So far, Yau-Man shoved JOnny Fairplay aside to get an immunity idol. Heh.
No Reward Challenge -- fans win the first Immunity Challenge and get flint. Thanks to Yau-Man, the faves already have fire, but they'll lose a person tonight.

Wow, I agree with some of the favorite choices but I'm still scratching my head on quite a few of them. Pavarti, Eliza, Fairplay, and the blonde(can't remember her name) just to name a few I'm confused about. Who voted for these guys or are they the onlyh ones who volunteered? Oh yeah, I don't think I remember liking Jonathan either. WOW!

It looked like Ozzy and a fan. I read somewhere that it would be one from each team going to exile island. Otherwise, it's probably Ozzy and Amanda, since they hooked up on tonight's show.

Thank goodness Jonny is gone! I really disliked that snake the first time around! I hope Jonathan is the next one from the Favs to go. Or Liza. Ozzy is my almost all time favorite. I adored Rupert too. But Ozzy is the best player ever.

Oh, I almost had a heart attack when I checked our TV cable guide. I thought S16 and Lost were on at the same time. But Lost at 8 p.m. is a repeat of the recap and the new episode is at 9 p.m. Whew!

Well. Nely's gone, but it looks like Omarosa's facade just cracked a little, I think. She seemed shaken as she left the boardroom. Like Piers or not, he's beating the crap out of the women.
Oh I wish it would have gone done that way joyn. Once again, she has survived the boardroom, UGH! If any week at all, this night was the week she should have been fired. It was her idea to go with the 'wedding' theme and stick with it. Sigh!

How much better could the start of S16 been....Jonny Rotten out first thing! I could not believe how outraged he was when Yau fought him for the idol...you go,Yau! And for Rotten to say Yau wasn't a nice person....pot,kettle,black!!!
I am disgusted by Parvati and wish the original plan to 86 her would have come to be. I would have even put up with Rotten another week. I was glad the Fans won the first challenge and doubt it will be a cakewalk for the Favs to make a comeback and win all the rest like they were saying. Ozzy and Amanda...say it isn't so...and right out of the gate,too.I think this is going to be fun to watch!
I did read in TV Guide that they had picked 20 favorites and then decided to go in the direction of the Fans vs Favs and let the other 10 favs go,including Yul. I sure would have rather seen him again instead of almost half of these. At least Courtney didn't make it.
I didn't see it the year that Fairplay was in it, so I guess I was spared the disdain everyone seems to have for him. How did Kathleen get the idol. I know YaoMan told her to pick it up, but was that a third one or did Fairplay drop the one he had???? I missed what happened.
I guess Fairplay was serious that he wanted to be the first to go home, since he cried to the cameras. That wouldn't help him with the other favs since I assume they don't see those shoots. He did keep insisting he wanted to go home, but who knows if he was serious. At any rate, he's gone. YAY!
The preview of Ozzy and Amanda kissing ... man... he almost had her whole face in his mouth! I don't quite see them as a couple.
I didn't like Johnathan previously and I don't like Parvati and James together. So, so far, I'm batting a thousand. Maybe I'm just jealous.
Meb, Most went into the jungle to look for an Idol...Fairpllay grabbed the one off the Fan's boat and realised it was the wrong on, but Yau Man being Yau man looked to the Favs boat at the same moment and dove for it along with Fairplay. We know the results. Fairplay left the Fan's laying on the sand and after Yau had Fav's idol, the closest person was Kathleen and he told her to pick it up! Seems she was the only fan available!

I seriously doubt that Fairplay really intended to go home. As was speculated,I think he tried a Dr. Will fake-out,but they all called him on it. Meb,you have to know Rotten to know never to trust what you see him portraying on camera. He's a snake from the word go.
I was watching CNN and Glenn Beck last night because I was flipping around and there was Jeff Probst.Beck asked him all sorts of questions and really tried to get him to dish on his favs of the castaways. He was,for the most part,very noncomittal,but you can just tell he doesn't like Fairplay. They showed the clip where Fairplay jumped on Boneduce and got dumped on his head and JP said that was so NOT the way all the other tribe people act. JP also said,this season,he admires Jonathon for his smarts and always having a plan and an intelligent quip when he needs to go to somebody. I still want Parvati gone and soon!
Well, I'm AMAZED that Johnny got all the way there then petitioned everyone to be voted out. I am really wondering what he was thinking. When he whined about worrying baout the health of his baby, I was like... um, is there any reason to worry? Any reports of premature delivery, of problems of the baby developing? I think even Jeff asked about it and Johnny said something lame (essentially NO). He knows that everyone knows his deal so how could he even think a Dr. Will type thing would work. It just didn't seem like that was the case either.
Was he trying to clean up his image? His end speech about everyone seeing the Real Jonny is a nice guy was also odd. Maybe we can dig up an exit interview to find out but then again, can we trust ONE thing he says?
I just think his own ego would not let him go all the way out there just to eliminate himself as a prank. If anything, you'd think he'd have stayed to make some money for his new family. Maybe he accepted the gig and the few weeks before he left the mother of his child was pissed off he was leaving so close to when she will deliver and he said OK, you wait and see, I'll get myself voted off first. SO he comes home looking like a champ?
LOL, I'm out of theories, but boy am I (and probably everyone on his team too) GLAD I just won't have to watch him.
On to who Ozzy is making out with. Who would not be tempted?!?!?
PS: I actually like Jonathan. I keep seeing Alan Alda the minute he opens his mouth though. But at least HE PLAYS and strategizes and that makes Survivor good, for me. Pavarti is not my fave and I just hope it doesn't mess up James's game to already be under her spell. I'd love to see him or Yau win but he's hurting his chances to fall under her spell.
