Well, one thing about just Erika and Mike in the house... I won't worry about how long it takes me to get an entry up and posted!
Boring. Of course, with just two houseguests, no matter what two, it gets boring. So, while I don't care for the final two, it's not their fault.
This time.
Here are today's events (or lack thereof) from that Big Brother House of Tedium 'til Tuesday:
- Erika got re-hooked on smoking. In the wee hours, she was up poking around looking for even a butt to smoke. Janelle must have taken the cigarettes with her.
- Erika decided she'd tackle the housecleaning today (two days after she vowed she wouldn't, but the ones who messed things up are gone).
- While alone in the kitchen she said something about "70 days together - if this isn't a test, I don't know what is." Hmmm... prior relationship with Mike Boogie test? New relationship with him test? I don't know.
- They lounged a lot. In the pool. By the pool. Everywhere.
- They small-talked, wondered how Janelle would be at sequester. [Editor's note: The last evicted usually isn't sent to sequester, but to a hotel instead. Janelle isn't there.]
- That's it! Short, sweet.

Well I really hope that Mike does not get it. I have no interest in the show now. Did you see that Mike was arrested ten years ago for stealing? It's on Smoking Gun and he changed his name. Man I find it hard to believe that he's only 31 for he seems older. He still gives me the willies. Hi! I am confused about the last person not going to sequester. Last season, Janie was the last evicted and she went to sequester. I remember she even had a fight with Beau, over a pillow I believe.

1. The tape/CD they have only has the HOH, POV and eviction. Not only that, but they're not allowed to discuss the show in the sequester house (they're monitored by show staff).

I was reading on realpalyers msg board (I know, how dare I read another site?! lol) anyway... some mentioned that when they tried cancelling the superpass they were told that perhaps they should not cancel that they were working on some extra special BB stuff. Has this ever happened before that you might be aware of? I want to cancel, but might not if there are more things to come even after the show ends... Thoughts?

I think it is just a logistical thing about the last one not going to the jury house. It is so close to the jury packing up and coming to the show. And I think a day or so before the finale the Jury is in studio to ask the last hgs questions.
I am surprised about the car being offered at the second part when only two were competing. I know that Erica could have received it by default, but that is an odd way to give a prize away. Was it a last minute thing? They could have hidden a car key in the hot tub or something and been a little more fair about it.
I also think Janelle knew about the two handed hold on the key, but the rules were not read well and it is possible she didn't hear it, since Julie was responding to Erica. When Boogie jumped, Erica claims she said "let go and I'll take you", I thought I heard her say "Hold on Janelle". Either way it was most likely going to be won by Erica.
The only suspense this week in the house will be how long Boogie can stand to be in the same room with Erica. They are both so pleased with themselves and talking about their great accomplishments and how they would be celebrities, especially in London. Erica's thinks she has hit the jackpot being in the F2 and "getting Mike Boogie". I've heard of rose colored glasses, but her sunglasses must have some kind of secret power because of the way she seems him.
Patricia - I've never seen them have anything special BB related after the season -- the feeds just go dead. I know they offer music downloads and lots of other stuff, but you can get a lot of that elsewhere. I'll be keeping mine through the last night for blogging purposes, but if I weren't determined to finish the season, I would be canceling.

Okay Anybody, we know you dislike Janie immensely but to call her "one of the WORST players in history" is a bit much. I've watched since BB2 and there have been MUCH worse players than Janie. You may not agree with how she played, but she did win more competitions than anyone in the history of the show. And...she won most of them without help. I can only think of one that was "given" to her this season and none that she didn't earn last year. She made some stupid mistakes this year and she acknowledged them. In her interview with Julie this morning, she acknowledged that she shouldn't have betrayed her S6 alliance but once it was done she had no choice but to align with Will and do his bidding. Regardless of HOW it happened, she did evict Will (which was one of the biggest upsets in any season of the game). The point of the game is to be the last one standing and win $500,000. She did what she had to do to try to win. She almost did too!!

You're a real trouper! I've really kind of lost interest at this point. I just don't acre for either of the remaining two. I will watch the finale. I'm not a quitter. I also want to see everyone. It's always interesting to see how they look "after".
I can't wait for LOST, but I'll be here for Survivor, too!

I'll give you that one...."perhaps worst of all time" was stretching it a bit. I suppose the guy who got thrown out was worst. I think Allison in her season was bad. Kaysar was really bad too. Didn't like Holly or the "four horse men" There were lots of bad players.
So I do take it back. Janelle wasn't the worst in history. But you have to admit she made some REALLY bad plays this game.....really, really bad.
Could she have won all those competitions had CT really played to win the comp? Who knows....Boogie proved he could win a thing or two also...when he tried...
But either way, glad she can't win the big prize for bad game play...just wish she'd not get the 25K either.
Why do people keep saying Janey didn't know the rule about the volcano? She never denied knowing it. In fact, she said "I didn't take my hands off" which implies she KNEW!
I liked Will, but I am certainly not going to nitpick every detail because he got the boot.
Janey knew the rule. She made a mistake.
Mike quitting was smart. He would have never won that competition. People should be allowed to quit. Even if it became a rule, it would have been so easy for him to "pretend" to fall ot take his hand off (i.e. Will and the spiderweb). The rule would be pointless and difficult to prove
I'm not sure about anyone else but I really believe that Erika and Mike are a couple and probably have been since long before the show. I half expect Mike to propose to her after the show (not like he hasn't done that before or anything) if they aren't already secretly marreid. I do wish Janelle would have won the HOH she deserves to win the whole show. My two favorites left back to back.

Anybody -- If you're gonna talk about "bad game play" you have to include EVERYONE in the house who didn't think Will was a threat and evict him in week one. Didn't they know who he was??
You also have to include EVERYONE in the house who thought they were aligned with Will, especially the members of the jury who were evicted BECAUSE of Will.
You have to include EVERYONE in the house who underestimated Will's powers of manipulation and his strong ties with Boogie.
As far as "glad she can't win the big prize for bad game play" goes, does that mean you think Erika doesn't deserve it either? She did absolutely nothing until she won the HOH and then she did the same thing Janie did...she listened to Will and got Dani evicted.
That leaves us with Boogie. Are you rooting for him? For Boogie, who rode on Will's coattails the whole game. Boogie, who played "bad cop" to Will's "good cop". Boogie, who actually said "This is our game and those bitches aren't gonna take it". Boogie, who said to Erika "I'm glad we got to spend this time together in the house. It was so special and we'll always remember it." Boogie, who also said "I used Erika until she wasn't useful anymore. Now I don't need her". Boogie, who constantly degraded the women in the house and browbeat anyone who he thought was weaker than him.
I'm not picking on you, it's just that lately your "anti-Janie" comments have gotten somewhat "manic". I'm just wondering how you feel when her game play is compared to the others in the house...

Erika and Mike are there. The other houseguest are not.
Quite simply this is a game to win. As SEVERAL people have told me, "You have to give Janelle credit for not being voted out." Likewise, 'riding coattails' IS a strategy and it paid off for this game.
The reason Janelle's play is WORSE than the rest of them is really simple. Janelle won more HOH's than anyone else, yet she allowed CT to remain in the house. Surely you also see this as a HUGE mistake (since Mike and Erika are still in the house and part of CT evicted Janelle...)
Not ONLY did Janelle NOT target CT (even after James from her own alliance TOLD her they were more dangerous targets than the floaters..), she allowed CT to misdirect S6 at the floaters! Of course Kayser also went in with this plan. Because she didn't target CT, the floaters totally destroyed S6 forcing S6 (with Will and Boogies help) destroy the floaters. Who's left...Erika and Boogie. You may not like them, but they HAD to play well or THEY WOULDN'T BE THERE.
If I have to respect Janelle for lasting to THIRD place, then everyone else HAS to respect Boogie and Erika for making to the final 2 because TRUST ME...
Had Janelle made it the final 2, I would have been SWARMED with people telling me that I HAVE to respect Janelle now..."you have to give her her dues now.." I could just hear it now...
ALL that being said...Will's game was totally on and I BELIEVE he is the best player in BB history with the exception of NOT getting rid of Janelle when Boogie had to the power to send her packing....
I don't particular like ANYONE ELSES game play in this game. I think, for all-stars we saw some pretty boring stratigies (except will).
Nobodies game was on. Just because Erika and Mike's rise to power was boring, doesn't mean its not valid.
Janelle made more bad decisions that anyone else in the house. Erika did to, but ERIKA is still in the house, so she outplayed Janelle. Simple. Thats why I think Janelle was the worst player this season...
Do I care who wins between Erika and Boogie...not really.....either is ok....they played their game their way to win. Too bad if I don't like it...one will win.

Depending on what you think of curvy blond bombshells who play dumb but have killer games, last night was either the best or the worst episode of Big Brother: All-Stars. After surprisingly losing two parts of the final head-of-household competition, Janelle Pierzina, who seemed destined to take home the $500,000, got the boot from Mike Boogie. She called EW on her way to being sequestered to answer some burning questions about the fairness of the last challenges, her biggest regrets, and what's up with her and Will.
ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Janelle, plenty of Big Brother fans are furious that you're out because they think you didn't hear Julie tell Erika that both hands had to be on the key. Did you?
JANELLE: No, I didn't. But I can't be mad. It's just a game. I mean, whatever. It was just a weird thing because usually a production person comes on to explain the rules and they didn't.
You didn't seem too comfortable when the competition started.
I wasn't comfortable at all. I turned around a little bit. I didn't know how they wanted us to stand. But I can't be angry about it because I can't change it.
Why didn't you try appealing to the producers?
They're pretty set in their ways if the competition goes a certain way. They would have had to set the whole thing up again.
And what was up with the second part of the competition between you and Boogie? That seemed far, far easier for a guy than a girl.
It was so unfair. It was totally geared toward a guy to win. I don't have any arm strength to pull myself around that thing, and Boogie was one of the strongest guys. There was absolutely no way I could win that.
When you left, it seemed like you were actually close to both Boogie and Erika. Were you faking it?
The thing is, when it was the four of us left in the house, we were a tight four. We were all hanging out together. It was really cool and really fun. I got to know them really well. I do love them both in different ways.
Was it devastating talking to Erika about how Chill Town manipulated both of you?
I think Erika was a lot more upset than I actually was. I didn't really care. My intention was just to make it to the end. I definitely wanted to take Erika to the end because I would have had an easy time beating her.
It seemed like one second Boogie and Erika were together and then they were totally broken up. Was there any dramatic screaming match we missed on TV?
The big dramatic breakup was when I told her Boogie was playing her. Even though I told her to play it off like nothing, he was catching on to us girls' putting pieces of information together.
I know you have regrets about how you played the game at times. Anything you regret most?
I wish I could have done some things differently on a personal level. I think Marcellas left when he shouldn't have left. Either way I don't think it would have changed much. Who knows how it would have changed the game? I did the best move I could each week to get myself further in the game. Strategy-wise, I did make mistakes, but they were more personal.
What do you mean by personal? Falling for Will?
No, I don't mean Will. I don't think befriending him in any way was a mistake. A lot of the decisions I made were because of Will, though.
Let's talk about your season 6 alliance. No offense, but they were kind of lame this year.
Yeah, my season 6 alliance was kind of — ugh — kind of a mess, really. James, I mean we know he's deceitful and dishonest. He's just kind of a wormy person, but I knew Howie and Kaysar did always have my back, so I definitely needed them in the house. I wish Kaysar had been more into the game this year. He wasn't that into it. He didn't have the fire and the passion to win like I did. He was just kind of like, ''I'm ready to go home.'' I always felt like he was a little depressed in the house. Howie was pretty gung-ho about the game, even though he was annoying and talks too much and gives stuff away, so I absolutely loved him in the alliance.
Before you went in, were you friends with anyone other than your alliance?
I think all the houseguests called me. Boogie called me. Marcellas called me. Erika called me. Everyone wanted to be in an alliance with me. I said, ''Wait until we get into the house. We'll see.''
Anyone you wish you'd aligned with?
I would have loved to have aligned with Nakomis, but the people in my alliance didn't see it that way. They were threatened by her, and I wasn't. I wanted to work with her. She's my favorite player of all time.
This year's final two is so lame. How are viewers supposed to get excited?
At least it's better than last year's final two, by far. I think anyone could beat that. That was dreadful. I don't think it's that bad of a final two, but I wish it had been Will and me.

Do you think Boogie has a chance in hell of winning?
I believe he played a better game. Is he hated? Absolutely. Is he already a millionaire? Absolutely. No matter what your personal opinions are, though, I have to vote for the best player, without giving away who I'm voting for.
How do you think the jury will feel?
It's probably so 50-50. I don't know how pissed they are at Chill Town. I might have to lay it on the table and tell them everything that went on. They're such jerks.
Did you ever consider throwing competitions so you weren't as much of a threat?
I couldn't. I was targeted since week 1. They were all talking of getting rid of me before I was even in the house because I almost won last year. I could never throw competitions because I would be on the block.
Who are you most looking forward to talking to?
I want to talk to Marcellas. I want to apologize for trusting Chill Town and putting him up. I really did believe he was safe. And I'm looking forward to seeing Will.
What's going to happen to you and Will now? Do you think there's a romance in the future for you two?
I don't know. I have to talk to him. I think it started out as flirty-flirty, but you can't help but like people after a while.
Does that mean it's over with your boyfriend?
No. I don't know if he broke up with me or not. I don't know what he saw.
Don't you get one phone call after you get evicted? Did you call him?
I called my mother. I didn't try to call him last night. But I'm going to call him today to see if he broke up with me so I can have some kind of closure. Do you think he broke up with me?
I don't know. I guess technically you didn't cheat on him. How long have you been together?
Since April. I want to talk to him. Three months being gone feels like a year. I feel like I have to get to know him again. I haven't seen him for so long. Does the Internet know who he is?
Some people might, but I don't. Who is he?
He's a football player, but I'm not telling who. I don't think anyone knows. I don't want his private life on the Internet. I love the Internet, and the fans are great, but he doesn't need to be brought into this.
Did you have a psych evaluation after you left the house?
Yeah, Dr. Zachary. She talked about Boogie in the diary room after I evicted Will. She said, ''Those boys had it coming.''
When you watch the show back, you'll see a lot of houseguests go off on you being dumb or blond or a Barbie doll. What do you make of that?
The way I play the game is I play the dumb role. I want to be a little underestimated and I want to play like I'm a little naive. Obviously Chill Town thought I wasn't as smart. That actually helped me because they could have targeted me and they were really good at getting rid of people they targeted. Will thought he totally had me wrapped around his finger.
What are you doing after next Wednesday?
I'm going on a vacation. I'm going to Minnesota to rent a cabin with my family, and we're all going on a vacation by the lake.
Do you think you'll ever do another reality show?
I don't know if they can have me on another Big Brother, but I would love to do Amazing Race with Will. It would be so much fun. But who knows if that will ever happen?

I am? To me, it was just a game. I love the game, and I love playing it, but it's not the biggest thing in my life, so I understand and I'm not bitter in any way.
Mel -- I totally forgot about that! I've never seen that before and it just popped up on their website recently! I wonder if Howie got disqualified because of his attitude. Maybe he finally lost it in the SH and beat up someone (George or Marci). After seeing him verbally attack CG, maybe they "evicted" him from SH. OR...maybe CG left because of Howie...or Marci left...WHAT'S GOING ON??? Inquiring minds want to know :)

I would not say that Janelle is fat but she really needs to make better clothing choices. The skinniest person can look huge if they don the wrong styles. I think that she came in with clothes that were a tad tight and gained a few pounds while she was there

Watched Housecalls today with our girl Janelle-man she had some interesting things to say about Will.
Also,Jase made an interesting point about the bonus $25,000- if Janelle wins she will get more money than the runner-up does-$55,000 total. Second place does not get $30,000 stipend and the $50,000-they get only the $50,000.

Right on Anon. Everyone wants to sing the praises of Janelle when she would have been gone long ago if it weren't for her CT connection. I also believe that CT threw her more competitions than we know. My vote for America's choice goes to Will. He played very well . and in my opinion made the show worth watching.

Anon 11:16 & Diane -- Let's flip that around. Was Janie there because of Will or was Will there because of Janie? If she hadn't aligned with Will after the first few weeks, I think the HGs would have voted him out. She won HOH several times and didn't nominate him. Had she stuck with her original alliance, Will would have been out very early with Boogie following him. They used eachother to get further in the game.
p.s. Notice I didn't say Chilltown. Chilltown WAS Will. Boogie was there because Will needed him. If Will hadn't carried him to the end, Boogie would have been out shortly after Nakomis.
that's right diane...ct kept janelle in the house for their own selfish reasons...will is a mastermind...his only blunder(& it was a big 1) was letting the 2 girls spend time alone together...remember the nite he stayed in bed w/erika so danielle cudn't get to her?...he shud've done the same thing w/janelle...he had her wrapped, he shud've kept her wrapped...that was his ONLY mistake...he's got my vote for the 25k...i don't care how much $$$ he has...he dominated that game...he gave me belly laffs...we can never get enuf laughter...

ok, ok...let's look at the #'s here...chilltown was only 2 people...then there was season 6 & the floaters...2 people manipulated the whole house...let's give credit where credit is due...will is truly a master puppeteer...he got everyone to align with him & do wat he wanted them to do...again, he made 1 huge mistake...it cost him, but you know he's happy boogie is there...if boogie wins, chill town has won...

You guys shuold watch housecalls with Will, he answered several important questions and commented on interesting things
a) He said several people threw alot of HOH comps to Janelle
b) He was asked why he didn't keep Janey and Erika apart at the end. He said he tried his best but it was too hard. He thinks Mike should have taken Erika to romance her the last few days (to keep her away from Janey) but he didn't do it.
Oh, and just an interesting fact. He said that he would spend HOURS in the diary room doing takes of various witty remarks so all those witty comments didn't flow off his tongue as naturally as they appeared. Jase confirmed that it was indeed true!
I think it was mutual saving of Janey and Will. Depending on the week, he saved her and vice versa.
I agree. If Boogie wins, it's a win for Will, too! I hope that the jurors can see that! It's a good thing
Speaking of, I think Mike's admittance to Erika that she was responsible for kicking out Will is going to hurt Mike jury votes. He must have forgotten that the HOH and POV are shown to the jury, so they will see his comment. He just gave Erika more power because she gets to own the killing of the king now! Prior to that, she was a floater. When the jury sees that she masterminded Will's departure, they might just give her more credit
question. I only watched Season 1 and 3. In season 1, america voted. Season 3, the sequester house didn't exist and people saw it ALL.
Just wondering how it worked Will's season? Did sequester exist?
Anon 12:25 -- I just watched House Calls with Janelle. She said several things that contradicted what Will said in his episode. Who should we believe? Janelle may just be trying to save face, but Will is the master manipulator who will lie to anyone.

I'm just curious as to how the PR folks are going to "spin" either of these people into someone we'd like to see win. Can't wait to see the "edited" show. It's amazing the difference between the "live" feeds and the TV show. I don't see any redeeming features in either of the final 2
Jani sure does love to look at herself, and knows where every camera is. mike gives so many "shout outs" trying to turn tv into a career, always saying " i bet the internet will like
that." or "that'll make good tv" i'll give him till november before we forget who he was. erica....just plain odd.

Pretty SAD, when even Hamsterwatch.com stops the feeds, because the outcome of BB sucks this year............ Does anyone really CARE if anyone wins??
I'll admitt, I was bored afer Danielle Left...(she was my favorite) CT was funny in there diary phone segments.........but honestly it was a pretty boring season.
Next Year we need new players!!

Just watched the Early SHow adn House Calls interviews with Janelle. Whoever posted that she seemed "stoned" on the Early Show is completely right!
On House Calls she said they are putting herin a hotel, not SH. Then she seemed to say, "until Saturday". She doesn't know why either -- she confirmed shewent right to SH last year. Maybe because of all the time until the final show? Who knows.
She said she and Will did kiss a few times (and how did the feeds miss that?!?!
She also said that Will told her he was breaking up with Erin and wants to be with her (not in the same breath tho).
She, like Will did I think, says it started as pure game between them but when you spend that much time with someone with nothing to do, you do start to develop "real" feelings. (Brrring, brrrring -- hello Janelle, this is real life calling. When everyone gets back to their day to day business you won't be moving in with Dr. Delicious).
Tuesday is a long way off and I hope BB gives Boogie and Erika something to do. There is no "game" reason to keep themclimbing the walls at this stage.

I saw that about the Mike age thing too -- I think that when the story came out he was 31 (they were givinghis current age), otherwise they usually say Mike Carri, then 31...
I agree it was confusing and I had to read it a few times. Our Jackie would have been much clearer ;)
Erica is giving aging, desperate women a bad name. She is comparing herself to Amber of Survivor, meaning she wins and gets her man. (she hasn't mentioned the big, televised wedding yet, but that may happen soon) She seems to actually believe it. She is queen of the world because she is in F2 of a TV game show. There is irony here, though. The guys came into the show looking to use a showmance as a way to get themselves a win. The more we hear of Erica, it seems she may have come into the show hoping to latch onto Mr. Right---any Mr. Right, no matter how wrong he is. That seems to be a plot that Woggie puppetmaster missed knowing about. (Erica is the new and improved puppetmaster, she says, as she prepares her jury speech...and seems completely unaware that Mike can't stand her) Erica has exibited many of the stalker-type qualities in the past (in BB)...esp toward Janelle. I don't think the game will end well for her, and we have already seen that she doesn't give up when she is crossed. The pot is stirring and either BB wants to see these two self destruct or they have lost interest and don't care any more.
On the flip side, Boogie talked of his and Krista's 'engagement'. BTW, he didn't like her because she wore sunglasses in the clubs at night. She was small town, he was cosmopolitian and cool. (his view) The whole thing (in his mind...we don't have Krista's take on it) was staged and they 'went through the motions' to throw people off.
These two have such a fantasy life. Mike already told Will he can't get away from Erica fast enough when the finale is over. And, speaking of Will, Mike has made some insulting remarks about him, too.
Orkmommy, you're normally so happy and upbeat! Your posts now seem to be so down. Cheer up!!

BB7 Didn't SUCK to me.
I really enjoyed it.
I am dissapointed that my Favorite all time BB PLAYER, messed up in the end. And did not Win.
But Janelle wins with the Majority of the BB Fans.
I am sure I will see her again on other shows. Maybe even her own show. she is fun for us over here.
I say they leave the live feeds on, take away all alchohol, cigs, games, and music. then we can really watch them go nuts. That would be more interesting then whats going on now. Plus i don't like either of them and it would be fun to watch them squirm
I keep reading that there are rumors that someone had a physical altercation in the sequester house and somebody got kicked off the jury. Could it be Howie? Jokers update said E and M were talking about not wanting to get into a fight with someone who was "really a big man". Do you suppose CG got enough of Howie's mouth and finally let him have it? Ohhhhh...Does anyone know any details????
There is no credible news source regarding a fight in the sequester house. If it had indeed happened, a new source would exist.
