This live eviction is actually taped tonight. The TVGuide.com site confirmed it was taped because of possible brouhahas if the coup d'etat is used. Although the show always runs on a "so many seconds" delay so they can censor language if needed, apparently they were worried this might be intense or really throw them off their timing. The feeds have been blocked for a good portion of the day. The rumors have been flying on Twitter.

But, we're about to see ...

So far a lot of recapping, rehashing. Julie is wearing the black and white polka dot dress mentioned in Twitter rumors, though.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Late Night, Overnight into Thursday 8/13

Last night was the big season halfway point party for the hamsters. They got a few hours of camera free living ... and we got blocked feeds with BB trivia. BTW - I always get the trivia questions right. I'm not sure what that says about me. If only I had done that well in geometry back in my school days, eh?

Here's what's been happening (that we could see) in that Big Brother House of Trifling Troubles:

• I liked this BB announcement: "Natalie, please treat your microphone with respect."
• In a Kevin and Chima talk, Kevin mentioned that they're getting warnings about behavior during the live show.
• Chima thinks it's because she made threats to go wild.
• Chima and Kevin are sure that Jeff has the power as he was called to the diary room in the middle of the party.
• Lydia thinks that Jeff should go before Michele. She thinks that Jeff "doesn't have much up there" and doesn't really play the game.
• Lydia and Chima miss Ronnie.
• I don't.
• Chima would like the next evictions to be in this order: Jeff, Jordan, Michele.
• I don't want them that way.
• Russell is quasi-talking with others other than Jordan and Jeff.
• He talked to Michele (civilly) and Jessie came along to throw him under that bus.
• Russell then told Michele about Jessie backing up the Ronnie idea of dousing her with water.
• Fun, fun, fun.
• Jessie taunted Russell that it's going to be his last night in the house, he should enjoy his bed.
• Meanwhile, Jessie is still paranoid that he himself is going home.
• But he's not telling Russell that.
• Eventually both silly boys realized how silly they were being with their fight.
  
• They didn't kiss and make up, but they giggled a lot.
• Natalie was eavesdropping on them. I get the feeling she would say she was "easedropping" on them.
• When Russell told Natalie and Jessie he felt the odd man out in their alliance, they claimed he didn't get backdoored because they stood up for him.
• Meanwhile, Jessie is a bit worried that Russell might have the votes to stay over Lydia.
• Jeff is still avoiding most of any drama going down in the house.
• Jordan knows that Jeff supports Russell, but she's not so sure of Russell herself.
• Chima continued to bash Russell. But we all expected that, right?
• Several in the HOH room said "I have the power" just to show they don't have the power.
• Russell tried talking to America through the cameras. He claims bad things he's been saying about a Michele weren't the houseguest Michele, but a production Michelle in the diary room. I took it upon myself to spell the second Michelle with two "l's."
• Kevin thinks that Russell will eventually land in jail for domestic abuse.
• Russell hasn't hit anyone in the house. As for shouting, Chima is right up there with him.
• I don't want either of them mad at me.
• Jeff wants to win HOH so he can wear the bathrobe and be like Hugh Hefner.
• They all headed to bed fairly early (for them).
• I expect a lot of blocked feeds today going into the earlier not live live eviction show. I guess we'll see.
  

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Wednesday Daytime 8/12

Heading towards eviction day, the biggest news isn't from actually inside the house this week. For the first time I can remember, tomorrow's eviction will NOT be live. It doesn't seem to have been planned all along to be taped, either. Something is up. According to various sources, the live audience has been asked to show up three hours earlier than usual.

A lot of speculation is floating around about the non-live eviction. Are they expecting trouble with Chima if Jeff uses the coup d'etat? That seems to be the popular notion. But we just don't know. I don't think another endurance HOH is due quite yet. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Here's what's been happening in that Big Brother House of Dealing Demon Dogs:

• Jessie, Kevin, and Natalie all tried to sleep in. If they didn't stay awake until dawn every night, they'd be getting up on time. It's not like BB wakes them up early. This morning the first wake-up announcements were past 9:30 AM.
• Lydia thinks Natalie likes her now after their female bonding wrestling stint last night.
• Chima thinks people should only do cocaine to get skinny.
• Huh? I don't think she thinks of the long term ramifications of the drug, how many lives it's ruined, and the fact that it's illegal.
• Getting skinny is just a teensy bit of what the drug does to a person.
• They could hear people working in the yard.
• A big section of the backyard has been covered with a tarp and barricaded.
  
• Jessie is still paranoid.
• As he should be.
• Everyone except Russell had fun with the HOH camera. He was off by himself somewhere.
• The Natalie/Jessie/Chima/Kevin/Lydia group's plan in the case of a "majority rules" type comp is to all answer "B" even if that's the wrong answer.
  

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into Dawn Wednesday 8/12

Natalie is spouting off Biblical references to marriage to a captive audience -- Lydia and Kevin. Okaay ...


Is it that cold in the house that everyone keeps wearing hoods, hats, and wrapping themselves in comforters? I do welcome the fact that most aren't really exhibitionists this season (cough, Jessie, cough). But it's like the house is kept at 60 degrees or something.

Here's what's been happening in that Big Brother House of Paranoid Pups:

• Chima continues to focus on getting Russell out of the house. She admits that it's personal, but claims it's a strategical move, too.
• I can see that. However, the real power teams are Jessie and Natalie, Jeff and Jordan, and to a lesser extent -- Lydia and Kevin. If I were a single player in the house, I'd be trying to break up a duo.
• Michele said they aren't allowed to name the rats at her lab. I guess that would make them too much like pets before they torture them.
• They complained about being bored.
• Bad Jeff. He drank some Gatorade and ended up be punished with an extra day of slop.
• Jordan trimmed Jeff's hair. He now has a bitty bald spot in the back. He tried to touch up the trim.
• They played with the modeling clay. Woohoo.
  
• Russell said that Chima complained in the first week that she was cast on the wrong show. She felt she should have made America's Top Model. (Isn't she too teensy for that one?) He thinks she should be on Discovery Channel as a chia pet. Okay, that made me smile.
• Jessie is forlorn because he can't grow facial hair.
• Lydia worked on Jeff for his favor. Russell worked on him, too.
• Poor Jeff.
• Chima thinks Michele is really playing the game. If she is, I think she's playing it poorly. She's way too transparent.
• Natalie wants Michele out before Jeff. So much for the girls alliance, eh?
• Kevin seriously thinks Michele might have the wizard power ... and it scares him.
• I think the world at large scares Kevin.
• Natalie and Jessie kept snapping at each other while wrestling about. But I think it's not serious -- it's more like a boy and his dog. His pit bull, to be precise. Chima got ticked at them, though.
  
• They talked more about being bored. They came up with questions and answers to occupy themselves.
• I found it all boring.
• As I get this typed up, Natalie, Jessie, Lydia, and Kevin are still wide awake. Natalie denied (almost a bit too strongly) that she is, ever will be, or ever has had a sexual relationship with a woman.
• Then Lydia attacked Natalie to wrestle, possibly kiss, while Jessie and Kevin watched.
• They fell off the bed wrestling.
• Okay.
• Now Natalie is talking about her NSYNC posters and stuffed animals of teen years. I can't take this anymore.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into Tuesday Dawn 8/11

I'm going to start this off with a gripe. Y'see it's hot here and I'm cranky. Now, the flashback function on the RealPlayer live feeds is indeed a cool function. But in the house itself where they boast four feeds ... it's still just two different views of the same happenings and, a lot of time, all four feeds are on the same thing at different angles. Not once in the history of BB have I seen all four feeds on entirely different rooms. What's up with that?

Anyway ... here's what's been happening inside that Big Brother House of Pitiable Pigs in a Poke:

• Lydia and Jordan went on a cleaning spree. There's some excitement, eh?
• They also talked about how boring the house is this week.
• You don't say.
• Chima told Natalie and Jessie they're boring after they awakened from yet another nap.
• 'Tis true.
• When Jessie told the story of being pulled over by the police while in a Cadillac, Chima told him they must have thought he was black because he was "in a black man's car."
• Oh my.
• Jeff gave Jordan grief about eating (because he can't).
• Russell asked Jordan to save him with her "wizard powers."
  
• Chima still wants Russell out, claiming she doesn't like being terrorized by him.
• I don't know. I think the chia pet bit was funny. I know. I'm mean.
• Chima told Michele that if she (Michele) is the worst human being Ronnie has ever met, he needs to get out more.
• She has a point there. Michele is odd, but not a horrible human being.
• Ohhh ... you know the house is in the doldrums when BB gives them modeling clay. Next up will be the dollar store toys!
• Michele says Lydia got together with Jessie to lie, so Chima suggested that maybe Lydia should leave next (after Russell).
• Hey! What happened to the all powerful girls alliance?
• Jeff, the best chef, thinks everyone has gone to town cooking this week while he can't eat. Why, even Jordan who doesn't cook prepared a banquet.
• But Jeff can have fresh basil. Go to town with it, Jeff.
• Russell worked on Jessie for the vote, telling him if he gets evicted, no way can Jessie win the game.
• Jessie fussed on about Russell picking Jeff to play for PoV and not himself.
• Russell told Natalie he didn't think the midwest would vote for Kevin, a gay guy, to get the "wizard power."
• It's possible that a mouse has gotten into their bread.
• They played with the clay, they're still talking small talk.
• They need to go to bed.
• And I need to go to work.
  

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Through Monday Daytime 8/10

This house needs some shaking up. I want a brouhaha! I want a cat fight! Fisticuffs would be a welcome respite from the doldrums. Hey, throw in a unicorn and I'm so there.

Here are the day's happenings from that Big Brother House of Acrimonious Anti-Allies:

• After getting up, Kevin was directed to the diary room where there was a brief audio leak. He was receiving instructions on how to do the PoV. Not whether to use it or not, mind you.
• Then, when the time came (blocked feeds and all) ... he did NOT use the veto to save Lydia. He's going on the promises that she's definitely safe.
• Lydia isn't a happy camper. Nor would I be if my best friend in the house won the veto and didn't save me with it.
  
• Ah, something new and different -- Michele trash-talked Russell to Kevin. Russell's a terrorist, y'know.
• Chima told Kevin she's angry that Natalie never follows the direction of BB and thinks she can do whatever she wants. I'm paraphrasing there, but you get the general idea. BB tells Natalie to get up, she doesn't -- that kind of thing.
• Natalie apparently didn't cooperate when BB told her to "look alive" just before the PoV meeting.
• Chima thinks that Jeff has the "wizard power" because he's always getting called to the diary room and hasn't started any drama.
• Huh? Jeff has never been one to start drama in the house. He tries to avoid drama.
• Jeff made a slop concoction; Jordan made a fruit salad.
• And life goes on.

Big Brother 11 LIve Feeds Overnight Into Monday 8/10

Yep! Open that champagne and celebrate! At 2:48 AM this blog had its 2,000,000th visitor. Someone using Comcast and Mac out of Atlanta, Georgia. Whoohoo! Unfortunately, Russell is opening wine and it's just because BB is letting them drink alcohol once again last night. Here are the happenings from that Big Brother House of Whirling Dervishes:

• Russell polished off that bottle and some beers, too.
• Russell teased Jeff because Jeff is a have not this week and couldn't have any.
• Jeff is probably the lucky one.
• Russell told Jeff that if Lydia gets removed from the block and he (Jeff) goes up, he won't trash talk him.
• Russell says he plans to redeem Braden's name and call out people when he's evicted.
• The secret of the wizard remains safe. Although Jessie, Chima, and Natalie think Jeff has it, Russell thinks it's either Kevin or Michele.
• Russell thinks his father's letter to him during his HOH reign had secret code telling him to befriend Jeff.
• Those letters are written at the start of the season.
• Russell admitted to Jordan that he was the vote for Casey to stay.
• Chima is still going around calling Russell a terrorist. Y'know, she really should stop that. These days that's akin to calling someone a murderer or rapist.
• Jessie is sure that Jeff must have the wizard power. He thinks that Jeff will take Lydia and Russell off the block and he and Natalie will go up. Then that unicorn will come gore him ... er, cart him off on Thursday.
• Russell apologized to his father for losing the game. Well, he spoke into the cameras. I don't know if his father actually heard it.
• Michele told Jeff she's worried about herself or Jeff going up as replacements.
• Jeff told her he can't be a sheep any longer and needs to play the game.
• There ya go. Nothing earthshaking and Russell will probably have a hangover later.
  

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into Sunday Evening 8/09

Here's what's been happening in that Big Brother House of Pride and Prejudice:

• Lots and lots of fish tank (blocked feeds) today due to conversations about production, conversations about people who haven't signed releases, and the movie in the HOH room.
• In between feed blocks, Chima talked about how she wants to provoke Russell into hitting her so he gets booted from the show.
• I don't think Russell would ever hit a woman. He's got a temper, but he also knows how strong he is.
• Jessie drank way too much (for him) last night. He felt it today.
• Russell started singing that Chima was a chia pet. Chi-chi-chia.
• I snickered.
• They all reaped the benefits of the candy from the movie. Er, not the have-nots. But these folks really have had tons of candy, they should still have a lot left over from the margarita party pinatas.
• I wonder if BB has a dentist under contract.
• Oh my gosh ... so much of NOTHING today.
• And you might have wondered why I didn't post before this.

I might miss it, but I hope to catch the rough location of the 2,000,000th visitor in my Sitemeter (bottom of the blog). All it tells is sometimes location in the country and through what ISP ... nothing really personal.

Off Topic: That Was the Week It Was 8/09

Another week done and over with. I guess I should be happy that I have the rather all-encompassing Big Brother live feeds and the blog to concentrate on. I've been having extreme troubles sleeping -- I'll sleep three or four hours tops a day, then crash for eight on about the third day. I'm ending up a bit fuzzy-minded at work (which isn't a good thing) and definitely much too "emo." Well, that's what the kids call it.

Things may be changing. I met a cat, a cat who needs a home, a cat who really seemed to take to me. I can't replace Scherzo, but I know that each cat is special in his own way. I stopped in at PetSmart during my lunch hour from work yesterday. Each week they have a volunteer group -- Second Chance for Animals -- doing pet adoptions for the Franklin (Somerset) Animal Shelter. I got there just as they were packing up the cats. There were mostly kittens, but one cat attracted my attention.

If I hadn't been at work without a cat carrier and such, I think I would have snagged him right then and there. They've named him Dudley (which might end up being a middle name as I don't want to call a cat "Dud"). He's actually on the Petfinder.com website, so you can check him out. He's two years old, neutered, microchipped, has all his shots, and is feline leukemia/aids negative. He licked my hand and purred as I petted him. The volunteer there said he didn't do that for anyone else all day. He's very sweet.

I'll be calling the shelter on Tuesday when they're next open. If I can get a ride there on Wednesday, I'll pick him up then. If I can't get there Wednesday on my day off (they're open for two hours a day Tuesday-Friday), I'm going to have them bring him back to PetSmart on Saturday. I'll bring my small carrier and if he has to ride the train home with me, so be it. The trains do allow pets in carriers. I honestly think I'll be a whole lot better with a friend in my apartment again.

Then there's my weekly photography. It was an odd week there, too. I think my best shot was a huge unidentified black bug. I seemed to be having a bee week rather than a bird week, too. Clicking on any of the images will open them larger in a new window.

My, what big alien eyes you have

Yep, this is my shot of the week. Albeit a very scary huge bug (insect?), it has the coolest alien eyes I've ever seen. This guy was sitting on a bridge overpass. At first I thought he was dead, but he started moving as I shot him and eventually flew away. I'd say he measures an inch and a half to near two inches long ... the size of a mouse. I've never seen a bug like this before. I'm not even sure what classification it is. But, dang, way cool eyes. You NEED to click on this one to get a good look at the eyes.

UPDATE: Ding, ding, ding -- we have a winner! Delee identified this as a horse fly. It was bigger than any horse fly I've ever seen, but it is indeed a black horse fly - Tabanus atratus - the largest of the species. Ohh ... they slash the hides of animals and then drink the blood. But they still have cool eyes.

Or, maybe it's a hornet ... a yellow-jacket or a mud-dauber. I only know that I'm deathly allergic and would probably go into anaphalactic shock if stung. Ah, putting my life on the line for the sake of one good shot. To be honest, he wasn't interested in me at all.

In which I continue to risk my life.

I believe this is a carpenter bee rather than a bumble bee. Its abdomen didn't seem to be hairy. Of course, I didn't tickle his tummy to explore the matter. These bees are out in full force this week, but most of my shots are fuzzy because they just don't stay still.

I found this gem parked in front of the Plainfield Police Department/Municipal Court. I used layers to make the background black and white while keeping the car its brilliant blue. Like my bug shot, I have no clue what kind of car it is. But it is indeed on my Cool Meter.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into Sunday Dawn 8/09

I spent a part of last night in anticipation of a house falling on Natalie. Those ARE the wicked witch's socks, right? Of course, Natalie being Natalie, the ruby slippers were more along the lines of huge quasi-fuzzy slip-on slippers which looked utterly ridiculous. Top the foot attire with baggy yellow gym shorts of one shade, an ASU sweatshirt of another yellow hue with the hood up ... and you have the Natalie fashion statement. I'm sure the look will take off all over the country.

Here's what's been going down in that Big Brother House of Unconditional Love and Respect:

• Chima is still leading her boot Russell movement. She says she wouldn't have taken the $10,000 prize because she knew the others would be mad at her.
• Chima also thinks they should have a maid. Um ... um ... aren't there several healthy young people with nothing to do most of time who are perfectly capable of cleaning up after themselves?
• Jessie is very worried that Jeff might have the power. He's not being calm, cool, and collected about it all, either.
• Jeff thinks Natalie is going around bullying people to not use the power.
• Well, we know Natalie is one of the ones who won the movie because she's already making special candy and wine requests.
• Chima, Natalie, and Jessie want to make sure that Lydia knows she's not going home this week and Kevin needn't use the PoV to save her.
• Jessie is still going on about Russell picking Jeff to play for PoV instead of him. I guess it's one of those ultimate disrespect things.
• While most think Jeff has the power, Kevin thinks it's Michele.
• Russell, despite being told not to worry by Jeff, is planning his exit speech. He says it will be more explosive than any Chima tirade.
• Lydia told Russell that Kevin won't be using the veto on her. (He told Chima he won't because they guaranteed that Lydia was safe this week.)
• Chima had told everyone not to tell Russell or Jeff or Jordan that the veto won't be used.
• But Lydia will be Lydia. Although they told her she's safe, she still would love to not be on the block at all. And, her best bud Kevin has the power.
• Chima said Southerners can barely speak English. Oh my.
• Jessie tried to convince Jeff that he and Natalie have their best interests at heart.
• Yep, anyone want to buy the Brooklyn Bridge?
• Jeff is upset that Jordan didn't tell him that Russell said he stood a better chance on the block against Jeff. Jordan doesn't remember Russell saying that. (Neither do I, but I might have missed it.)
• Who told Jeff that? Why, Jessie did.
• Jessie told Jordan he's never lied to her while Russell is constantly lying.
• Lydia fussed more with Kevin about not using the veto to save her. He says that not using it ensures that she'll stay.
• Huh. I'd say using it would do that!
• Russell told Jessie that he got Lydia and Kevin to fight over the veto and that if they (Natalie, Jessie, Jeff, and Jordan) stick to the plan, they have the votes.
• Say what? Could it all be a scheme? Or is it alcohol and wishful thinking? Jessie's not a big drinker and he was imbibing.
  
• In passing time, Jeff said he'd love to see Jessie on the block with Natalie.
• Of course, he could make that happen.
• Jessie said he thinks he's going home on Thursday.
• Of course, that could happen.
• In his drunken state, Jessie said someone will ride in on a unicorn Thursday to evict him.
• Of course, I doubt that could happen.
  
• And we thought Michele is the quirky one.
• Jessie and Kevin rode bikes around the house. BB Voice: "I said, STOP THAT! DON'T DO IT AGAIN!"
• They're all asleep as I get this posted.
  

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Through Saturday Daytime (POV) 8/08

At this time, a normal person would be asking herself, "Where am I? And, what am I doing in this handbasket?" But the people who go in the Big Brother house know the job is dangerous when they take it. They're not normal. Even if they seem normal, they're not.

Here's the latest scuttlebutt from that Big Brother House of Wayward Girls and Boys:

• Late last night Michele once again put her foot in her mouth. She needs to understand her jokes, perhaps made to say something/anything, alienate her.
• In the newly formed (will probably implode) girls alliance, Michele is the iffy one who doesn't quite fit in.
• What else is new?
• Michele told Jordan that Jeff is treating her differently now and she blames Russell.
• She says Jeff is calling her crazy. To be honest, I think at one time or another, all have been called crazy by someone.
• Including me. They're all nutjobs, I tell ya!
• Jeff, Natalie, and Kevin were chosen to play for the veto with Chima, Lydia, and Russell.
• Lydia and Kevin think that Jeff has the wizard power as he's been very quiet and hasn't been talking about said wizard power.
• Lots of sleeping going on today. Maybe if they slept at night, they wouldn't feel the need to take power naps so much.
• After an extensive feeds block for the PoV, the feeds returned ... and Kevin won the PoV.
  
• Lydia and Kevin did a happy dance together. Aww, sunshine and lollipops for all.
• Kevin told Lydia he wants to check with Chima to see if it's okay to save her.
• Huh? What's up with that? Lydia reminds him that Chima can't play for HOH next week and can't put him on the block if she's mad.
• Kevin told Chima he wants to respect her nominations, but needs to make sure Natalie and Jessie will vote to evict Russell.
• Chima said that if Jeff has the wizard power, she'd end up having to put Natalie and Jessie on the block and she doesn't want to do that.
• Chima insists that Lydia is the pawn and reminded them that Russell won $10,000 yesterday in the Have Have Not comp.
• Kevin agreed not to use the PoV.
  
• Jessie and Russell had a bit of a spat. Jessie pretty much told Russell he screwed him over twice before and he can't trust him not to do it again. Russell actually picked Jeff to play PoV when he could have chosen Jessie.
  
• Russell is way worried about leaving.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into Saturday Dawn 8/08

Jessie wanders the house alone in the wee hours of the morning. This screen cap I took shows how much muscle mass he's lost. To be honest, I never like the overly-muscled look except perhaps in those ads in the back of comic books which help out your basic 98-pound weaklings. I think men look silly with huge muscles bursting out all over the place. Toned, normal limits muscular ... that's fine. Incredible Hulk muscular = silly.


The Have Not room looks eerily like a crypt. I expect the non-dead to get up and roam the night with Jessie.

Here's the latest from that Big Brother House of Flibbertigibbets and Foolish Boys:

• Chima told Jeff that she wants him to vote Russell out this week.
  
• Now Jessie and Chima think Jeff has the "wizard power." Before, they were figuring Jordan.
  
• Jessie's sure that he's gone this week if Jeff has the power while Natalie and Chima doubt he'll use it.
• Heh. It would be a hoot if Lydia had it, but we know that's not the case.
• The more Natalie tried to convince Jessie he'll be okay this week, the more paranoid Jessie became.
  
• Chima said she's going to freak out during the live show if the power takes away her power as HOH. She will outshout Julie Chen over it! She will have a conniption!
  
• Well, that could be entertaining to watch, eh?
• With Jeff on slop, they're probably losing their best chef this week. Natalie is sad. She likes to eat.
• When Russell asked Jeff if he had the power, Jeff told him he didn't but then added on "don't worry."
• Jeff better be careful.
• After being silent for a long time, Lydia said the Diary Room told her to start talking. Once again, I question whether the girl should have ever gone into the house.
• Once she went non-mute, the rumors started swirling once again. Jessie, Natalie, Michele, and Chima - he said, she said, they all said.
  
• It's a spool of lies, folks. That's all it is.
• Russell and Michele had another blow-up. Earlier he told Jordan and Natalie that he felt all of his friends in the house have deserted him.
• Chima thinks Jessie is furthering the Michele controversies in the house and blowing things out of proportion.
• Russell now says everything Ronnie said about Michele is true. I personally don't know if she's truly socially inept or whether she's playing some sort of master game. I do know that I don't like Michele as much as I did before I got to know her on the feeds. She may be local (Iselin, NJ), but she's um ... socially inept and odd.
• Jeff remains in the middle of it all just observing for the most part.
• Chima wants to push for a girls alliance.
• Natalie nixes the girls alliance because she doesn't trust/like Lydia.
• Jordan told Jeff he really shouldn't trust Russell.
• Jeff thinks that Michele is bipolar.
  
• Michele meanwhile claims that Jeff is shady.
• Of course, neither of them said these things to each other, just about each other.
• Michele told Natalie, Kevin, and Chima of her Russell final two deal and the odd Russell vote for Casey.
• Michele denied that she was gunning for Jeff. Again, she's a woman of bizarre social interactions.
• Kevin and Michele think that Jeff has some sort of "dark background" in Chicago. Or that he's led a troubled life.
• I don't quite get that vibe from Jeff.
• Michele thinks Russell is manipulating Jeff.
• Chima once again promised a freak-out on live national television if her nominations are changed. She wants Russell out!
• Heck, the more she threatens a freak-out, the more I want Jeff to save Russell.
  
• What will Jeff do on Thursday? I honestly don't know. Although he has a deal with Russell,if Russell goes through no actual fault of Jeff's -- he has an ally on the jury.If Russell stays and one of the Jessie Mob goes, he has an enemy on the jury plus Chima all up his case over changing his nominations.
• At least Jeff has the power, not Jordan. She'd be a basket case wondering whether to use it or not.
• They're all asleep as I get this posted.

Pretty much as expected,Chima nominated Russell and Lydia for eviction.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds - Have - Have Not Held 8/07

The feeds were down while the Have - Have Not played out. Four people are in the Have Not room. Jeff is grumpy. Jordan did well. There were limes all over the table - the liver and limes duo must have been voted in. The comp had them squishing and packing stuff in a car (cart?).

Jeff is definitely on slop. Someone (or two) won a movie. They're talking that if Jeff's team had a surfboard, they would have won. They also didn't see the squishy animals. No, I'm not talking about Ronnie.

Jordan and Jeff were on separate teams. I think Jeff's partners in slop have to be Lydia, Kevin, and Michele. Natalie, Jessie, Jordan definitely not on slop. I think from what they're saying, Chima is a Have. Russell must be a Have as they mentioned he'll be the only one drinking beer.

They saw Jeremy Piven, too. So it must be his latest movie.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into the Dawn Friday 8/07

There's a new head of house, but the cloud of the coup d'etat hangs over any decisions made this week. Chima, Natalie, and Jessie think that Jordan has the power. Here are the evening's happenings into the dawn from that Big Brother House of French Phrases:

• Kevin mentioned that the remaining houseguests are all on the jury now. For me, that would have been reason enough to oust Ronnie. I would NOT want an extended vacation with that twerp! Jessie's a stronger player and possibly a threat, but he's nowhere near as personally annoying as Ronnie.
• Chima told Kevin she'd have him host the PoV comp and she won't put him on the block.
• Natalie is a bit offended by the makeover question and answer on the live show.
• Jeff thinks that Russell ended up sad over the Ronnie eviction -- Ronnie had been giving Russell a lot of game advice and things had changed between them between nomination and eviction.
• Jeff and Jordan are still thrilled with Ronnie's eviction.
• Jeff told Jordan that if they're put on the block, they'll know it came directly from Natalie and Jessie.
• Lydia told Jeff that she knows he has the power and he's a good actor. He denied it.
• Chima says she won't put up Jessie, Natalie, Jordan, Jeff, or Kevin. Um ... that leaves Russell, Lydia, or Michele.
• Jessie is gleeful over getting past week four.
• I really should use "gleeful" more often. It's a fun word.
• Natalie is sure either Jordan or Jeff have the power. She kept bulldogging them about making three enemies if they use it.
• Michele and Kevin hope the power won't bring back a houseguest. No way do they want Ronnie in the house again.
• Natalie and Jordan talked about how cute Drew (BB5) was. Natalie thinks both Jessie and Jeff are very cute. At least she knows cute (when it comes to Jeff!).
• Michele told Jeff that Natalie must think he has the wizard power because she's been saying he's cute for the past two days.
• Heh.
• Chima got her HOH room -- cornmeal, photos which didn't thrill her a lot, a letter from home. Lots of fake smiles.
• Chima said that her baby picture proves she was born with her lips, they're not surgically enhanced.
• Chima was a bit upset that the letter was "old." It was stamped with a date and apparently BB must ask all the family members to write them at the beginning of the season.
• Chima and Jessie told Russell that his personal beef with Ronnie cost them numbers.
• Meanwhile, Chima is quite adamant that she'd like to put Russell on the block.
• Russell apologized once again to Chima and mentioned that he apologized in the Julie Chen HOH talk, too.
• Kevin has broken out in a rash. He sees the dermatologist later today. He's hoping it's not measles or chicken pox.
• Don't they have vaccinations for both of those things these days? Wouldn't he have immunity?
  
• I think it could be a stress reaction to being in a house of fools. But I'm no doctor. I don't even play one on TV.
• Jeff, Jordan, and Michele noted that Russelll is spending time with the others now that they have the power once again.
• Natalie is still campaigning to get Lydia away from Jessie. She'd like to see her on the block.
• Jessie says that if he goes against Lydia, he goes against two people -- Lydia and Kevin.
• Natalie told Jeff she knows he doesn't have the coup d'etat. She thinks Jordan won it.
• Jessie and Natalie argued about the virtues of Lydia.
• It looks to me like Chima will most likely put Russell and Michele on the block. We'll know later tonight.

Big Brother 11 Live Eviction Show Blog Party 8/06

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Into the Dawn Thursday 8/06

It's the wee hours of the morning. It's in the vicinity of 3:00 AM there in the Big Brother house. And, once again, they're still up and not drunk.

• Natalie took a shower. I know. I'm in shock, too.
  
• Russell bashed Michele to Lydia, told her about the PhD. Now, there's a big bash, eh?
• Chima, Lydia, and Russell got into another brouhaha rehashing the previous brouhaha.
• Ronnie said he'll bash Michele in his speech on the live eviction show.
• Natalie, in particular, is coming up with scheme after scheme to save Ronnie. Most are off in left field.
  
• Everyone thinks their dire enemy in the house has the "wizard power." I've seen nothing which indicates anyone in particular has it.
  
• Ah, interesting. Ronnie, Jessie, his pit bull, and Russell are talking. Ronnie said if he makes it through and wins HOH, he'll nominate Jeff and they'd vote him out.
• "I can't do that," Russell told them. The man has some scruples although he's allowing the bunch to use him.
  
• I wonder if Natalie would ever use her harebrained schemes to save her own butt. Some of them are outright ludicrous.
  
• I expect today to be rather uneventful in the house as we gear for the live eviction and coup d'etat reveal.
• But Natalie will surely keep scheming for Ronnie.
• Ronnie is walking around in his underwear waking people up.
