NEWEST 'Dancing With the Stars' Blog Discussion
Boy, lots to talk about this season, eh? Here's your latest blog discussion post for Dancing With the Stars -- a place for you to talk about the show with your friends from the blog.
I loved the Codyanne jitterbug too. Laughed again at the ruffled panties.
I could do without any more Cloris tonight.
What was the hint about Lance being gay? Is he? He didn't seem to enjoy his "roast". In fact he looked very uncomfortable. I could care less if he is gay or not. If he is in the closet, then he shouldn't be outted.
Becky, yes Lance is gay...you might have missed in the beginning Lacey said she used to dream of marrying him, so when she got paired with him she said "Yeah like thats gonna happen now" she is a true fan of his so its made for a great relationship for their dancing
becky--Lance is gay and just came "out" about 2 years ago. He had been in a relationship with one of the guys who won TAR a few seasons ago. When they broke up the guy started talking....Lance quickly called his parents and grandparents. I think he is still pretty sensitive about it. That's why all season I have been laughing about how much chemistry him and Lacey have.....
Sad to see Lancey go third. I still want Warren to pull this off, but it looks like Brooke will indeed be the winner. Not bad that another female wins though!
I'm shocked! It should have been Warren. A lot of comments on other blogs have dissed Lacey a lot because of her putting herself out front so much. Maybe she and Lance have a smaller fan base.
Whatever the reason, they should NOT have left first.
If fans have voted Warren the winner, this will be my last DWTS season. Why bother? This is supposed to be about dancing, not personality. Brooke is absolutely the best dancer, hands down.
I hear what you are saying Joyn but many a time the best singer hasn't won American Idol and the best dancer on DWTS. Mel B. comes to mind for me. Here we go...
Monty, that's exactly why I would have stopped watching. This show has had the wrong one win on more than one occasion. The first season was the first time.
Okay, so I was really bummed that Lancey came in third, but I will grudgingly congratulate Brooke on a job well done. She was clearly the best dancer from day 1. Overall this was not the best season in my opinion, but it was fun. I think I would watch it just for Tom Bergeron alone! He's hilarious. I would love to see them try out a new co-host next season.
I think Brooke was the best dancer of the season, but her scores last night were a bit high. I saw at least two missteps in her Viennese Waltz last night and if I saw them, they have to be obvious. A good dance, but not a 30.
Mark Ballas and Derek Hough as seen on Dancing With The Stars will perform with their band "Ballas Hough Band" on February 8, 2009 at The World Cafe Live in Philadelphia, PA. CAN'T WAIT!!

That was such a sweet touch, kissing her daughters. I loved that waltz!
Here comes the three 10's. The judges have been in the Brooke camp all season. Its very evident and really unfair. :(

Derooke were fantastic. I am glad they commended Derek on his choreography. They deserved the perfect score.
Now it boils down to how the public voted.
Why is it unfair? They've been consistently good all season.
Oh sheesh, we still have 25 mins to go! Hope there's something interesting to see yet and not just filler.
Looks like some good movies coming out with Will Smith and now the one with Brad Pitt.
Brooke's scores haven't been unfair, but the scores given to others were. jmo though.
I think Warren will be going.
