I figured that Josh would be the one to see the light about Paul, to bad Christmas is shutting him up about it! I think Josh just might make it to the end with Paul, but I hate it that Josh has turned on Kevin, and bashes him for no reason other than Paul telling him to. I watch the feeds but I can't remember why Josh started bashing Kevin!

monty924 said...

Paul won VETO! Goodbye Jason!!!

Lemonjello because of Paul's influence/mind control. It really is amazing how clueless they ALL are to it.

Yes, this season is dismal. I hate watching relatively good people like Kev (and soon,Jason) be treated so terribly. Jason might escape some of the evil, like Matt; as long as he goes down quietly, they won't make him suffer.

Looks like Paul and co. might be changing their target to Alex as they feels she's stronger than Jason in comps. I really hope so, I would really love to see her blindsided this week. Her ego is beyond out of control. She's so convinced she's safe she actually threw the veto to Paul while sitting on the block. Unbelievable!

Unknown said...

I would love to see her go too. But would Paul really make her a vindictive and spiteful jury member. I don't think so, will he really break his final two with her and show his cards. Best scenario he doesn't use the pov

monty924 said...

Right back atcha bestie (Petals).... xoxo

Annabelle, I hope so because I still believe that Jason has some redeeming qualities in this game if he ever pulled his head out of his rear, LOL.

I think we know what's going to happen with this veto meeting... I just hope Alex goes right out the door behind Jason and I'll be happy. :)))

I know, funny coming from someone who liked her early in the game.

BarbaraF said...

Lemonjello: The fight with Josh and Kevin started in the kitchen. Christmas was washing dishes and Kevin came in and asked if she was going into the pool. Christmas looked at them and said Kevin I have a broken foot I can't go in the pool. Josh just turned around and got angry at Kevin and Kevin exploded unnecessarily and said he never asked Christmas about the pool, which was a lie. Kevin didn't like being called a liar and exploded. So, Kevin started the fight in the kitchen with Christmas and Josh.

I really hope that Jason goes this week because of the things that he has said about Kevin's wife and other women.

lemonjello said...

BarbaraF: I saw that, and Xmas actually asked Kevin first about him going in the pool, and he said yes he was going in the pool and then asked her if she was going in the pool too, and the fight started! When Josh jumped in and started yelling, you can hear Xmas admit that she brought up the pool first! I was asking about Josh bashing Kevin all the time, he started Bashing Kevin a few days before that incident! I think Monty924 is right, Paul is the reason, he should be so ashamed of himself!!! Thank You to those who answered me!

FUN FACTS

-Paul has now won three Power of Veto competitions in both seasons he's competed in. The only other person to do this was Brendan Villegas in seasons 12 and 13.

-Paul now has a total of six PoV wins across his Big Brother career. This puts him second all-time, tied with Brendan and one behind Janelle Pierzina, who won a total of 7 in seasons 6 and 7.

-Paul is the only player in history to win at least five competitions in two different seasons.
