Sharon pokes at food in the kitchen as Sheila walks by. Hey, I didn't promise excitement!
My full review of the Sunday show is up over on TV Squad. And, my feeds report from earlier on TV Squad includes a gallery of screen caps I've recently taken if you want to give that one a gander.
Here's what's been happening in the Big Brother House of Wasted Potential:
- Adam thinks Sheila is unattractive. Well, um, Adam, I like your brother's looks more. I'm being polite here.
- James said that Natalie is a butterface (everything is good but-her-face). I don't get that at all. It fit Amanda, but Natalie has a cute enough face.
- Adam thinks the house has a bunch of nutcases. James agreed and mentioned the he thought he himself was bad -- nothing compared to them!
- In a DR leak, James was asking them for some Pabst Blue Ribbon beer for his last few days in the house. I think I would have at least asked for a good microbrew!
- Natalie is upset that she's almost out of her 20s. I remember that feeling!
- Ryan has rested most of the day complaining about a sore muscle, but is feeling better tonight.
- Ryan played with the remote control car. Earlier they had built ramps in the yard for it.
- Ryan told Adam he thinks that James will try to terrorize the house. @@
- James, Adam, and Sheila talked. James told Sheila she has to convince Ryan that he'd put Adam on the block if he stayed.
- Sheila thinks her biggest threat in the house is Natalie.
- Sheila reported everything that James said to her to Sharon.
- Natalie knows Sheila is worried about her as a threat. She wants to get HOH. She'll show her a threat!
- They are barbecuing out in the yard.
- James cleaned the grill, terrorizing guy that he is.
- Adam only has two packs of cigarettes left plus whatever's in the pack he's smoking.

Sorry about Adam's ciggy situation and very sorry that James would rather drink PBR. Ack! Is there even a shred of hope for James? I already know the answer. No. Oh well!
I hated every part of the show tonight. I especially hated the TPing of Sheila's room knowing it took place almost a week ago. And the show ended at 6 minutes before the hour.
I'm going to say it, I'm ready for this season to be over. I think Adam had some really good points during his HOH speech, but I can't bring myself to root for him. If it comes down to him Natalie and Ryan, then Adam is my choice.
I'm still waiting for an HOH comp catered for Sheila. Someone get her out. Yes she's not winning right now because she doesn't have it. Eventually she will. They're all too stupid to figure that out.
Ohh and for you California peepers-- next storm that comes by I would be nowhere near Studio City. Lightning to bound to strike the BB House for all the lies Natalie keeps telling

I've noticed that the show ends early most Sundays and Tuesdays. I don't think they have enough that they can put on TV - I believe that's why they keep going back to old footage that has evicted HGs in it.
I also thought Adam did a good job with his speech.
Surprisingly Adam's speech made sense. Like he said, he fast forwarded to what it would be after the POV, except this way he gave those who wanted James out to work for it. Guess Ryan took it seriously.
I could go for an Adam win,if James and Sharon are gone. I sure don't want Natalie, Ryan or Sheila to get any part of it.

CBS compacts most of their programming on Sundays, generating TV revenue modifications, although most evident during writer's strike, notice CBS Survivor, show would also end earlier without providing previews, however after writers strike ended, previews returned.
Basically boils down to Advertised funding, rather than Additional editorial coverage.
ABC programming ranks # 1 in this insinuative category, note a " LIVE " Dancing with the Star's, Extensive repeated advertised delays, undoubtedly and unknowingly milking viewer audience. In fact various times in order to manipulate audience, you'll hear Tom state; We're running outta time, unbelievably laughable considering editorialized " LIVE " delay.
I agree Plaid, by the time they do the recap it is almost 8:07 then the show is over at 8:54! What is with that? Add in commercials, we are down to maybe 30 minutes of BB.
Gayle, considering how far behind date-wise the show is, they should have enough to show. The pranks took place before 1 April.
Also it is not just Sundays that have long recaps and ends early.

I am too. I am not sure when BB will time it, though. And, I am still trying to figure out one that would be geared to her. I mean it could be the Sheila We Want you To win HOH comp with questions about her past, her personal finances, her life history and she would not get the answers right. lol
They might want her to be the one who has the Fast Forward HOH when the double eviction happens. Just so we could see her have to overthink the eviction without being able to ask for help.
James bummed so many cigs from Adam but doesn't seem to be doing much of that anymore. Adam said on last night's show something about there being another month left... how is he going to make it with only 2 packs? Didn't then break their rule and give ratings-making Evel Dick more smokes when he ran low?
Plaidchick, I'm with ya, ready for it to be done. These peeps are a snore. I stopped looking at Jokers and YouTube about a month ago, and stopeed watching BBAD after the disco ball challenge.

ITA!!!!!!! I've known a few people who I thought were extremely attractive but after knowing their personalities they didn't even look physically the same to me.
I'm sure you all are getting bored with the recaps taking up so much of the hour as I am. At least they didn't show Chelsia leaving again. vbg
Adam's nomination speech was surprisingly intuitive. He didn't want James to be evicted on his watch but it will end up that way. I, too, was rather touched at Adam's tears and empathy for James and others. Remember when Adam was trying to be supportive of Josh when he broke down and cried. I'm sure he didn't know that Josh's tears weren't genuine. In spite of Adam being crass and speaking in fragmented sentences he's not a mean spirited person. On the other hand, Adam hasn't had the entire house turn against him. None of us handle rejection well but some worse than others.
I'm still shaking my head thinking how the heck are Sheila and Gnat still there??!! Sheila just keeps getting lucky being in the right place at the right time. Gnat is playing her heart out but I still don't care for her.
