'The Apprentice: L.A.' - East Coast Update - 4/08
The candidates were split into teams of two. Two were fired -- Heidi and Christine.
I can't believe Frank is still in the running.

Hi Jackie!
I attended a Sopranos dinner party this evening, so I am way behind on my Sunday must see TV! Not only can I not believe that Frank is still IN the running, I can't believe that Trump fired Heidi! He has shown her more attention than anyone this season!!
I will catch this episode online. Looks interesting!
How did that happen? In the beginning of the show Donald said he was firing the losing team. Heidi and Frank were on one team. I am in the west so we are just half way through the show right now.
Was quite a Boardroom! The brochure was a mess...it is like they had never seen one before. No photos and light print on a dark background...bad idea. I would say that most people who have the big bucks are older, and light print on dark backgrounds is a misery to read. Frank yelled the loudest so "he stays". Sure thought more than 2 were going, or hoped so this lousy season would be over sooner. But we DO have our final 4.
Did you notice how Donald kept asking James for his opinion? I would be very surprised if James doesn't win. I think he is the only one left who is qualified.
Stephanie never got a chance to be PM, so we don't know what she can do.
Heidi had a meltdown. She looked flustered and could not put on the verbal presentation (her responsibility) prior to showing the video. Then she cemented her departure by making conflicting comments in defending herself during the boardroom. I think Nicole is in way over her head in making the final four.
I actually think Heidi had more to her over Nicole. At this time, I think James is probably the best candidate left... and that's not saying much when you look at the caliber of some of the past seasons.
I suppose it's better than I could do. "You can't fire me. I quit."
James is still the guy who waits till its too late and starts questioning everything. Of these 4 I hope James wins...if not then Stephanie...though until Arrow had lost half of its team I barely saw her on TV.
Wow! I just caught the show online, and this was probably the only good episode of this season!
Quite interesting how people become so combative when pushed out of their comfort zones.
Anon 2:09, you nailed it! Heidi had a TOTAL meltdown, and just kept digging herself in deeper and deeper the more she spoke. And, honestly, how in the world do you put a bad telephone number on something so important? Yikes!
So, here we find ourselves with Arrow as the final four... Nicole is just way over the top, silly, overly demonstrative, and not nearly savvy and sophisticated enough to work for Trump. She would get eaten alive. Frank is just "Frankie". Enough said. So, I guess it is James or Stephanie, and I certainly never would have called that one at the beginning of the season.
Oh, the twists and turns!! Still don't like this season a bit. LOL

I expected Heidi to be in the top 2. I am so shocked.
