BB9 - POV Meeting Over!

James did it. He put Matt on the block. Natalie is in tears. Joshuah is telling her it's a house divided, last week her side had power, now the power has changed. James did NOT take Ryan off the block, it's Sheila who got the reprieve.

Ryan and Matt are on the block. One will go home.

I have more on the after-POV meeting up over on TV Squad!

He's a gutsy player, AWESOME!

I don't see that he had anything to gain by going against Natalie by putting up Matt. Except to stir the pot. James had a long list of people to get out, and Matt wasn't more guilty than others. It makes no difference to me who goes this week. My list of dislikes is as long (or longer) than James'.

Either BB wanted him to do it, or he just likes the drama, especially when he can lock himself in the HOH room and avoid it all.

Sheila is on every camera. I keep changing to get away from her and she (or her voice) is every where. When it comes right down to it, Sheila was most responsible for James going on block. If the editing on the show was accurate. If he wanted to get even for the eviction, she should have gone and he should have told her so at nominations and then told her not to talk to him about it while they wait for Wednesday eviction.

Matt is fighting to stay right now and that is more life than I have seen (did you know no one has had Sheila's back in this game?)

Talk talk talk. They are using the same words, just rearranging the order of the sentences. And have been for days.

Sheila is betrayed and doesn't want to vote for either Matt or Ryan. Too bad she isnt' still on the block, then she wouldn't have to vote.

James will regret, having known just how Shelia was able to manipulate, ( Sheila is probably laughing at how she was able to " convince " James ) here's my insight, We should be having a double/TRIPLE eviction; perhaps much sooner than anticipated - If CBS casting calls are being sent for BB 10 Summer; This extra BB insert will have to make a dramatic turn, CBS sponsor's placed their Ad's well in advance, many reserved for BB Summer lineup..even with a Matt eviction, Ryan, Shelia, Nat. ( Adam's up in the air ) IMO are going to align heavily, Adam is up in the air, however most likely will remain intact with Ryan, biggest mistake, not a good plan, Josh of course will also side with Ryan..

THIS IS GREAT! when I read Joe's suggestion he put up Ryan against Matt I thought, well, that would be one of the reasons why we watch, but it's not happening with this crew ( even though I have been rooting for James from the first week, it's just been such a funky season I was sure it wouldn't happen). I'm thrilled. I just wish the show tonight was dealing with CURRENT EVENTS.

I don't understand it. None of them voted to bring him back in because they liked him, they voted to bring James back in because Josh didn't want Allison; Sharon didn't want Jacob; etc. I just don't understand why these stupid houseguests aren't going after Josh or Sharon. Those with live feeds...what gives? LOL

Tom S., I'm hoping you're wrong. Does Josh really need Ryan with Matt gone? Ryan is not so trustworthy because he's so pliable. Sheila can't be counted on too much either, because she'll go against whomever pissed her off last. Gnat will be running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Sharon is disagreeing with Josh more often. And Adam, well, he, likely, will go with the majority. We'll just have to play wait n' see.

I couldn't stand "smarmy" James before all of this, but now I really can't wait for someone to turn the tables on him........hopefully next week.Matt can go home because he is getting much to nasty with Natalie, but I hope Ryan hangs around and gets to do some damage!

Hi Sue--
I think it's actually a worthy strategy to indeed skip over Shelia this week, regardless of if she changed things, because in putting up Matt and Ryan, he is breaking up the boys club and Ryan and Matt's close alliance. He may have initially said he was putting up Shelia cuz she changed the house to vote toward him, and Ryan for back dooring him when he thought they were on the same page, and that was a logical, fair thing to do then, imo. Now though, he has a second chance to get Matt out before Matt gets him out.

Nastalie may be upset, but he is technically not breaking his word, especially in the world of BB. And I don't think he did this as a way to affect Natalie, though that certainly will result. But, I may have missed some footage today that has him saying otherwise.

Tom's it's true that Shelia was able to manipulate, but now I think all she has is Gnat. DO we really think that she can pull something off next week with Josh/Chelsia/james? Sharon has a neutral rel. with everyone (as does Adam) but if Shelia tries to work on her next week at least she can think on her own.

Anon, 4:51 smarmy is a good word for James, even though he's been the one I rooted for. He's complex, but smarmy.

Matt is crying after eviction. I'mw atching a video. Is it real or crock-odile tears? Hmmmm....

James thinks Josh is with him. I wonder what would happen if James heard about Josh and Ryan having a deal. Sue

I know it is logical to keep Sheila. I was just thinking of how I would not have to hear her voice again if she went home. : )

James' game is intimidation and counting votes. As I said a few days ago, he doesn't need to evict someone to get their attention. He just has to convince them not to mess with him. By controling the house these last few days, he has gathered everyone except Natalie to his side. As Chelsia said, they have the votes to do what they want. The only fun now will be in watching James evict his alliance one by one. I won't care who goes first, but will be curious to see how long he decides to keep Chelsia.

Both Ryan and Matt are begging to stay and James wants assurance that he won't be put on the block again, and that means he has to pick HOH from now on. Matt just swore he would throw the next HOH if he can stay. I just can't stand hearing Sheila's voice drifting through every feed in the house. Sue

But Sue, Ryan is so fickle. He'll drop that deal with Josh in a NY minute if it will save his own butt.

And if James believes anything that comes out of Matt's or Ryan's mouth, he deserves to go home.

Wow.....I'm glad Matt is on the block, but I wish James would have stuck to his word, but than again it is Big Brother, and if Matt would have made that same promise he might have done the same thing James just did.

Yes if he want's to win in the end against Sharon..I have a feeling BB might pull a Survivor tactic move if they're pressured to wrap this current BB, by this I mean possibly broaden finale choice winner amongst 3 HG's, I'm not sure how they'll determine jury pool, seem's time span is not adequate. I'll be anxious to see editing piece tonight; Regarding Alex,( Julie explaining to Alex how HG's voted VS America voting ) that'll reveal plenty for me, if it's not shown..

OMG! It actually went down. The house must be in turmoil. Was it cbs prompting James in the DR the strong influence or was it James' excuse for going back on his word to Gnat? WTG James! Hey, it's ok to lie when it's just a game, right? I'll never get that one. A lie is a lie. But, James could justify it by saying he promised not to put Matt up but not to back door him. Is there really a difference? I think I'm jumping on the Smarmy James train now, porn video or not. Well, for this week only. I still like Sharon's play but then I don't see the unedited hamsters on the live feeds.

Does James think Ryan had more to do with his (temporary) eviction and not know that it was Sheila influencing the Ryan's syndrome?

Shoot, I want them all to go. It's just a matter of in what order. What's going on that makes everyone think it will be Matt evicted and not Ryan? Either way James will be vulnerable for payback.

I'm with you, Sidney, wish tonight's show was current events. Guess I'll snoop around YouTube to see what live feeds I can find.

How's the housework going Jackie?
That's what I should be doing right now as well.

I can't help but laugh at Matt, who last week was so puffed up with his bad self, boasting about being the king and having all the power. What a difference now ... he's crying like a baby. He should be forced to watch tape of how he acted last week. He's a bully winner and a baby loser. Full of hot air ... not a bit surprising, is it?

I don't know that Ryan or Josh either one would stand by their secret alliance. I just think James wants to know every thing about every one as far as where the promises are. He doesn't like to be left out of the know. And Josh needs to keep him happy.

I would like for the siren to sound, for all the hgs to come to the living room and for BB to tell them they are again in couples. They are to draw straws from the g pig cage. Matching colors are teams. That would be unexpected, would break up the James alliance (which is everyone in the house except Natalie) and end the show early by voting them out two at a time. Maybe Sheila would be paired with James, which I think is both of their definiations of Hell.

Anyone else have any ideas of what would shake things up? Sue

I love it.. it's about Damn time!

I am sick of Matt's smug ass thinking he has this game in the bag.

James is pissed as he should be. 3 of the 5 (including Matt) didn't want him back.

I gotta catch up on reading!

Right on, Laurie, I just watched some of the clips on YouTube and Matt is no longer yelling, "It's on", and no longer beating his chest. Loved your "bully winner" and "baby loser" tags. No surprise here!

James should have left Sheila on the block..we would have had the battle of the non stop talkers! The houseguests would probably have to call the medics with busted ear drums....maybe we would have been able to loose several due to medical emergency!
