Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Into Saturday Evening - Aug. 4

Got snacks?

Hey, what's new in the house?

So, what's the scoop from inside that Big Brother House of Characters in Costume? Read on ...
  • Boogie remains miserable and is basically alienating himself from everyone in the house except his bro-buddy Frank.
  • Too bad, so sad.
  • Wil, who has all but burned his bridges with Janelle, did turn to Boogie to squirm his way in there.
  • But no one really trusts Wil now.
  • When Boogie loses Frank at his side, he'll probably use Wil.
  • Boogie's a loser user!
  • Meanwhile, Janelle is trying to do her own damage control with Wil. She told him that if Frank doesn't go home this week, people aren't being truthful with her.
  • Janelle told Wil she was "shocked" that he went up on the block.
  • The coaches are aware (well, maybe not Boogie) that Joe is stirring up a revolution against them.
  • Boogie is in too much of a woe is me persona to care that others are playing the game.
  • Boogie did try to talk to Danielle. She told him the nominations were hers, not to blame Dan.
  • She led him on enough for him to run back to Frank all excited about the chance to work with her. @@
  • Danielle is really surprising me as of late.
  • Of course, Boogie's worried that he'll go on the block as a replacement if someone uses the PoV.
  • Boogie doesn't think Danielle is "tight" with Britney.
  • She is.
  • She's tighter with Dan, but we all know that.
  • Frank sucked up to Dan and Danielle.
  • Too little, too late.
  • Frank said he was only joking when he talked about going after Janelle.
  • Backpedaling a lot there, kid!
  • But that's one Danielle is NOT tight with -- Janelle.
  • Even Jenn is distancing herself some from Boogie and Frank. She says all they care about is each other.
  • Maybe it's true love since Dr. Will moved on with his life leaving Boogie on the wayside like roadkill.
  • Adding to his misery, Boogie didn't even get picked to play for PoV.
  • Doesn't it just tug at your heartstrings?
  • Heh.
  • The PoV was one in which they had the alternate prizes.
  • Danielle won the PoV itself.
  • Did I mention she's surprising me of late?
  • Shane got a PoV pass to play in the next PoV.
  • Frank got a Spiritard -- sort of a cheerleader unitard.
  • Remember, usually the person in the unitard tends to get voted out and faces Julie wearing it (or a banana suit, or ...)
  • Ian took on 24 hours as a dog so that Jenn got a trip to Hawaii.
  • Ian has to wear a dog suit, drink out of a bowl, use no utensils to eat, sleep in a doghouse in the yard, be led around on a leash, etc.
  • He's taking it all in fun.
  • Dan wants him to do tricks for treats.
  • And that's where we stand.

Big Brother 14: PoV Comp Results - Aug. 4

Oh my. I'm shocked. Danielle won the Power of Veto.

A full report on the day's activities will be up here later tonight.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Into Saturday Morning - Aug. 4

Like an unruly sheepdog

Well, on the whole, to give this season some credit ... it's more interesting at more times than was last season. I recall Adam and the bunch boring me to tears (okay, an exaggeration) last season for days on end. This group has some boring times, but it's already had more entertaining and dramatic times than did all of last season.

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Bitter Boogie Down:
  • Boogie spoke to Dan FOREVER in the storage room about how betrayed he feels.
  • Just because HE (Boogie) wants his best bud Frank around, he can't understand why everyone else doesn't.
  • BB gave them six beers and a bottle of wine again.
  • Now there are several abstaining because it's really not worth it to drink a single beer, pointless.
  • Ian, who's been a Have Not all along, did drink. He even got a slight buzz on.
  • Of course, he only weighs 115 pounds.
  • Due to the endurance comp (most likely), they didn't have a food comp. There are no Have Nots this week.
  • As Dan tried to push a coach alliance bit on Boogie, Boogie sneered. He doesn't want to work with liars like Janelle! He needs his bromance boy Frank!
  • Boogie is sure the Diary Room is upset about his attitude.
  • I myself find it funny. It's knocked him down several pegs and reminded me again that it was always Dr. Will, not Boogie, who was solidly entertaining.
  • Wil fussed to several that Danielle promised him he was safe before he jumped in the HoH comp.
  • Danielle, after the comp, told Dan all she said was that he "was good."
  • Semantics.
  • Boogie ran to Frank telling him all about Dan talking a coach alliance.
  • Meanwhile, Joe, out at the hot tub, talked about getting the coaches out for a chance to win.
  • Janelle spent a long long time bonding with Danielle.
  • Hmm.
  • The PoV comp will be later today. This could be interesting (although it is indeed blocked to the live feeds).

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Friday Evening - Aug. 3

On the block yet again!

What's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Foolish Flunkies? Read on ...
  • As expected, Danielle followed Dan's advice and put Wil and Frank on the block.
  • Her real target is Frank.
  • There won't be anything happening to make this nomination null and void.
  • Well, that is, unless the Power of Veto saves him.
  • In the pre-nom talks, Joe once again promised the world. He also said he owes Shane a huge favor.
  • I say he's just lucky he's not on the block again.
  • Even when he's not shouting, he's just overbearing.
  • Wil and Jenn talked about Ian's gameplay, saying "he's such a fan" as if that would be derogatory.
  • I'd say I'd rather a show fan in the house than a woman who was recruited because of her Facebook profile and tattoos knowing nothing about the show.
  • Janelle and, to a lesser extent, Britney, tried to get Danielle to put up two pawns and then backdoor Frank.
  • But Danielle seriously thinks that if she puts two people she wants to go home on the block, one will definitely go.
  • Janelle pointed out to Britney that if any of the coaches want a chance to win, the coaches have to last until they go to jury for the votes.
  • Boogie is STILL mad that last week's plan was to evict Frank and no one told him.
  • Sheesh. Like that would have been a smart idea!
  • Dan has lost faith in Ian. Despite his attempts to bring Ian aboard, Ian ran to Boogie.
  • Boogie's also upset his key came out last in nominations as well as his main dude (Frank) nominated.
  • Boogie thinks Dan wants to get him evicted for the street cred factor.
  • Actually, Dan did tell Danielle if the veto is used to save Wil, Boogie should go on the block.
  • Danielle doesn't really want to put Boogie on the block for some reason.
  • Boogie is a very unhappy camper.
  • Oh. Poor Boogie.
  • Janelle thinks Boogie has a fixation with men and can't work with women. She said that Boogie and Frank have a definite bromance.
  • Boogie doesn't want to budge from his grudge against Dan for the Frank plan.
  • Chilltown ain't so cool these days.

Maybe if I click my heels three times ...

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Thursday Overnight, Friday Daytime - Aug. 3

Vulnerable?

Hopefully you all read my previous post on the HoH endurance comp. I didn't get a post up this morning as I hung in with the comp and, unfortunately, I have to work for a living in addition to posting these updates. But I'm here and caught up with my Flashback now! Here's what's been happening inside that Big Brother House of Their World is Askew:
  • But first ... just to recap -- Danielle won the HoH comp promising both Ian and Britney (the others remaining in the comp) safety -- no nomination, no backdoor.
  • Shane thinks his HoH was pointless and only caused him trouble in the house.
  • He's right.
  • Wil and Joe think there are now too many people in the game and that there will be a double eviction this week.
  • Janelle has rejoined forces (kind of sort of) with Boogie.
  • Dan, Danielle, Shane and Britney have a secret alliance they don't want the others to know about.
  • Shh.
  • They only spend about 80% of their time huddled together.
  • Boogie is miserable. He really doesn't want to play the game.
  • DDSB (Dan, Danielle, Shane and Britney) have been discussing adding an I to their alliance -- Ian.
  • They think he can be trusted. He hasn't broken his word once on a vote or anything.
  • Plus, Boogie is acting like he's a little jerk.
  • Ian's feelings have been hurt by Boogie. He would do better with DDSB.
  • Janelle told Dan they need to make a coach alliance as the newbies are plotting against them.
  • Well, most I've heard are plotting against Janelle herself more than many of the other coaches.
  • Wil says he's so over Janelle.
  • Boogie found out the plan had been to evict Frank. He's ticked. "Why didn't you just tell us so we didn't have to scramble for four days?"
  • Danielle really really despises Janelle. Really.
  • Danielle would like to work with Wil, but DSB don't trust Wil.
  • Frank says he's going to go after Dan because Dan betrayed him.
  • Boogie and Frank now trust Joe more than anyone else in the house.
  • @@
  • They think Ian's "quirkiness" has caused them nothing but trouble.
  • Joe told Frank not to trust Wil. Um. Okay.
  • DSB are trying to push a Frank/Boogie or a Frank/Wil nomination to Danielle.
  • Danielle still thinks she might have a chance to work with Frank and Boogie.
  • Silly hamster.
  • Dan smooth talked Ian. He does honestly like the kid.
  • Ian said he doesn't care who goes on the block this week as long as it isn't him!
  • Ian said he'd be willing to join in the DDSB alliance as he has a fear of being alone in the game.
  • And, of course, Boogie unceremoniously dumped him.
  • Boogie said the Diary Room indicated that more than one coach pushed the button.
  • I haven't caught anyone admitting it to him. Of course, everyone BUT Boogie hit the button.
  • Boogie wants to continue to do Diary Room duos with Frank to "push for The Amazing Race."
  • No. No. NO! I don't want Boogie on that show!
  • Mind you, Frank might not be around all that much longer anyway.
  • If Dan does his Vulcan Mind Meld with Danielle, Frank is on the block and the target this week.
  • As it stands, it looks like Frank and Wil be on the block tonight.
  • I'll post nominations once they happen.

Unflattering pose, for sure!

Well, I have nothing to show yet. As soon as the feeds come up, I'll be updating this post with the endurance comp updates. The newest information will always be at the top of the post, the older towards the bottom.

Hamsters ready? So far, I can't even get the feeds working! Argh! I'm getting a blank screen. Anyone getting the feeds?

Big Brother 14: Live Eviction and HoH Show Blog Party - Aug. 2

BB12 Blogo 3

Who's going home tonight? And, will the HoH be the first endurance comp of the season? As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with major happenings. But, as always, the real fun is in the comment area. See you there!

Sid Vicious, wrestler and Frank's father, makes an appearance.

Julie is breaking the news before the vote. America has been voting to offer the chance to return to game as players or keep coaching. Of course, yes (NO), offer them the chance. Game will be reset right here right now, all individuals, no eviction, all in for HoH comp. If choose to remain as coaches, the eviction will go on. Some evicted HG will return next week if they stay as coach. If one coach hits the reset button, all return to the game as players.

Britney first -- Britney reset. They're in the game. Boogie -- no, thanks. Dan -- reset. Janelle -- reset. So, three out of four. Thank you, Boogie ... you tried.

Neither Joe or Frank will be evicted. The HoH comp is about to start.

HoH -- All up on the wall, including Shane as the game has been reset, if they fall off, out.

I will be creating a separate post for updates and screen caps of the comp after the show ends. I plan to stay up on my own plank until the end. Come join me!

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Thursday Daytime - Aug. 2

Pre-live show relaxing

The day of the live show isn't usually too exciting. Today certainly didn't prove otherwise. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of One Goes Home Tonight:
  • Wil, Ashley and Jenn speculated that Jodi might come back tonight.
  • Nope. Ain't gonna happen, hamsters!
  • Frank told Danielle that Janelle is his enemy, not her or Dan.
  • Danielle was actually smart enough to just nod her head a lot when talking with Frank and didn't say much of anything ... other than she trusts Dan.
  • Frank thinks Danielle is going to vote to keep him.
  • I think he's probably wrong.
  • Janelle and Britney once again talked about how bad Frank smells.
  • Boogie thinks that Danielle is wishy-washy and doesn't trust her to vote to keep Frank.
  • Frank hopes the people at home are seeing Janelle for who she is.
  • Yes. Yes, we are.
  • Frank thinks he'll get a 4-1 vote to stay.
  • Keep thinking that way, kiddo!
  • Ain't gonna happen.
  • They all think tonight (coaches in or not), the comp will be endurance.
  • I believe so, too.
  • If it is, I'll stick with it posting screen caps and updates for as long as it lasts.
  • I bought some Starbucks Double Shot. Mmm.
  • Shane says that if the coaches come into the game it will ruin everything.
  • He's right.
  • Danielle persists in her lie about being a school teacher.
  • @@
  • Dan told Danielle that she can't trust Janelle.
  • Danielle actually made a decent observation -- they have two liars on the block.
  • Right now, it looks like Frank is still the target.
  • We'll see. Stop on back for the blog party and watch the show with us!

We'll see if he's still smiling later tonight

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Wednesday Night into Thursday - Aug. 1-2

With a rebel yell

Hamsters don't care that they probably have an endurance comp tonight! Most are up even though they've been in lockdown since early yesterday morning. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Foolhardy Fellows:
  • Joe made salmon cakes for dinner.
  • Hmm ... I could have that tonight!
  • Not made by Joe, thank goodness. I'd make my own.
  • Frank told Janelle he doesn't hate her. He only said it because she asked him.
  • In the real world, does anybody go around asking people if they hate them? If so, I guess I must move in different social circles.
  • Ashley told Shane she thinks Frank is flirting with Wil for his vote.
  • Shane thinks that's disgusting.
  • Britney, Ashley and Danielle don't think Frank wears deodorant and smells.
  • Ew.
  • Danielle continues to stick to her lie about being a teacher.
  • I just don't understand that girl.
  • Ashley told Dan that Ian would be her target if she got HoH.
  • Hey!
  • Janelle told Dan she wants Ian and Jenn out if the coaches come in since "they will be against the coaches."
  • Hey! Leave my little Ian in there!
  • Joe told Jenn that he has Danielle's vote to stay.
  • Um. I don't think you should be running around saying so, Joe.
  • Dan told Danielle she should go to bed and stay away from all game talk.
  • Shane reassured Joe that he'll have the votes to stay.
  • Even though Wil told him otherwise.
  • Ashley and Janelle both think it was a big mistake for Ashley to tell Dan that she wanted to get rid of Ian.
  • Wil made a Jodi face out of Play-Doh and they talked about her as if they actually knew her.
  • As I get this posted, most are in bed or heading there.
  • But I bet some won't be able to sleep.

Jenn let her hair down

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Into Wednesday Evening - Aug. 1

The bears are so right for this season

Well, there have been a few interesting developments during the day today. I'm not really sure what to make of them. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Bearly Beguiling:
  • The hamsters woke up to an indoor lockdown.
  • Uh-oh. It must be something big being built in the yard for the HoH comp.
  • We're due for an endurance comp. I guess I better take a nap before tomorrow night's show!
  • Frank and Boogie think that Ian will win an endurance comp.
  • I say it would depend on the comp.
  • Boogie's worried what Ian will say or do during a long lockdown.
  • Boogie thinks that Britney is not only the worst coach in the house, but she doesn't do well in comps.
  • I don't care. I'm a Britney fan this season!
  • Joe decided to hold a cooking show while preparing food.
  • He then licked his fingers.
  • I call penalty vote!
  • Oh my. Boogie (of all people) and I have something in common!
  • Neither of us like avocado or cheesecake.
  • Eek.
  • Danielle told Ashley and Janelle that she's definitely voting out Frank.
  • Wil and Britney think that Jenn has the best relationship with Joe.
  • Meanwhile, Jenn seems to be totally off the radar in the house. Her name comes up now and again as a floater or a spy, but that's it.
  • Lots and lots of small talk about entertainment, previous seasons, what the newbies can expect after being on the show ... and on and on.
  • Britney is worried that Wil and Danielle will not vote to evict Frank even though they say they will.
  • Janelle, still mysteriously sure the coaches will go into the game tomorrow, thinks that if Ian wins HoH, he'll put her (Janelle) and Shane on the block.
  • YES! BB called out Joe for licking his fingers and tasting the food! Penalty vote, PLEASE!
  • Sigh. No penalty vote. Just a "Stop that!"
  • Frank told Janelle that if he stays although her team tried to vote him out, he'll go after them next week.
  • Although the feeds kept getting cut out, something odd is going on.
  • For the first time ever, they're pre-taping the nominee speeches for the live show.
  • Hmm.
  • They obviously don't want long speeches messing up their timing.
  • Probably because the coaches are coming into the game.
  • Sigh.
  • Britney suspended Big Ted (the bear) from strings on the loft by the HoH room.
  • Then it was a wait for Frank to notice his Big Ted was missing.
  • When he saw it and came upstairs, Britney quickly passed it to Dan who then passed it to Shane in a game of keep-away from Frank.
  • So Frank picked up Britney and carried her to the bathroom threatening to flush her head in the toilet.
  • He didn't do more than take her to the door.
  • He got his bear back.
  • Wil told Janelle, Britney, Ashley and Danielle that Frank and Boogie tried to offer him a deal.
  • I don't know.
  • We might have more waffling tomorrow and the vote isn't as clear as it once was.

Triple threat? Ha!

Oh noes! Big Ted is in trouble!

Big Brother 14: PoV Show Blog Party - August 1

BB12 Blogo 3

Hamster watchers ready? Tonight's Power of Veto show should be very entertaining! As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with major happenings. But, as always, the real fun is in the comments area. Come watch with us and share your thoughts! The beverages flow and the snacks just can't be beat!

Joe seriously needs to stop shouting in the Diary Room.

Veto player picks -- Shane - Danielle, Ashley - Wil, Joe - Frank. Jenn is the host.

Giant circus tent, huge clown's mouth in the yard, cotton candy, etc. Each clown (hamster) must keep two balls rolling on separate ramps. Wil, then Joe out. Frank out. Danielle out. Ashley out. Shane wins another veto!

Janelle tries to bribe Britney's team with her wedding ring for three weeks or her Chanel earrings. @@

As per Janelle's direction, Joe grovels.

Dan invited all of the coaches plus Danielle and Shane to the sushi party he won in the coaches comp. Meanwhile, inside the house, Wil and the others are celebrating his birthday. They played Spin the Bottle ... Danielle is in heaven because she got Shane.

Britney was disappointed that Ian wouldn't give her a direct NO to her question about possibly putting Shane up in the future. Britney went to Shane about not trusting Boogie's players. Now they're thinking of putting Frank up on the block.

Frank, of course, thinks if they have to put up one from his team, it should be Ian.

Time for the veto meeting! Ashley respects Shane's loyalty and integrity. Joe gave a speech about the President of the USA always using the veto, be a great one and use it!

Shane saves Ashley with the veto. He names Frank as the replacement nominee. He said he has to do what's best for him. Heh.

Big Brother 14: Live Feeds Tuesday Night into Wednesday Morning - July 31-Aug. 1

Her future's so bright that she's wearing shades?

So, what's up in that Big Brother House of Sanctimonious Sillies? Here's the latest!
  • Danielle seems to be committed to voting out Frank. She told Joe she would as well as Janelle and Company.
  • But now BRITNEY is having second thoughts about evicting Frank instead of Joe!
  • It's the weekly waffles, methinks!
  • Janelle had her big talk with Wil (remember, the two attached at the hip had a fall-out).
  • He told her that she made him feel worthless and he was upset, not mad per se.
  • Aww, that brought Janelle to tears. She never meant to hurt his feelings!
  • All is peachy keen in the world once again.
  • Dan told Danielle that her infatuation with Shane is affecting her game.
  • Y'think?
  • Shane maintains that they're "just friends."
  • But Danielle just doesn't get the hint.
  • Frank said the Diary Room wants him to call out Joe and Janelle about the lies they're saying about him.
  • Oh, but the Diary Room and production NEVER interfere, right?
  •  Coach Dan told his Danielle to make sure that Britney doesn't change her mind and decide to target Joe.
  • Boogie said that he'll be mad if Frank goes and, if his team wins the HoH, NO ONE is allowed in the room.
  • @@
  • Wil told Shane that he'd keep him over Joe in the future because Joe runs to Janelle blabbing all the time.
  • Danielle still thinks Ashley is trying to "steal" Shane. She referred to Ashley as that "drug loving crazy."
  • Aha, maybe she IS stoned all the time! (Ashley, that is.) I know she was on medication early in the game, but she should be off of it now!
  • They continue to discuss what will happen IF the coaches come into the game.
  • IF? That's a laugh! I say WHEN, pre-determined.
  • Britney and Dan think Janelle's very different from her previous seasons -- lying more.
  • I think she's very different, as well. I don't like her so much. Maybe it's just that she's a better competitor than she is a coach.
  • Janelle really can't be trusted, although this is indeed a game where deceit often gets one ahead.
  • Dan had a long talk with Ian.
  • Ian seemed to think he was being interrogated.
  • It still seems that Frank will be evicted, but that's subject to change between now and tomorrow night.
