BB21: Live Feeds into Wednesday - August 7

It's good to see her laughing.

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Jumpin' Jacks:
  • The plan is still to vote out Jack over Jackson on Thursday.
  • That said, rumors of the plan have hit Jack.
  • The Jacks both say they won't campaign against each other although they both seem to still be bristling over their kerfuffle the other day.
  • Jack plans on "blowing up" Kat's game in his speech on Thursday.
  • Um. Okay. But they pretty much know most of what she's been doing anyway.
  • I don't see how he thinks it will help him any.
  • But he's more known for his sexual escapades rather than his brains.
  • Cliff, Kat, Jess and Nicole are onto Tommy and Christie. No, not onto the fact that they actually knew each other before the show. No, not onto the fact they're working closely together. What they're onto is the fact that both are playing both sides. They're onto fake tears.
  • After saying that a girl like Nicole would never have the chance to talk to a guy like him -- say WHAT -- Jack nestled into the hammock last night with Nicole and acted oh-so-interested in her, her life and talked a lot about himself as well.
  • Now, I'm sure Jack thinks he's "all that." He isn't. Nicole probably doesn't talk to guys like him often because she's not into scummy arrogant nasty boys!
  • Of course, though she didn't argue with him, she saw through the whole act and reported back to her buddies.
  • She also talked of a run-in with Christie in which Christie referred to "your side versus my side." Nicole said that she felt she had NO side -- she was an outsider shunned by them. I'm glad she's speaking up.
  • However, there are two sides now and, unfortunately/fortunately some cracks in each.
  • Fortunately, due to Sam's instigation, the Six have fractured. Tommy and Christie seem to be the most solid with each other; the rest are all distrusting.
  • Unfortunately, I see some problems ahead for the Jess, Kat, Cliff and Nicole group as well. First, we know Kat has a final two deal with Holly. (I actually think Holly would honor that more quickly than her sex kitten Jackson.) Then there's Cliff. We saw him before deal for his own safety rather than making a big move and securing the support of others. Then we get to Jess. While she did fantastic this week and will be getting a Jack out, I think she's more forgiving than some and perhaps a bit more gullible. Last but not least, we have Nicole. I think she's very onto the politics of the house, but she hasn't won any comps. She needs to win something and secure her spot.
  • Throughout all of this, Nick is the true floater these days -- going from one group to another within the six and out of the six. He's telling Jackson that he will be voting for him to stay which is in the Jess Etc. group's plan. But it's not because of their plan. I think he wants Jack out of the way as a competitor in the game as well as a competitor for Analyse.
  • But then we're getting more flirting of Nick to Tommy. What's up with that?
  • We're still standing at the plan to get rid of Jack tomorrow. And, they're still acting like Jackson is the target even though Jack's picked up on some buzz that he's the target.
  • It doesn't matter to me.
  • Either can go and I'll be happy.

Will he float if the power shifts?

Hopefully she started a trend in the house

Get away from Nicole, Jack!

They're onto Tommy lately. Good.

BB21: Live Feeds into Tuesday - August 6

In between slimings

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Falling Jacks:
  • Jess should be beating out Cliff in the popularity ratings. At least she had the cojones to follow through on nominating the Jacks.
  • True, she won the veto and Cliff didn't. However there are things he could have done and didn't. He buckled.
  • As far as the veto punishments go -- I mentioned Tommy's is a bit similar to when Paul had to run around being a secret agent. Paul was funnier. Tommy just straps these puny-sounding air horns to his wrists and goes from room to room. I would have expected more drama from him.
  • We don't get to really see what's going on with Jack and Jackson's punishments. Jack has to clean up a mess from visiting aliens as they spread their alien dust about. Jackson gets slimed while fighting an alien. Both happen during blocked feeds and we just see the aftermath.
  • The target is still Jack out this week.
  • They still are working on convincing the others that Jackson is the target.
  • Of course, anything can happen between now and Thursday.
  • But we can rest assured that either Jack or Jackson will go home this week. Well, to jury anyway. Away from us. That's all that matters.
  • According to what Cliff told Jess, when Jackson handed him his slimed jacket, it weighed about 30 pounds. Jackson has two different jackets for the role and must wash and change out each time slimed.
  • Tommy's punishment has him going at various speeds -- sound, light, smell.
  • Interesting … in his Cliff's Notes last night, Cliff mentioned how his job must be gone by now and he'll need to figure out the COBRA stuff after he gets home. Hmm. I though he would have arranged a long-term leave somehow rather than risk his job. That's why the show usually gets younger people with little to lose job-wise. Plus, he should have checked into things. It's not like you have a ton of time to decide on COBRA and you end up paying for the time you missed after your health insurance stopped. I know these things.
  • Although the Cliff's Angels plan is to let all think that Jackson's the target, Cliff went ahead and told Jackson that he'll be voting Jack out.
  • Sigh.
  • On the other hand, they're seeing how close Tommy, Christie and Jack really are.
  • While Christie seems to have many still snowed, Tommy's running from one side to the other isn't going unnoticed.
  • All in all, it was rather uneventful other than the punishments which, for the most part, we didn't see.
  • I don't expect much out of today either.
  • But that's okay -- a Jack or a Jackson, most likely the former, will be out this week!
Next after the Jacks, I say!

A normal night at home

Yet she gets all spiffed up for the live show

Thank you, Jess.

BB21: Live Feeds Bulletin - Veto Ceremony - Aug. 5

Well. well. well. The veto meeting was today. blocked to the live feeds. Instead of rabid hamsters, we got cute puppies available for adoption.

So, did Jess pull a Cliff?

Nope. Jackson and Jack remain on the block. Woot!

BB21: HoH Comp/Nominations Show Blog Party - August 4

Since BB has gotten into the awful habit of only starting the HoH comp on the live show and then blocking the action from the live feeds … we will see the completion of the comp tonight. Nope, wasn't even an endurance comp. I can only think they think their Sunday audience numbers will improve due to the suspense of it all. Yeah, right.

Although live feed watchers know the result and even the result of the PoV comp, I request NO SPOILERS in this show post. Spoilers from the live feeds will be removed. I get complaints from "show only" watchers when spoilers are in comments of the show posts. Thank you.

I'll be live-blogging and updating this post with the major events as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh this page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!

Previously on has to work its way up to the start of the HoH. I'll tap my foot until that happens.

Kat is happy to still be in the house but is a bit upset that they almost flipped and voted her out. Jackson is worried he will be targeted. He wants Jack to notice that Christie and Tommy might not be all that trustworthy. He tells Jack that Holly and Kat were teamed up against him. Jack now trusts Tommy and Christie more than the trusts Jackson.

Jackson tells Tommy that Kat and Holly know each other. Tommy thinks now that all three -- Jackson, Holly and Kat knew each other before. He thinks they need to get Kat out NOW (this is before the live eviction). Tommy goes to Christie and Jack about flipping the vote to keep Sam. Tommy is the instigator as he goes around. Analyse is even suspicious. Why would they be keeping Sam when Sam hasn't a clue they're keeping him.

Holly heard Tommy running around. She wants to air things out. Tommy tells Holly that Jackson is going around saying that Kat and Holly know each other. Holly is steaming! The Six gathers in the Boat Room and Holly confronts Jackson. Cliff and the others are eavesdropping. Lots of "you know each other" accusations -- thrown by Christie and Tommy, the two who actually know each other best. Jackson stomps out, Jack slams the door. Kat denies knowing either Holly or Jackson and is upset. Jack is insistent that they do. Now they're all saying Jackson is a snake. It's working its way almost to a brouhaha.

Jess feels clueless to help her buddy Kat. (No, they didn't know each other before.) Jackson thinks he got burned by Jack. He thinks Jack is picking Christie over him. Christie doesn't want Kat to go. The consensus is that the six is over. More screaming. More yelling. Christie is campaigning for Kat to stay and saying Kat wants Jackson out. As they get closer to the live show time, it's switched back to Kat staying but the Six have split.

A half-hour into the show and we haven't even gotten to the HoH comp start yet! Finally … they study the ads and then get called to go to their booths. True or False.

Camp Expo
1. Jackson out
2/ Analyse, Cliff out
3. Tommy, Nick out
4. Christie out.
5. Jack out.
6. Nicole out.
7. Kat out.

JESS WINS HOH!

Jackson is not happy. Jack is not happy. Tommy overacts his own response.

Nicole, Jess, Kat and Cliff happy dance in the storage room. With the major alliance showing all kinds of cracks, it's time for them (Cliff's Angels) to step their game up.

Holly talks to Kat, her promise to her preceded her relationship with Jackson. Kat thinks Jackson is the dumbest one in the house and she doesn't like him but knows the entire house might want him out. So, she can be loyal to her ride and die Holly.

Now the four are dancing in the HoH room. Kat tells us she's ready to be loyal to this group. They think that perhaps Jack and Jackson go on the block with Jack being the target. However, they want the others to think Jackson's the target.

Time for the Nominations Ceremony. Jess first nominates Jackson, then Jack. She says it's because she hasn't been in on things happening in the house and think have come to light -- they seem to be a common denominator. Jack cries to us because he betrayed his friend. Oh, boo-hoo.

BB21: Live Feeds into Sunday Afternoon - August 4

Playing games

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Alien Anteaters:
  • Not only did Jess win the veto yesterday, but it was one of the prize/punishment comps.
  • Kat won a trip to Hawaii. Nick won $5,000.
  • Then there are the punishments -- Tommy has to wear a very dorky red conehead outfit and run around the house into each room saying things like "I'm traveling at the speed of _____." The blank is things like light, sound, smell. It's reminiscent to that punishment Paul had when he was a private eye (whatever) going into each room.
  • Jackson and Jack each got some kind of visitor punishments. I believe those will be similar to the "visits" we've seen before and might not be on the live feeds.
  • Jack had a visit from Allen the Angry Alien and ended up having to vacuum all the space dust mess.
  • At this point, since Jess has all the power -- I hope she won't take one down no matter who says what to her.
  • Christie's power is a done deal. It's the last week to use it and, since she can't decide the replacement nomination (it's the veto holder's decision), no use giving it to Jess because Jess is already the one deciding anyway.
  • Does that make sense?
  • Right now the eviction plan is still Jack but making Jack and his cohorts believe Jackson is the target.
  • I do find it a bit annoying that Jess is a bit blind to all that Jackson does.
  • But, for me, as long as she doesn't allow anyone to sway her to save one and do a renom, either one going is fine with me.
  • People seem to be questioning about how to vote for the field trip. Vote people you don't like. Sure, one will get a week of safety, but two will receive bad things -- a nomination and a punishment. There's no way to say who will get what.

Mugging for the camera?

Eating up all the produce

Has to attach wrist things

Traveling at the speed of smell

BB21: Live Feeds Saturday, PoV - August 3

Krazy Kat

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Screamin' Demons:
  • Unlike Cliff, it looks like Jess is sticking to her guns.
  • Her real target is Jack, as much as I think most of the internet is now more bothered by Jackson.
  • However, it's Jack who has lied to her.
  • It's Jack who has excluded her.
  • It's Jack who has never treated her nicely nor even really talked to her.
  • On the other hand, although we've seen Jackson's horrible references about her, that's something she really hasn't seen.
  • On occasion, Jackson has taken the time to actually talk with her a bit.
  • But then he mocks her behind her back. But, again, she doesn't really see that like we do.
  • She knows that both need to go and both are toxic, plus powerful.
  • Cliff's Angels want to act like Jackson is the target to make Jack feel safe, then vote Jack out.
  • In her talks with Christie, supposedly Christie doesn't want to use her power unless one of the Jacks wins veto. Then, if course, she could pass on the power to the winner, the other would come down and name the replacement.
  • If a Jack doesn't win veto, that would put her in the awkward position of choosing between them and she says she doesn't want that.
  • If she's thinking, she might want to think about who could be a threat to her own game. She's been talking about getting both Jacks out (and thanks to the Sam house blow up), it's now known. Could she go further in the game against weaker competitors even if only a peripheral member of a female and Cliff alliance?
  • I predict lots of drama from her.
  • Both Tommy and Nick have told Jack that if they get chosen and win, they'll take him down over Jackson.
  • Neither is really privy that he's the actual target.
  • But I think there might be some fallout with them. Tommy's game strategy has been rat er, friend to all. He's been avoiding winning comps. Will he not win this one just to keep all his friendship and sunshine?
  • Then there's Nick. He really should come to his senses and realize that he's not one of the Cool Kids and that the Cool Kids are falling apart. It's a sinking ship at this point. Plus, if he stays with them, he'll be the expendable one.
  • What about Jackson? He's been, with the exception of romping with Holly, pretty much isolating himself. He seems to think it's all over. He and Jack are on the outs and he's moping about.
  • Uh-oh. The veto players picked are Tommy, Nick and Kat.
  • The regular paranoia is setting in with Christie. Now she's worried that Jackson and Holly might join with the others conspiring against them.
  • She told Jack that she's been told Jackson is the target and if she finds out any differently she'll use her power to put Nicole up as a pawn.
  • By the way, this is the last week for her power.
  • She's sure that Jackson is the target.
  • Right.
  • That's what they want you to think.
  • All will hinge on the veto.
  • I saw a CBS teaser and it looks like it might be the comp with them on ziplines looking at pictures. There seem to be pictures, anyway. If it is that comp, I fear if Tommy tries for it, he might win.
  • But I don't think he'll try.
  • In other news, Jess removed the sex stool from the HoH shower. She received some foods in her HoH basket and they're in the room.
  • Jess hasn't had any odd crab er, bug bites.
  • Meanwhile, Holly has a new bite on her thigh.
  • I think Jackson is a walking health hazard.
  • Ohhh! The feeds are back!
  • JESSICA WON THE POWER OF VETO.
  • Done and done, a Jack goes home!

Making the parents so proud!

Woe is me. My best friend hates me.

Oh, my. Close your mouth, Analyse.

BB21: Live Feeds Bulletin - Nominations - August 2

Jess held meetings with everyone to let them plead their case to stay off the block. However, her mind was already made up.

Jack and Jackson are on the block.

BB21: Live Feeds into Friday - August 2

Game on!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Flailing Ferrets:
  • Are the show fans finally going to get a real reprieve?
  • It looks like we are!
  • Bur first … if you have the time to do so, make sure you watch the YouTube video I posted on my last update. It explains the chaos leading into last night's live show. Make popcorn.
  • If you missed the news, JESSICA won HoH.
  • And, thanks to much which was revealed in that hour of chaos, people know a lot more of what's really going on in the house.
  • As a result of more knowledge, it looks like Cliff's Angels -- Cliff, Nicole, Jess and Kat -- are ready to actually play Big Brother.
  • Knowledge is power, after all.
  • Part of why this report is so late is that, since I slept during the overnight, I ended up watching their long, long strategy talk this morning.
  • Finally! It seems to be game on!
  • They plan on including Nick as a peripheral, but he's not really a part of their group.
  • Oh, by the way, they formed Cliff's Angels as a take-off on Charlie's Angels last week. But they really were clueless about much going on, so they really were out of the loop.
  • Jess wants to target the Jacks. The Angels all agree they're good targets.
  • She seems to prefer Jack out over Jackson out.
  • If she puts them up and one gets saved, they think Analyse because she keeps saying she wants to go home and she has been rude and lying to them a lot.
  • Both Kat and Cliff were very quick to speak up not to nominate Christie. Supposedly, Kat "loves" Christie. And, we know that Christie and Cliff are working together to an extent. But, of course, Cliff didn't admit that to them.
  • As an extension of Christie, Tommy is also off the table for nomination. They all recognize the Christie/Tommy power duo, but think they can be used right now to get either Jack or Jackson out because that would keep that particular blood off the hands of C/T.
  • In all of the talks about who knew whom before coming in the house during the chaos and leading into it, the ones who know each other best and are working together -- Christie and Tommy -- are still a secret.
  • They talked about having Christie not use her power if they tell her that she and Tommy are safe. She has been having some issues with Analyse, so they think that's acceptable.
  • It's the last week of Christie's power. I'm not sure if she won't use it even with safety promises. Of course, she could turn it into some kind of drama.
  • Kat was also quite forward about wanting to keep Holly safe. She's denying the aspersions cast that they know each other but …!
  • Although Kat and Holly had a bit of a kerfuffle about Kat referring to Jackson as disrespectful to women and aggressive -- Holly told her she shouldn't say those things because they're on TV (yet she's had sex on TV with him @@) and you don't want to ruin his reputation, Kat is in Holly's corner.
  • I say, "Too late for that and he did it to himself."
  • That said, the others aren't too bothered by Holly in the house. It's Jackson that bothers them.
  • And Jack.
  • They even discussed how they don't want "them" gathering together in the Have Not room if Jess has to nominate Have Nots.
  • Cliff suggested the first three out of the HoH comp which would include himself, Analyse and Nick -- none of them have been Have Nots before, so two good reasons.
  • Apparently, had Jess not won the comp, Nicole would have, She came in second.
  • Oh, and Jack cried while off all alone in a bed.
  • Poor sad Jack.
  • I think we're getting some satisfaction this week.
  • I hope.
  • Nominations will be later today.

Who woulda thunk it that she'd be the one?

Will he indeed stop running to Christie?

What comes around goes around, Jack.

Trying to protect Holly. but not the Jacks

The pact is made. Done and done.

BB21: Mysterious Live Feeds "Leak" Before the Show - Aug. 1

I interrupt your regularly scheduled blog post to bring you the following video. I will post an update a bit later, but thought y'all might be interested in this. I don't know for sure if the video will remain up. I don't know if it's a "leak" by the production team or not, but suspect it is. It's a shame they blocked us from seeing this drama on the feeds yesterday! Language alert!

BB21: Live Feeds Bulletin - HoH Winner - August 1

As I predicted, the comp was blocked to the live feeds. I really don't like this practice of doing that this season. They returned about an hour and twenty minutes after the show ended. And, we have a new HoH.

So … who won HoH? Hold onto your glasses and weaves now.

Jessica.

Well, that's different. But I don't have any real high hopes.

BB21: Live Eviction, HoH Show Blog Party - August 1

Tonight we should see either Kat or Sam go home. Sigh. We should also find out more about that field trip that fans will be voting on. And, thankfully, we won't have an extra two and a half hours on top of the live eviction show like I did last week blogging the endurance comp. As far as I know, the comp will conclude within the show.

Lifeguard SueGee has updated the blog pool and you can find your hamster right at this link.

I'll be live blogging and updating this entry with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest update! As always, the real party is in the comments. I hope to see you there!

Julie tells us that the past hour (blocked to live feeds) has been wild in the house with all kinds of accusations. She said she's not sure how anything is going. Hmm. Then we're into the Previously On.

Uh-oh. He said the battle for power begins again. I certainly hope it ends by the end of the show!

Back to Julie, she says the Six Shooters haven't turned on each other … until tonight. The early clips now focus on Sam being likely to go home. Sam thinks Analyse is a vote for him to stay. She tells us if there's any way to save Sam, she would.

Poor Tommy and Christie's poison ivy. Oh, now the calamine has cured them and they can finally go outside!

Kat has been working with Holly and decides it's time to get Holly to split with the Six. Kat tells on Christie's plan not to go to the final four with couples. Now Holly is concerned that Christie is getting into alliances with others. So Holly goes to Analyse with Christie suspicions. Deals with CLiff and such are the fodder, along with Christie making all the decisions for everyone.

Cliff is working on Christie to get her going on splitting up the couples. (Thusly proving Holly's concerns.)

Julie tells us Sam takes a last ditch effort to break up the couples because he has nothing to lose. He runs to Jackson/Holly about the conversation regarding Cliff and Christie going after them and Jack. Sam says it would be beneficial if he stayed. Jackson asks him if he'd be willing to work with him and Holly if he stays. So, now the editing is turning towards Sam staying.

Of course, Holly is reluctant because she's working with Kat, unknown to all. Now, she doesn't have a vote tonight, but Jack/Jackson do. The Jacks meet and Jackson tells Jack about the Christie/Cliff news.

To the living room live. Julie congratulates them on making it to 44 days. She asks Cliff about being away from his wife. He gets a bit teary saying he misses her. Nicole, dealing with being locked away. Tough, but new different family. Now to Tommy with his little dance routine he taught them all. We get clips and this is just filler fluff. It's not like the show has been getting bad press not addressed or anything.

To the living room again for the live vote:
Kat - Confident about being a woman, sometimes in BB it can't be, hope her parents see she's the strong woman, can be nice and win.
Sam - Shout out to wife and kids, Daddy's coming home. Didn't come in to babysit, I came in drama free nothing to do with me, love ya all.

The votes to evict:

Christie - Sam
Nicole - Sam
Jackson - Sam
To commercial …
Jack - Sam
Nick - Sam
Analyse - Sam
Jess - Sam
Cliff - Sam
Tommy - Sam

Sheeple! Although I know Sam told Nicole to vote with the house.

Julie tells Sam that he was actually safe and they planned to keep him at 3pm their time today but then all heck broke loose. He says that Kat cried more than he did and maybe he should have played pity party. He gets nice goodbye messages from Nick, Nicole, Cliff and Holly -- she tells him she has a final two with Kat.

The field trip eight days of voting, special competition. Winner safe that week, second place a punishment, third person on the block as a third nominee. It would all go down for the eviction the week after next. Voting live at the CBS BB website.

HoH comp begins. It will obviously run over after the show as it's five minutes to go. Camp Expo. Kiosks with ads for many camps, head to booths, series of true or false questions. Wrong, eliminated. Their study time begins now.

Good luck and goodnight from Julie. Sunday the HoH will be announced plus what happened before the show tonight with the chaos.

I don't think they're going to air this on the live feeds, but when I find out that or who won HoH, I'll post. I think it's going to blocked, though.

BB21: Live Feeds into Thursday - August 1

He's losing the loser spotlight to Jackson

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Sleazy Squirrels:
  • I feel like I must be some kind of prude or something.
  • Y'see, putting the racist issues and any bullying aside, it's really bothering me that so many in the house are so quick to have sex, mostly unprotected, when they don't really know each other, have no plans of long term relationships and THEY'RE ON CAMERA TO THE WORLD.
  • I do like Kat, for example. But … before the feeds went on, she went ahead and had a single bout of unprotected sex with Jackson (with basically a stranger) and now she's worried she might be pregnant.
  • Gah.
  • BB supplies them with condoms event. Oh, but the "boys" don't want to use them.
  • @@
  • The HoH shower should be closed off and disinfected.
  • Dang, it makes me wish for the olden days of Howie's Jack Shack. At least that wasn't something that might affect the rest of someone's life.
  • Moving on …
  • This big alliance is just a hot mess. Thinking of Level 6 last season, that worked because they maintained confidences, weren't blatantly hanging out together (although this season the outsiders are still in the dark because they're just that bad at the game) and were loyal to each other.
  • This year we have people wanting in on the Six -- Cliff, Sam, Nick (back in for him) and Jess. The only one who's totally out and doesn't want in is Nicole. Therefore, she must be dangerous. Kat is a peripheral -- not in, but not out with all of the six.
  • The six have people who know each other from before the show -- Christy/Tommy and Holly/Jackson (to an extent, on Instagram).
  • Holly MIGHT have more loyalty to her peripheral knew (but not closely) before the season online buddy Kat.
  • I think we just might need flowcharts to try to keep track of who's with whom. Level Six was plain old clear and simple … and none had a previous relationship of any kind.
  • In other news, Sam is sure he's the target, but he's not going to go down without blowing up the game of whomever he can.
  • That said, he told Nicole to go ahead and vote with the majority so the target doesn't intensify on her.
  • Of course, the majority doesn't usually include Nicole, so she has to hope Jess or Cliff might tell her or guess.
  • Sam told Holly and Jackson that Christie made some deal with Cliff the week of his HoH to target Jack and Jackson.
  • He even got the Jacks doubting their loyalty to each other.
  • Tommy's running around to everyone hasn't gone unnoticed.
  • Analyse is on the suspicion list for Holly/Jackson, too.
  • But Analyse is just basically clueless and not overly bright. Although she came close to winning the endurance comp, thinking just ain't her game.
  • Kat found out that Sam was hoping she'd freak out like she did when she was on the block before.
  • She has remained cool and sometimes even comedy relief throughout.
  • I can't say for sure, but it still looks like Sam will go tonight. Since he didn't play his own game and wanted to be in with the Six, I won't mind bidding him adieu. In another house, we could have had a contender.

They can't figure her out

But … but … I want to be in with the cool kids!

Sam's campaigning and seed-planting

Simply sleazy this season. Trashy indeed.

BB21: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - July 31

Okay, tonight we'll have the PoV comp. Word on the street is that it might have farm animals. Perhaps we shouldn't let Jackson near it? Speaking of Jackson, Entertainment Weekly, which is usually pro-BB, had a rather revealing article on Jackson right at this link. Hopefully something will be said on the live show tomorrow. I don't think they can keep ignoring the bad publicity or think by giving them a bit worse edit that fans will be happy.

I'll be live-blogging the major events as they air here on the East Coast. Refresh this page to get the latest update! As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!

Previously on … and on.

We pick up at the end of the nominations ceremony with Nick and Sam on the block. Nick knew he's being targeted. Sam thinks he's supposedly a pawn. Mick and Sam are talking about the PoV players -- Nick wants to pick Jess because he could beat her and thinks that she would go home before Sam. Sam is still worried. Nicole is worried that either she or another one of her allies would go up as a replacement.

Kat tells Holly that she's willing to go up as a pawn if either Nick or Sam come down. They think, not only would it not "get blood on Holly's hands" but it would also conceal that they're working together.

Time to pick veto players -- Holly randomly draws Tommy. Sam gets Houseguest's Choice and picks Cliff. Nick draws Jessica. Holly chooses Jack to host the comp.

Veto comp time! It's a farm setting. They're dressed in farmer gear. There are sheep for the sheeple! How fitting is that? They have to herd them head to head. Counting sheep is the name of the comp. The order is chosen for them.

Nick vs. Jess is the first pair facing off. Their target number is seven. They have to collect sheep with numbers adding up to the number seven. Nick wins and advances to the next round.

Holly and Sam next. Their target number is eight. Holly wins and advances.

Cliff and Tommy are next with a target number of nine. Tommy wins and advances.

Nick and Holly face off with a target number of 15. Nick wins the round and Holly is eliminated.

Nick and Tommy go for the final round. Their target number is 21.

NICK WINS THE POWER OF VETO! Sam is sad, but he says he's still going to try. Holly isn't pleased because Nick was her target.

Christie talks to Holly. Is this a sign from above? Is Sam the bigger threat? Holly says that if she puts up Kat, that's a pawn. If she puts up Nicole, that's a target.

Christie and Tommy are given a poison ivy treatment -- bright pink "calamine lotion."

Sam tried to talk to Holly -- he wants someone with baggage next to him on the block. He tells her he has no beef with her, would never go after her. She brings up Nicole to him. He says she tried to play both sides. She tells us there are big threats, but they're in her alliance. Maybe she could use Sam to take those shots.

Holly talks about Nicole with CHristie. Christie thinks that would be a waste because "she won't win anything." Sam could win an HoH. Christie tells us she thinks something fishy is going on because Holly is pushing the Nicole agenda. Tommy runs to Analyse with the intel. It's now a red flag to her. Cracks are cracking more in their alliance.

Analyse runs to Jackson and Holly with the information. Jackson is getting more ticked about it than Holly. They don't like to hear that they're considered a couple. Well, duh. Maybe they shouldn't be a couple. Jackson is very disturbed that people think he might have a deal with Nick.

Jackson goes to Christie about the rumor that he and Holly are working with Nick and Sam. Hw claims it's Holly's HOH and not anyone else's. She talks to Holly to smooth things over. She brings Tommy in to talk with Holly. Now Holly thinks Analyse is planting seeds. Holly talks to Jackson. He says she doesn't have to bark at him. She was talking calmly, mind you.

Time for the veto meeting. Nick, of course, saves himself. In his place, Holly puts (the pawn) Kat on the block. Someone she doesn't talk a  lot of game with and doesn't know where her head is at. Yeah, right.

So, tomorrow night it will be either Sam or Kat leaving.

BB21: Live Feeds into Tuesday Evening - July 30

I'm shocked she's kept the Tommy secret

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Frustrated Fans:
  • This is going to be a bit brief tonight. I'm one of those frustrated fans, y'see.
  • Sam, sure he's going home on Thursday, had been practicing a big throw Christie under the bus eviction speech. He wanted to blow up her game, tell how she conspired with others to go against members of her own alliance and all.
  • He told Nicole the speech. She didn't seem to have  much reaction. I think she just might be happy she didn't get put on the block this week.
  • However, Nick freaked at Sam's speech … mainly because some of the information to Sam came from him.
  • He asked Sam not to do it because he is trying to get back in with them.
  • What is wrong with Nick?
  • Why doesn't he see that ship has sailed? They don't want him for anything but OUT.
  • Sam seems to have backed down from his speech but told Nick he should know that he'll never really get back in with them.
  • Of course, both Sam and Cliff have been running to them with information.
  • Dang, all of this make Jess look better.
  • Last night Jackson was (supposedly) sick and had to be seen be a doctor. He claimed he had been vomiting.
  • Now, that couldn't be the week's worth of groceries he eats every singled day, could it?
  • It got them talking -- apparently both Tommy and Cliff had diarrhea. They talked about undercooked chicken and some other things.
  • I don't know. One day I saw them leave uncooked meat out on the table for hours and hours. Jackson drinks out of the communal drink jugs and eats out food storage containers with his bare hands.
  • Tommy and Christie no longer have poison ivy.
  • Holly and Jackson were talking. Jackson was going on about Kat, but Holly spoke up for her saying that she thinks some of the things he takes umbrage at (not how she termed it) were just Kat's way of deflecting things or stabs at humor.
  • They also talked about once the Six get down. Holly was saying that they're likely to be targeted because they're a real couple. According to her, Tommy and Christie aren't a real couple. She's right.
  • Then she said, "Sis and Jack aren't a couple. They're just two people who have sex together."
  • She seems to ignore that Jackson had Kat before he had her.
  • BB has put a "sex stool" in the non-camera HoH shower stall.
  • Christie has been giving them tips on how to use it.
  • @@
  • Hey, CBS … I'm an adult. If I want to watch/hear about porn, I could go elsewhere. I'm so sick of the casting on BB that gets people who just want to jump in bed with each other.
  • For the record -- No sex for Nicole, Jess, Cliff, Sam, Tommy, Christie, Kemi, Ovi, David (although he did have a flirtmance with Kat, but I'm okay with that). Of those, three are married, so it's a very good thing.

Listening to Christie talk and talk

Sick last night, eating again today

BB21: Live Feeds Monday, PoV Meeting - July 29

The one who gets him out deserves the win

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Pompous Pups:
  • Oh, the talk went back and forth.
  • There are strong rumblings about the Jacks -- Jackson in particular.
  • Like me, they sometimes call him Michie, sometimes call him Jackson.
  • It would be nice if one of those names was a decent personality.
  • But they both pretty much suck.
  • The girls were talking about teaming up with Sam to take him out.
  • What girls? Holly, Analyse and Christie.
  • However, in order to keep Sam to work with them, they'd need to keep Sam.
  • When Nick takes himself down with the veto, they'd have to put up someone who would go home instead of Sam.
  • Y'know … if they put up Jackson, I'd just bet he'd go home!
  • But … noooo.
  • They won't do that.
  • The talk was on and off about putting Nicole up.
  • Kat had volunteered to go up as a pawn. Of course, that would mean that Sam leaves this week.
  • Holly wanted the HoH, but she sure doesn't want to make the decision. Now, she does have Jackson to tell her what to do, but ...1
  • She took the easy way out.
  • When Nick took himself down, she put Kat on the block.
  • So, we have Sam and Kat on the block.
  • You do realize that, for me, Kat is my big hope of actually making a move against Jackson.
  • Sam could have been that hope. But he's blown it by repeatedly falling in as a sheep for the Six.
  • He knows that they have no loyalty to him. He could have played differently all along.
  • I do doubt they'll save him. They think of him as a strong person in comps. That he is. But aside from the comps and the one saving of Cliff, he's shown pretty bad strategy.
  • Plus, unlike most of them, he probably earns more weekly than the stipend. He doesn't want to just make it to jury.
  • In other news, Holly has her rash back now that she's sleeping in the HoH room with Jackson once again. She thinks they need an exterminator and the problem is in the HoH room.
  • Odd. Cliff didn't get a rash sleeping in there.
  • Nor did Nick or Bella.
  • I believe it's Jackson.

Not lookin' too good for Sam

What does she add to the house? Seriously ...

The wolves will get Nicole soon enough

And then there's Cliff

BB21: HoH Comp, Nominations Show Blog Party - July 28

Tonight we'll see the continuation of the endurance HoH comp from Thursday night and then the nominations. As those who follow the live feeds or my other posts, that's all old news now! But, some people come to the show posts as strictly show only folks. So, I do ask for no spoilers in the comments.

As the show airs here on the East Coast I'll be live-blogging the major events and updating this entry. Please refresh the page to get the latest happenings! As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!

Remember -- Jess, then Nicole already fell in the comp before the live show ended~

Sitting through the "previously on."

We see Jess go down again in the HoH and we're getting desperate DR sessions form those who feel they must win. Cliff would SO not be good in this comp! Jess draws a chip from the box -- two will get a poison ivy punishment. The other chips seem to be just safety from that punishment. Nicole is down and she too is safe from the punishment.

In clips we see Christie trash-talking Jackson and Nick running to tell Jackson.

Oh noes! Sam is all over the place on his vines and … boom, he's down! He is safe from punishment.

Wet calamine lotion is being sprayed on them. Christie is out and … BOOM, she gets a punishment chip! Heh.

Nick is out. His "groins" were on fire. He doesn't get the punishment, at least it's not mentioned. Now ivy leaves are coming down on the participants.  In clips, Jackson is haranguing Kat. More glop is splashed on them.

Jack is down! Too bad, so sad! He's safe from the poison ivy punishment.

Analyse points out her athletic abilities in soccer, but says this is horrible. Tommy doesn't want to win the HoH. He feels safe. Whoops, he falls down! AND … he got the second poison ivy punishment chip!

Holly, Jackson, Analyse and Kat remain. Kat tells us she refuses to come down before Jackson does.

JACKSON IS DOWN! Kat gives it a minute, then drops after getting a promise of safety from the girls. It's down to Holly and Analyse. They try to talk deals while Jackson keeps telling Holly not to drop. Even Christie who thinks it's all about Christie thinks Jackson thinks all should be about him. He keeps dictating that Holly stay up. The two girls -- Analyse and Holly -- know that they're safe no matter who wins. Analysie is down.

HOLLY WINS HOH! Or, Jackson wins HoH, so to speak. Analyse is ticked off that Jackson kept barking for Holly to stay up when they're all in the same alliance. But we know a win for Holly is an HoH for Jackson, too!

Jackson tells us he wanted Holly to win so he can tell her what to do … er open her eyes and take a look at things.

Cliff, trying to keep up good will, is handing out beer from his HoH basket. He doesn't want to go on the block. Nick is sure he's going up. Sam is worried and feels he needs to talk game for the first time with Holly. Christie is also feeling Analyse's pain over how Jackson acted in the comp towards Holly.

Heehee. Cricket noises when Holly wants to know who wants to see her HoH room. The oohs and aahhhs and a letter from her mother. Obviously written before she jumped into the sack with Jackson … or she's not allowed to reprimand her. Nicole was touched.

Christie goes on an anti-Michie trip. She annoys me but her comments about him are spot on.

Jackson/Michie is advising Holly to put up Sam and Nick. She is worried about putting both of them up at the same time. Then he tells her to put up Nicole and Nick … because there would be less of a chance of them coming after him.

Whose HoH is this?

Kat pushes her moon landing conspiracy theories but Cliff is a firm believer. She also spouts off several other conspiracy theories. Y'know, I was just starting to like Kat. But this is a bit much.

Christie and Tommy get their poison ivy punishments. They have painted airbrushed red splotches all over them and leaf bathing suits. They're must stay inside for four days and cannot shower.

Sam talks to Holly/Jackson and points out that he could work with them. He's willing to be on the bottom even. He tells them that he wouldn't nominate them.

Holly tells us she doesn't know what she's going to do. (I guess she has to make sure what Jackson wants her to do.)

And, the moment of truth … time for nominations. Holly nominates Nick, then Sam. She thinks the key is trust and teamwork. Nick lost trust and Sam was caught in the crossfire.
