Trying his best to stay |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Rampant Rodents:
- As I was posting the morning feeds update, Christmas saw a rat come out of one of the kitchen cabinets. She saw it on the HoH spy screen. So, we didn't see it.
- Paul and Josh were with her and went down to search for it to no avail.
- Christmas. Paul and Josh made a final three deal.
- Paul claims that Jason was talking with Mark about getting him (Paul) out, plus Matt told him that Jason said he would take Alex to the final two. So he's lost his trust in him.
- That's what he says.
- And, Christmas needs Paul for a while longer.
- Both told Josh he needs to calm down and watch what he says to others.
- Well, that's a truth.
- Christmas gets her boot early this coming week.
- Not the same kind of boot Elena and Cody got last week!
- Christmas and Josh think Mark needs to go, then Matt. They know Alex probably won't work with Kevin, definitely won't work with Raven. They need to split them up.
- Oh ... BB gave them Tupperware containers for their food.
- They also put some kind of zapping rat trap under the cabinets.
- Raven claims she can't go near it because it would set off her pacemaker and she'd die.
- I smiled.
- You know, her mother was struck by lightning, right?
- It's just so amazing that all these tragedies seem to target her poor family!
- Jason thinks it's an imaginary rat.
- I can't say. But I will say that Josh and Paul's expressions after Christmas said it was there looked like there is indeed a rat.
- Or a mouse.
- Hey, maybe it's an anteater. They could use one of them in the house!
- The veto players were picked -- in addition to the nominees and HoH, it's Paul, Raven and MARK.
- Apparently Christmas chose Raven in a Houseguest Choice.
- Hmm.
- Now, it they want Mark up and out, it would have been better to choose Alex, I'd think.
- The Christmas/Paul eviction list is a bit different from the Christmas/Josh one -- Mark, Jason, Matt, Kevin.
- WHAT ABOUT RAVEN? I WANT RAVEN ON SOMEONE'S LIST!
- There are two Have Nots this week -- Josh and Mark.
- Their new Temptation bit was an apple tree with prizes and punishments on it. Mark got "Save a Friend" and bequeathed safety for the week to his good ol' buddy Paul.
- Say what?
- I'm not sure what the others got.
- Instead of getting Raven out, Christmas and Paul bring her into their fold, telling her Kevin and Mark are working together.
- The latest plan is: if Mark doesn't win veto, he goes home. If Matt wins veto, Jason goes home. If Jason wins veto, Kevin goes up and out.
- Oy!
- As of this posting, they haven't played the Veto Comp.

It is amazing that Paul is telling Josh to basically behave and hold his tongue since he was the one telling him to run around ranting and raving! I hope Mark wins POV
Thanks for the update Jackie!
Just a thought... Paul knows if anyone could turn the tables on him it is Christmas... He also knows how close Christmas and Josh are... he might as well make a final 3 with them, since taking Josh to the final 2 would be a smart move and may also guarantee Christmas not back dooring Paul this week!
Plus it wouldn't hurt Paul to drag Raven along because he could beat her too in the final 2 just in case Josh gets booted some how!
I want Raven to go! All she does is watch herself in the mirrors! She says she's a dancer!? Did anyone watch her do some kind of dancing while she was had on the headphones. It was so bad. She also says she's a ballerina?! The only thing she does well is kick her leg high. Oh how I wish she would go!
It's bound to be Zingbot for the veto since he was in the audience Thursday night
Anon - Craven (Attention) also claimed that she trained for the Olympic gymnastics team, and that her (terminally ill) mother holds the AR State record for the mile (running). I checked, but could not find any evidence to support ANY of those claims.
Re the rat (the furry one, with the tail, not the one with tattoos), didn't XXXmas say she used the hair from all the brushes in the house to make a fake rat? Not sure who she told about it, tho (besides Paul, the all-knowing,the all-seeing, the omnipotent)
It would be funny of the entire rat thing was an invention, a'la Derrick's season.
Petals, Christmas got up around 4:30 AM and Matt was up having cereal, she went downstairs and they made a fake rat, yes using the nasty hair from everyone's hairbrushes, and then put it under the rat trap that Paul had made earlier when they saw the rat on the TV in the HOH room!
jason won the veto. He'll never know how close he was to going home!!
That sews up the eviction for Mark... unless someone else really messes themselves up with Christmas (oops, Paul).
thank you Lemonjello! Glad to know I'm not crazy, LOL
The rat, or probably the mouse, is real. BB put a trap in the lower cabinet and they see droppings around it. Christmas made a fake one too.
Well, crap. There goes Mark. Dang, everything is working for Paul and crew. Crap. Well, if things keep going, we'll see the expected target going every week. Crap, Crap, Crap.
I don't want Kevin as a target. He's missing his family so much, he's just not himself.
Both rats are funny....I mean the real rat and the fake one. LOL.
Thank you for blogging, Jackie. I really appreciate it so much.
It was the skating on crisco comp that they've always done for an HOH endurance. Wonder why they switched it to veto? Christmas didn't compete so there were only five of them. Makes sense that Jason would win that one. Tall and has a longer stride than the others.
Other than not honoring Cody's confidence about his daughter, I don't think Kevin has done much to reap so much suspicion. But that doesn't matter if Paul has set his sights on getting him out.
Paul knows everyone likes Kevin... or at least they did before Paul started with that 'shady' business. Kevin isn't shady. He's depressed. Heck, I'd be depressed in that house with these people!! I almost wish Christmas/Paul would change their minds and evict Kevin this week... let him leave all the hate-filled rhetoric and back-stabbing behind.
Although Kevin would never do BB again, I wonder if he'd ever consider doing AR with one of his children. It's not nearly as stressful and hateful...and he'd be traveling the world with one of his family members.
Well, they apparently did have that stupid Zingbot. :(
The only thing it's good for is "possibly" making people start to think, but couldn't BB do that in a more palatable way?
Ok, I'm Debbie Downer tonight. Don't know why I've always disliked that thing so much. Maybe it's because The Bot has occasionally made some unnecessary digs about people that are can't be considered game-related. If online is correct, it sounds like The Bot may have done that again.
What in the world is Paul looking like a sick puppy? They are going to let him win this. Why didn't Christmas put him up? If they ever bring him back I'm gone.Who could turn on Kevin? Not me! For God's same get Raven out. That mouth of hers needs to go.
Jackie, Christmas couldn't put him up. Mark got some temptation and gave it to Paul "Safety for a Friend" or something like that. Christmas wouldn't have put Paul up anyway this week.
Anon: I couldn't agree with you more! I've been sick of Raven since week 1!
