Shelby was worried, then relieved |
Mondays are a big day in the BBOTT house. First, the America's nomination is announced. Then, immediately after that, the veto players are picked. And, then there is the Power of Veto Comp. I get tired just thinking of all that activity!
- No surprise to me, Neeley was America's nomination for eviction.
- Since she was chosen as a Have Not this week (also by America) and due to the fact that she sits wrapped up in a blanket wearing sunglasses indoors and out, day and night, without doing much other than trashtalk and gossip ... it was a given to me that she'd go up.
- The way they work picking the veto players is that all of the hamster chips are in the doohickey. The HoH picks two chips. If she picks her own chip or any of the nominees, whomever picked gets to choose a player.
- Kryssie drew Justin first, then she drew Scott. So, he could choose a player. He chose Shelby. Kryssie chose Whitney to host the comp.
- Then the comp took forever. It was a Wall of Shame. There were pegs all along the wall. They had to climb over to a clue, then match it up with a numbered card on the podium. The time limit was 30 minutes and each had to go individually. The others were all sequestered indoors.
- Morgan did great, finishing in about 8 and a half minutes.
- Kryssie, who's not athletic at all, had a hissy fit and quit the comp claiming her hands were bleeding all over and on ... and on.
- Scott was about a half-minute slower than Morgan's time.
- Morgan won the Power of Veto.
- Yep, the one nominee likely to get NO votes for eviction won.
- Since Kryssie already mentioned her Plan B renom would likely be Shelby, I guess we can expect that.
- But having Neeley in the nom mix might blow their plans to get Scott out.

Ack!! You're right Jackie. I was keeping Shelby out of the mix for a renom and thought it would be Whitney, but it will probably be Shelby. I still think Scott will go home. He's not on America's high list after his show in the Yoga Room while the feeds were on him waiting on the POV results. To me, he was totally bonkers.
"Druthers" comes from "I'd rather", slurred as "I druther". I druther this and I druther that boils down to my druthers.
Granted I haven't watched a ton of feeds over the past week, but I thought for sure Shelby was going to be America's nom. I don't see why people have turned on Neeley so much. With it being Neeley, this really makes Wednesday interesting.
Obviously either Whitney or Shelby will be put up, but it would seem the vote will come down to who the viewers want out between Neeley and Scott. I just can't imagine there is a big enough group of people who want Scott to stay. Not sure how he truly acts in his daily life, but he is so clearly trying to impress a group of attractive women who wouldn't be giving him any sort of attention in the real world. He and Alex could possibly be friends outside of the house, bonding over video games and things of that nature, but that's about it. All Shelby had to do yesterday was demand he go annoy Danielle and he basically sprinted into the kitchen while those girls sat back in the bedroom and cackled. It's really kind of sad. So, while Neeley may not be the most active of houseguests this season, I'd be totally shocked if she's voted out by the viewers over Scott.
Well, I'druther have Neeley leave this week! Then Danielle, then Pissie, er I mean Kryssie.
As HOH, it will be interesting to see if Kryssie will still push to get Scott out. Who will it be if the choices are between Scott, Neeley, or Shelby
Hey - Paul, Victor and DaVonne were on that soap opera today; did anyone see it? (I didn't)
I missed it Petals. I'll watch it back on All Access online. I think if it comes down to Scott, Neeley and another Plastic, America will vote out Scott.
Watching Alex make a Shepherd's Pie and following a recipe is comical. She doesn't know the difference between a saucepan and a skillet, she's really stumped on what a 1/2 cup of butter looks like or how to measure it (duh, just read the paper ona stick of butter if you don't know), and that kitchen sink is a disaster. Pigs!!
Oh my word someone tell her to look at the butter wrapper! LOL....
I can cut her some slack because she obviously doesn't cook, but you have to admit it is comical.
Shelby came to the rescue and did the ground turkey and the vegetables. Otherwise, this could have been a disaster, LOL.
I agree Monty... but seriously you can see the markings when you are unwrapping it! LOL... bless her heart she just may learn a little while in there!
Yep :)))
Just gave Scott my second round of 20 votes. 20 before midnight and 20 more after. All 40 of my votes. This just may be an all female season before we know it, lol. Justin and Jason will be the only males in there if Scott goes home tomorrow night.
You go Monty!!! Smiling...
I gave all 40 of my votes to Scott also.
What is up with everyone going to bed at a reasonable hour? Don't they know that there are people who are up all night and need something to watch? sheeeeesh
I am still not getting why people are wanting to get all the LNC out. I really don't care what they are saying about each other, I want game play, strategy, and two warring sides of the house to remain as long as possible. We have been complaining about no real action and everyone voting "with the house", but now people want to get the game back to one boring side running the whole show again just because the PC police have determined someone has a bad mouth.
I would be more than happy to see Neeley or Danielle evicted next week, maybe even Jason or Kryssie, but for now I hope to see Scott go. I would rather it be Whitney, but since that is not even going to be a realistic option this week, Scott it is.
My votes are for Neeley to GO. Why? Because...Neeley? Neeley who?
I can't remember who said it in their live DR last night (Jason maybe), but Scott is definitely trying to be a Zach Rance kind of character this season...and it clearly is just not his actual personality at all. I get that he feels like his first two weeks were a total disaster and he's trying to make up for that (in is mind anyway), but being a Zach Rance/Evel Dick hybrid just isn't doing it for me. Also, when pleading to stay, he keeps saying he just wants to be there to help Alex get farther in the game. I like Alex overall, and think she's playing the game possibly harder and more committed than anyone else, but I find it sad when people are in the house with no intentions of winning. THAT is what I consider a waste of a houseguest!
i voted out Scott. He is just creepy to me.
Haven't been watching to much this week.
Very busy for me.
Agree David and Nick. Scott can go and then I'll see who I want out the most after that, lol. This has been a good season and it reminds me of S6, probably the last true season of two sides of the house at war with each other. I also love that they aren't voting with the house every week. That's true BB... at least for me.
See everyone at the Survivor pool later. I hope Petals remembers that punch/drink recipe I sent her this week. If she didn't see it, no worries, I'll bring a punch bowl or two myself. See you all soon.
Here it is:
Hump Day Punch
6 oz Tequila
3 oz Coconut Rum
2 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Lime Juice
6 oz Pineapple Juice
24 oz Orange juice
All in a large punch bowl. Mix well and add ice and fruit...
Sounds good, doesn't it? :)))
Oh, yes my friend! I remembered the punch, for sure! I'm making kabobs that will go great with the punch.
