BB19: Live Feeds into Friday - August 25

Into East Coast dawn

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Fierce Franks:
  • If you missed my HoH update post (previous to this one), it got down to Alex and Jason. Alex ended up jumping and Jason won.
  • After they went back into the house ... lo and behold ... it's (finally) the small table!
  • Matt and Raven aren't happy campers.
  • Sucks to be them, huh?
  • Maybe Matt should have tried harder to win.
  • I will admit Raven did seem to try.
  • Hmm. When Kevin asked Alex about the Matt (not Mark) eviction votes and she claimed she didn't remember who she voted for. Hmm.
  • Jason admitted to Kevin that the two votes to keep Mark were him and Alex. Kevin doesn't want people to think it was him (Kevin).
  • Yet Alex let Josh think it was Kevin.
  • Paul is "sure" the two votes to evict Matt were Kevin and Raven.
  • Now, that one doesn't even make sense.
  • Meanwhile, no matter who did it, Matt and Raven know two votes were for Matt to go. They, for the first time, seem actually worried.
  • Kevin told Paul the votes came from Alex and Jason.
  • They denied it to Paul.
  • Meanwhile, Josh and Christmas know it was Alex and Jason, but will pretend to believe Kevin was one of the votes.
  • What a mess for poor Kevin!
  • Alex wants everybody but Paul to think it was Kevin and Raven.
  • A bit late for that, I'd say.
  • Josh, once again, should get a penalty for violating his Have Not rules. He was eating something under a blanket.
  • The HoH reveal came late.
  • But was enjoyed by all.
  • Alex wants Matt out this week. So does Jason.
  • So does Paul
  • So, it will probably come to be.
  • But Alex next wants to set sights on Kevin. She thinks he's lying about everything and he's a cop like Derrick.
  • Interesting ... they've gone from thinking Kevin is a mobster to thinking he's a cop as the days have gone on.
  • Heck, I'm watching the feeds and I'm not quite sure what the man does.
  • But he's not lying about the wife and seven kids. I do know that much.
  • I'm sad to see him targeted (after Matt), but he will have to step up his game to stay.
  • That's the buzz ...

Please let them target Matt and Raven

Who wants to see my HoH room?

Scheming? Nah. Kevin story time.

Thank you for the updates! I read every day, but rarely comment. I really hope they nominate Matt and Raven so that at least one of them goes home. I'm sad they are going to target Kevin next, but I think they have to let him go sometime. I think he would for sure win at the end.

Went back to Meet the Cast posts to check out who ought be from Texas (only Elena) and found this gem about Jason : "I've seen rodeo clowns -- they're the ones who distract the charging bull. They have to be very fit. If he makes it to a slip and slide comp, he should fall well and recover!" Jackie wins the prediction category! :)

Please get Matt and Raven out. If they don't watch out these two could end up final four. I would love to see Paul gone.

Thanks for the updates Jackie-

Can someone fill me in on Matt. Why is he pissed that Alex and Jason were up in the HOH challenge so long? I must be missing something. Also, how did Matt fall out of favor in the house? Is it just because he hangs out with Raven all day?

Please, please, get Matt out. If ever there was someone who doesn't deserve to be on the show it's him. Say what you want about Raven,at least she tries in the comps. Not only did Matt give up early in last night's HOH comp he had the audacity to complain about Alex & Jason not making a deal fast enough so they could go back in the house.

I know I'm repeating myself from last night but it's aggravating that Matt took the place of someone who probably deserved to be on the show. Whoever was responsible for his casting should be fired.

I figure Matt must have talked-a-good-story when he was interviewed.
Commonly called "tell them what they want to hear"... but it's a lot harder to hide personality flaws (or lack of personality) on a show like this.

chrob61,
Matt was being a very poor sport. He was peeved and pouting that Raven didn't win HOH. Never mind that HE dropped early! Since Raven didn't win, all he wanted to do was go inside where it was warm and have pizza, and not listen to all the cheers and congrats. @@

How do penalties for violating Have Not rules work? Does someone in the house need to call Josh out for eating something other than slop? Surely production knows he's violating the rules. He's hiding from the other houseguests under that blanket--not from Big Brother.

It would be interesting to see how he would handle being penalized, and how the others would react to him violating the rules they have abided by.

Sally, it used to be a "penalty nomination" but the only one it was ever enforced on was Jen BB8. Since she was already nominated, they gave her a "penalty vote". I can't remember if Audrey got a penalty vote too. I think she did.

Maybe Matt in his interview told big Brother that he would go for the record for most cereal eaten during a big brother season. Big Brother then figured with the rest of the cast they had that at least Matt had a goal. :)

OH MY.... just saw a new name for Maven... Ratt !!!!
I like that so much better...

I hope they leave Kevin alone. I can't wait to see these idiots faces when they're out of the house; and learn that Kevin and Cody were telling the truth. I guess it's their way of justifying their reasons to cast out someone.

I don't think production will ever punish Paul. I think it eventually will come out that he broke the rules and perhaps, in the end, the group will punish him. LOL

monty924 said...

Penny, what rule did Paul break? Maybe you meant Josh??

It looks like Jason/Paul/Alex plan on using Kevin by keeping him on edge and tricking Raven and Matt into believing they are safe. I see the major problem for Kevin as Alex... she is so suspicious of him and has wanted him out for a long time. Unless something drastic happens between now and Monday, I think they are zeroing in on Ratt.

I wonder if Paul's planned moves will change when (or IF) he discovers Alex/Jason are lying to him about their votes for Matt.

I love the updated name for Maven, LOL

This year has been such a disappointment from the hg and production. All the bulling breaking rules and allowing Christmas to stay. When they could have brought Carmon back. This is first time I've given up on Bb. I still follow Jackie she is more entertaining than the show. Thanks Jackie I don't know how you do this year in and out.

I know everything has been said about this horrible season of BB...but I just have to add...is anyone else sick of hearing Paul YELL HIS DIARY ROOM SESSIONS..every time he is in there. I am so over listening to it. I am over Paul. I would LOVE for Cody to get America's favorite. He played the game. Paul was given safety and BB casting gave him a bunch of nothings to "play" the game with....which they have not done. Who exactly has played the game this season besides maybe Alex. No one even mentions Paul...EVER. Get rid of all the "suits" that have put BB together and get a whole new casting crew. PLEASE.

You guys are so funny. Just try to remember it is called Big Brother. That started out in irony but now with google and facebook selling all our info... and etc., it is kinda not so funny. But I do mean that in the book, Big Brother interferred and watched and controlled everybody. This is not a very good season and I think they should have interfered even more by keeping the true lovers on a bit more as you all have seemed to warm a bit towards Cody. Jessica sacrificed her game when she used her vexing-whatever-hex to save Cody. I wonder of he is really as labile as portrayed. Red Flag!!!

The Apple Tree is now out of play for the week. It must have been a time limit from when the tree was available for someone to grab an apple!

Glenn said...

I believe that this is the first time all season a temptation was accepted. Now their is only One week left with the Tree of temptation and Four Apples left. I wonder why no one took an Apple hoping for the double Veto Apple.

Glenn said...

I meant to say first time all season that a temptation was not accepted!

Glenn, it has to be used before nominations each week. I didn't think this group that is left would even try for one this week. Somehow, they all think they are safe. :))))

monty924 said...

Still on nominations watch, but I think we all know who Jason will put on the block.

Sharon N said...

Will it be.... Matt/Raven, Matt/Kevin, or Kevin/Raven
So many variances available. LMAO

Unless something truly awful happens, I don't think Kevin is the focus this time.

Sharon N said...

Ha! Jason not taking any chances and put both Raven/Matt OTB.
One of Ratt will probably be gone next Thursday.

monty924 said...

Woot Woot!! that is all

Sharon N said...

Paul and Josh say they are gunning for Veto. Unless Paul was lying to Raven (heh), Veto winner will pull Raven and put up Kevin.
So, I assume this is a snow job so Ratt will still think they are safe?

monty924 said...

Jason needs to gun for veto and keep the noms the same. If anyone else wins, I hope he pulls out a Josh or Christmas nom to keep Kevin safe.

Sharon N said...

yup. Jason likes Kevin, but I'm afraid for Kevin anyway.
Alex strongly influences Jason and she is so paranoid about Kevin.
If Christmas won Veto, I think she'd be inclined to keep Kevin safe.
