Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Sunday Noontime - August 28

Fruity delicious!

Here's a brief report on the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Topsy Turvy:

  • Before he won the veto, Michael had a big talk with the cameras (us) in anger.
  • Anger at Turner? Not so much.
  • It was more aimed at Kyle.
  • He swore that Kyle doesn't know who he was messing with and, if he (Michael) goes down, he will take Kyle with him.
  • Now, I'm not sure WHO he will be saving with the veto. He told Taylor he would save her. But he also told Brittany he was telling Taylor he would save her.
  • So, I don't really know for sure. I would think he would save Brittany as she has been his main ally all along.
  • But he has started the warpath on Kyle.
  • He told Monte and Taylor about Kyle's white alliance plans. However, that was not on the live feeds.
  • But telling Alyssa about it was on the feeds with Brittany there, too.
  • He says it goes "beyond the game.
  • He put it much more gently than I would.

  • Now, I'm far from an Alyssa fan.
  • BUT ... she said she would never want to be a part of Kyle's plan.
  • Will it be enough for her to vote him out if Michael can convince Turner to renom Kyle?
  • Michael still has to go to Turner about it.
  • I don't think Turner would take too well to Kyle's thinking.
  • I guess we'll see.
  • It would be nice if Kyle could go up and out.
  • Just a reminder -- tonight's show is scheduled a half-hour later on the East Coast.

Telling Alyssa about Kyle's "white alliance" plans

I want no part of that!

Needs to do what's best for his game

Allies, but you must think of your own game, too

Getting some exposure, eh?

Should he be considered a threat?

I wonder if Turner will believe Michael (about Kyle), or if he'll just figure it's another lie for Michael to keep what's left of the LO's in the house.

Hmm. Turner took it nonchalantly when Michael told him. But once alone, he fussed how he did not want to be in with that. He said he had thought Kyle would be good for his game, but he's not. He wants to go to the Diary Room.

Thanks Jackie.
Sounds like Turner was keeping a tight lid on his feelings to cover what he 'might' do. Or possibly so M/B wouldn't think changing the nom to Kyle would be a sure thing? Keep'em sweating, so to speak.

I don't recall what he said originally. Was it he was worried about the poc starting another alliance last year or that he wanted an all white alliance?? Can someone fill me in please.

Production hasn't allowed the much on the feeds very much this season. Mostly saving "the good/bad stuff" for the TV show edit.

With Kyle going to the DR and then the feeds going down soon after, I wonder if a bruhaha has commenced. Like most people who do/say things and then realize (too late), "oops, that will affect my outside BB image," he will try and cover his tracks. Basically, there are only 2 things left for him to do: #1 admit it and beg for mercy, or #2 tell everyone that M/B are spreading vicious lies. Anyone else placing their bet that he'll use door #2?

Whether paranoia or not, Kyle thought a Cookout 2.0 was in the works (it wasn't). When Michael was HOH, Kyle approached Michael and Britney and talked about his fear of Cookout 2.0 ... and wanting all-white alliance to work on eliminating POC. Thankfully, Michael and Britney found that whole scenario offensive.

In the process, Kyle unfortunately apparently made another faux pax by remarking he's a "straight white guy" to Michael. There was no reason to specify that at all, and rather offensive as well IMO.

Thanks for filling me in. I agree anyone who makes an alliance based on skin color is not right. I am curious why they just said something now. I wonder why they didn't call him out on it at the time.

Anon,
Jackie can probably give a more concise analysis on the "why" than I can, but here goes my thoughts...

Michael and Britney had discussed how uncomfortable they were with Kyle's 2.0 vs 'white' thoughts, but they kept had it to themselves. Britney seemed particularly concerned with how this would affect Kyle on the outside (she doesn't know it's already spread like wildfire).

I don't think telling the others now is actually a "game" move per se, but more because Turner would put Monty up and now there would be 2 POC on the block. Michael was in a tough spot on this one! He could use the Veto on Taylor, but that would mean his side-kick Britney stays OTB (not going to happen). On the other hand, he doesn't want to leave Taylor OTB because it would align with Kyle's POC eviction plan/preference.

As far as the feeds being blocked, it could have something to do with the movie viewing Michael and a guest or guests of his choice won.

If memory serves, Kyle was concerned all the POC would gather together for a Cookout 2 even though they were targeting each other. He thought the white people should form an alliance to take them down.

I lost respect for Kyle quite a while ago…. But, now with the Joseph and blowing up the Leftovers I am hoping Turner puts Kyle up. To me… Kyle has earned the door especially with the POC thought process. Wonder what Terrance, Taylor, Monte, Joseph and Jazzman will think of Kyle and his POC plan!?!

Thank you Jackie for all your work! I think I have finally figured out to come in and NOT be Anonymous any more! Yippee!!!
