BB23's Derek and Claire to be on The Amazing Race - Video

Well, they are still together. Victims of the Cookout on BB23, Claire and Derek will be on the upcoming season of The Amazing Race. I would think they should be good on the show. The season starts Wednesday, September 21 at 10PM ET.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Tuesday Evening - August 23

Could it be? I hope it is!

Here's the latest actually from OUTSIDE and inside that Big Brother House of They Live!:

  • Yes, once again the feeds were off more than on today.
  • Inside, they have been contemplating telling or hinting to Jasmine that she will go.
  • They keep hanging out together as a group of four and only late last night Michael, Brittany, Taylor and Monte got together after Jasmine went to sleep.
  • Jasmine says she knows Turner did the muffins but doesn't think he did the cookie.
  • Heh.
  • Okay, to the big news.
  • They actually turned on the outdoor cameras today.
  • They have put a canopy over the yard.
  • Inside had a lockdown in the HOH and outside apparently had a lockdown somewhere in the house while the work was being done.
  • The BIG news is that Turner said something about being glad he's not on the block!
  • Terrance must have saved him with the veto.
  • Who did he put up?
  • I know not only had he promised Turner he would save him (and did), but he also promised Alyssa he wouldn't put her on the block.
  • It must be Kyle.
  • WOOT WOOT
  • Joseph was telling Terrance he knows Turner will vote to save him.
  • Will Alyssa do her showmance in thinking she will join him in jury soon?
  • Will Terrance have to break a tie? I know his original target was Joseph.
  • But Joseph is making him all kinds of promises saying he won't ask for trust, but his actions will show he can be trusted.
  • Confirmed -- now it's Kyle and Joseph on the block.
  • Hmm.

Maybe he will stay

He can smile again!

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds (and Lack Thereof) into Monday Evening - August 22

Someone should tell Jasmine to change her shirt

Here's the latest from ONLY INSIDE that Big Brother House of Live Feeds Rip Off:

  • For most of the day the live feeds were blocked.
  • Yep, inside and outside the house from just after they woke them up until about an hour and a half ago.
  • Can you say, "Refund please?"
  • Since they came back on inside the house, they really haven't said anything about the veto meeting or any renom.
  • I would think that the meeting went down and the nominations remain the same.
  • I would also think that Jasmine is still the target.
  • They have not talked game at all since the feeds returned this evening here on the East Coast.
  • As for the backyard, there have apparently been two quick moments of feeds with no game info.
  • I guess they probably had the veto meeting.
  • But it looks like BB is going to continue the outside live feeds block until eviction night.
  • The house is SO boring.
  • Outside is probably boring as well.
  • But we won't know now, will we?

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Monday - August 22

Party time inside the house

Here's the latest from inside (not outside) that Big Brother House of One Side of the Story:

  • Well, this will be easy.
  • When the feeds returned, they only returned on the inside (BroCella) of the house.
  • We didn't get the outside (Dyre Fest) throughout the day, nor evening. And, they are still nonexistent now.
  • Of course, the inside has been pretty set all along that Jasmine will go. It's Jasmine and Monte on the block with Brittany holding the veto.
  • It's outside where most viewers WANT to see in hopes that Joseph and Turner (on the block) stay. Terrance holds the veto and, now thanks to Kyle, he knows all about the Leftovers. His target is Joseph.
  • Joseph is trying to get him to keep him. Turner has been told he's safe with Kyle and Alyssa voting.
  • Turner even proposed an alliance of the showmance, himself and Turner to counter the inside four.
  • Mind you, that all went down Saturday.
  • Apparently, there has been music playing in the yard almost all day and into the evening.
  • That could mean there have indeed been wall yellers and the music is to drown them out.
  • If there is music, they can't have it going over the feeds without paying for copyright rights.
  • Inside they had the VIP treatment with all the goodies for a party.
  • Woot woot.

Complete with hats

Big Brother: BB24 Inside/Outside Twist, Nominations Show Blog Party - August 21

Good evening! Tonight's show should tell who and how the schoolyard picks for BroCella (inside) and Dyre Fest (outside) went down. A lot of context can be read into the picks. Who will Terrance and Michael pick first ... and who will be left standing at the end waiting to be picked? Hmm. We should also get nominations. I say should as I never know any more for sure. They've gone wonky on me. Since this is a show post, no spoilers from the live feeds in the comments, please!

I will be live-blogging, updating this entry with the major events as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

As usual, I'm going to skip the Previously On segment.

We pick up the action after the HOH comp.

Michael picks first, then Terrance. They take turns picking.

Michael: Jasmine, Brittany, Taylor, Monte

Terrance: Turner, Alyssa, Joseph, Kyle (by default, last one left)

Michael chose Jasmine to target her while she thinks he likes her. Terrance said he wants to protect Turner and Alyssa.

Big BroCella (inside) have pizza and beer waiting for them inside the house. The Dyre Fest (outside) people are in the kitchen and see it, but must leave after taking some clothing and personal care items out.

Terrance tells Turner he's safe this week. He tells us he is going to depend on Turner's insight. He also promises Alyssa safety. They go outside to two PortaPotties, a little kitchenette with limited groceries, an outdoor shower and a canopy which they will sleep under. And Terrance does snore ... loudly!

Terrance gets a basket and letter from his wife while Michael gets an actual room. This time (after backlash for not showing him reading the letter last HOH) they let him read the letter on the show. It's from his fiancé Hayden and the cats.

Jasmine plays up to Michael. He tells her that he will be putting Monte up and targeting him. She says she doesn't want to go up on her birthday week. He tells us it's the third week in a row she has used her birthday to stay off the block. She claims to us and by herself that she has worked so hard to get here. The Leftovers inside the house want outside to evict Alyssa.

Terrance wants to do one on ones. He tells us he trusts Turner. Turner advises him to break up the showmance. Terrance tells him he promised not to put Alyssa up. He says his target is Joseph. Turner does not want the fellow Leftover up. So, Terrance is thinking maybe Alyssa and Kyle, backdooring Joseph. He promises Joseph safety but Joseph doesn't trust him. Terrance suggests putting the showmance up to Alyssa. She is not pleased with that ... at all. Neither is Kyle.

Kyle does not want to be a pawn this week and feels he must come up with a plan. (Or course, he should know if he, a Leftover, is against Alyssa, a non-Leftover, with two Leftovers voting, he should be safe. His sex kitten would be gone, though.

Kyle thinks he needs to tell Alyssa about the Leftovers. He tells all. He claims he protected her so far. He makes it sound like he fell on a cross for her. Then he proceeds to tell Terrance ALL about the Leftovers. Grr. He tells him that he (Terrance) was the target last week and he changed it.

Alyssa and Terrance commiserate on being played all season by the Leftovers.

Meanwhile, knowing that Jasmine will be voted out, Monte offers to be a pawn. Michael is so happy that he volunteered. He is telling Jasmine that Monte is the target.

Nominations ceremonies time(s) --

Inside - Michael nominates Monte, then Jasmine. Nothing personal, only five of us this week.

Outside - Terrance nominates Joseph, then Turner. He says a lot of moves in the house were instrumental and you knew about them, didn't tell me (paraphrased).
