Tiffany's birthday and Have Not ending feast |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Bedazzled Bedbugs:
- Well, no. They don't have bedbugs.
- The ants, however, have moved back in. I swear they wait for the BB season each year and possibly make reservations ahead of time.
- So much of yesterday was taken up with blocked live feeds (the no fish cam) and Whitney's one on one meetings that there wasn't much time for a heck of a lot of other good stuff.
- Xavier went and told Hannah that since Whitney was doing the talks, she should, too.
- Thankfully hers were not as long or painful or off in odd tangents as were Whitney's talks.
- This season the BB voice tells them to clean the house ... usually as they are cleaning it.
- Overall, they seem to be a cleaner group than some.
- While Derek F whines and fusses that he is the only one who cleans, I can think of many I've seen doing housework.
- Today and tomorrow is the major cleaning sweep as the live show is tomorrow at 5PM their time.
- Mind you, they are blocked off from doing laundry as the machines are outside -- something I've never really understood.
- Perhaps because I live in the land of the ice and snow, outside appliances just aren't a thing here.
- But I did spend a few years living in Los Angeles County as a child and our washing machine was inside the house!
- I'm obviously using a lot of filler material here, aren't I?
- There just isn't a lot to report!
- Besides cleaning, a lot of cooking was going on.
- At midnight they had a combination feast/celebration for the end of this week's Have Nots and Tiffany's birthday.
- Tiffany has declared that since it's her birthday, she should win the HOH to get a letter from home.
- I don't know.
- I'm not sure she really wants to show her cards yet. I think she would like a letter from home but she also would prefer to have someone else do her dirty work for her. She's been prepping Hannah for the role.
- Anyway, we should have an eviction with no surprises tonight as we bid adieu to Whitney.
- Then it's an endurance comp for HOH.
- I will post a separate post to cover the endurance comp as it plays out on the live feeds.
- Laters!
To be honest, I wouldn't miss her if she gets targeted. |
Listening to Whitney = dazed and confused |
Her campaigning was exhausting ... for me! |
They yawn. I yawn. |
Did she choose the outfit or did BB? I just can't ... |
I so wish Tiffany wasn't scheming against them! |
Watch your back, Derek. Trust no one. |

Thank you Ms Jackie, for sticking with the feeds even when they are booooring and fish-not-fish.
I did catch one thing last night that is very telling: DX & Ky decided to sleep together (well, I mean, in the same ROOM) last night and when Tiffany found out, she said that she was gonna go in there to make sure they didn't talk because, "This is MY house..."
Also of note - X was asking DX if he was interested in Hannah as more than a buddy,DX shut him down. DX said he'd be open to a showmance if there was someone he grooved with (my phrase), but Hannah is not that person. So...good.
Apparently, SB & Hannah have a frenemy-mance happening? SB promised to throw (or drop) before Hannah in tonight's HOH comp? wow, why?
I'd love an SB win. That's really shake-up the current house dynamic.
PS - Sovereign 6 members James & Janelle, as well as other BB alumni like Judd, Andy and others are all following this season and ALL are bored of the house noms/votes.
At least this season has potential to be epic, if we can change-up the groove!
Petals - SarahBeth is under the mistaken belief that Hannah is the only one she needs to worry about. She thinks she's got back-up due to the Royal Flush but is unaware of the Cookout. I'm not sure she can win an endurance but I think she will be making a mistake if she throws it. Tiffany is playing a rather cruel game but I notice no one is talking about targeting her. She did say she is there to play Big Brother and win.
As for previous BB players being bored with the house votes, we fans have been saying it for years. They often played that way. Perhaps they were IN the house, but we have been watching it happen for years. In other words, what they say really makes no difference to me! They aren't a part of our little community and I think the only alumni follower I have on Twitter is Sheila Kennedy.
I wish more alumni followed your blog, they'd be sure to enjoy your humorous take!
The ants have a permanent time share gig at the BB house we really should do a side pool next year on when they will show up lol
Jon - maybe the ants are plotting something, like a spinoff show called "Big Bugger"
Jackie, having been in construction most of my life, I can tell you moving the washer and dryer inside would be a major undertaking plumbing and electrical wise. They just messed up when first designing the house, and now to move them would require tearing up the concrete foundation and probably a few walls that would have to be put back up afterwards. The easiest way would be to move them to the opposite side of the wall they are currently on, but since the HOH staircase is right there, they would have to move that over to allow room for them. Then they wouldn't have to tear into the foundation, just move all the connections to the inside of the wall.
Well, looks like I am out of the Blog pool tonight. No great loss though since I didn't see Whitney going to the end anyway unless as a goat for a sure win by someone else. lol
David - I wouldn't expect them to move the appliances. I just think it was a stupid place to put them in the first place! I just don't understand why they put them there.
I’ll be out of the pool tonight, too. But after the very first show I knew I wouldn’t be in there long. 😂
Thanks Jackie…. It’s going to get interesting when these ladies start completely turning on each other! Smiling…
The winters are mild in SoCal, so a lot of things can be done that probably sound strange to people in other states.
When we lived in SoCal, our washer was in the kitchen. While we were out on an errand, the washer overflowed and flooded the kitchen and hall. That was when we decided to move the washer and dryer from 'inside the kitchen' to 'outside the kitchen' (covered patio area).
It was a relatively inexpensive job since the plumbing was the only thing that had to be reworked... from under the kitchen sink to the outside so that it would also be available for the washer/dryer. Where the washer and dryer had been before, we had the pipes cut back and capped off... and had cabinets installed. Win-Win
