Keshia was good as a kid, but not familiar with anything she does now.
Ross has always been pretty funny, so I'm hopeful he can hang in there.

Hellooooo to all my BB friends. Hope all is well with you all. Now let's get down to business. With the exception of Ron Artest AKA Whatever world peace he changed his name to,and Omarossa I have no idea of who these people are. Lots of Dancing with the stars and Celeb Apprentice retreads. I think I'd rather pull out my finger nails than watch this trainwreck.
Jackie,Ron Artest was drafted by and played for the Chicago Bulls. He has a hair trigger temper despite his new name. I think I'll rely on you and the other posters for updates rather than actually watch.

I too was disappointed with this cast. Poor Ross is going to be eaten alive by that group and he is such a superfan.

Chuck Liddell is a fighter so maybe they have him go up against Ron Artest and Omarosa against Brandi! The surprise scenario would be to have them as a final four alliance!
Looks like the “D” list. 3 weeks hardly seems worth it. 6 weeks would have been better.
I like watching the Olympics, too. So, I will probably opt for that more than BB.
I want you to take care of yourself Jackie. Do not feel obligated to cover this train wreck if you are not up to it. I hope you are feeling better. I am sure people here can keep the blog updated on any major happenings.
I will probably watch the broadcast, depending on what is on the Olympics. Not really into any of the x-games events. If NBC covers the Olympics like last time, 45 minutes of personal back story for every 2 minutes of event time, I will be highly disappointed, again. More events coverage, less talk about how they got there. I would rather watch water freeze than be subjected to every ones back-story.
This is NBC though, so I expect them to somehow work in all the political BS they can just to ruin their coverage.

Agree with David. You could just put up one post and those of us who want to follow and comment can. I doubt you'll be staying up with the feeds anyways like you do in the summertime. Not sure how much I'll follow them either.

For the record: Brandi & Omarosa have met. They may team-up in a secret alliance and rule the house.
If this is supposed to be a celebrity cast I must be in the dark. I don't think I know any of them. Maybe I'm just getting older. I do plan on watching but am wondering why they are calling it Celebrity Big Brother.
Nina,The cast is compromised of overly available reality characters. If you compare them to the usual hamsters then yeah,I guess you could call them celebrities. I will not watch a minute on CBS and I really,really hope the show falls flat on it's face.
If it succeeds then we may be looking at some of these "celebs" coming back to the summer show as a "vet". IMO,That's the last thing the show needs.
Big Brother is Big Brother...I think it'll be fun, especially since I'm not familiar with most of them. I prefer not knowing them... will enjoy watching with you Jackie. But probably be recording them since there are so many per week; that based on what I read previously. Perhaps that's how they'll get it finished in only three weeks.
