BB22: Live Feeds into Monday Afternoon, PoV Meeting - Sept. 14

Sharing a 'do with Tyler today

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Terrible Turtles:

  • Sigh, I try not to be the one whining.
  • But, this year, the feeds blocks are much too much.
  • Apparently there was another wall shouter yesterday evening.
  • Those in the yard didn't hear it. Enzo even thought they called an indoor lockdown due to fires.
  • I haven't heard them complaining of the smoke, but would think there has to be at least some smell in the air there.
  • I found it interesting that one hamster (Cody?) said they have an armed guard on set.
  • Oh my.
  • Nonetheless, a wall shouter not heard by anyone, hamster or feeds watcher, does not or should not necessitate a shut down of the live feeds for hours and hours.
  • They were down well into the night, almost to the dawn here on the East Coast.
  • I'm disgusted with the live feeds coverage this season. Or, more accurately, the lack thereof. It's almost as if they're not pushing the feeds as they have done for years.
  • Anyway ... the POV meeting went down fairly early (for them) today.
  • Da'Vonne used the veto to save Kevin.
  • Dani replaced Kevin with Ian.
  • So, it's Ian and Tyler on the block -- two of the players I actually wanted to watch play the game this season.
  • With Kevin on the block, it was likely that Tyler might be sent packing.
  • He's already had a hissy fit claiming if he's sent to jury he's just going to leave and forfeit any monies.
  • Hmm.
  • Ian has also voiced that he wants to go home.
  • Watching their talks since the veto meeting, it seems now it should be Ian leaving on Thursday.
  • David told Da'Vonne that Ian acts like he and Kevin are dumb.
  • No one really knows Ian's gameplay.
  • He has no real close allies other than Nicole and Nicole is more attached to him than he to her.
  • He is one of the two previous winners in this house of supposed all stars.
  • It looks like Tyler is now out of the crosshairs and Ian is the target.
  • Sigh.
  • Unless things change, it will be Ian leaving.
  • In a way, it might be best for him. He would be out of the house of stress where people are mocking him for his autism. He has voiced hope that Kaysar might get him a job. I can see Kaysar doing that if he can.
  • But if he leaves, that would leave me with just a few I actually like to watch on the live feeds -- Da'Vonne and Enzo.
  • Oh, well.

Oh, Da'Vonne, what have you done?

Schemes more than he plays

Yo, Bayonne, what up?

See! It's Christmas hair!

They had to "beef-up" security:

I can't believe Day actually saved Kevin. Good for her, but one of them better win the next HOH. I hate the thought of Ian leaving but maybe it is best for him. Other than my pool girl Day, there won't be anyone else to cheer for.Not a fan of any of the others in there..Sighhhh

Turn the feeds on for the third time in 12 hours today. Blocked both times previously and wasn’t now, but oops... there came the block. Lasted several minutes, but back on for less than a minute and now blocked again - as they were discussing strategy. Beyond frustrated with the feeds!

This is not an All Stars season and there are certainly no All Stars left since Janelle and Kaysar are gone. Most of the ones left had a plan way before they got into the house.
I am sure that is why there is yelling over the fence. No one is happy with this season and the ones they chose to come back. David an All Star? PLEASE! Cody and Nicole need to be on the block ASAP. Cheaters.

Janelle and Kaysar forever.

I like Ty & Ian. In my opinion, BOTH of them are disgusted with the direction this season has turned.
Tyler & Ian have BOTH - on separate occasions - tried to get the EFF out of that house. At least one will soon be able to find peace beyond those walls. Whether or not one or both will forego their stipend remains to be seen.
Heh - How funny would it be if that happened? That would be better drama than we've seen in weeks!

Did they show anything about David's power? Any reactions?

Jackie S. said...

Glenda - That is all blocked to the live feeds. We only saw the aftermath which had David denying he had a power and Memphis and company saying David was lying about it.

Ian to Tyler: I am fine with leaving as long as Cody and Nicole make final 2 like the script says.

WHAT?!?!??! Script?

Well, they might not be playing like All Stars, but they are IMO all-stars compared to what we see these days on Dancing with the Stars. (sorry if you are a fan of that show, they just have run out of stars in my opinion).
Thank you Jackie for all you do.

Petals - When did he say that? I didn't see that.

Yes..Ian and Tyler are great. I worry about Ian. I am so happy that he found a forever friend in Kaysar.

I'm disappointed. I actually like Ian. :'(

Jackie, your patience may be wearing thin, but we all appreciate your efforts to keep us informed. With the feeds blocks happening often and for long periods of time, it's amazing that you still find anything to report.

I like both Ian and Tyler, but maybe they are discouraged because they both feel it's rigged this time. I doubt any of us will find out, for sure, if that's a fact. But...IF it is fact, they could secretly work to try and shaft production (and Grodner)...keep their mikes on, but whisper so low that production can't hear!

Then again, wouldn't it be hysterical if each evictee decided to forgo their stipend and head home? It won't happen...especially if production is threatening they'll have to reimburse for testing, food and flights/hotel. But thinking about everyone quitting and NO jury... now THAT really would be funny and make the whole summer worthwhile!! The thought kinda warms my heart...

Jackie, the Ian remark was from BB updates on Twitter. A blurb between feed cuts, mid afternoon yesterday.

Cc - I don't watch dancing stars, but I read Nev Shulman is on this season, so I may tune ib. Nev is from Catfish, but what most people don't know is that he was in ballet for many years.

J - I searched, but there are hours & hours of #BB22 comments and I have to go to work. I didn't post Tyler's response, which was "tell me about it"

Should be interesting!

Petals - It's just that I saw nothing like that said myself, nor via the reputable sources I follow. If you saw it in a BB chat room or via another fan without an established following, take it with a grain of salt.

I see you saw it on Twitter. Something like that, if true, would have been picked up by all the accredited BB Twitter folks. If something was said, it might have been related to the pre-gaming which is a known thing this season. Otherwise, Twitter BB fans can just go a bit loopy. Don't believe everything you read there. If it is something big, many sources would pick up on it.
