BB21: Live Feeds PoV Meeting Bulletin - August 19

Since Jackson made the nominations on Friday, Analyse and Christie have been begging, scheming, crying trying to convince him to take one of them down. Of course, each want off -- they're not trying to get each other off the block. They begged America. We guffawed. They begged production. They chuckled.

The PoV meeting was held today. Jackson did NOT use the Power of Veto.

Christie and Analyse remain on the block. And although it remains to be seen, it should be Christie going to the jury house this week.

...and Tommy went straight to HOH to pledge eternal love to Jackson.

Tommy will win BB21.

I don't really like Tommy, but he is playing a good game. He has them all bamboozled into thinking he cares about each and every one. He steps up his comps and he'd deserve the win. Initially you were fussing that Jack would win, then Jackson, now Tommy. I don't think there's any pleasing you this season.

Was just watching a season with Evel Dick, Jen, and Kail, and Danielle, OMG what a riot.
Dick is hilarious. Why have those days and houseguests gone away? Boo Hoo miss the outright constant entertainment.

I would much rather have Tommy win, than Jackson. I don’t even want him in final two. I couldn’t even watch the show last night because it was all about Jackson.

Judi Sweeney said...

Well, even though Jackson wouldn’t be my first choice to win and at this point I’m not even sure who my first choice WOULD BE... Jackson has been playing (even if not exactly how I would like) the game and winning when necessary! I really like Nicole but she really needs to start winning or doing SOMETHING!

Thanks Jackie!!!

Oh Jackie, I am pleased! The least of all evils may win BB21. The entire cast is lacking. It's a BLAH season, worse than BB09. I actually don't care who wins, just as long as it ends.

I don't care who wins either but I do think Tommy is not pretending to be a nice guy but actually is. However he wants to win as they all do so like everyone else his moves are self serving. No surprise. At least he is entertaining. Everyone else is pretty dull. BTW...i don't remember so many F bombs in previous seasons.

I was just thinking about Evil Dock the other night as well as Boogie n Dr. Will....like to see them all together! I think they need to do a BB winners season...we need some fun happenings to watch!

*Evil Dick

*YUP...I looked him up just to make certain. Evel Dick spells his name this way himself.

When Paul was in the house, it was just one f-bomb after another. ... I hate to admit it, but I kind of liked Paul (except for the bad language).

Evel Dick is probably one of my favorite BB players of all time because he broke the mold in every way. It is EvEl because it's after Evel Knievel and NOT Evil as in bad, which is what most people think. It's like the Mandela effect... people actually think it is Evil when it has always been Evel.

I disagree that this has been the worst season ever or slightly better than the worst. It's a wide open game and once Christie goes, it will be even better. I'm really liking the Jackson/Holly/Cliff/Nicole foursome and think they can go far. I just want the dead weights, Jessica and Sis out of there next and then game on. jmo

Bizaro22 said...

Agree Monty. I'm liking that foursome as well.

Judi Sweeney said...

I agree Monty... I like the foursome!

The only issue I have with Nicole is she tells too much and it's usually to the wrong people. She did with Jess, just like she did with Bella.

Nicole felt bad that nobody brings Jess into any kind of alliance or tells her anything, so she tried to prepare Jess for what was happening. Nicole has to learn that she doesn't have to give information to anyone...because it will come back to bite her in the butt.

In a way, the Nicole/Jess relationship reminds me of Nicole/Bella... and she got burned with that one too. But nobody could ever accuse Nicole of being a real 'quick-study.'

Petals said...

Do we know Nicole's background? Is she
a fan?

Sharon N said...

Petals,
I couldn't remember much about Nicole's history, so I googled her. I couldn't find much of anything about her having followed BB in the past. However, her favorite past player is PAUL. As we know, that doesn't say much since most of the newbys tend to watch 1 or 2 of the past seasons.

Jackie S. said...

Petals - Nicole is what's going for superfan these days -- she and Cliff have both watched since BB8.

Jackie S. said...

I'm mistaken. I looked at my own cast post on her -- huge fan since BB11. Cliff was BB8.

Sharon N said...

BB 8 and 11 ... that's actually not too bad, considering all the so-called 'superfans' that have entered the house the last several years.

Jackie S. said...

With all the young ones, it's not too surprising that they never saw the early seasons.

That's good enough for me to consider them a super fan :)))

They don't have to be as old as all of US here... well most of us!! ;-)

Lots of talk about a wall shouter (recording) over loudspeaker that Christie and Tommy know each other. Feeds were down for an hour, backyard closed early and After Dark was late. I think it did happen, but don't think anyone heard the words. It was a bad recording to play. Too long and not concise enough. Holly did ask Jackson "if he heard what it said". He said "no". But feeds returned back to the usual boring stuff so don't think anyone is the wiser. Too bad, could have been an epic live feeds night. I think only Cliff and Tommy were outside when it happened (if true).

Petals said...

Biz - I heard the recording. It was clear and would be incriminating, IF anyone actually heard it.
I don't think they did.

chrob61 said...

Instead of a recording, how about sky writing about Christie and Tommy?? I doubt she would blow up Tommy's game when she's walking out the door (or will she??)

It is funny to think BB began before the youngins were born or shortly after. I've been watching since BB 1 as I suspect a lot of us on this blog have. Right? I'm Clover but cannot remember how I sign in

Jackie S. said...

I've been watching since BB1. But so many of the hamsters these last few years weren't even in kindergarten that year. It doesn't seem that long ago to me, but it's almost a lifetime for them. To me, it's hard to believe that kids born after 9/11 are old enough to vote and join the armed forces. I guess many of us are OLD. Eep.

Jackie S. said...

chrob - The staff spots banner planes too quickly and sky writing is much slower than banner planes. They shut the yard down before any of them see anything.

chrob61 said...

Jackie I agree on both posts!

1) The staff would catch on quickly and shut down the yard- and 2) I've watched BB since the Marcellas season (season 2 or 3) and skipped the winter season. So yes, these hamsters are just too young to know any seasons older than maybe 8.

Petals said...

Clover - I've been watching since S1.

ceemurph said...

Jackie correct me if I’m wrong, but in sequester I think they show them just the previous one or two seasons so even the recruits get the idea. What they really should do is show them seasons 6,7,& 8.
@Clover I’ve been watching since S2 and lurking with Jackie and the gang many years. Welcome!

Jackie S. said...

They do show them the last season or two in sequester. Of course, these days they could actually watch from BB1 on CBS All Access. If I were 23 or so and even thinking of applying, I'd be binge watching all the seasons.

Anonymous said...

Isn't it funny that this show has such a wide appeal as far as age goes? Clover

Sharon N said...

Tommy & Cliff have the same idea for the Hide & Go Veto comp. Without the other knowing, they are both searching for hiding places. Wouldn't it be funny if BB decided not to have that comp this summer? LOL

Glenn Allen said...

I have watched since Season 1 and was on Jackie's AOL chatroom board.

Christie and Tommy's talk the other day when she was telling everyone she and Tommy lived 3 Exits from each other. That could make people believe it more.

If Christie goes to jury I am so having a dance party!!

My son is a super fan at 14. He's watched every single season on YouTube. He now has watched some seasons more then once. Chicken Groerge he says was a fun player to watch. He loves Will, Boggie, Janelle and Evel Dick, Will being his most favorite player. He respected Derricks and Dan's game. He can't wait until he's 21 to play. Only because I told him I'd prefer he wait until 21. I've of course have been watching since season 1.

Jenna G said...

My son wishes they'd bring back the way they used to pull the keys out around the table. He wishes they'd do the food have & have not comps again. He's even told me about how crappy the reception must have been on old TV'S because the recordings on UTUBE are so blurry 😂😂😂..that kid knows this game inside and out.

Jenna G said...

I'd like to see Cliff win only because he's the "old player" and has made it this far, when we all know they're usually out very early IF they make it past the first eviction. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind it if Tommy won.

Petals said...

I can't wait until your son goes on the show, Jenna!

Jenna G said...

Seven years! It will be here before we know it!

My family has been watching since BB 1!! But, I’m old! LOL... My grandchildren watch with my daughter who is 42. Obviously the grandkids don’t watch BBAD. But, we have had some great discussions! This year it has been hard for all of us to zero in on favorites!

Analyze is so incredibly dumb.
I swear... if her brain was in a buzzard, it would fly backwards!!

Jenna G, I agree with your son. I loved the way they used to pull keys. It made everyone squirm in their seats a little longer. Hope to see him on the show in a few years.

Jenna G...your son sounds like the kind of person that should be on the show. I love being reminded of all those old favs...Dr Will at the top of course...Boogie was a good jerk to hate on, I did not like Evel Dick but loved Janelle and Kaysar. I enjoyed Paul's antics too. Derrick was a good one too. Have any of you seen any of his efforts on tv? On some channel with a bunch of documentary-style mysteries. I hope he succeeds. Season one was so completely different than any of the ones that have followed. Remember the lady who decided while she was in the house that she wanted to divorce her husband? And her kids were watching?! A lot of us go all the way back altho I stopped watching for a few seasons and did not discover Jackie until way later. Now, to me, Jackie is why I watch, so I can follow the blog.

Judi Sweeney said...

All these names have taken me down memory lane too. My word I almost forgot about the woman who wanted to divorce her husband!

Jenna G. I agree with your son and want those those ways of doing things brought back! It players and true fans like your son who should be on BB!!! Look forward to seeing him on there one day! Just remind him that we can see ALL... LOL...
