BB21: Live Feeds into Saturday Evening - July 13

I understand why Tommy was upset to see her

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Blatant Bullies:
  • I realize I didn't post this morning. It was for a few reasons, one health-related on my part.
  • The other reason is that, while it is work to cover the live feeds, I like to have fun with it as well.
  • Last night on the live feeds there wasn't fun and really no way I could be witty about what I saw.
  • I saw Bella go off forever on Nicole without giving Nicole any chance to speak up defending herself.
  • I saw the Eight be nasty to Ovi, Kemi and David.
  • And, especially nasty to Nicole.
  • Nicole has to be one of the most nice people in and out of the house. You can tell that just by watching her.
  • Yet she feels alienated and alone. Sure, she has Kemi for a friend and sounding board. But Kemi isn't actually playing the game.
  • Sure, Tommy tells her how much he loves her.
  • It's just not right and it saddens me.
  • Christie went and told Jack that she has the Diamond Veto from Whacktivity.
  • I can only hope that she just hangs onto it to save her own butt if need be and doesn't use it to backdoor Nicole.
  • For me, the only hope for this game is if (A) David is the one coming back in the game (love that Kemi, but he would be a better player) (B) Nicole and Sam are still playing and team up with David. That trio has the talent to maybe win against the machine.
  • Today Kemi and David were sitting alone downstairs. David said, " Camp ComeBack is looking very … colorful."
  • The camera cut away immediately to another room.
  • So, the BB staff behind the walls have obviously been coached to steer away from any racist type discussion in the house.
  • We know, since both talked about it, that both Jack and Michie were talked to about racist type talk. (I wish they'd also address Jack on his slurs about women.)
  • Yet the aired show is giving them a good edit.
  • At least on Season 15 the show reflected what was going on.
  • So … with what I've written so far, you can see the lack of wit.
  • In other news from the house, the veto players were pricked.
  • Jessica got Houseguest's Choice and chose … Christie.
  • There are none so blind as those who refuse to see.
  • Veto players are: Nick, Jess, Cliff, Christie, Kat and Jackson.
  • So, the backdoor plan for Nicole is probably a given.
  • Kat might be the only one not to use it, but will probably go with the Eight.
  • And, that's where we are.
  • I want to thank those who donated to the blog so far in this dismal season! You rock even when the hamsters don't.

Generally tries, but ineffective player.

They made Nicole cry.

Too bad she wasn't cast in a normal season.

She disappointed me.

Prime example of a toxic person.

David to Kemi: Camp C/B is looking … colorful.

It’s really messed up that they keep casting these types of people on the show. I get the drama aspect and the need for ratings but them literally each season just getting what the think are attractive people (ha) that have barely heard of or watched the show is getting old. We have enough negativity cr*p going on that we don’t want to see people being bullied in the house. The ones who bullied her don’t even have the mental capacity to realize they were doing anything wrong. Hopefully we can get some of these out soon and back on track.

How does the diamond veto work? I have forgotten.

yep, nobody much to cheer for this summer... until someone "decent" returns from The Camp.
My bet is that these "beautiful people" are just as ugly outside the house. :(

OKay, so I have likened this season to Paul's, with his flock of evil followers who bullied Jessica & Cody. But THEY at least had each other, and both had huge backbones, could handle it. But Nicole? Tiny, defenseless, bespectacled Nicole???
*smh*
What is there to do?

Justene - I think I explained it in yesterday's post. Let's see if my mind is still working … used secretly during the veto ceremony, pulls one person off the block AND makes the renomination replacing that person. Yes, that's it! I always want to confuse it with Coup d'Tat. Christie's power can be used once in the next four veto meetings.

I really hate the gang up, bullying mentality! I wish BB would let US participate and do a few switcharoos! I truly hate seeing Nicole being back doored! If Nick were really smart he’d back door one of the Jack’s....

It is a mystery to me how these people get past the process...am I wrong in thinking they have to pass personality/psychological tests? There seriously needs a better background check done on the players. The racist/ignorant behavior has me not wanting to watch.

I just sent you a donation, Jackie, although it doesn't begin to compensate for your having to watch/listen to this very unpleasant group of people.

I'd love to see an America's Vote twist, with viewers voting for someone from Camp Comeback to return to the game and for a current houseguest to be sent to the camp. And that twist should be repeated three or four times!

Petals, I heard Taran (RHAP) compare it to S6 with more twists, and it is sort of like the Friendship/NerdHerd. Can you imagine if they would have had these advantages and twists how they would have ran all over the Sovereign 6? There are only a handful of likable people in there and three of them will all be wiped out after next week. It's a bleak season. :(((

Supposedly now (well, earlier because the veto comps been on for a few hours) Christie and Jack don't want Nicole backdoored because she's one of the only ones willing to call Bella out for her lies. Before the feeds were blocked, Bella and Nick were once again not doing well with the other six. Of course, that happened before and they got back in the group. We'll see.

When will the HOHs ever learn? After naming their noms, their power is limited, especially if they don't win the Veto comp...and they didn't tonight.

The only remaining power Nick/Bella really has now is to name a replacement nom if/when the VETO is used. Then, other than occupying the HOH room for a couple more days, their reign is over...poof... and they become expendable.

I don't understand the power that Bella has over people.

Jackie, for the first time I've been watching the POP AFTER HOURS and I do not know how you have been watching the live feeds year after year for 21 years. I can barely stay awake even when I tape and watch the next day. The sound is terrible. The incessant whining and conniving of this group and the narcissism! They constantly look away from whomever they are talking to and look into mirrors or maybe monitors (on the cameras?); Is there something else they could be looking at other than their own image? Anyway, I've watched every episode every year and I agree with how bad this year has been. Just a footnote, I really wanted to like Jack because of the close bond he has with his dog. I am one of those people who prefers the company of dogs so I kind of related to him. Now, I'm worried about his dog.
