BB21: Live Feeds Power of Veto Update - August 31
After a several hours long live feeds block for the Power of Veto comp, they returned. It was the Hide and Go Veto -- the one which has them tearing apart the house looking for the hidden vetoes.
The one I thought would want to win the least won -- Tommy.
I have to suppose he feels obligated to save Christie. In that case it would probably be Cliff on the block as a pawn and Jess going home.
Perhaps Jackson can convince Tommy that there's no way Christie is going anyway (his target IS Jess) and then something can go awry and send Christie packing! Wishful thinking.
The house isn't AS messy as some years.

I’m hoping if Tommy does take Christie down again, maybe some alarm bells might start ringing in these dumb hamsters ears about him and Christie. Wishful thinking most likely.
That's why I thought Tommy would be the least likely to try to win the comp. Maybe the adrenalin got him.
Tommy hid his Veto really well. Or he just got "lucky" it wasn't found.
So now he has 2 choices:
1) Don't take Christie down and make her furious, or
2) Take her down and everyone starts to develop a light-bulb moment...that maybe there's a relationship (since this would be the 2nd time he takes her down).
Of course, Tommy could choose not use the Veto and his excuse could be that he didn't need to... after all, she's just a pawn.
Ugh! Well, if this goes as it has been for Christie, Tommy and she will be the final two. I want to see the looks on everyone's faces when they find out, Tommy and Christie know each other. Right now, I think the fact that most fans hate Michie, they don't care. One of them will deserve to win, if nothing is done.
If you can forget all the things that happened before Jack left, Jackson has been growing on me a lot. To me, he seems genuinely nice to most the houseguests, even Jess has Nicole. Too bad he has a blind spot regarding Tommy. But again, this is IF you can forget everything that happened before Jack's eviction...lol. At least he’s playing the game and doing it mostly rationally.
I am worried about Cliff going up as a pawn. Holly has made multiple comments that she would rather work with Christie and Tommy I am afraid she will flip. Also she annoys me constantly whining about not looking like a strong woman and griping about everything production says to her about getting out of bed or not napping.
And … we can't forget we're heading into a double eviction this week!
Christy safe again. @@
Oops, trouble in HOH Paradise. Holly just might have overplayed her hand with Jackson. All her whining has finally ticked him off and he "invited" her to sleep downstairs.
So, will tomorrow's wake-up music be "Only the Lonely" ??
Nicole has been suspicious of Tommy and Christie's relationship for a while. If Tommy saves her Nicole might start talking to others about her suspicions. I have also really started to like Jackson. He seems to be more social and I think he really likes the other houseguests. I also have noticed Holly and Jackson seem to be getting on each other's nerves. Maybe 3 weeks of being in the HOH bedroom has turned some of the lust into reality!! If Cliff goes on the block I think the vote will be 2-2 and Jackson will break the tie. Even if Holly is mad at Jackson I don't think she will jump ship this late in the game.
That's what I'm hoping as well Jackie. Nicole was planting that seed last night with Holly. Here's hoping Jackson convinces Tommy not to use it and it all gets turned around and Christie goes in the first eviction. Fingers crossed!!
You’d think Tommy would worry just a little bit about what it will look like if he takes Christie down again! Ughhhhh
Unlikely that Tommy won't use the veto, although he could try and convince Christie she's safe either way. Then
If she gets evicted, I can hear Tommy saying, "oh no, if I had only known this would happen, you know I would have saved you. For sure. Really. I'm so so sorry. You know how much I loooove you. I feel SO terrible."
(oh, and don't let the door hit you on your way out.)
If ever was a week for Nicole to finally stand up it's this one. First if she gets in everyone's ears about Tommy/Christie....second, finally win an HOH and put up Jackson/Holly. The time is NOW!!
Why do we keep watching this stupid show....somebody, stop me now!!!
that was me, Leigh.
I just read that there was a post on Twitter posted by a guy named Brad. He made the comment that this is his first time watching BB. He said he is watching it this season because his roommate Jackson and his friend Holly are on it. The twit was then deleted. Anybody know anything about this?
I don’t know anything about the tweet, but I heard right after the season started that they had a mutual friend but didn’t actually know each other before the game. He followed her on Instagram, but I think was told to unfollow her before entering the house.
Did anyone catch the fight they had? He is berating her for treating him a certain way on “national tv” and how embarrassing that is, while he is basically treating her the same way he is complaining about. He really is a pompous douchebag. This is why I really hope he doesn’t finish first or second. I was in an abusive relationship and just watching his behavior and how he treats the others is so triggering this has been the hardest season for me to watch.
Jackson definitely has some "issues".
