Hi folks! I hope that we'll be seeing a Joe eviction tonight on the live show. I'll be here live-blogging the show at 8 PM ET as it airs here in the NYC area. Of course, those reports come through complete with typos and all, but...! I'll also be posting a live East Coast Update on the boot episode of So You Think You Can Dance when that follows tonight's Big Brother 8 show.

After the hamsters get going for the day, I'll update you on the happenings. I don't expect today to be very eventful on the feeds, but you never know.

All the hamsters are in lockdown in the HOH room for at least an hour!!! Guess setting outside for the HOH comp... GO ED GO!!!
Interesting to know Amber doesn't cry all the time. I thought I might have to shoot myself if she cried one more time on the show!
It's too bad about Joe. I don't feel strongly against him (I do prefer Dustin of the two, though) but much prefer that Dick be the one to stay. The "plus" in my book it that it will be counter to Kail's and Jen's wishes!!
I can't even comment on Mike. I know he's good looking but Jackie, is he more prevalent on the feeds? Mike, I hardly know ye!

Kail was relentless on Joe's behalf. Considering she is not the HOH. That sure did not make her any friends. Bad move on her part.
From 6aE Jen and ED were only ones up and like b4 they talked and talked. Somehow I wonder if their animosity is fake??? Brings me back to a dual Chilltown plant!!! He sat and smoked which she says she hates. Too many clues not to consider that!
Jen may be an airhead, but as an red blooded american male I beg you not to vote her out. Please, please America allow us males to continue to fantasize.
Jen is no more annoying than Amber who cries all day...and..I might add much nicer to look at!
Anon 12:55 - If you want to fantasize about Jen, go to her website. She has tons of pics there that actually make her look attractive. This way, you'll be happy and the rest of us won't have to watch her! ;)
Delee - Was she really smoking? That hypocrite! I think Dick is talking to her because he feels badly for her. She has no clue how she portrays herself and from what I've read, most of their talks revolve around him helping her with her image. I think he probably feels fatherly towards her because she's about the same age as his kids. I'm liking this guy more and more each week. I thought I'd really dislike him when the HG's were first announced, but I guess he proves that you can't judge a book by it's cover.
NO she sat with ED while he was smoking. IMAO
LOL...Ok, now I feel better. I thought I'd lost audio on my feeds. I rarely watch because I read here instead but today I could multi-task for a while. Everyone was onscreeen but no one was talking.
Later, with sound, it was strange to have the theme music AND sound or trivia with HG talking.
Anyway, thanks Jackie. Did Kail mean keep her word to vote Dick out? I'm a little confused at this point :(

Delee - I read your comment wrong. I thought you said she was smoking. I guess I shouldn't speed read! ;)
Live vote = not giving new HOH any time to think about noms? Like, quick comp, then nom right away for some reason? Maybe?
