BB25: Live Feeds into Sunday Morning - Aug. 20

Sometimes life is a chicken playing pool.

My head hurts. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Chaos Critters:
  • If you didn't catch my last live feeds update, Jag won the Power of Veto.
  • We all know he will take himself off the block.
  • Then there's that big Blindside Hisam that will kick in.
  • After all, everyone in the house except Hisam is in on it. It's all come coming to fruition just as planned!
  • Scratch that plan. That car crashed. Think of last week, rinse and repeat.
  • Wait, let's put that plan right back up there. Maybe if we throw it at the wall, it'll stick!
  • Yep, you got it.
  • Like last week but even earlier as now it's all about the renom, not the actual vote.
  • Red should go up! No, Blue should go up! Let's put America up! Is Meme still on our side? Will America and Meme (Mecole) flip to that other side? How about Bowie? What's that Cory up to now?
  • Felicia plans to tell Hisam that they spread the blindside story to see who talked.
  • It's outright dizzying. I think I'm in some kind of sensory overload here.
  • The latest seems to be back to Blindside Hisam. That, mind you, is subject to change at any moment. Or not.
  • About the only one not on the Cirie/Felicia side who hasn't been a serious option of theirs for renom is Matt. They really like him.
  • Plus, Matt, hearing issue put aside, is very unfamiliar with the game itself and just seems like a very nice guy.
  • Hisam remains oblivious to all of this going on and remains in his Nice Guy persona. (Unlike his Power Guy persona.)
  • In other news, like Felicia's sliming showers HOH punishment, Jag has a chicken suit punishment for winning Power of Veto.
  • Jared is still playing his "I have a secret" bit while flirting with Blue.
  • Cirie thinks that Blue is playing Jared and might be off of it now because he declined kissing her due to all the cameras.
  • Me? I think it's a dangerous thing for him and eventually he will tell her about Cirie.
  • Whose game would that blow? Probably more Cirie's than his own.
  • One of the interesting things they discussed is the lack of BB supplying them alcohol this year. While Jared was a bit wrong telling Blue that BB used to give alcohol each week after the live show -- wrong as they go into HOH comp -- he's right that they would get it.
  • Now, so far, only in the HOH basket there is alcohol. Last week, since Hisam doesn't drink, he gave it all away to others.
  • Maybe production thinks if they mix alcohol into this mess, they will all have motion sickness.
  • Anyway ... in case I made you dizzy and confused reporting on the dizziness and confusion in the house ... the latest plan at the moment is back to Blindside Hisam.
  • If so, Felicia might even use Hisam's own words when nominating him.
  • In his constant push to have Matt be the target, he told Izzy, "Why get a knight out when you can get a king?"
  • We have a day to go before the veto meeting, so the plan might change 423 times between now and then.

We need to get Matt out.

Matt is endearing himself with Cirie.

No way will you go on the block, Matt!

Will she flip sides?

Too many know. We need to stick to the plan.

I love ya Jackie-for actually being able to get these updates in with the whiplash, I had to stop listening last night and thought for a moment that I can’t take another two months of Cirie wit the back and forth- change noms- wash, rinse repeat. To me she is trying to be Derrick(bb16) and not good at it at all.
Hopefully today will be a day of leisure for the hamsters and they turn the game off for a while.
I do want Hisam to be replacement and out the door

I swear Cirie is getting a boost in her stipend for everytime they change the plan. She is the chaos-verse. Thank you for all you do. I have been a reader since the AOL days. Jamie/NJ

LOL

Thanks Jackie -

It's so funny, listening to Jared wax on himself as tho HE were the 'star'. He keeps dropping these I-know-people-that-know-people phrases, trying to impress Blue.
Meanwhile, Blue just wants to have showmance, no matter with whom! She says, "the first showmance kiss goes on TV!" (or something to that effect).
Ugh - I love the diversity of this cast, but would've loved it more with the Cirie/Jared twist.

We all thought it would be Izzy dropping that tidbit and here we have Jared is going to nark his own self out lol

Jared is constantly spewing BS in an attempt to impress Blue (into the sack). He tries way too hard to make himself look macho and worldly. All he looks is a fool.

Ciri really enjoys messing with people. That's her forte, and the back/forth machinations worked so well last time, she'd probably like to try that each time. Sooner or later, that will bite her in the butt, but... Jared's big mouth (trying to impress Blue) just might be the thing that does that deed! lol

I hope they STAY with the blindside Hisam plan! Thank you Jackie!

This post is a great example of why Jackie is my go-to for live feeds updates. It's packed with info, insightful, witty, easy to follow and you can trust it's accurate. That's why I'm happy to send donations to Jackie each year, to show appreciation for her dedication and efforts. I encourage others to do likewise!

This may have been asked before, but why does Cirie always have sun glasses on inside. Do we know?

Sharon N said...

Anon,
I'd assume it's because "nothing hides lying eyes like sunglasses!" LOL

Sharon N said...

Oh, and sunglasses make it easier to watch everyone... without them knowing. :)

Anonymous said...

Thank you Sharon N that makes sense

I do think Cirie wears them to watch others without it being noticeable. However, I've heard many mention that the lights in the house are bright stage type lighting. That might be why so many can be sporting them at times. But Cirie is all the time.

3.0 earthquake just hit california.
hours before a hurricane is hitting.

Wow.

Jackie S. said...

The epicenter for the quake was north of Los Angeles, up in Ojai. I saw reports of little damage reported. For that area, 3.0 is more a tremor than a quake. The hurricane is down to a tropical storm level and areas west of Los Angelos will be bearing the brunt of the rain.

Do you know if they are getting heavy rain from Hilary? I pulled up the Big Brother house on satellite, and the Los Angeles River viaduct runs along the east side of the BB building and is only separated by a small two lane road.

Thanks Jackie for the sunglasses update

Jackie, agree on 3.0 quake.
Most of my life was spent in So Calif and none of us even blinked with a 3.0 quake.
But a 5.0 could get your attention real quick! lol

For those who've never lived in Earthquake territory...
I worked in a 2-story bldg on Norton AFB, and there was another 2-story right next door. It was Office Entertainment looking out the windows and watching "the other bldg sway." LOL Then we'd tack string attached to pencils off overhead shelves, just to watch for aftershocks.
Work went on as usual...

Michelle - Heavier rain than they're used to. But it doesn't look like that viaduct is anywhere near flooding at this time. They're talking about three inches or so of rain. It doesn't seem to be the real soaking type storm we get along the Atlantic.

Sharon N. - I lived two years in Covina, Los Angeles County. They had earthquake drills in the schools! The last time I visited CA, there was a 5.3 earthquake not all that far away. I was in the Bay Area. The worst damage from that one seemed to be big cracks in roads.

confirmation - Red & Cam are friends in real life. I love it.

Sharon N said...

Jackie, so you've experience the "ride" first hand! :)
Indeed, every little 'increment' up the quake scale, you will feel more. San Bernardino sits in a sandy basin, and very close to the San Andreas Fault. Because of the sandy basis, a quake can sometimes be felt as it approaches... before it hits.

About 1990, I lived in San Bdno when there were TWO 6.0 quakes that were mere minutes apart. One was in the desert towards Palm Springs, and 1 in the San Bdno mountains. Looked out the apartment window and saw electric and phone wires swinging overhead, and waves were literally splashing out of the swimming pool. That was NOT fun.

Jackie S. said...

Petals - Where are you getting that information? I've heard nothing on the feeds about it, nor from any credible sources.

Petals said...

I saw it on live feeds. Cam/red w/cory talking about... stuff. About 30 min ago (6:30ish CST)
They said when they are together, they are talking about music, not game. and Cory acknowledged they were "friends in real life"

Jackie S. said...

I believe they said they could be friends in real life, not that they are.

Petals said...

I probably misunderstood them when they said it, then. Cory actually said it to both of them, and when they didn't dispute him...
But it's no big deal. I'm just glad to have that fledgling alliance forming.

She tells everyone. It's not a blindside if everyone knows. Loose lips sink ships.

Sharon, when my husband and I were stationed in central California, his work space was on the second floor of the hospital. He said it swayed back and forth. I didn't feel it. But, I didn't feel the Northridge earthquake either. My husband bolted up sound asleep and told me there was an earthquake. Truthfully, I didn't feel it at all; and Northridge was bad. I have a friend who lives in Redondo Beach; and she's petrified. I'm really worried about her.

Nickelpeed said...

Thank you, Jackie. I really appreciate it. See everyone Wednesday night!! Those in California, please stay safe.

The earthquake centered in Ojai was a 5.1 quake. Hurricane Hilary didn’t do much damage where I live which is between LA and San Diego. We are okay here in Orange County safe from earthquakes and the storm. This is Dr_Celine. Can’t sign in from my mobile.

Thanks for the weather update, Dr_Celine! I'm glad all seems okay.
