BB21: Final HOH Comp Start Show Blog Party - Sunday, Sept. 22

I'm setting this to post at 8pm ET. However, I still have football on here at past 7:30. Then, of course, we have to wait through 60 Minutes. My typing is still iffy so I'll only be posting the major happenings. Feel free to fill in details in comments!

Okay, 60 Minutes is starting at 7:47pm ET -- definitely fill in happenings in comments if it's starting on time for you!

Just a note -- this is not a live show despite Julie. It was taped after Thursday's show which is why no extended Cliff interview.

Poor Nicole is stuck with Jackson and Holly.

Jackson talks jury management with Nicole but she sees right through him. Nicole thinks the playing field is more even with her and Holly.

Now we get to see a recap of Jackson's game from the start. Oh, joy! Gee … no mention of him cheating as a Have Not. What a surprise!

Into Nicole's journey. I can only assume we sit through Beth er, Holly next. Snd it was.

The final three from last year -- Kaycee, Tyler and JC -- will be interviewed next.

Now outspoken DR sessions, many with tears.

Finally to Part One of the final HOH comp. Raiders of the BB Arc -- cross rope bridge. puzzle, transfer 25 coins to their barrel. Jackson wins with Holly on his heels. Nicole did poorly. Sniffle.

The finale is at 9:30pm ET/PT on Wednesday after the season premiere of Survivor.

BB21: Live Feeds - HOH Part 2 Winner - Saturday, Sept. 21

A ray of sunshine in the F3

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of a Too Long Season:
  • Yesterday they had their champagne breakfast feast sans any previous hamster guest hosts.
  • They also got to see their videos from home -- the feeds were blocked for that.
  • Jackson cried about his video, saying he wished he never saw it.
  • I don't know why, maybe mommy issues.
  • Lots of napping, playing cards, playing chess, napping.
  • Nicole has been the only real source of entertainment on the feeds and has mostly remained upbeat despite really smacking her shin hard during Part 1. And, of course then losing miserably in that comp.
  • They tie-dyed shirts before the feeds were cut tonight for Part 2.
  • To their credit, Jackson and Holly are being very nice to Nicole, the third wheel in with a showmance.
  • It's all Kumbaya.
  • After several hours …well, three and change …almost four...
  • Holly won, sigh.

Cliff didn't smuggle Orwell out.

Their champagne breakfast

I will NOT miss this next week!

BBOTT: PoV and the Final Three - Tuesday, November 29

Determined to win?

Well, well, well. Of course, the only really big news of the day was the Power of Veto comp.
  • It was called End of the Road.
  • They had to run through metal police crowd control barriers set up in a switchback kind of queue.
  • Jump over hay bales.
  • Grab a hamster face picture, then return back the same way they came.
  • Nine pictures in all. Had to get one at a time.
  • The puzzle questions might have more than one possible answer.
  • But there is only one correct solution using all nine.
  • Justin was into making sound effects and cussing as he went along. He started to put faces in the spots first, getting a few wrong.
  • Morgan decided to get all the faces first and solved some as she was bringing them back.
  • In the end, it wasn't really any contest. Morgan solidly beat him, had all the answers right while he had some answers wrong on the board and didn't have all the faces.
  • Surprisingly, in view of his behavior the last few days, he left the house on a good note.
  • Julie came to the final three in video form, congratulating them and telling them they need to prepare a two-minute speech each.
  • Those speeches will air live on Wednesday at 7pm ET/4pm PT.
  • The final three -- Morgan, Kryssie and Jason -- popped the champagne and got giddy.

All spiffed up to host the comp

Monty was there.

Game faces on

The running was unreal.

It wasn't an easy puzzle, either.

Morgan WINS! She's in the Final Three!

Says he loves them. Yeah, right.

BBOTT: Into Monday, November 28

Jason being mellow? That won't last!

Well, Justin got up a bit more today ...
  • Unfortunately, he decided Morgan is his buddy now.
  • Now, they're both slated to go head-to-head in the Power of Veto comp (today, Monday) together.
  • She's been almost constantly studying or spending time with Jason and Kryssie.
  • In comes Justin.
  • The not so smart thing he does is to keep talking about how he has to win this comp, then the game, then "rub it in their faces."
  • Um.
  • He's saying that to his competitor.
  • Morgan has been actually restraining herself quite well -- not saying much about how SHE needs to win the comp and then the game!
  • Kudos to her for her restraint!
  • At one point, she did say something. Justin claimed none of the people in the house have souls. She said, rather quietly, "Everybody has a soul."
  • Justin, at one point, sat down with the rest and ate something. As they all talked, I noticed he was paying absolutely no attention to the others, would occasionally glance up at a camera and then start dancing in place to music in his head.
  • The others are right that he's very camera-conscious.
  • I don't know how Morgan is putting up with all of Justin's bragging about his game and how he will win.
  • Darn it, she wants to win, too!
  • He told her how the LNJ had to keep fighting to keep in place and now the ones remaining have deserted him.
  • Heck, Justin. Morgan's side also had to fight with the up/down power changes week to week! And, she's the sole remainder from the Ball Smashers!
  • I'm also sick of hearing him tell how many women are willing to have sex with him and how much he misses having sex. @@
  • We'll know more once the PoV comp goes down.
  • May the best woman win that one!
  • Heehee.

Justin actually posed for one HoH camera shot

Morgan studies some more

I don't like any of these people

BBOTT: It's Official - Two of the Final Three Confirmed - into November 27

Just a few more days ...

Nothing much has changed in the house.
  • Jason is still HoH.
  • Kryssie is still Kryssie and will always be Kryssie.
  • Morgan has been repeatedly going through all the comps, things in the house and hamsters trying to prep for the Veto Comp tomorrow.
  • Justin has been in Audrey mode, occasionally coming to life, but mostly in bed.
  • The decision to take someone to the final two became official yesterday.
  • But we knew since he won HoH, Jason was choosing to take Kryssie.
  • That's what started Justin's poor behavior in motion.
  • On the other hand, I've been very impressed with Morgan's behavior in the house since her best and last ally Shelby got the boot.
  • She's mixed. She's mingled. She's been partaking in things. Plus, every moment she can, she's studying.
  • I hope she wins the veto!
  • As for Justin, I'd say I'm disappointed.
  • But I'm not, really. I've said all along he was just coasting and being himself. He's entertaining when he wants to be, but he hasn't been playing the game of Big Brother
  • In this last stretch, he has to play the game or get the boot.
  • Instead, he's still working on America's vote -- talking to the camera about all is love and how he wants to start a fishing program for the kids in New Orleans.
  • True, that's a worthy goal. But it's not something you need a half-million dollars to put in motion! If he really wanted to do that, he could get active in the community and work on getting people to sponsor the much less than a half-million needed to get it off the ground.
  • I think he wants to convince America that he's all that, a bag of chips AND has these lofty goals to give back to the community.
  • Personally, I don't care what reality show folks do with their winnings ... with the exception of the arrest/drug stupidity of a few. That's total stupidity.
  • It's their money. They went before the public eye, endured mocking and ridicule to win it. They can spend it however they want -- college loans, bills, homes, cars or wasting it away. I don't expect anyone to suddenly become a philanthropist and give it all away to a good cause. Very few do that.
  • All will tell tomorrow when either Justin or Morgan win a place in the final three.
  • At this time, I'm really hoping it's Morgan. She's been very impressive lately. Well, with the exception of that 11 minute time in the Maize Maze, that is.

It's AUDREY! Er, I mean Justin.

Repeatedly going over days and comps

BB18: Season Finale Blog Party

Which one will win?

Welcome to the BB18 season finale blog party! I'll be live blogging the events as the show airs here on the East Coast, so refresh the page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments ... please feel free to join us there!

But, first ... before we get started with the show, here are the remaining blog pool peeps -- and, yeah, I'm one of them!

Paul Abrahamian - Jackie, Arf Barf, WolfpackRed, chrob61
Nicole Franzel - Kelsey NY, Grove Wiley, Nickelpeed, Sharon C
James Huling - Becky, Donna in Alabama, Sharon S, Willie J

Yes! Let's set these house hamsters free!

For a change, let's start the show with a recap.

Finally to the cat/laser beam/endurance comp that started at the end of the last show. The winner of this first part goes on to the last part while the other two face off in the second part comp.

This part one comp is great! I love the cat theme and the mix of endurance tossed in!

Nicole almost loses it, swinging around on a rope and then falls. James fell right after. PAUL wins the Part One Comp!

Julie tells us that we'll be able to impact the BBOTT (fall online BB season premiering next week) before the houseguests even move in. Hmm.

Second Part HoH - "Snapshot" - Roller coaster in the yard, it sounds all discombobulated to me -- taking photos of previous hamsters, gathering the photos by clues, sending up on the roller coaster, taking photos. Yikes! Nicole goes first. She's nervous but at least knows all the clues.

Then it's James's turn. He's not as good with the clues, nor the photo taking.  He did better with his second and third rounds.

James: 19:06
Nicole: 7:24

WOW! She won that by a landslide!

So it will be Nicole versus Paul in the third part.

Jury Roundtable with Will Kirby. Corey walks in. They talk James first. He gets kudos on his social game, not getting blood on his hands, under the radar. Day wants to see him take risks as does Victor and Corey. The consensus is that Paul is a very strategical player. Day says Paul the player is phenomenal but Paul the person is obnoxious. The words he said have people bitter against him. Michelle is very bitter about Nicole. She makes nasty comments when others say decent things about her. Oh, geez. Michelle cries because everybody is "picking on her" over her hatred of Nicole. Bridgette thinks women are bitter. Day gives her kudos.

DANGER ALERT! We can vote either Jason (BB17) or Jozea (BB18) into BBOTT. Everybody, PLEASE vote Jason. Thank you.

Aww, Pablo is in the audience.

Time for the third part of the final HoH comp. It's the Scales of Just Us once again. Paul and Nicole compete. Eight questions.
1. Both right
2. Both wrong
3. Both wrong
4. Paul gets a point
5. Both wrong
6. Paul gets another point leads 3 to 1
7. Nicole picks up a point
8. Both right.

PAUL WINS THE FINAL HOH COMP! Now we get tears from him. But they're not as annoying as Michelle tears.

It's time for Paul to evict either James or Nicole. He votes to evict JAMES because he kept stabbing him in the back.

Nicole and Paul are the final two (just as I hoped).

Jury interrogation time! Day wants Paul to stay in the house. James appears on stage with them. Three questions for each.

Natalie: Paul, very good player, some of the things said vulgar and across the line. Why should we vote for you? Love to have fun, always crazy.

Michelle: One move earn it? Had to convince Natalie to put up Paul and Victor.

Corey: Paul, great shot? Six times on the block.

Victor: Nicole, aligned with men riding coattails? I was the brains behind a lot of it, planted seeds.

Zakiyah: Paul, why deserve? Apologizes to vets, first timer, involved, always a target.

Paulie: Nicole, why deserve? Gave 100% 1000% of the time, gave it her all.

James: Paul, lost the second part of HoH, were you ever honoring the deal we made? Nicole relayed all back, you weren't as loyal.

The speeches:
Paul -- Easy target, worked ass off, won Veto when needed, teamed up with others at the right time, no help, no care package, won his way to the end. Most comp wins. Stayed true to self, nothing to hide. Friendship!

Nicole -- Crap, that was good. So happy to be here, watched since 8 years old. Called a snake. Convinced Paulie to be a pawn. Convince Natalie put up her people. Time to win comps, struck against Paul and Victor. Gave it all I got.

Voting time:
Da'Vonne first, Zakiyah (so far they all say they love them both), Bridgette, Paulie needed a speech gave to best game, Michelle, Natalie, Victor, Corey, James.

The pre-jury is introduced. Onto the vote tally.

James - Paul
Corey - Nicole
Victor - Paul
Natalie - Nicole
Michelle - Paul
Paulie - Nicole
Bridgette - Paul
Zakiyah - Nicole
Da'Vonne - Nicole

NICOLE wins BB18!

For the first time, a woman has won against a man in the final two.

Faves vote: Victor, Natalie and James top three.

VICTOR wins favorite houseguest!

And there you have it. BB18 done and over. I want to thank everybody for hanging with the blog this season and welcome the new folks who came aboard.

What? It's not over? Nope.

Over the next few days, I'll be posting BB18 interview links and things like that. Don't go away just yet! (Well, you can go for tonight. I've been posting a lot and a certain cat wants shoulder time.) Thank you all again!
