I wish she would stop leaning on men |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Delusional Drama:
- Seriously, not a lot has changed in there.
- Derek has been running through his final speech to the jurors and it's pretty much what we saw on last night's show.
- He is whining and overplaying knee injuries he received during the Part Two comp.
- Xavier has been rolling his eyes and laughing about Derek's non-ending cries.
- He has been patient-ish with him but has kept trying to point out that the perceived injuries aren't that bad.
- Kyland pocketed a ring from Derek that belonged to Derek's father or something similarly sentimental (although Derek says he can buy another one, so ...).
- He and Xavier searched all over for the ring.
- Aha! They don't know that Kyland was wearing it the night he was evicted. Just before the results were given on camera, Kyland removed the ring and pocketed it.
- On camera, mind you.
- But they were there and apparently didn't see it.
- I actually had to re-watch to see it.
- But, no, Derek. "Tooken" is not a word. He took the ring. He has taken the ring. He stole the ring. But it was NOT "tooken."
- While I'm complaining, I would like that fan Xavier keeps playing with destroyed. He keeps whipping it open and closed. The sound on the live feeds is as bad as loud card shuffling.
- The cards can go away, too.
- At least chess is quiet.
- Tensions are running real high between Derek and Azah.
- You would think he'd realize that, since his making the final two MIGHT be in her hands if she wins the last part of HOH, he should play nice.
- Nope. He keeps acting like he played a better game than her, saved her in the Kyland vote out scenario (which she KNEW was Xavier's wishes/demand), carried her all game long ... and on and on.
- He's kind of sounding the same noise at Xavier about what a great game he's played.
- Xavier is laughing it off (although not to his face) because he knows what a bad player Derek has been.
- But it's getting to Azah. It's very possible that she might reconsider her options if she wins that last part.
- Xavier is worried that she might and has been studying and memorizing as much as he can.
- Xavier is still telling Derek he will pick him if he wins the last comp part. He probably will. He knows Derek's speech inside and out, certainly knows Derek's game (or lack thereof) and probably thinks he would have a better chance to win against Derek than Azah.
- He would/should win against either.
- With so few in the house, it has turned mostly into The Derek Drama Show. If not his comp losses, it's his knees. If not his knees, it's the position he's in which he has no say in the game. On and on.
- It could be just me ... but I wish Azah would stop cuddling with Xavier and even a bit with Derek.
- I know I'm just not the touchy-feely huggy type. So it could be me. But, to me, it makes her look dependent on the men ... or something to that effect.
- I know she wants Xavier to choose her for final two if he wins, but sheesh.

That fan needs to be trashed or taken away from Xavier! |
|
Hand in pants, finger in mouth ... |
|
What? Actually not cuddling or leaning on a man? |
|
Laughing at Derek's cries of pain drama |
|
Feeling sorry for himself ... again |

Thank you Jackie! I agree… Azah ends up looking too needy!
If Derek can replace the ring, then it is NOT his dad's fight ring (or whatever they get - I thought it was a belt!)
This is the cuddliest group ever. Never saw so many HGs snuggling all season.
I read that the "tooken" ring was Derek's school class ring, which apparently was the last thing his father bought for him. He could order a replacement ring, but it wouldn't have the connection with his Dad.
Jackie, it’s clearly obvious the Derek has tooken Azah all the way in this game lol
Doesn't Derek's dad have a lot of children with multiple women and that Derek is not close to him? No judgment. Just curios.
If Kyland tooken the ring, he will probably return it on finale night. Poor ol' Derek is so desperate for an actual connection to his father. I wonder if Joe Frazier is even still alive.
Here’s an article which explains the complicated family of Joe Frazier, who died in 2011. Derek is the youngest of his 11 kids with six women.

Sally,
Thank you for the interesting article on Joe and Derek Frazier. They obviously had a very complicated family configuration. Incidentally, if we go on Google and search "Joe Frazier's net worth", it give an insight into the money situation towards the end of Joe's life. I believe that has influenced Derek's quest for winning BB money.

Okay -- So I did not know about the "ring" being taken by Kyland. If that is the case, I would think that Big Brother would have an obligation to approach Kyland since it is on video and tell him that he needs to return it. That is really really really awful that Kyland would do such a game. Boy he went out in a very "NEGATIVE" way. What a sore loser and how ugly to take something that has such sentimental value to Derek. just so wrong! As for Derek, what a baby! I agree, he is a whiner and is dillusional about his accalades in the house. He floated all the way thru the gain just as Azah did. This is XAVIER's game to lose and hopefully he will NOT. He is super smart, played a great game, very mature and professional and he deserves to win this. I will be so bummed if he does not. I would not support either Derek or Azah winning at all. They did not PLAY GREAT GAMES. They are FLOATERS!

Big D has to be the worst BB player of ALL time. He was guaranteed second place but has badgered Azah to the point that she’s now going to take X if she wins part 3. I hope she does. She should absolutely take Big D if she wants to win, but if she’s happy with second, I say GO FOR IT!!!

Derek gave Kyland the ring as proof of his loyalty and that he would not vote him out. I don’t know why he would that since he was getting ready to vote him out, but it’s not like Kyland went through his stuff and stole the ring. I’m sure he is planning to give it back after the game.
The ring was the same as Dan giving Ian his "grandfather's cross". It was meant as collateral for Derek taking him to final 3. When X didn't use the veto though, Kyland took it off and put it in his pocket. That's all on tape so you can see for yourself. There are clips on youtube. Personally, I believe he will give it back to DF. jmo
Big D told X that it was a gift from his Dad when he graduated as valedictorian (I find that hard to believe) from the military academy he attended. Whether it's true or not, going to a military academy, Big D said that he could just buy another ring but that was a gift from his father. That is the story of the ring.

Derek F. graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy. They were so impressed with him (particularly how "personable" he was) that they offered him a job right off, and he is now the Director of Admissions.
BTW - Valley Forge is both high school and junior college, and is veddy British don'cha know. Many decades ago I lived just down the road from the campus.
Wait I thought DF was a safety officer. That’s the occupation BB has listed.
I think it’s sad the way DF and X are treating Azah right now. She is going to be so stressed by the time they compete tonight there’s no way she will win it. It’s disgusting that X is still planning to take DF to final 2 after the way he has behaved the last few days.
He graduated in 2010 from Valley Forge. On his LinkedIn, he lists Assistant Director of Admissions there from Jan. 2018 to October 2018. That's 10 months. He was then unemployed (according to his own LinkedIn) for two years, then he worked the Safety Officer job CBS lists but only from Jan. 2020 to Nov. 2020. Definitely not so impressive! You can find his LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/derek-frazier-282214b5
Other than a camp counselor job he had there, his first employment with the school wasn't until 2014. He also claims that in 2006 (when he was maybe 16 years old) that he worked for McDonalds for a month as an Assistant Manager/Cashier. I believe he embellishes just a bit.
BTW - Although the school has a junior college, he attended a different community college and then earned his bachelor's elsewhere.
