Big Brother 16: Live Feeds Wednesday night into Thursday - July 31

I want to decline this mission

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Mission Impossible?:
  • Ho-hum. They talked a lot of small talk about food and previous seasons.
  • When they talked about how double evictions, Zach and Frankie are not all that knowledgeable about how they actually go down. Donny is.
  • But we know that it's not a double eviction tonight.
  • We know Julie always tells us!
  • Caleb is sure it's tonight.
  • Heh. He probably wants to go off into the sunset with his true love forever and forever.
  • Run like the wind, Amber! Escape!
  • Caleb says that after the show is over, he and Amber will go on a date.
  • @@
  • I say she'll get a restraining order.
  • As always, there's a lot of speculation over who would be nominated if various hamsters won HoH.
  • It's something they do to pass the time and grow the paranoia.
  • Caleb says that they let him do a second goodbye message to Amber because he was bawling in the first one.
  • I hope they show the first one.
  • Frankie and Zach continue to grow closer. Zach promised to tell Frankie if he heard either Derrick or Cody say anything about him. Frankie is worried because Christine's name is being brought up more and more as a possible target.
  • As she should be. She's useless. She can go home.
  • Derrick received the Team America mission -- it's the hinky votes one in which two have to vote against the house, then accuse two others of the hinky votes from the time of the eviction announcement to when they go out to play for HoH.
  • They don't like the mission.
  • Donny wants to decline the mission.
  • Derrick thinks they can blame Caleb (voting to keep Amber) and Zach.
  • I think Donny might be worried that they might actually tip the scale and send Jocasta home.
  • Meanwhile, while Team America is panicking about the hinky vote mission inside, Nicole and Hayden are outside talking about how Christine might throw in a hinky vote just to mess with people.
  • Heck, there's one just there!
  • Donny finally said he'd do it if the others do, but doesn't want anyone blaming him for it later on.
  • They are seriously thinking of not doing the mission. We'll see.
  • Donny thinks it's seriously out of character for him and he came to win the half-million, not play America's game.
  • While Derrick admits he's also there to win the big prize, he thinks it an honor to be chosen and wants to try to complete each mission.
  • After Donny left Derrick and Frankie, they both talked of how little Donny has done in these missions. Frankie wants him out.
  • That's all she wrote for now ...

Zankie

Why do they keep her?

Victoria talks religion

What are we gonna do?

Big Brother 16: Live Feeds Wednesday into the evening - July 30

Like peas in a pod

Okay, I'm here. I just barely made it what with that nasty Sharknado hitting nearby NYC! Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Landsharks:
  • Donny and Jocasta talked about immature Caleb is at 26 and not getting that Amber has no interest in him.
  • Hey, everybody sees it except Caleb!
  • Caleb has been running around to everyone telling them it's his fault Amber's on the block and not to vote her out.
  • They lounged around without much going on until ...
  • ... the Memory Wall changed to videos of each of them in comps!
  • Most likely something will come up about this during this week's HoH comp or, if not, a future comp.
  • So, they studied them intently.
  • Frankie seemed the least interested. As outgoing HoH, he won't be playing in the HoH comp Thursday.
  • Zach was the first other person to give up.
  • Right now he thinks he's sitting pretty in the house despite his outbursts.
  • He probably is.
  • Hayden told Donny that Frankie should be nominated before Caleb because he's more dangerous in the game -- anyone can make Caleb do anything. He's just that dense.
  • Of course, Hayden doesn't know that Donny has a reason for wanting to keep Frankie around.
  • And Donny can't/won't tell him.
  • If not for Team America, I'm sure Donny would agree with Hayden.
  • Cody told Derrick that Hayden talked of backdooring Frankie if there's a double eviction.
  • Again, Derrick can't/won't mention Team America to Cody.
  • Derrick thinks that Hayden and Nicole are growing too close and he knows Nicole lied to him about the whole after PoV/Amber fiasco.
  • Frankie had admitted to Derrick that he embellished that and Nicole had actually confirmed it to Derrick. So, one of them is lying to Derrick!
  • I hope he doesn't set his sights on them.
  • I'd rather see Christine go next.
  • She brings no entertainment value to me on these long summer nights.
  • She can go away.
  • Victoria is still stalking Derrick, albeit not in a Caleb-ish way.
  • Caleb wants to throw tomorrow's HoH comp.
  • I say, "Let him!"
  • Unfortunately, Derrick says otherwise and told him he should try to win it.
  • Gah.
  • Just what we need ... Lonesome Creepy Cowboy reigning over the house!
  • The plan is still to vote out Amber and, for the moment, Caleb is going with the vote.
  • We'll see. It wouldn't take a Sharknado to change his mind once again.

Donny checks his FitBit

Hey! Whazzat on the Memory Wall?

Why, it's video clips!

Studying, some more than others

Big Brother 16: PoV Show Blog Party - July 30

Big Brother summer on Make A Gif

Ready for the party? As the show airs here on the East Coast, I'll update this entry with the major happenings. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, if you're looking for the real party -- head down to the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Recap, recap. Victoria and Jocasta upset with each other, naturally. Amber is the backdoor plan. Zach is running around annoying people. He's decided to bug the Have Nots. Frankie wants Zach to stay quiet ... until the Veto Meeting (for Team America). Nicole gets to shun the Germa-tard.

Hayden asks Victoria to choose him if she gets Houseguest's Choice in the PoV players pick -- he promises to take her off the block if he wins. Nicole is suspicious.

Derrick gets the news that his grandfather has passed away.

Caleb thinks he's Beast Mode Cowboy and will ignore Amber as he keeps talking about and obsessing about Amber.

Veto players pick time! Frankie draws Donny, Victoria gets HG choice and chooses Hayden, Jocasta gets Christine. Christine will keep nominations the same as she does NOT want them to put Amber on the block.

Veto comp -- Amber hosts. A western theme, Caleb is upset he's not in it. Rocking horses, stacking gold bars, timed to get back on horse, rocking 60 times, can go on slop for a week to get back in game. They only get 30 seconds to stack their gold bars. Jocasta timed out and took slop.

Hayden wins the power of veto!

Zach gets Caleb *the dummy* to run to Frankie suggesting they pretend Amber is going to be backdoored to teach her a lesson. Oy.

Team America -- Vote against the majority of house, convincing two others did it or get two TA members as HoH.

Time for the veto meeting and will the Zach attack win TA another five grand each? Jocasta says she's trustworthy, loyal, etc. Victoria chose him to play for it. Hayden uses the veto to save Victoria. Frankie puts Amber up. Zach gets up, lights into Amber. Mission failed. She just smiled at him.

Big Brother 16: Live Feeds Tuesday night into Wednesday - July 30

Hayden manhandles Nicole

Tomorrow night should be very interesting. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of I've Got Your Back Bro:
  • The late night started off quiet enough -- a pool tournament with a mild kerfuffle over the game.
  • Then it all got interesting, almost to the point of addicting.
  • Frankie is still thinking of himself and those bloody hands. He thinks they might want to split the vote so Caleb isn't as mad when it all goes down.
  • Derrick and Zach think no on that thought.
  • Derrick thinks that might put Jocasta at risk for going home if they split the vote. They definitely want Amber to go.
  • Zach thinks that Caleb might try to self-evict if Amber goes.
  • Too bad, so sad, I say.
  • Meanwhile, Amber is talking to Christine about the girls taking over.
  • A bit too late for that, as well as implausible.
  • Christine runs back to report to Derrick that Amber was talking about the six guys being in an alliance and that Amber would put Caleb up on the block.
  • Oh, way to play into their plan, Amber!
  • Amber told Cody that she thinks her alliance (the guys) don't have her back.
  • Well, duh.
  • Frankie, Derrick and Chistine weighed the options of keeping Amber.
  • For a few minutes, that is.
  • Christine doesn't want to get rid of Amber. Y'know, that will make her a target of the boys sooner than later.
  • Derrick spent a lot of time avoiding Victoria. She's latched onto him and he likens her to a chihuahua in with a bunch of pit bulls. He thinks she's just too naive for the crowd.
  • He's probably right to a point there. Victoria is like a lesser Donny watching people. Donny knows what to do with the bits and pieces he picks up. Victoria watches, picks up on what's happening, but doesn't always know what it means.
  • Frankie et al decide it's best to pit Amber and Caleb against each other, which was pretty much the original plan anyway.
  • Derrick thinks they should wait on that.
  • But, do they wait?
  • Nope.
  • It goes down.
  • Frankie told Caleb that Amber is targeting him (Caleb) and will put him on the block if she gets HoH.
  • Zach agrees.
  • Cody agrees.
  • Caleb is crushed, mad ... and runs away.
  • Well, downstairs.
  • Derrick reined him in and brought him back upstairs.
  • "We've got your back, bro."
  • "We didn't want to tell you because we knew it would hurt you."
  • "She's bad news."
  • Again ... hook, line and sinker.
  • I think Caleb just might be the most manipulation-friendly hamster we've ever seen in the house. He'll fall for any story.
  • Just from house scuttlebutt with Frankie and Zach, it sounds like they might have Christine in their sights as the next girl out.
  • But Caleb would be first.
  • Caleb is thinking of how to wreak revenge on Amber from pranks to "murking her."
  • Zach is, as he usually does, egging him on.
  • Derrick and Cody tell Caleb he should run anything he wants to do by the Diary Room to make sure he doesn't get in trouble.
  • I feel the need to point out that Frankie was amongst the missing for most of the talk with Cody, Zach, Derrick and Caleb.
  • Is he falling out of favor with them?
  • Yep, I think so. Of course, Caleb is out of favor with him, but he was the topic of the night. He had to be there.
  • Today is another day. We'll see if there are any real brouhahas. At least we're getting some drama now.
He's cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs

Lying doesn't become him

Lookin' the fool in more ways than one

Frankie's head explodes

Big Brother 16: Live Feeds into Tuesday evening - July 29

Smiling because she's Caleb-free right now

Y'know, if Caleb was here right here right now ... I'd have to duct tape his mouth. Or something. I'm SO tired of hearing him go on and on, saying the same things over and over again. Maybe duct tape his mouth and kick him in the knee for good measure. And, mind you, I'm not normally a violent person!

Here's today's happenings from inside that Big Brother House of Circular Discussions:
  • They goofed up this morning and one of the wake-up songs came through on the feeds for a bit. Something about "put your hand down my pants."
  • Um. No. I wouldn't really want to wake up to that, thank you very much!
  • Caleb has noticed that his confrontations with Nicole over what Amber said to her after the PoV differ whether Frankie's in the room with them or not.
  • "I'm not an idiot," says Caleb.
  • Well, yeah. You are. Why don't you just go sit in the corner flexing your muscles and admiring your tattoos. Ah, good boy!
  • But, no. Caleb doesn't do that. He continues to interrogate people over who said what to whom.
  • Get a clue. It's too late. You were a fool and, unfortunately, Amber is paying the price.
  • Caleb is sure that he can gather the votes to save Amber.
  • Oh, to be a knight in shining armor rescuing the damsel in distress once again!
  • Frankie got his HoH camera and just about all the photos were selfies.
  • That's a first.
  • However, it's Frankie and we should have seen it coming.
  • Victoria told Hayden she doesn't think of him in a boyfriend kind of way and Nicole should understand that.
  • He said he doesn't think of her in a girlfriend kind of way, either. If he did, they wouldn't be able to share the same bed.
  • After he said that, he followed up with: "Wanna make out?"
  • The hamsters think they're due a luxury comp and a double eviction.
  • They're not getting either right away, I don't think.
  • I would say it's quite possible that a week from Thursday could be a double eviction. We are kind of due, but Julie always warns the viewers.
  • As for the luxury comp, I don't believe they had one last season and perhaps the season before, too.
  • Caleb bragged to Zach about being a celebrity in his town even before BB.
  • He keeps going on about The Voice. Now, I know someone who actually made the second round of that show. At the time, she was very excited about the possibilities. But when she didn't make it on the show (same as Caleb), it was over. She never went bragging that she was on The Voice when she wasn't!
  • He also bragged about how good-looking he and his brothers are. Well, I can't speak of the brothers. But, to me, Caleb looks like the love child of a Charlie Sheen/Eminem gay romance gone bad.
  • I know. I know. I'm being very mean about Caleb. That's not really like me. But he's droned on for two days straight now, same stuff over and over again. And, in between he talks about how great he is.
  • EEEK!
  • Caleb told Frankie he cried when he taped the goodbye message to Amber.
  • Who would expect anything else from him? I mean, really.
  • Nicole is almost a basket case. Caleb keeps questioning her. She knows Amber is going home, so isn't worried about Amber, but is scared of Caleb. She doesn't know whether to tell the truth or lie.
  • Heck, if it were me, I'd tell him I'm not dealing with him anymore. Go away!
  • Amber made cinnamon rolls for the Have Nots.
  • I do feel sorry for Amber. She got a raw deal on the show just because a psycho stalker became infatuated with her and tainted her game.
  • After numerous discussions, it still looks like they're not going to tell Caleb/Amber that the vote will be a landslide for her to go.
  • They're having a pool tournament now.
  • Yawn.
  • But it's better than listening to the Caleb broken record, for sure.

Yet, she's on his mind (or lack of one)
