Bowie Jane, Jag and Blue pizza dancing |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Awake Animals:
- This crew stays up WAY too late.
- Well, at least most of them, that is.
- Despite BB telling them that they would be awakening them at 7:30am Saturday, half the house is still awake as I write this ... going on 4am their time.
- Jag had tried to go to bed. Not long after he fell asleep, they called him to the Diary Room. After that he ended up wide awake.
- I know that feeling. If I'm unexpectedly awakened, that's it for sleep!
- Who is the crew still up?
- Why, Reilly's crew, of course.
- They don't want to be seen as a group/alliance of eight yet stay up and talk loudly in the HOH room.
- Go figure.
- Reilly said that she talked with Hisam, who doesn't seem close to anyone, and asked him if she could choose him if she got Houseguest Choice in the Veto pick.
- She plans to run it by him again before the pick.
- She says (not to Hisam) that she wants to pick him so that he thinks she trusts him.
- She doesn't trust him but figures anyone up against Kirsten would be safe or that he wouldn't change the noms if asked not to do so.
- Most of the Eight think that Luke is just playing dumb about the game.
- He told Cory he didn't realize he was on the block.
- He asked what a backdoor was.
- One, I think it was Luke, but maybe Matt, thought they were saying Dairy Room not Diary Room.
- One thing Luke said when a bunch were talking about people lying about their jobs -- they realize they have a lot of really smart fellow hamsters and think there are doctors and lawyers -- is that Hisam might be a doctor.
- Heh. Hisam IS a doctor, but no one thinks he is.
- Now they think Luke is a doctor.
- He is not.
- Kisten talked to America -- us, not the hamster -- wondering what she did wrong.
- Cirie, in her great friends kind of way, talked to Kirsten about why she seems to be in trouble -- gaming too fast, etc.
- She advised Kirsten to tone down her gameplay.
- She also told Kirsten that EVERYONE had issues with her.
- Oh my. I'd be heading out that back door of the Diary Room if I thought EVERYONE was against me!
- There were no kerfuffles, fisticuffs or brouhahas resulting from Kirsten being nominated.
- Earlier in the day, most of the hamsters had a spa day event.
- Guys ended up with painted nails.
- Cameron and Matt ended up with Mickey Mouse hairdos which look ridiculous on anyone other than a small child.
- Matt took his out. But as I type this up, Cameron still has his.
- Blue did a face massage on Felicia who absolutely loved it.
- Jared has taken to wearing a bandana on his head tied at the chin like an old lady's scarf. It looks as ridiculous as Cameron's mouse ears hairdo.
- Nothing all that earth shattering went down since my last post.
- But the Power of Veto comp is today.
- That should be interesting. Not that we will actually see it on the feeds, mind you. But we see the aftermath.
- Since rumors are rampant on the internet, I feel I should mention that the rumor about an 18th hamster and no eviction this week were started by a "spoiler" person who is wrong more often than right. I honestly doubt it and, if folks bring it up in the comments, I will probably refute it. I pride myself on posting only things I actually see on the feeds or have from valid sources. The comments here are a reflection of the content on the blog. If you feel the need to post a rumor or speculation, label it as such. Please.
- Laters!

I must say I am giddy with anticipation for our first Audrey sighting of the season.
Thanks Jackie
I think Jared believes he will be less similar to Cirie if he wears the kerchief? LOL
Izzy mentioned that Cory is aware of the mom/son.
I STILL don't understand why the entire house has an issue with Kirsten. Being chatty isn't usually an immediate boot offense.
Seem to be two groups in the house: the young kids and the Cirie crew. And both are talking about who has whom, and numbers. I just hope that Reilly, Jag & Matt stay together. My opinion is that Blue is NOT with the cools kid, but more with the Cirie crew. After a new HOH, I predict we'll see Blue back far away from the kids
BTW - Twitter backlash on Reilly b/c of her music choice. She's young, she does live in Nashville, and the entire country doesnt hate that guy. I don't believe it was a political statement on her part or anything. For that matter, she prolly listed several music options and BB chose which one to put in her basket - to shake things up. So I don't dislike her b/c of her HOH music.
JMO (just my opinions/observations, for what they're worth, which prolly isn't much, haha)
Thank you again, Jackie. There is so much going on with this bunch, I don't know how you do it!
oh - Feli has named their alliance the "Bye Bye Bitches". Wow. This is Ciri, Feli, Mecole, Izzy (and I predict they will absorb Blue after next HOH)
I think Izzy is worried that Cory might realize that Cirie and Jared are mother and son, but she hasn't said it on the feeds. I recall that discussion. If she did actually say he knows it or if he told her that, please point out a day and time so I can verify it.
I saw it on Jokers.
Oh, the cool kids are The Handful. So there the 2 alliances: The BBBs and The Handful. And Red is a BBB, officially (I know you hate nicknames, but Bye Bye Bitches is alot to type)
LOL
I love Jag, and watching him so carefully & artfully wrap his turban, I was prompted to research. So for anyone who is interested:

Petals - Ah, Jokers is known to have some updaters who exaggerate or embellish. Some, of course, outright lie and the more blatant lies over who won a comp or such tend to get taken down. Most likely the updater saw the same conversation I did and took it as Cory actually said it, not that Izzy was just worried because he's smart and such a Cirie fan -- the way the conversation actually went down. As for Jag, his being there made me look up the Sikh Punjabi religion after he discussed how baby names are chosen -- at a temple, the parents get a chosen first initial from a book. Jag is just a nickname from his given name, but I don't know what it is. I don't personally know any Sikh folks although many live in this area. I do know some Hindi Punjabi people, but that's way different. Thanks for the link!
I find we learn so much from the hamsters. Broaden our horizons
