In with the In Crowd? Not really, but ... |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Eventual Evictions:
- Similar to the daytime, not all that much went on during the overnight hours.
- Dominique almost might as well be gone.
- She was apparently in bed early and I didn't see her hanging out with anyone.
- She sure was (trash) talked about enough to be present in thoughts!
- Alex told Josh that he wasn't the target in the beginning. It wasn't until he took the Golden Apple in the comp and yelled at a girl that he became one.
- She said he isn't a target now.
- And, he isn't.
- But that doesn't mean he's really in with the In Crowd.
- They plan to use him.
- Josh and Ramses told Alex they trust Paul.
- Silly boys. Oh, not for saying it. That's probably smart right now. But hopefully they don't really trust Paul any further than Ramses can throw Paul.
- Ramses told Alex that Dominique's been acting sketchy towards him all week and he's pretty sure she was the other vote to keep him.
- Alex said that she doesn't think the vote was Dominique's and she put her up because of other things.
- They agreed that Dominique has been sketchy and is a smart player.
- I say, she's obviously not as smart a player as Paul!
- If this continues, Paul will be taking candy from babies and the babies will ask their mothers to get them more candy for him to take.
- Elena and Jason are pretty sure Kevin was the hinky vote.
- But will any repercussions occur? I don't think so. At least, not right now.
- Mark and Elena tried to talk Jason into not using the veto as they know Mark will go on the block (as a pawn).
- But we all know Jason will do whatever Alex wants him to do with the veto.
- She hasn't told Jason who will go up, but she has told him to save Jessica.
- Whether he uses it or not, it will be Dominique going home this week.

Morning Jackie! I sure hope they are quietly very aware of Paul!!!! Thanks Jackie....
Judi-
It seems Alex is aware of Paul.....But its down the road she plans to get rid of him.
Exactly what Ian hoping for Chacha! Thanks!
Judi-
Listening to her and Jason talk so far today Jason has a better assessment than Alex.
They are also onto Paul/Kevin "friendship"
Fantastic Chacha!!! Thanks for the info!!! Appreciate it!
Jason didn't use the veto so it's Jessica and Dominique. Can't imagine the house flipping on this one so Dom is out the door and onto the Battle Back. Bye-bye pool girl... hope you have something up your sleeve.
p.s. not really that invested in my pool girl, but have to give it a shot at rooting and all :)))
I hate when they play that "down the road" card, the longer you leave him in the harder it is to get him out. Other targets pop up, he wins HOH or POV's etc... Didn't like him last season and even less this season but his game play is great and if they fall for it, that's on them. They will feel like idiots forever, lol. I'm pulling for the old dude(kevin). old dudes have to stick together, lmao.
I was at Balsam lake, Wisconsin for the week and didn't watch tv at all,(boating, fishing, drinking) what happened to turn everyone against Dominique so quickly?
According to TMZ, a little while ago, they have Paul on the feeds (over the weekend) saying he's going to be in blackface or wear a mask (to the live show?). Because he has it out for Dominique.
Chauncey,
Dom has several strikes against her, most of them revolving around her Wed "show" questioning, followed up with grilling the other players. Then hides in her room reading the Bible, and though there's nothing wrong with that, she thinks God wants her to win... that's not working out so well for her.
Susan,
Paul can be out for Dom all he wants, but if he does the blackface, but he's allowed to do that, it will be a whole lot of stupid. CBS seems to like the controversy on this show, but I wonder if the show will allow him to do that.
Susan, that is, once again, something that is being blown out of proportion. He wants to dress as a "snake", because she's been hinting that he's the snake/tempter in the house. The black mask would be a horrible choice if he does it, but it doesn't have anything to do with blackface. I agree with Sharon... it would be completely stupid and I don't think Paul would do that.
People hear and read all sort of things during BB every summer that get totally taken out of context and I guess that is something that will never change. I take very little personally or out of context so I just enjoy it all more. More people should. I don't dislike Paul at all so I'm on the out skirts here at Jackie's home. I like Paul and he's playing a brilliant game. It's early and I'm sure folks in there will take their shots at him starting next week.
What I don't understand is all the hysteria that if they don't get him out NOW, he's going to run the entire game. We've all watched this show long enough to know that isn't true. There's a lot of game left. LOL
Monty,
I'm with you... I don't dislike Paul, but I don't particularly like him either. He does play an excellent game and, surprisingly, it really isn't much different than it was last summer. Most would have at least watched Season 18, so how can these people not see/realize what he's doing? It's waaay beyond me.
CBS put Paul in for some STRANGE reason. They had him on Candy Crush too....boasting of
Friendship. I don't care for him at all but there are a lot of "do nothings" in that house. I like when Cody said he would get rid of all the floaters first. Good...come back in and get rid of them and Paul. I am so up for that. I don't want to watch the Paul show all summer.
Been there done that.
I am annoyed by Paul's never-ending talking, but have to admit he is playing a good game.
3:29 BBT Cam 2 Mark throws pickle juice with hot sauce in it in nutcase Josh's face. A full blown "kerfuffle" ensues shortly afterwards.
Jackie wrote, "If this continues, Paul will be taking candy from babies and the babies will ask their mothers to get them more candy for him to take"
YES! Sad, but true.
Uncartie - I'd be mad too, if someone threw something like that in my face! A) Josh hates pickles, so that is messed-up and B) pickle juice and (especially) hot sauce can really burn and possibly damage mucus membranes. Shame on Mark - He is falling fast in my personal rankings.
PS - Paul's behavior is absolutely ridiculous! He is acting out for the cameras, desperate for GIFs, memes and late-night TV mentions. He is desperate for fame this time 'round, and will go to any lengths to get it (including pretending to be a snake).
By the way - who of us hasn't been called a name worse than a snake? A dog, a b*tch, a fat, (another word for kitty), a bulldog, etc. Snake is barely an insult! Yet Paul is acting like someone called him - well, much worse things than I can even type here.
See? His antics are ALL FOR SHOW!
I love that Alex told Jason, "you'd better tell Paul" and he responded, "why? Is he our parent?"
See? Paul has his hooks in to all these idiots. They all deserve to lose. Welcome to the Paul Show.
yeeps - reading about the Josh/Mark kerfuffle. Jackie - does it qualify as a brouhaha?
What qualifies as a "brouhaha",Petals? No punches were thrown but a whole lot of yelling and screaming.
Petals,I agree with you. Throwing pickle juice laced with Tobasco sauce in someone's face is no laughing matter. IMO,Mark should at least earn a penalty nomination. That was clearly an act of aggression that shouldn't be tolerated.
I called it - Mark is a ticking time bomb. He is a Josh waiting to blow.
Uncartie - I think it may be a brouhaha, but I really can't tell. Seemed more than a kerfuffle, tho, IMO.
Yes - I agree, Art - What Mark did would be considered "assault" in a LOT of places. And that he (Mark) thought it was funny just goes to show what an idiot-bully mentality he has! I wonder if Mark didn't have Elena to talk him off the ledge, would he have actually thrown a punch? I think we will see Mark blow a real gasket before his time is through.
And Paul wants to confront Dom again. You know why? Because he wants to wear his new snake suit (thank you, Production) for his next blow-up, AND it will be prime-time viewing hour - unlike the last, which was in the wee hours.
Paul is a showboat. A bloviating, hungry-for-attention wanna-be. @@ I won't tune in. No way, not going to give him the satisfaction.
G'nite.
Petals, Your comments about Paul are exactly what is happening. Paul wants to have a career in TV and CBS is letting him. You are a very good writer and express yourself perfectly. I agree with everything you said today.
At least we're getting drama out of the BB house. That's what I want. Rather than yawning through the days in there. I saw the word "yawn" a day or two ago. This house is no different than any other... they just pick strange times to show the flare ups, lol. Pure BB and I love it. :)))
Petals, I'll see your brouhaha, and raise you 2 kerfuffle. :)
Seriously though guys, don't you think there should be some form of punishment for what Mark did?
I know Mark eats a LOT, but he's over-muscular rather than overweight. Now, this is merely my own hypotheses... with his huge build and now the bad temperament that's becoming increasingly obvious (I apologize if this is out of line), but I can't help wonder if there's a possibility that he might have been using "enhancements" to build his body?
The Mark/Josh kerfuffle might have been entertaining viewers who give no thought to what could have happened, but there should have been some form of repercussion/punishment. As Petals noted, that juice combo not only would have been painful if it had gotten in Josh's eyes, but it could have caused real damage. I'm actually quite shocked BB didn't intercede and do something about that kind of aggression.
Re: Paul.
CBS/BB wants people like Paul, and they encourage his antics. Kevin has turned into a BB bonus that I doubt Production realized. Honestly, without Paul and Keven, those hamsters would be sitting around, doing very little.
