BB25: Nominations Are In Bulletin! August 4
BB25: Live Feeds Friday Morning - 8/04
![]() |
| Nominations Today! |
- After talking to more people, Reilly found out that not one person would vote for Felicia to go.
- She thinks that if she leaves Cory or Jared on the block, it might split the vote.
- She thinks everyone will vote Kirsten out unanimously if she was up against Felicia.
- So, instead of a Cory pawn, we should see a Felicia pawn.
- That will probably work out. They all do like Felicia.
- But Reilly's other plans? The alliance plans?
- Oh my.
- Very complex stuff going on there.
- Final Two: Reilly, Jag
- Core: Reilly, Jag, Blue
- Handful: Reilly, Jag, Blue, Cameron, Matt
- The Eight: Reilly, Jag, Blue, Matt, Cameron, Cory, America
- Safety Bubble: Cirie, Felicia, Izzy, Hisam and maybe Luke
- Gee, why doesn't she go for everyone except Kirsten?
- As close as Reilly made it seem with Cory last night, note how far down he is in the alliance(s) she made.
- In other news, Izzy told Cirie that she knew who Jared was the second she saw him on stage. She recognized him from the visit from home on Survivor and photographs.
- Then when she saw Cirie in the house, she was just so excited that she had to grab him by the arm and tell him that she knew but all was good.
- Unlike many of Cirie's basic likes, I think she does really like Izzy.
- The Cirie/Izzy/Felicia group has now added in Blue.
- ONLY Cirie, Jared and Izzy know that Jared is Cirie's son.
- Kirsten feels that Reilly is breaking her word regarding a womens alliance made before they all went to bed on the first night.
- She's betraying not only Kirsten but all of womenkind!
- They all got excited today when they saw the Nominations Today screen up on the monitor.
- This is basically just an update.
- I will post again when the nominations are in and the feeds return from that.
- They just cut the feeds and went to adoptable animals, so we should know in a bit more than an hour.
- Laters!

| Playing charades |
- As you know from my last post, Reilly won HOH.
- Apparently, Luke ALMOST won it, coming in about 4 seconds late.
- With four already on the block, what will the HOH do?
- I'm glad you asked!
- The HOH will remove two from the chopping block. Just a reminder -- on the block we have Felicia, Cory, Jared and Kirsten.
- What if one the final two nominees wins Veto?
- In that case, from what I understand, one of the two removed will return to the block, HOH choice.
- At least that's what most of them think. A few think the replacement could be anyone.
- I just don't know because THEY don't know for sure.
- While I napped there was the HOH Room reveal with way too many hamsters crammed in that room. It was too early for the things from home. But she did get treats and music.
- Reilly's music gift wasn't a good one for making friends and influencing people in the house -- Morgan Wallen, a country singer banned from the CMA Awards for racial slurs.
- They celebrated her birthday.
- They also played charades and Simon Says, and fun was had by all.
- So ... let's get to the gameplay!
- Reilly talked to some of them while planning to talk to the rest today.
- To cut to the quick, it sounds like her current plan is to target Kirsten (as many have mentioned her) and have her up there with a pawn, most likely Cory.
- That MAY backfire on her as she doesn't know that Cory is just about as iffy with others as is Kirsten.
- She appears to sincerely like Cory, told him she wants to work with him.
- Cory told her that his brother was on Survivor. Well, that secret didn't last long, did it? He did tell her it was a secret, but ...!
- (However, when talking with Jag, she made a final two pact.)
- Cory told her she needs to save Felicia. He claims he doesn't want to be on the block with her and "responsible for sending her home."
- As if!
- Both also think if Felicia were to be evicted, the Wrath of Cirie would come down on them.
- Cory thinks Cirie really likes him. Bwahahaha!
- Cory thinks Jared really likes him. Bwahahaha!
- Of course, we know that if Cirie and Jared don't like someone, that means Felicia and Izzy don't, either!
- Reilly told Cory that she doesn't really want to work with a women's alliance (an issue about Kirsten as she claimed there was a guy's alliance after just a few hours in the house). She thinks that a mix with both genders would be better for winning comps. She is pushing for a large alliance, eight is her goal. Eep.
- She really likes Matt and Luke and would like to bring them in on her side.
- When she talked to Cameron, she also said that she wants to work with him.
- She told him she plans to take Jared off the block because he is loyal and has no one else to really work with ... bwahaha!
- Can you say Cirie? I thought you could!
- Cameron told her he could work with Jared as they are both football guys.
- Outside of the Reilly talks, I have some observations to make.
- Some of the people in the house are so likable or fun that no one wants to target them, at least right now -- Felicia, Jag, Matt, Jared, Red and even Cirie to a point.
- Not one person other than Izzy knows that Jared and Cirie are son and mother. She guessed it and approached Jared about it right on opening night.
- Cirie and Izzy have also talked about it.
- Jared is already making plans for the day he slips up and calls Cirie "Mom." He's calling Felicia and Cirie Momma F and Momma C. Good thinking. Probably Cirie's thinking.
- Cirie continues to advise Jared on gameplay and it's cool watching her do her Cirie Thing on BB as she did on Survivor.
- She watches, she knows, she decides who goes.
- And, it looks like her choice to go will be Kirsten or, perhaps to a lesser extent, Cory.
- Nominations should be today with POV tomorrow.
- I predict that Kirsten and Cory will be nominated.

BB25: Live Feeds HOH Winner Bulletin
![]() |
| Reilly is the first HOH winner, wearing the key! |
BB25: Live Feeds Report into Thursday 8/03
- Too many are talking at once and it hurts my ears.
- Cory is back in the house.
- Reilly can juggle and Jag tells the others he taught her.
- Jag cannot juggle.
- Izzy and Kirsten seem to have bonded. Izzy started talking (bad) about Cameron, but Cirie and Felicia came in the room.
- Hisam's work lie is that he works as an aide in a nursing home and does burlesque on the side.
- Apparently Hisam had some sort of brain tumor removed that has affected one of his ears.
- Cirie and Felicia seem to have clicked.
- The feeds cut music is too loud.
- So far I haven't heard anyone with a really annoying voice on the feeds.
- Hardly any game talk.
- The camera numbers are messed up. If you hit Cam 1, it's actually Cam 3.
- Matt is telling them that he has trouble hearing with crowds but has some hearing left and uses hearing aids.
- He's been deaf since birth. He mentions taking speech therapy but doesn't tell them he reads lips.
- Matt has to wear a bandage to cover up a trademarked tattoo on his shoulder.
- First long feed break and the graphic shown reminds me of nether regions.
- Red is already known as "TikTok famous" by the others. He does look less country and more hippie without the overalls on.
- Mind you, he does have pants on.
- Kirsten has an annoying laugh.
- Kirsten also has an allergy and had a bad reaction to a ham sandwich ... not any fun on the first night!
- Have Nots are in the Humili-Verse room with the kicking machine.
- Luke and Jared are Have Nots. They both volunteered. Hmm.
- The other two Have Nots are Hisam and Cory -- not sure if they volunteered or not.
- Jared, Red and Hisam are bonding about others already playing too hard.
- Meanwhile, Cory told Luke that Hisam is already playing too hard.
- Kirsten and Jared are talking about who they distrust. She says Luke, he says Bowie.
- So far I have not seen any reference to Cirie being Jared's mother.
- Cory talks to Cirie about fanboying her but hasn't mentioned his brother was on one season.
- Nor was anything said about Cory in the Nether Region ... although I did hear one person say he might have a special power now. Hmm.
- Cirie is already talking to Mecole about teaming up with Felicia and they each need a Plus One.
- Cirie tells Mecole that she doesn't really trust Cory and thinks he's a genius.
- Kirsten has mentioned her husband a few times. No showmance for her! She has quite a few prescriptions put away in her drawer for a young woman.
- Izzy told Jared that she knows he's Cirie's son. But the rest don't seem to have a clue.
- She also told him that she thinks Cameron looks like a serial killer, something she shared with Kirsten earlier in the night.
- Me? I don't think he looks like a serial killer.
- Jared and Cirie talked about their thoughts on their fellow hamsters. They will be working with each other, but not so obviously. Jared did tell her that Izzy knows.
- Jared told Cirie that he doesn't trust Cameron or Cory. He thinks Cory is a snake!
- Most are asleep or trying to sleep as I post this.
- Felicia and Bowie Jane bumped into each other in the bathroom and some whispers were exchanged.
- But they are not an early bonding pair.
- Now Red and Bowie Jane talked a moment, but no game talk.
- That's all for now!

BB25: Season Premiere Blog Party!
We have 90 minutes of show tonight, then the live feeds will start after the show airs on the West Coast. The live feeds will also be available on Pluto TV this year, but I don't know how that works. My first live feeds report won't be up until tomorrow. Oh ... and the season finale won't be until November! Eep.
CBS BB has announced a 17th mystery hamster will also be in the house. Whether a returning hamster, someone from another show, a D-List celeb, I don't know. They have been saying for more than a few months no returning players, all new cast. I'm thinking it might be Cirie from Survivor. She wanted to be on the show more than her son! We will see.
But first ... the blog pool is still open for the joining! We have no show tomorrow night, so no immediate eviction. The blog pool cut-off is Friday, so if you haven't joined in, there is still time! The sign-up post is at this link right here. Please sign up ONLY at that link!
I will be live blogging the events of tonight's show as best I can as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest updates. And, please bear with me as I try to get their names down. If you need photos/names, please check out the previous posts I made about the cast. As always, the real party is in the comments -- I hope to see you there.
Here's Julie, all dressed in summer garb and looking well! We get a few minutes of BB ins and outs, etc. To the new stuff, please.
Julie tells us it's a 100 day seasons. She says there could be "more" houseguests. Into the hamsters getting their keys now. I won't be commenting on all of it. Blue is single. We didn't know that. Onto Red. Obviously he wants to be a character. Jared now. He talks about being Cirie's son. He isn't going to tell the others about her. Mecole says she was 16 when she graduated from high school. Big deal. I was in college at 16 and I'm no genius!
I need a new paragraph! Matt, the Deafolympics guy is now. He talks very well for never hearing! He's single and willing to showmance. Izzy. Ohh, her flute degree is from Yale! Jag is up next, our Sikh Punjabi dude. He's proud of who he is ... as he should be. Reilly the bartender from Tennessee. She can talk with her mouth closed, sort of. She's single and might showmance.
Okay, those eight are with Julie near the door. They don't enter the house and are told to "sit tight" while they stand.
The next eight are introduced. Luke is first. Ah, his artwork is the link I posted in my intro post about him! Felicia, the 63 year old! I really want to like her -- the oldest woman ever in the house and only Jerry beat her in age. Hisam, speaking of older ... he's more interesting than I thought. A geriatric doctor/burlesque gay Muslim. Oh my! Cory the one with the brother who was on Survivor 44 is next. He's into public speaking. Bowie Jane is a lawyer and a DJ originally from Australia. Athletic.
New paragraph time again! America is a first generation American. Eight in her family, struggles, immersed in education at Brown University. Cameron, space cowboy, likes horses and things that go boom. He named his hair Bertha. His daughter is cute. Kirsten is up, very intelligent. Athletic. Wants a female final two. Hmm.
Now all 16 are on stage with Julie. She tells them it's 100 days. Twist? A break-in and the BB universe they think they know has changed.
She tells them Expect the Unexpected and we get the clip of Frankie, Britney and Danielle with the time machine. Julie tells the new hamsters that the BB Multiverse has cracked open, changed the house and game. Four universes. BB Comic Verse, Humili verse, Scaryverse, Scrambleverse.
Groups of four move in, peek around, go to back yard. Felicia, Red, America and Matt first in. Once in yard, they each have to pick a pink spot at one of the four multiverses. Next - Cory, Blue, Jared and Izzy green mats. Next Kirsten, Luke, Bowie Jane and Jag, yellow mats. Last four - Hisam, Mecole, Cameron and Reilly, blue mats. It's Reilly's birthday today.
The Scramble-verse globe is lighting up red -- Julie says it's about ready to scramble things up. Hmm.
First comp. She tells them the Scramble-verse has changed the game. They are not competing for HOH. Instead, nomination comp. The loser of the four comps will be nominated for eviction.
Scramble-verse - Puzzling Headlines. They have to unscramble the layout on the BB "magazine" covers and put them back in the box they came from. It's basically a big puzzle with about 12 pieces. Last will be first nominated for eviction. America first has it. Next Bowie Jane. Mecole is next. Jared is the first nominated for eviction.
The Humili-Verse is next. Kicking Butt. The lever and kicking them with a big boot, kick yourself 100 times. The guys are doing better than the girls. Blue seems to be struggling. Yikes! Matt is first done, Hisam next. Kirsten is doing poorly. Blue next. Kirsten is now nominated for eviction with Jared.
BB Comics-Verse is up. Goo-copalypse. Goo bombs. Looks messy to me! They have to connect wires to the goo box, only one way to do it. If it explodes, they are safe and have saved humanity. Jag first done, the Izzy, then Cameron. Felicia last and nominated for eviction.
Scary-verse is next. Hold on Fright. They are laying down with a huge monster hand trying to drag them away. First dragged away will be the 4th nominee and disappear into the Nether Region. When will they return? Only the Scary-verse knows. Cory loses!
So, the nominees are Cory, Jared, Kirsten and Felicia.
Julie tells them to prepare for anything. The Scramble-verse globe is still flashing red. Julie tells us the biggest surprise of the night is ahead.
Sunday is the HOH crowning show. What happened to Cory, Thursday is the eviction. No show tomorrow.
Julie tells them they had a wonderful premiere night and is that CIRIE from Survivor pouring champagne? Yes, it is! I was right!

BB25: More on the Cast
Some of the speculation about that video clip of Frankie, Danielle and Britney sneaking in and blowing up that time machine has to do with old comps and such returning. I would like to see the return of the food comps! Could there be a twist with some folks knowing each other? The Florida, New York or Survivor connections? Hmm..@CBSBigBrother is returning for its 25th season — which means another summer of big surprises and cut-throat competition all captured on 90 cameras is just about to get underway.

BB25: Our New Hamsters Cast Part Two
Jag Bains, age 25, is from Omak, WA and is a truck company owner. He is the first Sikh Punjabi to be cast on the show. He is not only a huge fan of the show, but he's very into games in general. He knows all the terms including jury management. Hopefully, he will understand them all. Jared Fields is the son of Survivor's Cirie Fields! He's 25, from Norwalk CT and works as an exterminator. Maybe he will off the ants this season! He's not planning on telling the others about his mother. He says he's a big fan but not to the level of superfan.Kirsten Elwin is 25 now from Orlando, FL via Dominica? Hmm. Dominican Republic? She currently lives in Houston, TX. Her occupation is listed as a molecular biologist. She loved the Diary Room segments when she was a kid watching the show. Hopefully, her own will entertain us!
Matt Klotz is 27, originally from Cameron, CA and now resides in Baton Rouge, LA. He is a DeafOlympics gold medalist. Hmm. I hope he has some kind of hearing assistance as I doubt others know ASL and he can't lipread a bunch of people at once. Have to wish him the best! Big fan. Thinks he will do well on the comps. He calls the show The Big Brother.
Check out my previous post for the first eight hamsters!
BB25: Our New Hamsters Cast Part One
Looking for all I can find on them. If nothing else, this will give everyone a cheat sheet until we get the names and faces down.
America Lopez, age 27, currently living in Brooklyn, NY. Originally from Edinburg, TX. She's a medical receptionist. Hmm. That's not quite a job for which you would move from Texas to New York City. Hmm. In a video she says she went to an Ivy League school.Cameron Hardin is a 34-year-old stay at home father who is also apparently a stay in town where you were raised kind of guy. He lives in Eastman, GA. I found this local news story on him. He's a huge superfan but plans to downplay that.
BB25: Cast Reveal has been Tweeted
Well, nonTwitter's CBS Big Brother account has does the cast reveal over there. So, here it is here for you. I should note that Cirie Field's (Survivor) son is in the cast of hamsters. I will be posting individual photos of the cast and brief information about age and such.

BB25: Break In at the BB25 House
CBS has released a little clip of Danielle Reyes, Britney and Frankie breaking into the new BB25 house before the hamsters arrive. They have a time machine and attempt to set time back so that they can win their seasons. Instead, all goes awry and the time machine changes the house giving a BB Comics theme to much of it, as well as a sneak peek at the Have Not Room.
Um. Okay.
🚨 WATCH OUT 🚨 These Big Brother legends broke into the #BB25 house and unleashed this season’s twist… what do you think it all means? 👀

BB25: Blog Pool OPENS!
We're having a heat wave! The time is right to jump into the blog pool!
The 90-minute season premiere is Wednesday, August 2, 8pm ET/PT. The live feeds will start after that show airs on the West Coast. I don't expect cast announcements until probably the day before the premiere. Nor do I know when the first eviction will happen. I do know we are expecting 16 all new hamsters. I also know that the show's regular scheduling will be Sundays at 8pm ET/PT, Wednesdays at 8pm ET/PT, and Thursdays at 9pm ET/PT. There is no show scheduled for Thursday, August 3.
We don't need to know the hamsters to go ahead and get this blog pool sign-up in motion. It's HOT out there. We need to think of pools NOW.
I want in! What do I do?
If you want in on the blog pool, you need to sign up in the comments of this post and this post only! Please don't try signing up on any other posts or social media -- we might miss your comment.
Is there money involved in this?
Of course not! You needn't pay anything to get into the pool. You don't need to buy a seasonal beach pass or anything! Mind you, you don't win any money either. What you do win is bragging rights until the next season and the smugness that goes with it. You can also continue to brag for the duration of seasons to come!
How does it work?
Lifeguard SueGee will make random picks betwixt the hamsters and the blog folks. You cheer on that hamster all season until they either win or get evicted along the way.
When is the cut-off for entering?
All pool requests must be in comments to this here post and submitted by MIDNIGHT Pacific Time Friday, August 4th. Be there or be square.
REMINDER -- If you post comments anonymously, you MUST come up with some sort of sign-off name!
Since there is plenty of time for signing up ... NO STRAGGLERS. If you don't sign up by the deadline, feel free to bring your floatie and beach towel, but ...
Are we ready for our summer fun?

Tuesday, July 25, 2023
Big Brother 25: Pre-Season Special!
While next Wednesday, the 2nd, is the season premiere, tomorrow night (Wednesday, the 26th) is a pre-season special. Tune into your local CBS station 9PM ET/PT to watch!
Now, don't expect a cast reveal. All indications are that, similar to last season, the move in will be live on the show. Last year they announced the cast the day before and still had to end up with an alternate. It has been stated by CBS itself that it will be all new hamsters this season. Yay!
It sounds like this special is just a tease for the new season and covering a bit of the history of the previous 24 seasons.
Here is a link for a USA Today article about the special.
I will open a post for the special tomorrow evening. However, I won't be live-blogging it per se. Comments will be open for any folks who wish to hang out and I will cover any tidbits revealed about the upcoming season.
