We be in recap mode now. In the background I have America's Got Talent finale on. I hope to catch the eliminations there and will let you know about them and the winner, too. Unless I miss it, of course. I'm recording it.
Daniele has ticked off both Amber and Jameka. Once again, Amber thinks she's a "good person."
On AGT -- that young girl just got eliminated. Not Butterscotch, the country and western one.
Jen is talking to Jessica. She's pumping for information, but Jessica is playing dumb. Eric and Jessica are messing around. Not in a really adult manner, mind you. Zach likes to torment Eric when he's with her.
Amber tells Jameka she "can't with" jeesica because she's sneaky. Amber thinks she's such a big threat in the game and a target. "I had a vision."
Amber cries. She feels it, she sees it. Both Jameka and her will be in the final two! Hallelujah! (Which I probably spelled wrong.) No more crying she vows through her tears!
Eric is finding his Woobie now. He's cracking up over it. He's thrilled that "we" chose Jessica. Very sweet.
On AGT, Butterscotch was just eliminated.
Daniele and Zach are talking, he's sick of Eric and her dad. Daniele complains that Jen complains and Amber and Jameka mope around. What does Daniele think she does? They turn to Jen, Zach calls her a loose cannon. BTW - the talk turns to Jen, she isn't there. Zach tells us he's a force to be reckoned with.
Veto player pick -- special competition, two finalists will be rewarded with a top-secret trip out of the house. Daniele picks Houseguest's Choice -- Dick. Amber bitterly picks Jessica. Jameka picks Zach. Jen says it double sucks that she didn't get to play. Eric hosts.
Oh, people want that trip!
Time for the comp -- motorcycles in place they each get to sit on. A huge speedometer. The questions are based on the CBS.com polls.
Kail great politician? 19% -- Dick gets eliminated with 78%.
Life in the BB house easy? 14% -- Zach eliminated with his 62%.
Dustin a better boyfriend than Joe? 47% -- Jessica is eliminated.
Rather a beer with Nick than Mike? 70% -- Jameka out with 87%.
Amber is crying in the comp because Jameka got eliminated. Once again she puts everyone ahead of herself -- Amber thinks of herself.
Zach sexiest bunny of all? 35% -- Daniele wins POV with her 46%
Jen is happy because she prefers noms stay the same. Right. Amber and Jameka cry and hug. Amber is literally shaking.
And Amber cried. Did I mention that?
Make her STOP.
Daniele is telling Dick that she wants to make a deal with Amber for next week. Of course, we know that both Daniele and Dick wanted to backdoor Jen anyway, so this gives them an edge.
Now Amber is saying her vision was so real and can't believe it didn't come true. Amber suggests she make a deal with Daniele and bounces the idea off of Jameka.
Daniele and Amber go tothe HOH to avoid the herd. Amber first asks, then Daniele tells her she'd take her off for her next HOH. They've edited in a dinging noise after each promise Amber made after Jameka warned her not to promise too much. Heh. Of course, Daniele took it.
Eric and Dick talk, proud of their alliance and how it paid off. Dick still wants them as final four -- Dick, Daniele, Eric, Jessica. Eric would rather see Zach up than Jen, but is willing to compromise.
The Veto Meeting -- Jameka was pleasant, will respect her decision. Amber cries, tries not to cry. Daniele gives a speech about strong competitiors in the game. On a strategic level, saves Amber. Daniele nominates Jen... one of the biggest competitors in the house and (paraphrasing) some of us are here to win the money.
Daniele vows to us Jen will go home. Jameka is worried. Jen is confident she'll be here next week.
Daniele and Amber find out they're going to board a jet to NYC -- they're going to be contestants on The Power of Ten.
Uh-oh. I wondered why we had such teary, er... rainy weather today -- Amber's HERE.
Ack.

Then when I saw what Amber & Dani won, my mouth probably looked like Dustins did when he got eliminated! lol I wondered how you had known the answer already! I went back to check your comment, then to Jackies posts to see if she'd mentioned it, and I couldn't find it anywhere. Took me a minute to realize that you were saying the POV game was a knockoff of P of 10. Or are you really a relative of Ambers and you actually can see the future? lol

as for people saying things to cryamber and danielle, i thought every season two of them leave the house on some award challenge - what has stopped other people from approaching the contestants (or am i totally confusing this with another show???)

Just reading Jokers and it looks like Jen didn't get a penalty nomination, just an automatic vote against her. Dick told Jameka that he doesn't agree with the penalty they gave her but he does agree that they were right in taking away her penalty nom.

Power of 10 occured to me during that veto challenge - not that that would be the trip, I just thought is was basically the same game.
I guess I don't need to bother watching my recording of America's Got Talent, since I've read who won in the BB blog section. Maybe a little waring when the big finale of another show is about to be mentioned in the BB notes!
I'm toen too. Last reports sound like they are leaning towards Jen. Maybe the penalty nom isn't working out like they thought, or Dani nixed it. I'm heading off to vote now. I'm going to vote Jen.
Can anyone tell me why, after a few were eliminated from POV comp because their %'s were too high that you couldn't figure out to put a lower % in as your answer so the other people would be higher than you and thus they would be eliminated. Especially for the last question. I kept screaming at the TV to put in a low %. Actually not surprised that neither of them did. If they were both lower than the actual % then of course the one closest would have won, but I would have taken the gamble.
If you've watched Power of 10, you've seen it's a % game also. Amber is really going to embarrass herself.

Your West Coast fans would be really really grateful if you could blog BB and other shows SEPARATELY! I don't mind knowing ahead of time what happens on BB because I already know most of it from the live feeds...but I want to read your blog AND watch my tape of AGT! I just watched 6 parts of the Jen/Dick saga from last night (at 9:59 each, that's an hour!!). I didn't get to any of the good stuff yet, but I did notice something I've never noticed before...

Anon @ 11:51 - I have no idea. In a way, I can understand her not wanting to be at the sequester house for so long. But, she did sign a contract. She could be sued if she doesn't follow through.
If she leaves this week, I think she'll probably stay in sequester despite her threats.
Let's vote for Eric to try to save Jen just to mess with Dani and Dick's total control of the house...it's too boring for words with that nasty pair in charge. They deserve each other. No wonder the mother/wife did a bolt...maybe she had a vision.
Amber and this business of Dustin being "the best boyfriend" first started me thinking of her as (to use a rather crude expression but it's the only one that really fits) a "fag hag."
But it also hit me that in her devotion to Dustin, Amber reminds me of Ivette from Season 6 and her utter devotion to "Cappy." Based on the way she whined screamed and moaned about him you'd have thought that he was her secret partner/lover instead of someone she'd met a few days before. When I checked Wikipedia just now to verify the name I discovered another way in which she reminded me of Amber - she too used some frankly disgusting words about Kaysar - the least of which was "fake Muslim" and the worst of which seems to have been "sand n----r" - which weren't broadcast by order of the producers.
I really think BB/CBS should have shown last nights "drama" so that viewers that only watch the CBS version of the show, would get the whole picture before deciding who they think Eric should vote for. IMO, it is just another way for CBS to control the show and hope that Jen(the planted one) sticks around. It will be too anticlimatic for Thursdays show and it doesn't fairly portray the true happenings in the wonderful world of crazy-land...
Also did anyone notice that Amber questioned why God didn't let her win like she prayed (not exact words)... I'm guessing that she thinks that she is the only one that God listens to and that the other HG's & world doesn't pray. I'm sorry but when I pray it is not for selfish things like these two do. I pray for my family, friends, soldiers & I pray for the strength to make me a better mother and wife for my family. To pray for God to let me receive material things is just not how I work. That is why Jameka & Amber bug me to no end...Plus the tears drive me mad & cause my husband and I to look away or fast forward the show... UGG!

Though previously Eric had always received either Jen's name or Kail to be evicted, I wouldn't have expected a change, perhaps it time for a change anyway, I can see Amber going against her deal with Dani; as previously posted Amber will feel like she eliminated one of the " big guns " It's a toss up for Eric, though Eric is a bit cocky and should not speak so harshly being that he's AP.
Is there anyone else that cringes every time Amber talks about God and his/her visions, and then says the "f-word" in the same sentence. That's so sacreligous it's just scary!
It's obvious to me that she's either playing the "God card" to impress Jameka, but can't keep her real self under control. Or that she is such a follower/joiner that she has jumped on Jameka's God bandwagon, looking for some sort of help.
And I'm also disappointed in Jameka for not saying something to Amber about using the two words in the same sentence. She has no problems sharing her Christian beliefs on the show, so why not speak up.

The kids and friends gathered to watch Eric give the woobie to Jessica (It was like whn they all got together to watch High School Musical 2)and have become absolutely irate with Zach getting between Eric and Jessica. I gaurantee you whenever Zach is on the block, the vote for him to go will be in the nineties! It has made Jessica and Eric their favorite players (they used to mostly like Jen and D&D)
